Daughters of the American Revolution Chapters have reached out to President Donald Trump in their fight against the national organization’s decision to allow trans-identifying males into the historic female group.
Labeling themselves Daughters Advocating for Restoration, the Martha Laird Chapter in Texas along with five endorsing chapters in five different states wrote that the DAR has “fallen prey to trans ideology” in a letter to the president obtained by The Daily Wire.
The group called on Trump to “shine a light on what has happened within the ranks of the DAR” following the <a href="https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2025/01/defending-women-from-gender-ideology-extremism-and-restoring-biological-truth-to-the-federal-government/">executive order</a> he signed, which states that the United States will only recognize two genders.
“Being unable to join the Sons of America Revolution, the DAR was founded in 1890 for women, by women,” the letter read, noting the group’s mission to “promote historic preservation, education, and patriotism.” “However, National and State leadership have abandoned the moral obligations of this once stalwart and prestigious institution to embrace the transgender movement.”
The letter noted that its national organization has claimed that by “excluding trans-identifying men,” it would “strip the DAR of its 501(c)(3) nonprofit tax status without referencing any federal, civil, or municipal code.”
“They proclaim that a man is a woman if he lives and identifies as a woman and that we must allow men with a state-certified birth certificate, altered to show a female sex marker, in our women’s only society,” the letter added, pointing out how “two grassroots proposals to close this loophole” have been rejected and national leadership has “admonished members not to speak about it and threatened them with disciplinary action.”
The letter was signed by 150 plus members of the DAR, who oppose the message from their national organization that allows men with altered birth certificates to become members.
The DAR National Board of Management recently rejected a proposal from its Texas chapter to keep trans-identifying men out of the group.
In a <a href="https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=122126401004407101&amp;set=gm.1792407311544493&amp;idorvanity=1659132851538607">letter</a> to the Martha Laird Chapter, the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/daughters-of-the-american-revolution-board-to-vote-to-keep-trans-identifying-men-out">DAR National Board of Management</a> said it “found the proposed amendment” to prohibit all men, including trans-identifying males, from the group “not to be suitable for inclusion in the bylaws and not to be in the best interest of the Society.”
Daily Wire host Michael Knowles <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/michael-knowles-exposes-transgender-attempt-to-infiltrate-daughters-of-american-revolution">revealed</a> — in a viral thread on <a href="https://x.com/michaeljknowles/status/1838267625962405922">X</a> — how a group of DAR members were “channeling the rebellious spirit of their forebears” by fighting back “this time building a larger, grassroots effort to affirm the original intent of the bylaws and prevent men from continuing to invade their genealogical society.”
Laura McDonald, member of the Martha Laird DAR Chapter, told The Daily Wire, “The spirit of the new proposal [voted on Feb. 22] to amend the National Bylaws is to impel applicants to act in good faith when submitting their documents for application. At the same time, it will send a clear message that the Daughters of the American Revolution is a society exclusively for women. Men need not apply &#8211; no matter what state-certified, altered documents he produces.&#8221;
The national organization has declined a request for comment from The Daily Wire about trans-identifying males joining the DAR.

As the Senate considers Dr. Martin Makary’s nomination to lead the Food and Drug Administration, the safety of all Americans — especially women and children — must be a top priority. For far too long, the FDA has been grossly negligent regarding essential safeguards surrounding the abortion-inducing drug mifepristone. Dr. Makary’s initial hearing provided a glimpse into his commitment to <a href="https://grabien.com/file/getmedia?id=2831540&amp;key=756f0397187f6b49fdaab04e60406327&amp;userid=17147">data-based approaches</a> to providing the best care for our patients. I’m hopeful that this expected confirmation will stand as a first step to the FDA reprioritizing the health and safety of women and children.
Despite the common refrain that abortion should be a decision &#8220;between a woman and her doctor,&#8221; doctors are too often left out of the picture by what has become a highly politicized and aggressively pro-abortion FDA. To the detriment of women’s health and safety, the FDA has for too long made women’s health a pawn in abortion politics by promoting drug-induced abortions as safe and recklessly ignoring the necessity of proper medical oversight.
Due in large part to the Biden-era FDA’s gutting of the requirements necessary to take mifepristone, women today are denied crucial medical care in life’s most vulnerable moments. In fact, the FDA has recklessly removed its requirements that women meet with a doctor before taking abortion drugs, thereby denying women the chance to be screened for life-threatening conditions like ectopic pregnancy or to confirm how far along she is in her pregnancy. 
My 20 years of caring for women as an OB/GYN have affirmed what the medical literature <a href="https://www.acog.org/clinical/clinical-guidance/committee-opinion/articles/2017/05/methods-for-estimating-the-due-date">shows</a> — the only way to ensure accurate dating of a pregnancy is to examine a woman in person, ideally with an ultrasound. This is crucial, because an error of just a couple of weeks could mean a significant increase in risk for the woman if she takes these drugs.
To be clear, I would never recommend dangerous drug-induced or surgical abortions to any woman or teen who comes to me for care, especially when so many life-affirming alternatives exist to effectively care for both mother and child. 
The FDA also shamefully fails to require any follow-up visits, even though their own label on mifepristone states roughly one in 25 women who take it will end up in the emergency room. Selling women the lie that these drugs are safe, especially without the benefit of ongoing care with a doctor, is unethical.
With the urging of abortion advocates, and without appropriate evidence to support it, the FDA has also allowed abortion drugs to be shipped to women by mail, delivered straight to their doorsteps. This move not only puts women in danger of taking <a href="https://www.politico.com/news/2022/08/01/the-web-is-home-to-an-illegal-bazaar-for-abortion-pills-the-fda-is-ill-equipped-to-stop-it-00048802">counterfeit drugs</a> that could cause them harm, but it also makes them <a href="https://lozierinstitute.org/hidden-epidemic-nearly-70-of-abortions-are-coerced-unwanted-or-inconsistent-with-womens-preferences/">vulnerable to coercion and abuse.</a>
The new FDA leadership must prioritize women’s health by implementing key reforms. 
First, they should reinstate the requirement for in-person doctor visits so women can receive individualized counseling and fully informed consent, along with being adequately screened for potentially life-threatening conditions. It&#8217;s a simple but essential principle of medical ethics that patients have a right to informed consent before taking these high-risk drugs — something that can only happen with an in-person visit and individualized counseling. Even the pro-abortion American College of OB/GYNs (ACOG) <a href="https://www.acog.org/clinical/clinical-guidance/committee-opinion/articles/2021/02/informed-consent-and-shared-decision-making-in-obstetrics-and-gynecology" target="_blank" rel="noopener">notes</a> that an adequate informed consent process is one where patients are “free to ask questions” and make a choice about their care, including refusing treatment. It’s impossible to have this tailored conversation when abortion drugs are dispensed online with no in-person interaction with a medical professional.
Next, should a woman choose to pursue a drug-induced abortion, the FDA should restore the seven week gestational age limit (currently 10 weeks) to decrease the risks associated with these drugs, as well as require abortion providers to see a woman for a follow&#8211;up visit to ensure her abortion is complete and to evaluate for and treat any complications she might be experiencing. This would be consistent with what was originally recommended when the drug entered the market and would reduce risks to women. With these protections in place, our federal leaders, regardless of their personal position on induced abortion, can at the very least reduce the risk of women dying from complications of abortion drugs and ensure that all women are receiving fully informed consent before taking them.
Reinstating the FDA’s original safety regulations for mifepristone is an essential first step toward protecting the health and safety of women across the nation. Women and girls seeking an induced abortion are often in a vulnerable and uncertain time of their lives. Rather than ensuring that they receive accurate information and ongoing medical care, the FDA has sold them a lie and denied them appropriate care. We all should work together to bring this negligence to an end.
Women and girls deserve the best medical care possible that is individualized and evidence-based. I&#8217;m hopeful that with Dr. Makary&#8217;s leadership the FDA will restore safety as the priority for American women and girls. Our patients deserve nothing less.

