<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The YouTube channel Good Good issued an apology over the weekend for a since-deleted viral video depicting a man pushing a woman to the ground as part of an ad for Callaway Golf.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“We posted a video to our channels that ultimately depicted actions that are not aligned with our values as a brand,” the </span><a href="https://x.com/goodgood_golf/status/2091243669055574303"><span style="font-weight: 400;">statement</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> from Good Good said. “We have since taken that content down. And sincerely apologize. Good Good has always stood for making the game of golf more inclusive to all, and we will continue to ensure that is our mission moving forward.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">A Callaway spokesperson said in a </span><a href="https://golf.com/news/good-good-apologizes-controversial-callaway-golf-video/"><span style="font-weight: 400;">statement</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> to Golf.com, “We are disappointed by the content that was posted, and are appreciative of Good Good for addressing this. We look forward to working together to ensure a more inclusive space in golf.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Good Good is a popular YouTube golf channel with more than 2 million subscribers.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The ad was meant to promote a driver made in a collaboration between Good Good and Callaway Golf. One 15-second clip that’s gone viral shows Good Good co-founder Garrett Clark shoving member Alexis Miestowski to the ground. In the video, Clark stands over her and says: “Do not touch my new driver.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Longer versions of the original are also being shared, with followers saying it was meant to be a horror movie-esque bit about becoming obsessed with the driver. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In the full version, after Clark pushes Miestowski, the scene continues. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“I don’t get the big deal. It’s just a new driver,” another golfer says, to which Clark yells, “Johnny, no! Don’t do it!”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Everyone in the golf group begs Johnny not to touch the driver as ominous horror-style music plays in the background. Johnny ignores them, then turns around with a menacing smile on his face and heads to the tee, pushing past the group to tee off, as they ask, “Johnny, are you OK?” Johnny then begins swinging wildly as the camera cuts to Clark, who concludes, “It’s over. He’s gone.” </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The ad ends with a text overlay that says, “Consider yourself warned,” which echoes the original caption text.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Put into context, skeptics are wondering if the ad is more a comment on the addictive nature of the driver and less some kind of statement on using physical force to keep women out of golf. But most agree it’s a bad look either way.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The far-left Democrat attended the Black Entrepreneur State Fair last weekend, and videos of his bizarre moves are making the rounds on social media, with viewers noting how his rhythm hasn’t improved since the last time he danced on camera.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Frey was wearing a button-down shirt, gray dress pants, and sunglasses when he approached an emcee in a parking lot at the event and tried out a few awkward movements. The reactions online were pure gold.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Unfortunately for everyone with eyes, this wasn’t the first time Frey busted out his dance repertoire. During a celebration of Somali Independence Day in Minneapolis last summer, Frey made odd swimming motions as a form of interpretive dance after being handed a Somali flag on stage. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Frey also danced his way through his reelection campaign last year despite his complete lack of skills. That video did not go over well, either. “Call a doctor; he&#8217;s having a seizure,” one viewer quipped in response to a YouTube clip of that dancing incident.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Minneapolis mayor is no stranger to pandering. Last December, Frey joined other state Democrats to enjoy some traditional Somali food as a signal of solidarity. The only problem was Frey’s inability to pretend the rice and beans dish was palatable, which led to a lot of hilarious reactions on social media.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Clips of Frey looking visibly uncomfortable as he tried to eat the food began circulating immediately, with viewers using them as proof that the mayor is nothing but a giant phony.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Frey also got dragged for celebrating Somali Independence Day earlier this year, writing on X, &#8220;Happy Somali Independence Day.&#8221;</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">A self-described “Disney adult” has gone viral after years of documenting her repeated interactions with Disneyland&#8217;s Peter Pan character, and viewers have accused the devoted fan of making one cast member visibly uncomfortable.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">A TikTok user, babytoni99, who goes by &#8220;Toni,&#8221; has posted numerous videos of herself interacting with performers portraying Peter Pan at Disneyland. One video posted on July 31 shows Toni giving a present to the Disney employee, who accepts it in a moment that followers deemed “creepy af.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“Another adventure with the green bean,” Toni wrote in the caption.