<p>Adam Carolla said the reason why kids have been forced to mask in schools two years after the start of the pandemic is worse than them getting COVID-19 and all about making them &#8220;good subjects.&#8221;</p>
<p>During the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/adam-carolla-figured-out-how-la-mayor-eric-garcetti-held-his-breath-for-the-entire-super-bowl">57-year-old</a> comedian&#8217;s appearance Tuesday on the Sirius XM &#8220;The Megyn Kelly Show&#8221; <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hhtJCGA6tng">podcast</a>, the host asked him to share his thoughts regarding the Los Angeles Unified School District continuing to push the mask on kids until the end of the school year when she said the children aren&#8217;t at risk from the virus.</p>
<p>Carolla said it had nothing to do with the virus and told Kelly to remember one phrase, &#8220;crate training&#8221; as he explained that he thinks it is something much more insidious happening, because &#8220;there is no science to what they are doing.&#8221; It starts at the 40:30-minute mark in the video posted on YouTube.</p>

<p>&#8220;Why, why the kids, and why the emphasis on the kids,&#8221; Adam said. &#8220;This hasn&#8217;t been dangerous for kids. We&#8217;ve known this. This kills sick people, old people, obese people, comorbidity people. It doesn&#8217;t ostensibly affect kids, they&#8217;re in the safest category.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Well, just remember this phrase Megyn: &#8216;crate training&#8217;,&#8221; he added. &#8220;You can not train a dog when it&#8217;s middle-aged. You got to get them when they&#8217;re puppies. And get them trained up and into that crate. And that&#8217;s what we&#8217;re doing with kids. Because this will not be the last emergency. And it will not be the last time the government and the governor and the mayor need to exact their power.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;And so, &#8216;let&#8217;s get the kids into the crate,'&#8221; Carolla continued. &#8220;&#8216;Let&#8217;s get them coached up. And then they&#8217;ll be ours. We can do whatever we want with them after that, they&#8217;ll listen to anything. They&#8217;ll be good subjects.'&#8221;</p>
<p>Kelly said the comedian was &#8220;right&#8221; and explained why she said &#8220;it was important&#8221; during &#8220;this pandemic as it rolled on and on to sort of to speak to your children about how this was absurd.&#8221;</p>
<p>The former Fox News host said things crossed over from a &#8220;time to comply&#8221; to a &#8220;time to fight.&#8221; The host noted how in the beginning everyone did just that and complied, even losing their businesses simply &#8220;out of concern&#8221; for others&#8217; well-being. However, eventually, she said it got to a point where people realized &#8220;this is nonsense.&#8221; Even Democrats, Kelly said, got where they realized it was a &#8220;time to fight.&#8221;</p>