The GOP-led Senate will take up legislation that aims to protect women’s sports leagues by trying to keep male athletes who identify as females from competing.
After journalist Megyn Kelly first <a href="https://x.com/MegynKellyShow/status/1894845495756882426" target="_blank" rel="noopener">broke the news</a> on her podcast, Majority Leader John Thune&#8217;s (R-SD) office confirmed to The Daily Wire that the Senate will file cloture on the bill on Thursday. Then, a cloture vote — which requires a three-fifths majority to cap debate ahead of a final vote sometime in the future— is expected Monday.
Called the &#8220;Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act,&#8221; the <a href="https://www.congress.gov/bill/119th-congress/senate-bill/9/text?s=1&amp;r=1&amp;q=%7B%22search%22%3A%22Protection+of+Women+and+Girls+in+Sports+Act+of+2025%22%7D" target="_blank" rel="noopener">bill</a> seeks to &#8220;provide that for purposes of determining compliance with title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 in athletics, sex shall be recognized based solely on a person&#8217;s reproductive biology and genetics at birth.&#8221;
If enacted, the bill would amend Section 901 of the Education Amendments of 1972 by adding two provisions to the end:
<blockquote>(1) It shall be a violation of subsection (a) for a recipient of Federal funds who operates, sponsors, or facilitates athletic programs or activities to permit a person whose sex is male to participate in an athletic program or activity that is designated for women or girls.
(2) For purposes of this subsection, sex shall be recognized based solely on a person&#8217;s reproductive biology and genetics at birth.</blockquote>
Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-AL), who introduced the bill in January, has been joined by Sen. Katie Britt (R-AL) and 36 other <a href="https://www.congress.gov/bill/119th-congress/senate-bill/9/cosponsors?s=1&amp;r=1&amp;q=%7B%22search%22%3A%22Protection+of+Women+and+Girls+in+Sports+Act+of+2025%22%7D" target="_blank" rel="noopener">co-sponsors</a> — all GOP senators. It remains unclear how Democrats and the independents who caucus with them will vote on the legislation. As it stands, the Senate GOP has a 53-47 majority.
&#8220;79% of Americans agree: men don’t belong in women’s sports,&#8221; Tuberville said in a <a href="https://x.com/SenTuberville/status/1894846092828713262" target="_blank" rel="noopener">post</a> to X on Wednesday, citing the findings of a recent New York Times/Ipsos <a href="https://static01.nyt.com/newsgraphics/documenttools/a66cc1cd29a9ea2c/41386e22-full.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">survey</a>. &#8220;I hope EVERY SENATOR will join me to PERMANENTLY restore Title IX protections and protect women and girls everywhere.&#8221;
Back in January, the GOP-controlled House <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/house-again-passes-bill-to-protect-womens-sports" target="_blank" rel="noopener">passed</a> its own version of the &#8220;Protection of Women and Girls Act.&#8221; That bill, which came from Rep. Greg Steube (R-FL), got the support of two Democrats: Reps. Henry Cueller (D-TX) and Vicente Gonzalez (D-TX).
If enacted, the House bill <a href="https://www.congress.gov/bill/119th-congress/house-bill/28/text?s=1&amp;r=9&amp;q=%7B%22search%22%3A%22Protection+of+Women+and+Girls+in+Sports+Act%22%7D" target="_blank" rel="noopener">would</a> &#8220;amend the Education Amendments of 1972 to provide that for purposes of determining compliance with title IX of such Act in athletics, sex shall be recognized based solely on a person’s reproductive biology and genetics at birth,&#8221; adding language that says it would be a violation for recipients of federal aid to allow a person whose sex is male to participate in a sports program for women or girls.
Also included in the House legislation is a provision directing the comptroller general to conduct a study that would look at &#8220;the adverse psychological, developmental, participatory, and sociological results to girls of allowing males to compete, be members of a sports team, or participants in athletic programs, that are designed for girls.&#8221;
Opponents argued the House bill would have <a href="https://x.com/MicaSoellnerDC/status/1879179579895709876" target="_blank" rel="noopener">invasive</a> consequences and is supported by <a href="https://x.com/cspan/status/1879228470900765057" target="_blank" rel="noopener">&#8220;bigoted folks.&#8221;</a>
If the Senate passes its own version of the bill, the House would need to pass it, too. Or both chambers of Congress would have to compromise on legislation that might integrate aspects of each bill.
The House previously <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/zero-democrats-vote-for-house-bill-to-protect-womens-sports">passed</a> its version of the bill in 2023 with no Democrat support. However, it <a href="https://www.congress.gov/bill/118th-congress/house-bill/734?q=%7B%22search%22%3A%22Protection+of+Women+and+Girls+in+Sports+Act%22%7D&amp;s=1&amp;r=7" target="_blank" rel="noopener">never got a vote</a> in the Democrat-led Senate in the last Congress.
Ultimately, a bill that passes both the House and Senate will go to the White House where the president can sign it into law or issue a veto.
President Donald Trump <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/surrounded-by-young-female-athletes-donald-trump-bans-men-from-womens-sports" target="_blank" rel="noopener">signed</a> an executive order in February geared toward keeping men out of women’s sports at schools that receive federal funding. In the face of some opposition, Attorney General Pam Bondi has <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/pam-bondi-fires-warning-shot-at-maine-over-womens-sports-cannot-ignore-federal-law" target="_blank" rel="noopener">sent letters</a> to officials in Maine, Minnesota, and California, warning the administration &#8220;will leverage every legal option necessary to ensure state compliance with federal law and President Trump’s Executive Order protecting women’s sports.&#8221;

It&#8217;s not easy to find a lot of people who are willing to go back and revisit the early days of Barack Obama&#8217;s presidency. Conservatives don&#8217;t want to relive the whole nightmare, for obvious reasons. And for their part, Democrats would rather move on, too. They don&#8217;t particularly want to dwell on Obama&#8217;s &#8220;Russian reset,&#8221; for example, where he told us that Vladimir Putin wasn&#8217;t really a bad guy. That kind of thinking isn&#8217;t exactly compatible with Democrats&#8217; current narrative. Nor are Democrats interested in reminding anyone of Obama&#8217;s promise to lower healthcare costs, or his promise to close Guantanamo Bay, or his promise to stop the weather from changing, and so on. So if there&#8217;s bipartisan agreement on anything, it&#8217;s that Obama&#8217;s presidency isn&#8217;t worth talking about anymore.
But there is one moment from the early Obama years that&#8217;s suddenly become relevant again. I&#8217;m talking about the crash of a Colgan Air passenger plane, which was flying under the brand name of Continental Airlines. The crash occurred in February of 2009, just a month after Obama&#8217;s inauguration. It was the fourth in a string of crashes involving regional airliners from 2005 to 2009. 50 people died, including one person on the ground. An investigation revealed that the pilots — one man and one woman — were overworked and underpaid. They were also objectively bad pilots, at least on that particular night. They weren&#8217;t paying attention to their instruments, to the point that they stalled their plane while on approach for landing. And then, when the aircraft warned them of the stall, they panicked and turned a bad situation into a catastrophe.
In the wake of that crash, the Obama administration mandated a series of changes that, taken together, amount to a major overhaul of the entire aviation industry. One of the big changes was that all pilots — whether they flew for a regional carrier or a major airline — needed to have hundreds of hours of additional training before they could be certified. Pilots were also entitled to more rest breaks. There were several other new regulations, too. And for the most part, no one objected. It was a pretty uncontroversial move. After all, when planes are crashing all over the place, it makes sense to require better training and more rest for the pilots.
But all of these new regulations created a new problem. Airlines that were already struggling with a pilot shortage began having even more difficulty finding enough pilots to fly their routes. In an industry that was concerned with safety, the solution to this problem is obvious: you can either raise salaries to attract more pilots, or you can cut down on flights. But the aviation industry, with the encouragement of the Obama administration, decided on a different approach: They began appealing to so-called &#8220;diverse&#8221; applicants and adopted a much more lax, carefree workplace culture. Just like the FAA, which lowered standards to attract different demographics, airlines created programs to attract women and racial minorities. Then, after the COVID mandates decimated the aviation industry like so many others, these efforts went into overdrive.