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The performer appears surprised when Toni approaches with the gift, shouting, “‘What?’” in response to Toni coming at him with a crocheted duck wearing a Peter Pan hat. He thanks Toni during the awkward encounter, but fans say the video feels more like a hostage situation.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“He f***king hates you,” one commenter wrote.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“I bet he wishes he could actually fly,” another agreed.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“You know he went home and cracked open a bottle of whiskey after this,” a third echoed.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Toni promised to visit Peter Pan again the following week, which is likely more than an idle threat, given the content of her previous videos dating back ten years. Her TikTok profile notes that she’s a “Magic Key Holder,” meaning she has an annual season pass to the theme park.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The TikTok user’s earliest post featuring the character dates back to February 2020 and includes the caption, “We promised to never forget our adventures.” But later posts mention how her obsessions with Peter Pan – including visiting with him – began long before that. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">All of this attention prompted another man to say he was also harassed by a different theme park guest while he was playing Peter Pan at Disney World in Orlando, Florida. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“I myself, whilst working at Disney World, had a stalker. She came to my line every single shift that I was Peter Pan, and likely to the other two or three people that were cast in the role of Peter Pan at the time, and she would continue to circle the queue line over and over and over again to see Peter Pan,” he </span><a href="https://www.tiktok.com/@backinthacloset/video/7672925590298578189"><span style="font-weight: 400;">said</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> in a TikTok clip.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“Now, this person was not a child. This person was easily in her late 20s, early 30s, and would come to my line time and time again asking disturbing questions.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The incidents have led to a lot of discourse about so-called “Disney adults,” a term for adults who become obsessed with visiting theme parks without any children in tow. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">There were also commenters coming to Toni’s defense, including one former cast member who said her behavior wasn’t the worst he’s seen.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The viral post is overlaid with text that reads, “When they forget to tell the officiant that she isn’t changing her name…” The video begins with the officiant saying, “Ladies and gentlemen, it is my honor to present the newly married couple, Mr. &amp; Mrs. Brandon Key!” </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">At that moment, the bride whipped her head around in shock, said something to the officiant, and he quickly rolled his eyes before changing course and introducing the bride by her maiden name.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The interaction inspired discourse about name changes for women. It also raised questions about a man&#8217;s role in modern relationships. Many clip viewers noted the groom’s submissive-looking behavior in the video.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">A video of an Australian nurse using his 10 years of training in Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ) to fend off a crazed patient at the Brisbane hospital has gone viral this week.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Daniel Nelson, who is registered in the Australian Army, posted the security camera footage of himself from October 2024 that shows the workplace violence that “many people never see.” The video, which Nelson posted on his LinkedIn account last week, shows the nurse fighting off an intoxicated patient at Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, prompting him to use his decade of training in martial arts. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Nelson explained that the patient was showing signs of intoxication while “verbally abusing staff, spitting on the floor, and behaving aggressively.” After the man was asked to leave, Nelson escorted the patient out before the apparently drunk man turned around and threw items at him and began punching him.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“Somewhere along the way, he decided assaulting the nurse was a good idea. … In a stroke of genius, he decided he wanted a cuddle,” Nelson wrote on the post. “Safe to say, it didn’t work out the way he expected.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The nurse, who has <a href="https://www.news24.com.au/national/cctv-shows-brisbane-emergency-department-nurse-using-jiujitsu-to-restrain-attacker-in-shocking-footage/news-story/961c28ba6417e82a837523bad09ebcdf">served</a> the Australian Army for more than 21 years, used his 10-year “obsession” with BJJ to defend himself, wrestling the man and putting him in a choke hold until security arrived. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">While the training and quick reflexes benefitted Nelson, he explained that not everyone would have been capable of stopping the intoxicated individual.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“What if he had targeted a nurse half my size,” he said. “A new graduate? A student? Someone without the ability or confidence to physically defend themselves?”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">He went on to write later in his post that situations like these with patients are actually very common and healthcare workers should not have to experience this kind of violence and harassment at the workplace.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“Violence against healthcare workers isn’t ‘just part of the job.’ It’s unacceptable and alcohol is no excuse,” Nelson stated. “To all my colleagues who continue to show up despite this sort of behavior: I see you and appreciate what you do every day.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The nurse ended the post by explaining the man pleaded guilty to common assault and was fined $450.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">An Illinois maintenance worker was trapped inside a gas station sign 130 feet in the air for over six hours on Tuesday. </span></p>
