<p>Eva Mendes appeared to confirm the longtime rumors that she and actor Ryan Gosling are actually married and that the two secretly wed at some point during their eleven-year relationship.</p>
<p>During the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/eva-mendes-might-return-to-the-big-screen-but-heres-the-thing-she-wont-do">48-year-old</a> actress&#8217; recent appearance on Channel Nine&#8217;s &#8220;Today&#8221; in Australia, Mendes discussed the warm welcome she and Gosling received in that country and called Ryan her &#8220;husband,&#8221; <a href="https://www.elle.com/culture/celebrities/a42015507/eva-mendes-ryan-gosling-confirmed-married/">Elle</a> magazine reported.</p>
<p>&#8220;Everyone is so welcoming here and my husband Ryan is here and we are having the best time,&#8221; Mendes told the hosts Karl Stefanovic and Allison Langdon.</p>

<p>The comment came after the &#8220;Ghost Rider&#8221; actress posted a curious photo on her <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/Ck-xM-DvqKO/">Instagram</a> account. In the image, she&#8217;s holding up her left arm in front of her face showing a tattoo on her wrist that read, &#8220;de Gosling.&#8221; The outlet noted it translated to &#8220;of Gosling.&#8221;</p>
<p>When Mendes later appeared on Australia&#8217;s &#8220;Kyle and Jackie O Show,&#8221; the actress was asked about the tattoo and seemed to hint she and Gosling secretly tied the knot a while ago, the report noted.</p>
<p>&#8220;There&#8217;s a rumor that you guys might have secretly tied the knot. Is that true?&#8221; a co-host asked.</p>
<p>&#8220;But who says we weren&#8217;t already?&#8221; Mendes replied. &#8220;I like to keep it all mysterious. I&#8217;m a very mysterious woman.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;I do have a tattoo,&#8221; she added. &#8220;It&#8217;s just a press on…no, it&#8217;s not a press on. But I got it years ago. I posted a picture and I&#8217;ve gotten a lot of funny questions.&#8221;</p>
<p>In a recent interview, the &#8220;Hitch&#8221; star said she was shifting &#8220;the narrative&#8221; about her career in Hollywood.</p>
<p>&#8220;I never quit acting,&#8221; Mendes captioned her post. &#8220;I wanted to be home with my babies and fortunately my other business ventures allowed me to do that more than acting would.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Also, I was not excited about the stereotypical roles being offered to me at the time,&#8221; she added. &#8220;Especially after working on the film LOST RIVER -that was a dream project. That&#8217;s a tough act to follow.&#8221;</p>
<p>Mendes and Gosling started dating in 2011 and have two daughters together.</p>