The defenders of these diversity initiatives insisted that standards weren&#8217;t being compromised. They argued that the pool of applicants was being expanded, but that all pilots were still competent. They maintained that line of argument even after an Amazon cargo plane operated by Atlas Air crashed in 2019 while landing in Houston, when the pilot inexplicably steered the plane directly into the water. An investigation revealed that the pilot, a man from the Caribbean nation of Antigua named Conrad Aska, had repeatedly failed flight training, but was promoted anyway. His family even sued Amazon, alleging that Conrad Aska never should&#8217;ve been allowed into the cockpit, based on his sheer incompetence. But both Amazon and Atlas Air — which repeatedly preached about the importance of diversity — had no problem handing Conrad Aska the keys to a wide-body Boeing cargo plane.
The defenders of diversity initiatives also downplayed the crash of Southwest Airlines Flight 345, which suffered a landing-gear collapse while landing at La Guardia in 2013. The whole plane was totaled; it was a $15 million loss. Several people were seriously injured. This is a crash you probably haven&#8217;t heard much about, even though given recent events, it&#8217;s once again very relevant. 
This is footage taken by a passenger onboard Southwest Flight 345. It shows the moment the front landing gear collapsed as soon as the plane touched the ground after a very rapid descent. Watch:

An investigation revealed that the captain of this flight was a woman who had multiple complaints filed against her by her co-pilots. In this instance, she allowed the plane to descend rapidly towards the ground without properly configuring the flaps for landing. And then, when she knew the plane was going too fast, she didn&#8217;t abort the landing. Instead, she ordered the first officer to &#8220;get down,&#8221; and then she aggressively took control of the plane herself and flew it, nose-first, into the runway.
So how was a pilot this incompetent allowed to serve as a captain ferrying passengers around on a jetliner? A few weeks ago, I received a tip from a pilot at Southwest who told me that this particular captain was notorious for inappropriate and dangerous behavior in the cockpit. A lot of pilots didn&#8217;t want to fly with her. The captain, for her part, thought the complaints were really about her gender or her sexuality, instead of her competence. And apparently, Southwest agreed.
This was not a widely reported episode, for the simple reason that it&#8217;s extremely inconvenient to proponents of so-called &#8220;diversity&#8221; in aviation. We&#8217;re required to believe that diversity improves the functioning of every organization, whether it&#8217;s Harvard University or Southwest Airlines. So most media outlets buried the story. They kept the identity of the woman pilot confidential, even after Southwest finally terminated her employment following the crash. Very few news reports mentioned her gender at all, or any other identifying information about her. They did the same thing with Conrad Aska and many other pilots. They just didn&#8217;t talk about them.
For a while, this strategy worked. Diversity initiatives continued for many years without any interruption, across all major airlines. But the problem, of course, is that you can&#8217;t downplay airline crashes forever. Eventually the crashes become more noticeable. Eventually people start dying, and not just in cargo planes. And at that point — which is the point we&#8217;ve now reached — the toll of diversity becomes harder and harder to deny. And then people will do the rational thing. They&#8217;ll start looking more closely at what exactly is going on in the aviation industry. And in particular, they&#8217;ll start looking at who exactly is flying the aircraft that keep crashing.
First, of course, there was the disastrous mid-air collision that was apparently caused, at least in part, by a female Black Hawk pilot near Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. This pilot was clearly flying too high, for reasons that aren&#8217;t clear. She also failed to see a jet that was directly in her path. Based on the most recent <a href="https://www.ntsb.gov/investigations/Documents/Feb.14.2025_Briefing_Mid-air_Collision%20near%20DCA.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">information</a> we have from the NTSB, it&#8217;s clear that, about three minutes before the collision, the Black Hawk pilot was warned by her instructor that she was flying 100 feet too high for the area they were flying in. She was also warned about the passenger jet by air traffic control, which also provided the passenger jet&#8217;s location, well over a minute before impact. But she never took any evasive action whatsoever. The pilots of the American Airlines plane put their plane into a maximum nose-up climb just one second before impact, so clearly they eventually saw something. But the woman flying the Black Hawk never did.
Then, earlier this week, we all witnessed the Endeavor Air crash at Toronto&#8217;s airport.

The plane clearly came in too quickly, just like the Southwest Airlines jet that I mentioned earlier. And then the landing gear collapsed and the plane flipped over. Based on air traffic control audio, it appears that one pilot — the one who was presumably handling the radios, instead of flying the plane — was a male. But we still don&#8217;t have the identity of the pilot who was actually flying the plane. Reports from various sources online, citing tips from airline pilots and firefighters at Toronto&#8217;s airport, suggest that the pilot who was flying was a woman. But we don&#8217;t know for sure because no one in the government, or at Delta Airlines, will tell us.
If it&#8217;s true, that wouldn&#8217;t exactly be a surprise. Endeavor Air and Delta have gone out of their way in recent years to advertise how many female pilots they have. They&#8217;ve also done a full-court press to attract more female applicants. In fact, as you may have seen, Endeavor&#8217;s official TikTok and X accounts are obsessed with the idea of so-called &#8220;unmanned flights,&#8221; where no men are in the crew. So they&#8217;re not just pro-women; they&#8217;re actively anti-men. And if I&#8217;m being honest, whoever&#8217;s putting together Endeavor&#8217;s social media posts seems to have a sense of humor about the situation. Here for example is one recent tweet from Endeavor:

It&#8217;s like going to a restaurant where they tell you, &#8220;Enjoy your food presented by an all-female kitchen. Hope you brought a bucket!” It&#8217;s almost like whoever&#8217;s writing this post knows something we don&#8217;t. 
And then there&#8217;s this now-infamous TikTok footage from Endeavor Air, featuring a few more girlbosses. Some of these clips are so on-the-nose that it seems like they were prepared by a male intern somewhere who&#8217;s tired of all the DEI initiatives, and he was trying to find some desperate way to communicate that message without losing his internship in the process. Yes, the lyrics there are, &#8220;Live fast, die young, bad girls do it well.&#8221; That&#8217;s what you hear after you read the caption, &#8220;Leave the flying to the men? I don&#8217;t think so.&#8221; Again, this is the official messaging of an airline that&#8217;s supposedly committed to safety and competence. They want you to know that you&#8217;ll have an all-female flight crew that loves to &#8220;live fast and die young.” That is just about the worst possible mantra for an airline pilot.
When I looked at the rest of Endeavor&#8217;s TikTok account, I found that these clips are not rare exceptions to the norm. Quite the opposite. Pretty much every single post involves women dancing or miming the words to a song of some kind. It&#8217;s like a sorority&#8217;s TikTok channel, instead of the official social media account of a company that&#8217;s responsible for ferrying thousands of passengers across the sky at high speeds in aluminum tubes every single day.

It&#8217;s like they&#8217;re running an adult daycare. They&#8217;re not even pretending to convey the idea that they&#8217;re serious people who should be entrusted with your life.
The description for Endeavor Air&#8217;s account on TikTok reads, &#8220;CR-slay everyday&#8221; — which I assume is a reference to the CRJ aircraft that they fly. This is how you would present your company if you wanted to attract the ditziest, least responsible and least intelligent applicants imaginable. And based on recent events, it seems like that&#8217;s exactly what Endeavor got.
But as easy as it would be to blame this on Endeavor, which is a relatively small subsidiary of Delta, the truth is that this is a much deeper problem. It goes to the top. And to illustrate that, here&#8217;s footage from the pinned tweet of Delta Airlines&#8217; main account at the time of the Endeavor Air crash. Watch:

So this whole &#8220;slay&#8221; concept is apparently a big deal at both Endeavor and Delta. They think it&#8217;s a really important message to communicate. They&#8217;re girlbosses who &#8220;slay.&#8221; Of course, &#8220;slay&#8221; means &#8220;to kill.&#8221; And that&#8217;s what you can expect to happen now when you board these planes, evidently. They&#8217;ll slay you. With their flying skills.
As painful as this footage is, I will give Delta some credit. Yesterday, in an interview with CBS, Delta&#8217;s CEO was given an opportunity to blame Donald Trump for the crash in Toronto. Yes, the corporate press is going with the narrative that Donald Trump is responsible for a pilot&#8217;s terrible crash landing in a foreign country. And in response to this setup, the Delta CEO immediately shot the question down, which led to a pretty entertaining facial expression from the CBS anchor. Watch:

Notice there&#8217;s no question from CBS about the identity of the pilot, or her qualifications, or whether Endeavor regrets posting nonstop music video TikToks for the past five years. Instead the question is about how Donald Trump is to blame. This has been the approach of so many establishment interests ever since the aviation industry began experiencing a series of crashes more than a decade ago. They deflect and they minimize responsibility, all while insisting that the underlying system is working fine.
But with every major airline disaster, these deflections become less and less effective. The more they hide information about who&#8217;s flying these planes, the more people will come to realize what&#8217;s actually going on. And at a certain point — a point that&#8217;s rapidly approaching — no one will fly on a plane unless they know who&#8217;s flying it. People will demand thorough reviews of pilots, like they demand reviews of restaurants before making a reservation. That won&#8217;t be a sustainable model for most airlines. But for people who want to fly with some peace of mind — free from the complete and total incompetence that Obama-era diversity initiatives have wrought, so many years later— it&#8217;ll be the only option worth considering.