<p>AJ Gow was doing repair work on a gas station sign near Interstate 55 right before 11:00 a.m. when his telescopic boom lift malfunctioned, leaving him 13 stories in the air.</p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">At around 2:00 p.m., the Wilmington Fire Protection District received a call about the stranded man. Its Technical Rescue Team, “</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">specializing in confined space, collapse, and high angle rescue,” was sent to help. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The fire crew soon realized that their 100-foot ladders were not long enough to help Gow.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">No ladders or stairs built into the sign pole were present eliminating the possibility of rescue team personnel ascending to the victim’s location as would normally occur in a high angle rescue,” the Wilmington Fire Protection District Deputy Chief Todd Friddle </span><a href="https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100064452889694"><span style="font-weight: 400;">said</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;">. “The victim’s location was also beyond fire department ladder truck capabilities.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Wilmington fire department found a boom lift in a town around 17 miles away that could ascend the distance and wheeled it to the site.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In the meantime, an aerial drone monitored the man, who gave an optimistic thumbs-up.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">At around 4:00 p.m., the maintenance worker was lifted down and “returned to safety with no victim or rescuer injuries,” the report concluded.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Gow thanked local officials for their help in saving him.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Gow also </span><a href="https://www.facebook.com/photo/?fbid=10164774301749712&amp;set=a.439218559711"><span style="font-weight: 400;">posted</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> a photo of himself standing inside the sign in the comments of one of his posts, telling one of his friends, “I was up there on this. [I] couldn&#8217;t fully stand either and it kept swaying with the wind. It was miserable.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Besides feeling severe dehydration and anxiety, Gow stated that he is fine.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“My adrenaline was pumping once I saw that lift arriving and [it] gave me a 2nd wind. After the adrenaline crash, I felt like crap all night and still do.”</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Pete Suerken, president of Wendy’s, shared a </span><a href="https://www.linkedin.com/posts/wendys-international_peteknows-activity-7434960151893200896-gMPz"><span style="font-weight: 400;">video</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> on Wednesday featuring him trying one of the restaurant’s iconic Baconator burgers. Suerken stepped up to the grill and slapped down the patties, flipped them over, and reiterated the fast food chain’s motto that their burgers were “fresh, never frozen.” </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">He also trolled a popular McDonald’s complaint about the soft serve machines always being broken. Suerken portioned out a Frosty and said, “Is this set up today? Oh, wait, our machines are always working.” </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The exec sat down to enjoy a Baconator with a Frosty and some fries. He recorded himself taking a large bite and saying, “This is exactly what a good hamburger should be.” Next, Suerken dipped his fries in his Frosty.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“Only one thing missing — a napkin,” he said after chowing down. Burger King wrote in the caption, “Thought we’d replay this.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The controversy is going worldwide. The North Vancouver–based company A&amp;W Canada also released a video of popular company spokesperson Allen Lulu dressed in an outfit similar to what Kempczinski wore in the original McDonald’s video. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Conference organizers told the outlet that Cabot was not being compensated for her appearance.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The internet has been obsessed with the alleged Astronomer affair scandal since it was made public following viral images from a Coldplay show last July.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">A video showed company CEO Andrew Byron, then married, and Cabot embracing one another at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts, when the kiss cam landed on them. The couple reacted immediately, with Byron letting go of Cabot and stepping out of frame. Cabot had a similar reaction, immediately hiding her face and turning away from the camera.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Coldplay frontman Chris Martin called out their reaction, saying, “Either they’re having an affair or they’re very shy.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The video was posted online and became part of the national conversation, inspiring references, spoofs, and commentary that lasted for months.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Byron had served as CEO of Astronomer since 2023, while Cabot had been a human resources executive with the company for less than one year. Both resigned from their positions following the scandal.