The <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/daughters-of-the-american-revolution-chapter-is-fighting-to-keep-men-out" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Daughters of the American Revolution</a> National Board of Management on Saturday rejected a proposal from its Texas chapter to keep trans-identifying men out of the group.
In a <a href="https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=122126401004407101&amp;set=gm.1792407311544493&amp;idorvanity=1659132851538607">letter</a> to the Martha Laird Chapter, the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/daughters-of-the-american-revolution-board-to-vote-to-keep-trans-identifying-men-out" target="_blank" rel="noopener">DAR National Board of Management</a>, said it “found the proposed amendment” to prohibit all men, including trans-identifying males, from the group &#8220;not to be suitable for inclusion in the bylaws and not to be in the best interest of the Society.”
“The board rejected the proposed amendments in their entirety. The proposed amendments will not be forwarded to the 134th Continental Congress,” it added, noting it will continue to allow “state-certified birth certificates” and not base membership on “chromosomal DNA tests to establish an applicant&#8217;s sex.”
Daily Wire host Michael Knowles<a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/michael-knowles-exposes-transgender-attempt-to-infiltrate-daughters-of-american-revolution"> revealed</a> — in a viral thread on <a href="https://x.com/michaeljknowles/status/1838267625962405922">X</a> — how a group of DAR members were “channeling the rebellious spirit of their forebears” by fighting back “this time building a larger, grassroots effort to affirm the original intent of the bylaws and prevent men from continuing to invade their genealogical society.”
The Daily Wire spoke to Martha Laird Chapter Recording Secretary Laura McDonald after the vote, and she said the chapter was “disappointed but not discouraged.”
“The rejection of our proposal to define a woman in our bylaws from the National Board of Management sadly confirms what we knew all along. That is a political stance the leadership is taking,” McDonald said.
“We have another proposal ready, and our chapter will vote at our next meeting in March,” she added. “The language of the new proposal will be slightly tweaked to accommodate the concerns the NBM addressed in their rejection letter.”
“We are looking forward to this process again in the coming year. Our goal is to restore our iconic, historic and once prestigious American institution founded by women, for women, and we intend to see it through,” McDonald continued.
In January, the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/texas">Texas</a> chapter decided to fight back against its national organization’s decision to allow trans-identifying males into their organization, as The Daily Wire <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/daughters-of-the-american-revolution-chapter-is-fighting-to-keep-men-out">reported</a>.
In a letter, the chapter pushed back against a threat from its leadership that by prohibiting transgender males, the DAR would somehow lose its tax-exempt status, <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/media/texas-daughters-american-revolution-chapter-challenges-premise-must-admit-transgender-members">Fox News</a> reported.
“Members have been told that in order to keep our nonprofit status we must allow men who submit an altered birth certificate indicating they are female to be eligible members,” a letter on the DAR <a href="https://www.facebook.com/groups/1659132851538607/permalink/1776056659846225/?mibextid=wwXIfr&amp;_rdr">Facebook</a> page read. “Our hope is that once members and the NBM can feel confident that our nonprofit status is not in jeopardy, they will no longer feel intimidated and vote to allow this bylaw amendment to be heard at Continental Congress.”
The vote comes after President Donald Trump signed an <a href="https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2025/01/defending-women-from-gender-ideology-extremism-and-restoring-biological-truth-to-the-federal-government/">executive order</a> stating that the United States will only recognize two genders.

The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) announced Thursday that it has changed its transgender athlete policy after President Donald Trump&#8217;s executive order on the issue.
The NCAA, which governs sports for more than half a million athletes at about 1,100 schools, <a href="https://www.ncaa.org/news/2025/2/6/media-center-ncaa-announces-transgender-student-athlete-participation-policy-change.aspx" target="_blank" rel="noopener">changed</a> its policy to “limit competition in women’s sports to student-athletes assigned female at birth only.”
&#8220;A student-athlete assigned male at birth may not compete on a women’s team,&#8221; the new <a href="https://www.ncaa.org/sports/2022/1/27/transgender-participation-policy.aspx" target="_blank" rel="noopener">policy</a> reads.
The move comes less than 24 hours after Trump, surrounded by smiling young girls wearing sports uniforms signed an order banning trans-identifying males from girls&#8217; sports.

“From now on, women’s sports will be only for women,” the president said before signing the order.
Trump&#8217;s <a href="https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2025/02/keeping-men-out-of-womens-sports/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">order</a> strips funding from schools that force female athletes to compete with males. It also instructs the Education Department to enforce Title IX against schools that allow trans-identifying males in women&#8217;s sports or force girls to share locker rooms with males.
The NCAA&#8217;s president said Trump&#8217;s order helps clear up confusion in the college sports world.
&#8220;We strongly believe that clear, consistent, and uniform eligibility standards would best serve today&#8217;s student-athletes instead of a patchwork of conflicting state laws and court decisions. To that end, President Trump&#8217;s order provides a clear, national standard,&#8221; NCAA President Charlie Baker said.
The new NCAA policy, which is effective immediately, still allows male athletes to practice with women&#8217;s teams.
Riley Gaines, the former University of Kentucky swimmer whose 2022 loss to trans-identifying male swimmer Lia Thomas helped ignite the battle to keep men out of women’s sports, celebrated the change.
She swam under the NCAA&#8217;s old rules, which since 2022 had mirrored the Olympics&#8217; sport by sport approach to trans-identifying athletes.

Women&#8217;s sports and backlash to gender ideology more broadly were galvanizing issues for Trump during his campaign last year.
Parents as well as female athletes have spoken out about losing competitions to male competitors and their uncomfortable experiences being in a locker room with a male, and several have suffered devastating <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/female-student-athlete-seriously-injured-in-field-hockey-game-involving-male-player-reports" target="_blank" rel="noopener">injuries</a> due to a male player.
“I’m incredibly thankful the NCAA is finally listening to women and taking a stand to protect female athletes,” said Payton McNabb, a former high school volleyball player who suffered a permanent injury after a male player spiked a ball at her head.
Paula Scanlan, who swam alongside trans-identifying Lia Thomas at the University of Pennsylvania, called it a &#8220;historic moment for female athletes&#8221; but cautioned that the NCAA&#8217;s new policy does not apply to the locker room.
“As a sexual assault survivor, I was forced to undress 18 times per week with a fully intact male on my women’s swim team — who under these new policies could be permitted to practice with our team,&#8221; she said. &#8220;States must act to protect women’s intimate spaces beyond sports competitions — we deserve safety and privacy in every aspect of athletics.”

The video is still gaining traction online since it was first released over the weekend, and sparking backlash against woke athletic corporation Nike, which supports the &#8220;LGBTQIA+&#8221; agenda and refuses to stand up for female athletes.
X users quickly found other ads from XX-XY Athletics, specifically an ad called &#8220;Dear Nike,&#8221; and asked, as the ad does, why Nike is not standing up for females who are having their spaces and sports infiltrated by males who identify as transgender.

&#8220;Creating a safe environment that is respectful of a full spectrum of identities and pronouns starts with being an informed ally,&#8221; the website adds. &#8220;Stay on top of your game with regular LGBTQIA+ education for both you and your team.&#8221;
Currently, XX-XY Athletics&#8217; &#8220;Real Girls Rock&#8221; and &#8220;Dear Nike&#8221; ads have racked up more than 10 millions views each and continue to gain attention online. At the same time, President Donald Trump has signed an executive order protecting girls&#8217; sports.

WASHINGTON—Hours before President Donald Trump <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/trump-order-protecting-womens-sports-will-reportedly-extend-to-colleges" target="_blank" rel="noopener">signed</a> an Executive Order keeping men out of women&#8217;s sports, congressional Republicans huddled in the basement of the U.S. Capitol with the woman who started it all.
Riley Gaines, the former University of Kentucky swimmer whose 2022 loss to trans-identifying male swimmer Lia Thomas helped <a href="https://nypost.com/2022/04/04/swimmer-who-tied-lia-thomas-taken-aback-in-trophy-handling/">ignite</a> the battle to keep men out of women&#8217;s sports, is no stranger to the Republican Study Committee. Several committee members, including then-RSC Chairman Jim Banks (IN) and Rep. Kat Cammack (FL) were among Gaines&#8217;s earliest and strongest allies. And the 180-member caucus has been a leading voice on transgender issues ever since.
So, when Gaines addressed the RSC on Wednesday, it felt in many ways like a homecoming. Members elbowed past each other to snap photos with Gaines and were eager to share their stories of how they voted for bills she&#8217;s endorsed, or told their grandchildren about her fight. Gaines was a big enough draw that even Rep. Elise Stefanik (NY) Trump&#8217;s nominee for United Nations Ambassador, took time to attend.
Surrounded by supporters and with Trump&#8217;s Executive Order mere hours from being signed, it would have been easy — and understandable — for Gaines to take a victory lap.
She didn&#8217;t.
&#8220;This war on woke has not been won,&#8221; Gaines told the committee members. &#8220;In the next four years, God forbid AOC runs and wins, this executive order could be overturned just as easily as it was implemented,&#8221; she said, encouraging Senate leadership to prioritize codifying the protections for women&#8217;s sports.
RSC Chairman August Pfluger (R-TX) echoed Gaines&#8217;s warning, telling The Daily Wire that while Trump&#8217;s order is certainly a &#8220;decisive blow against gender ideology,&#8221; it&#8217;s hardly the end of the road.
“The woke left has waged a relentless war on women&#8217;s sports, threatening decades of hard-fought progress,&#8221; Pfluger said. &#8220;We will not rest until we have permanently codified these protections.&#8221;
Also present at Wednesday&#8217;s event was Florida Rep. Greg Steube, who this week introduced a bill that would bar men from competing against women in the Olympics. Alabama Sen. Tommy Tuberville, who introduced a companion to Steube&#8217;s bill, <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/exclusive-tuberville-moves-to-protect-womens-olympic-sports-from-trans-identifying-males">told</a> The Daily Wire that he was &#8220;proud&#8221; to do his part to defend women&#8217;s sports.
“Men should not be competing in women’s sports at any level,” Tuberville said. “We were all deeply disturbed last summer to see videos of men boxing against women in the Olympics. This is not only dangerous but it is incredibly unfair to the young women who have trained their whole lives to compete.”
On Wednesday, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt told The Daily Wire that Trump expects the International Olympic Committee to enforce his executive order during the 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles.
&#8220;I think the President with the signing of his pen starts a very public pressure campaign on these organizations to do the right thing for women and for girls across the country,&#8221; Leavitt said during Wednesday&#8217;s press briefing, adding that &#8220;there have been many notable female athletes who have had the courage to speak out against some very powerful institutions in this country.&#8221;
The President is bringing their voice to the highest level at the White House this afternoon, and he expects these organizations to comply with this federal executive order that he&#8217;ll be signing today.”
Trump&#8217;s order, like Tuberville and Pfluger&#8217;s bills, takes aim not just at the Olympics but the NCAA as well. Gaines on Wednesday recalled how the collegiate athletics governing body &#8220;muzzled&#8221; her and her fellow female athletes who spoke up in defense of women&#8217;s sports.

The stories of a dozen detransitioners, medical professionals, and mothers whose children were caught up in gender ideology are highlighted in a powerful docuseries by IW Features, a project of the Independent Women’s Forum (IWF).
&#8220;Identity Crisis&#8221; <a href="https://www.iwfeatures.com/watch/identity-crisis/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">explores</a> the personal stories of women who have been harmed by gender ideology.
There&#8217;s Prisha Mosley, 26, a detransitioner who was <a href="https://www.iwfeatures.com/documentary/mentally-ill-teen-betrayed-by-health-professionals-who-recommended-testosterone-and-top-surgery/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">pushed</a> into taking testosterone and removing her breasts but recently became a new mom; Jeanette, a mother who <a href="https://www.iwfeatures.com/documentary/jeannette-coopers-story-chicago-mother-loses-custody-of-her-daughter-for-insisting-that-her-daughter-is-a-girl/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">lost</a> custody of her daughter for insisting she was a girl; and Dr. Miriam Grossman, MD, a child psychiatrist who denounced her profession for pushing gender ideology.
Transgender medicalization for children and youth can involve puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, double mastectomies for girls, and genital surgery for both sexes to try to achieve the appearance of the opposite sex. In recent years, medical professionals have begun sounding the alarm on these drastic interventions while detransitioners have spoken out about how they were harmed. A number of European countries and American states have <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/weak-evidence-britains-nhs-to-review-all-transgender-treatment-after-major-report">pumped</a> the brakes on allowing children to access transgender drugs and surgeries.
On Tuesday, President Donald Trump signed an executive order stating that the United States will not fund or support the &#8220;so-called &#8216;transition&#8217; of a child from one sex to another&#8221; and will &#8220;rigorously enforce all laws that prohibit or limit these destructive and life-altering procedures.&#8221;

IWF, a conservative nonprofit <a href="https://www.iwf.org/about/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">with</a> a mission to expand women’s opportunities and advance policies that will enhance freedom, began highlighting women&#8217;s stories from across the country six years ago. The goal of its storytelling is to foster a deep understanding of complex policy issues and inspire change through the lens of women&#8217;s personal experiences.
&#8220;Women like to tell stories. We sit down, we tell stories a lot,&#8221; Victoria Coley, IWF&#8217;s vice president of communications said in an interview with The Daily Wire.
&#8220;We started realizing that women really wanted to open up to us,&#8221; Coley said. &#8220;Then we started seeing how powerful storytelling was to change hearts and minds. The Left really does a great job with telling stories.&#8221;
IWF first started telling detransitioners&#8217; stories in 2022. Initially, they were contacted by parents of children caught up in gender ideology who wanted to vent, then health care professionals began reaching out to share how gender ideology had taken over their workplaces. Eventually, detransitioners began sharing their stories.
The storytelling project was so successful that last year IWF launched a dedicated website, IW Features, founded by Kelsey Bolar, who executive produced the &#8220;Identity Crisis&#8221; series.
Andrea Mew, IW Features&#8217; managing editor, said that working on the &#8220;Identity Crisis&#8221; series is personal to her.
&#8220;In high school, my closest friends were people who experimented with their gender identity,&#8221; Mew told The Daily Wire.
Mew said she grew up a Democrat &#8220;by default,&#8221; but underwent a &#8220;vast political transformation, poking holes in my own political philosophy and realizing I had been wrong the whole time.&#8221;
&#8220;However, most of my friends never came to that conclusion,&#8221; she said. &#8220;These are people who, unfortunately, now I don&#8217;t think I would recognize them in public. All of my close high school friends identify as transgender.&#8221;
&#8220;My heart hurts to this day still thinking about my old friends and how they&#8217;re all damaged in one way or another by medications and surgeries,&#8221; she said, noting that these are the &#8220;people I use to love and spend all my time with.&#8221;
&#8220;There&#8217;s just so much irreversible damage, and thankfully there&#8217;s some reversible damage as well,&#8221; Mew said.
The &#8220;Identity Crisis&#8221; series has several more detransitioner stories coming down the pike that will be released soon.
&#8220;I think unfortunately we&#8217;re going to start to see a lot more stories of young women and young men who underwent these changes, regret them, and now need the support from warm communities with open arms that they are okay, that they can heal, and that we&#8217;re here to support them through the process,&#8221; Mew said.
Mew praised the detransitioners who have already shared their stories for taking &#8220;such a bold stance.&#8221;
&#8220;It takes a lot of courage to say &#8216;hey, I permanently altered my body and I really regret doing it.&#8217; They&#8217;re willing to step up, be extremely vulnerable with us, and contribute their voice to change,&#8221; she said.
Already, the pushback against gender ideology, including the stories of the detransitioners IWF has highlighted has reached policymakers.
Mosley, the detransitioner who recently became a mom, has testified about her experience before several state legislatures. Meanwhile, eight states have <a href="https://www.iwf.org/2025/01/20/independent-women-the-original-champion-of-legislation-to-define-woman-applauds-president-trumps-day-one-executive-order-to-restore-biological-reality/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">adopted</a> IWF&#8217;s model legislation to define sex-based terms.
Lawsuits against medical professionals who provided transgender drugs and surgery to youth are ongoing as well.
Mosley is <a href="https://cmppllc.com/?page_id=203" target="_blank" rel="noopener">suing</a> her doctors over her transgender medicalization, and IWF said it helped connect her with her legal team.
Detransitioner Cristina Hineman, 20, is taking on Planned Parenthood with another lawsuit, and Isabelle Ayala, 20, is suing the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Female athletes who were forced to compete against males have also had their stories <a href="https://www.iwfeatures.com/our-stories/men-in-womens-spaces/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">highlighted</a> in IW Features, including Sia Liilii, captain of the women&#8217;s volleyball team at the University of Nevada, Reno, which forfeited a game against a team with a male player, and Payton McNabb, a high school volleyball player who suffered a traumatic brain injury when a male player&#8217;s powerful spike hit her head, ending her athletic career.
Another IW Features <a href="https://www.iwfeatures.com/watch/cruel-unusual-punishment/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">series</a>, &#8220;Cruel &amp; Unusual Punishment,&#8221; highlights the stories of incarcerated women who were forced to share a cell with a trans-identifying man. The series shares the experience of an incarcerated woman who was raped by her 6&#8217;2&#8243; male cellmate, as well as the story of another woman who had to share a cell with a man who was connected to a group of men who sexually abused her when she was 10.
Over the summer, IWF <a href="https://www.iwf.org/2024/06/12/iwf-iwv-iwlc-oppose-nomination-of-judge-sarah-netburn-applaud-u-s-senate-judiciarys-efforts-to-expose-anti-woman-nominee/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">opposed</a> a federal court nomination, which ultimately failed, of a judge who had recommended that a man convicted of rape and child molestation be transferred to a women’s prison. Bolar, IW Features&#8217; founder, later <a href="https://www.iwf.org/2024/09/24/media-advisory-iwf-kelsey-bolar-testifies-senate-judiciary-on-the-male-takeover-of-womens-prisons/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">testified</a> before the Senate Judiciary Committee on the issue, sharing several of the women&#8217;s stories.

In December of 2024, for the second year in a row, a male Irish dancer who identifies as a transgender girl has <a href="https://www.quickfeis.com/FullOireachtasResultsFreeV2?OireachtasId=29" target="_blank" rel="noopener">won the title</a> of Southern Regional Champion, beating out nearly 100 girls and indirectly depriving a young woman of the opportunity to compete at the World Championships. 
As an internationally competitive Irish dancer, I have been appalled at the introduction of men into women’s sports across the globe in the last several years, and specifically, at the effects of this practice upon my own sport. Despite recent victories such as the defeat in federal court of the Biden-Harris administration’s attempt to legally expand the definition of sex in Title IX to include the nebulous concept of “gender identity,” which would have <a href="https://www.tn.gov/content/dam/tn/attorneygeneral/documents/pr/2025/2025-1-title-ix.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">punished states</a> for barring biological males from women’s sports, many female athletes are still forced to yield their spaces to boys and men.
In recent months, I have watched young women diligently balance AP classes, cross-training, and other sports with rigorous dance classes, frequent travel to competitions, and acute mental pressure that accompany athletes everywhere, only to have to compete against individuals with physiological advantages. These girls all train in the hope of qualifying for the <a href="https://www.clrgoireachtas.com/world-championships" target="_blank" rel="noopener">World Irish Dancing Championships</a>, a feat attained by a mere 1%. The World Championships are often termed our “Olympics,” and for good reason. While a normal <a href="https://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/fitness/expert-answers/heart-rate/faq-20057979#:~:text=A%20normal%20resting%20heart%20rate%20for%20adults%20ranges,to%20100%20beats%20per%20minute." target="_blank" rel="noopener">resting heart rate</a> for adults ranges between 60 to 100 beats per minute (BPM), the stamina required to compete in three champion-length rounds means our resting heart rates are often near 40bpm. Our complex rhythms must be unfailingly precise; we require the flexibility to kick well above our heads, and we must possess the explosive power to jump and freeze in midair, even while wearing heavy, fiberglass shoes. Some of us commute several hours to dance class, and in my case, as just one example, I delayed attending my first-choice university in order to secure a qualification.
After all this sacrifice, girls are then made to compete against individuals who, according to the National Library of Medicine, possess superior lung capacity, denser bones, and significantly greater muscle mass <a href="https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC9331831/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">even after estrogen therapy.</a> As of 2022, International Olympic Committee regulations require biological males wishing to compete as females to undergo “hormone therapy” to maintain testosterone levels “below 10 nmol/L (nanomoles per liter) for one year.” It is crucial to note here that this standard is patently unfair: The female range for testosterone is “&lt;1 nmol/L.&#8221; Furthermore, the National Library cites multiple studies demonstrating hormone therapy’s “limited success” with one study revealing that although male-to-female trans individuals’ testosterone levels “decreased significantly,” “nearly all” failed to reach female levels.
Additionally, current testosterone levels are a faulty metric to begin with: Male exposure to “testosterone secreted before birth … and postnatally &#8230; has driven permanent effects.” Females have “10-12%” smaller lung capacity and heart size “85% that of males.” Further studies reveal that male-to-female trans-identifying individuals experience “no bone mass loss” after “28-63 months of estrogen therapy,” and lose just “5-10%” of what can be a “50-75%” muscle mass advantage, an effect which evidence indicates could be “mitigated” by exercise. The implications of these findings upon policy for a highly aerobic, plyometric sport such as Irish dance ought to be self-evident.
Already, in the U.S., England, and Scotland, girls have been deprived of titles, World Qualifications, World Medalist status, and other honors. And now, this past December, we had to watch a boy win another female regional title. Anyone who was present or has seen the videos of that moment knows how discouraged his female competitors and their parents and teachers were.
One mother I spoke to asked to remain anonymous and expressed her frustration. Her daughter has competed in Irish dancing for eight years. She says this issue is “a biological thing,” citing the example of her 11-year-old son who has already overtaken his highly-ranked 15-year-old sister’s best cross-country runtime. Regarding dance, she says: “There’s a lot of disappointment from the girls feeling like there’s nothing that they can do training wise.” 
“There were a bunch of girls that have retired &#8230; and have cited this as the cause of why they were retiring. In particular, two girls that are on the podium &#8230; almost every year.”
It is not only parents who see injustice in this practice. One dancer, who competes at the North American level, talked to me about not just her own but also her competitors’ sadness on the changes to their competition: “We work all year for this championship &#8230; and we expect it to be just a girl’s competition.” She says the biological males “tend to be more aggressive, dominant, and take over the stage,” and deprive her competition of opportunities like “getting a recall or a national qualification.” “The majority of us girls feel that disappointment and disagree with” the policy. She concludes, “Awards for me used to be the absolute highlight of Oireachtas &#8230; but this year, when the boy won the championship title for the second time &#8230; my gut dropped.” Another highly-ranked dancer in the competition concurs, recalling that awards “felt pretty awkward.”
They were not alone in their displeasure, with the first dancer noting that “many of us” and “lots of the audience” did not applaud. What used to be “a fun vibe” of “friendship and girlhood backstage” has shifted to one in which “everyone is now on edge.”

In addition to a physical advantage, boys dancing against girls poses a greater risk for female injuries. Power and swift motion are key components of Irish dancing, and we usually compete two or three dancers at once. Despite our best efforts, differing choreographic floor patterns and an impulse to retain the front of the stage or lose points for timidity sometimes cause collisions.
An anonymous male World Qualifier, talking to me about his in-studio training, said that “aggression is a very big difference between how I dance” compared with “girls at the studio,” continuing to say that “boys will take the front of the stage more definitively,” than girls, who have cause to fear accidental collisions with boys. He speaks strictly out of a sense of fairness, stating that if “a biological male who identifies as a female competed in the male competition, I would have no problem with that.”
It is past time to end this open discrimination against our girls. Given the obvious evidence demonstrating the physical advantages of boys over girls, and the widespread recognition of injustice among the dance community, it ought to be very clear that our girls deserve their own competitions. Although many of the parents, dancers, and instructors who have spoken out on this topic have chosen to remain anonymous, fearing ended careers or vitriolic tirades against personal character, those of us who wish to protect our girls do not ascribe to such “cancel culture.” We do not call for ostracization or exclusion based upon differing beliefs; dancing is a joy which is and should be accessible to everyone. Just never at the cost of young women’s dreams.

I am a woman with no breasts. I haven’t had a normal female body since I was 20-years-old, but it’s not because of a tragic accident, birth defect, or cancer. My body was born healthy, my breasts grew fine, and in most ways I am a normal 28-year-old. As developmentally appropriate, I dream of finding a mate, getting married, and having children, but this natural ambition has been delayed because instead of learning the necessary life skills to mature into adulthood, my teens and early twenties were spent in hell.
I grew up in a spiritual body modification cult: transgenderism.
A quirky tomboy on the autism spectrum, I didn’t dress or act like other girls my age, and with my emotional struggles with severe depression and anxiety, I believed I would make a bad mother and never wanted children.
In fact, I thought I made a terrible girl in general. I never wore makeup or felt pretty, and I related only to male characters in the media. Puberty, along with social awkwardness and alienating idiosyncrasies, was rough and lonesome. By the time I was 14, my Tumblr blog was my sole source of connection.
True Christian families would have provided more patience, love, and acceptance, but my father was not a Godly man. Emotionally weak and tyrannical, my father raged and tormented me for most of my adolescence, calling me worthless, disgusting, and unwanted. While he screamed and laughed I locked myself in my room, in tears. Though Catholic and compassionate, my mother failed to protect me, and the abuse endured.
Besides the hidden abuse, my Midwestern family was of typical democratic persuasion, supporting increased public school funding, feminism, and gay marriage. Along with my dad’s abusive messages, I absorbed Leftist views, and when joining Tumblr was ecstatic to participate in social justice causes like Black Lives Matter, smashing the patriarchy, and of course, queering one’s gender.

I was 15 when I came out as nonbinary, a revelation that felt like my androgyny and nonconformity were finally appreciated. Tumblr activists rejoiced. My Left-leaning advanced English teacher who ran the school’s Gay-Straight Alliance club validated my “genderqueer” identity, and my progressive peers sympathized with my unconventional appearance under the queer label.
In my naivety, I thought gender identity would free me from the conventional standards of femininity that I had always rejected. I wanted to be loved as an eccentric personality, not be the helpless female victim that both woke discourse and my father instilled was my destiny.
Though I was suicidal with untreated PTSD from childhood abuse, gender ideology and its well-intentioned but ignorant leftist champions taught me that distress around my body and identity meant I was trans, that gender dysphoria could only be cured through medicalization.
At my LGBTQ-inclusive college, my trans-identifying professor of “Sociology of Sexuality” groomed me into the body modification cult ritual of injecting testosterone. I was prescribed the steroid at 19 in a one hour appointment — the compassionate LGBT clinic nurse practitioner nodding along with the hoax that if a patient is suicidal with gender issues, they must urgently need hormones, not counseling which is slandered as “conversion therapy.”
The “life-saving care” predictably caused a mental breakdown as my body masculinized and I mentally deteriorated. Then, after only seven months of HRT, I was approved for surgery. At 20, before I was legally old enough to buy alcohol, my breasts were sliced off and thrown in the trash. It would be two more years of trauma living as a trans-identified “gay man” before I would be correctly diagnosed with PTSD and realize that I was never a boy, just a wounded girl. I was always meant to be a woman. At 22 I began detransitioning, and I wasn’t alone.

Since 2019, I and other detransitioners like <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/author/chloe-cole" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Chloe Cole</a>, Prisha Moseley, and Ritchie Herron have blown the whistle on transgender “health.” Victims have found their voices, exposed their scars, and formed coalitions across the world via the free speech app X.
Detransitioners connect with concerned parents, professionals, and journalists in independent media who are mortified to learn that the unthinkable has happened in Western nations–brainwashing, mutilation, and sterilization of mentally ill children and vulnerable young adults.
How did liberalism cannibalize itself so abhorrently?
Like the currently trans-identified, detransitioners were once quirky individualists who believed in the progressive promise of a free and just society, one where the disenfranchised were accepted, helped, and raised up into a diverse rainbow of love and tolerance. We advocated for bodily autonomy, mental health awareness, and voted blue no matter what, just like good, responsible citizens should. So we thought.
The Left failed its vulnerable. It lied to autistic, confused, mentally ill teens telling them their bodies were wrong, and society was somehow to blame. The Left made it “transphobic” for a therapist to question a mentally ill patient’s irrational beliefs, but “inclusive” for educators to teach that “male” and “female” are outdated and hurtful.
As I awoke to the horrors of what was done to my body in the name of progress, I also awoke to the callous nihilism of the Left overall. Queer ideology is anti-progress, anti-human, anti-reality. Through grueling years of daily therapy and healing in my mid twenties I not only became ex-trans, but ex-Left. As I studied interpersonal abuse dynamics like those I grew up in with my dad, I saw the same pattern of manipulation and gaslighting occur from the Left when my friends or I spoke of detransition. Immediately upon realizing the illusions we suffered, in the eyes of our former comrades, we become Right-wing bigots, subhuman.
For the raw, comprehensive story of why girls transition and how to detransition and recover, I have written a memoir releasing in late 2025, “Surviving the Trans Myth.” Detransitioners take healing from the biggest medical scandal of our time into our own hands, as the love from leftist institutions evaporates once their facade is exposed.
The Left claims to care about trauma victims, but detransitioners prove otherwise. I have tried to publish articles and do interviews with leftist outlets but have been met with worse than ignorance–avoidance, denial, apathy.
Once an emotionally-dysregulated queer activist who thought Trump would slaughter the trans population, I was hurt over the cultist&#8217;s “conservative” accusations until I realized some things are worth conserving.
My body was.
When I was approached by Turning Point USA Productions to share my story in a mainstream conservative documentary, that old leftist fear was replaced with newfound strength to fight for what was left of my body–my heart, mind, and soul. The film explains the hydra of gender ideology and its history, exhibiting how it crept into every institution and exploded into online youth culture, while following personal stories of detransitioners’ struggle for self-acceptance, parents Adam Vena and Harrison Tinsely who lost custody of their sons for not affirming their trans identity, and professionals like Dr. Joe Burgo, a psychotherapist who despite being an expert on shame, cannot treat gender dysphoric patients without losing his license.
As for me, the night I watched <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/videos/identity-crisis">Identity Crisis</a> debut and saw my trauma on the big screen was a bittersweet coalescence of grief and gratitude.
Though I’ve moved on from the cult, nihilism, and mental illness, acknowledging the magnitude of loss will always create some self-doubt about fulfilling my dreams. After the film ended, I cried for the woman I could have been:
“I just want to be a normal woman. I want to have a normal, feminine, beautiful body. But I never will.”
My sexual organs were removed because nobody cared to help me process my childhood abuse that made me direct hatred inward. I am thankful to be the woman I am, but this was all unnecessary.
If there is one lesson I’ve learned from leaving the Left, it’s that the Right must step up where the Left has failed. Conservatives have an opportunity to offer a counter-narrative that prioritizes safeguarding children and promoting thoughtful, evidence-based approaches to gender issues.
Here are a few steps the Right can take:

<li>Advocate for Responsible Policies: Speak on legislation that ensures patients receive thorough mental health evaluations before accessing medical interventions. Protect parental rights while fostering environments that encourage open dialogue rather than ideological conformity.</li>
<li>Support Detransitioners: Create spaces where detransitioners can share their stories without fear of judgment or erasure. Acknowledge their experiences as survivors and offer healing from whatever toolkit you have.</li>
<li>Promote Mental Health: Address the root causes of gender distress — including social isolation, sexual confusion, and mental health issues — rather than colluding with the transition placebo.</li>
</ul>
Detransition is a testament to human resilience and the desire for growth even in the face of immense pain and loss. My story is not just a cautionary tale but a call to action. It is a plea for compassion, responsibility, and courage from all sides of the political spectrum.
The fight for a healthier, stronger, and more truthful life starts with us.

The online prostitution website OnlyFans has been in the news quite a lot recently. Last week a prominent OnlyFans prostitute went viral for propositioning a Five Guys employee while he was on the clock at the burger restaurant. Fortunately, the young man kept his dignity and turned her down.
This week, the same predatory degenerate — I think we should treat these people like mass shooters and try not to use their names, when possible— has now claimed that she set a “world record” by having sex with 1,000 men in a 24-hour period. Actually it was 1,057. Far be it from me to deprive her of that extra 57 strands of gonorrhea she likely contracted.

You often hear people, especially conservatives, say that they feel sorry for women like this. I have to admit I don’t. I reserve all of my sympathy for whoever owns the AirBnB they used for this stunt. You’ll have to go in there with hazmat suits to fumigate that room.
Now, you may remember a few weeks ago the story of the OnlyFans prostitute who had sex with one hundred men. These are not the same people. That woman also planned to jump in bed with a thousand men, but she was apparently beaten to the punch. There is now an arms race among cyber hookers to see who can have sex with the most men in a day. Eventually someone is going to figure out a way to crack a million, which will be a pace of about 11 men a second. I don’t see how that’s physically possible right now, but someone will figure it out. This insatiable quest for sexual self-debasement will be the primary driver of scientific and technological advancement in the future, I have no doubt.
Needless to say, business over at OnlyFans is thriving. Back in the fall, it was reported that the website’s revenue for the previous year had cracked $1.3 billion. They are generating all of that money from the approximately 300 million “fan” accounts on the site. But the “fans” are all there for the hookers, or as OnlyFans refers to them: creators. This euphemism makes no sense, of course, because these women aren’t creating anything. They are selling their bodies — that which has already been created, by God Almighty — to the lowest bidder. They are profiting from their own degradation and humiliation. This is not an act of creation, but of destruction — self-destruction.

But whatever you call these women, how many are there? According to recent reports, there are currently about 1.4 million American women producing pornography for OnlyFans. 1.4 million. That number is undoubtedly a severe undercount. It doesn’t count all the women who “created” on OnlyFans in the past. And it doesn’t count the women who use other platforms to sell their bodies. All in all, it’s impossible to know exactly how many women in this country have elected to become prostitutes. We only know that the number, whatever it is, is well into the millions.
This is a truly unprecedented circumstance. Prostitution itself is not new or unprecedented. It is the world’s oldest profession, as the saying goes. And there’s nothing necessarily new about having such a high percentage of women in a given population turning to prostitution to make a living. You could almost certainly find more per capita prostitutes in most third world countries today. Historically, it’s thought that something like 1 in 5 women in 18th century London were prostitutes — 20% of the female population. There are a lot of OnlyFans “creators.” But there aren’t that many, percentage-wise. So the sheer numbers do not reveal the full scope of this problem.
As I tried to explain a few days ago, although prostitution has always been prevalent in basically all human societies, in one form or another, it has almost always been the province of young, poor, desperate women. You would have to drive down to the sections of the city where these women congregated. That’s because prostitution was not a part of polite, mainstream society. It was kept out on the fringes, in the shadows, in the dank, dark places where normal people would never want to go.
That is all changing now, and very rapidly. Suddenly, prostitution has become a career option, or a way to earn extra spending cash, for middle class and upper middle class women. The kinds of women who would never stand on a physical street corner now have the opportunity to sell their bodies on a virtual street corner. And a depressing, even terrifying, number of women have jumped at that chance. Some of them have even become multi-millionaires in the process. That is another thing that separates old fashioned prostitution from the newer variety. There are OnlyFans “creators” making $20 or $30 million a year. The highest paid star running backs in the NFL don’t make that much.
That’s not to say that most of the hookers on OnlyFans are raking in millions. The sad reality is that the vast majority are debasing and dehumanizing themselves for the sake of a few hundred bucks a month at most. They could earn as much selling homemade candles on Etsy. They could earn significantly more if they went out and got real jobs. Instead they choose to become masturbatory aides for random, unseen men. And in return they make only enough money to feed their Starbucks habit. It is hard to imagine something more pathetic than that.
But even this does not fully capture the width and breadth of this crisis. It’s not just that so many women are becoming prostitutes. And it’s not just that women who have many other options are choosing to be prostitutes anyway. It’s that, through platforms like OnlyFans, prostitution — or “sex work,” as it is euphemistically called — is now mainstream. It is a part of popular culture in a way that it never was before. It has been validated, accepted, and therefore elevated, so that prostitution is not just a common practice, but a conventional one. Prostitution may be the oldest profession but it was never considered a “normal” one. Until now.

This didn’t happen out of the blue. The stage was set over the course of decades, with the proliferation of internet pornography. Nearly all of the moral guardrails around sex were torn down and replaced with a flimsy, woefully insufficient consent-based moral structure which says that anything is permissible so long as both parties verbally agree to it. But it turns out that just because both parties agree to something, that doesn’t make the thing good, or acceptable, nor does it mitigate the harm done by it. If you sacrifice your dignity while robbing someone else of theirs, it doesn’t matter that you consented to it. A thing is not dignified merely because it was done on purpose, with the willful acquiescence of all parties.
Most of all, we have removed shame from society. At least we have removed it from the things that are actually shameful. History shows that we can put an end to pretty much any type of conduct, or drive it into the shadows and out of public view so that very few people engage in it, simply by using shame. We stopped shaming whorish behavior, and now we have soccer moms turning to prostitution for some extra spending money. One follows from the other.
50 years ago, around half of all adults in the country smoked cigarettes. Now that number is down to about 10%. We have cast cigarette smokers out to the edges of society, and this has been accomplished largely through shame and social pressure. Our culture has relentlessly demonized cigarettes as disgusting, dangerous, and low class, and as a result cigarettes went from cool and mainstream to obnoxious and odious. It used to be that you could smoke cigarettes anywhere. Now cigarette smokers are given an eight foot wide box outside, 100 feet from entrance of any building. Society is more welcoming of sex offenders than cigarette smokers at this point.
Now, I think the anti-cigarette campaigns are quite overdone and hysterical. My point is only that when a behavior is targeted and shamed — even an addictive one — you will end up with less of it, and when it does happen, it will happen out of view, on the margins, where shameful things belong.
We cannot get rid of prostitution entirely. It will always be one of the unsightly barnacles that attaches itself to the hull of civilization. But that’s what it should be. A slimy, crustaceous thing clinging to the outside of the ship, below the water line. Not sitting up on deck, reclining on a beach chair in full view, while the wait staff serves it margaritas.

This kind of behavior should be shamed. That goes for the customers, the men. Most people aren’t hesitant to call them out, nor should they be. But it also goes for the women. The women who choose this lifestyle. They are not resorting to it out of desperation, or forced into it. We should look at that choice with disgust and contempt, not acceptance and understanding. We should treat it with shame. Which is the primary reason why OnlyFans and all similar platforms should be outlawed. Prostitution is already illegal in most jurisdictions. It makes no logical sense that prostitution should be legal only if it is done with a camera and sold for a subscription. Why should the more accessible version of the thing be legal? If anything, it should be the other way around. Though I prefer for both versions to be banned. Would banning it stop women from selling their bodies online? No, not entirely. But it would go a long way towards ostracizing the behavior so that otherwise normal and financially comfortable people would not engage in it.
There is one side of the ideological divide that wants to actively normalize the most debased forms of human behavior. And the other side which, though not seeking to normalize it, has largely lost the wherewithal and appropriate sense of moral indignation to treat shameful things as shameful. Which is why the conversation around OnlyFans so often centers on how much pity we should have for the prostitutes, and how hard their lives must be, and the deep sadness you can see in their poor little puppy dog eyes. There is almost no one stating plainly what used to be commonly understood: that this kind of conduct is disgusting and reprehensible, and we are revolted by it. That message is harsh and impolite. It also happens to be true. It is honest. And if the recent history of our culture should have taught us anything, it’s that it is better to be honest than polite.