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The former HR exec gave multiple interviews this week and went over some details about the event and aftermath. Cabot was shocked at the level of public outrage over her alleged infidelity, and seemed especially offended that Paltrow joined in the fray.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Astronomer became a household name after Cabot, the former Chief People Officer for the company, was spotted embracing the CEO. After getting caught on the kiss cam, the two quickly stepped away from each other and out of frame after realizing they were being broadcast to the entire stadium at the July 16 Coldplay show in Foxborough, Massachusetts.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400">Also, the item has disappeared from Swift’s </span><a href="https://store.taylorswift.com/"><span style="font-weight: 400">merchandise site</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400">, though it’s unclear if this was due to the accusations or because it sold out. Reps for Swift did not immediately return a request for comment on the controversy.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">User sampire1513, whose profile describes her as “the friend that’s too woke” and “happily gay married,” posted a video detailing all the symbolism she saw on the necklace being sold on Swift’s merchandise website. The jewelry piece was meant to go along with the song “Opalite” from the singer’s newest “The Life of a Showgirl” album.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">The video has gone viral on multiple social media platforms, earning 5.4 million views on TikTok and a ton of supportive comments.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">The TikTok creator opened by mentioning the reception to the song “Opalite,” which she said has “racial undertones.”</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400">The TikTok creator goes on to describe how the necklace has lightning bolts, but insists that the way these lightning bolts are designed is meant to represent something specific while acknowledging that the lyrics say, “dancing through the lightning strikes.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">“They are specifically SS lightning bolts,” sampire1513 continues. “Okay? It is not ambiguous. That is exactly what it is.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">She goes on with the conspiracy accusations.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400">Sampire1513 goes on to claim that the cross on the necklace is a “f***ing iron cross,” a German military medal.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">The social media creator said after seeing the necklace, there are only two options.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400">“Number one, Swift&#8217;s team and Swift herself, they put this out, and they genuinely just didn&#8217;t know what they were doing. And it&#8217;s a complete happenstance that it resembles any commonly used Nazi dog whistles,” she said, noting that for this to happen, there would have to be no one on the team who is Jewish or who went through “cultural sensitivity training.”</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Kristin Cabot, the woman caught on camera in a romantic pose with a man who was not her husband at a Coldplay concert in July, has filed for divorce from her spouse.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The former Astronomer employee also left her position as Chief People Officer following the national attention given to the story. Now NBC News is </span><a href="https://www.nbcnews.com/pop-culture/pop-culture-news/woman-seen-coldplay-kiss-cam-astronomer-ceo-files-divorce-husband-rcna229570"><span style="font-weight: 400;">reporting</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> that Cabot filed a petition for divorce on August 13 in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, in a process that’s ongoing.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The documents say that a hearing is scheduled in the family division of New Hampshire&#8217;s 10th Circuit Court on November 26.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The internet has been obsessed with the alleged Astronomer affair scandal since it was made public following the July 16th Coldplay show.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">A viral video shows Byron, who is also married, and Cabot embracing one another at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Massachusetts, when the kiss cam landed on them. The couple reacted immediately, with Byron letting go of Cabot and stepping out of frame. Cabot had a similar reaction as she immediately hid her face and turned away from the camera.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Coldplay frontman Chris Martin called out their reaction. “Oh, look at these two,” the singer can be heard saying. “Either they’re having an affair or they’re very shy.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The popularity of the video spurred many fake reactions, including a faux statement attributed to Byron and images of a fake social media post attributed to Coldplay saying, “Starting with our next show, we’re introducing camera-free audience sections for people and their sidepieces.”</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Byron has served as CEO of Astronomer since 2023, while Cabot had been with the company for less than one year.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Byron’s wife, Megan Kerrigan Byron, removed her last name from her Facebook account before deactivating it entirely just after the incident happened. Byron was on LinkedIn, but removed his profile in the wake of the scandal.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Astronomer CEO resigned from his position, and the company attempted to do </span><a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/astronomer-hires-gwyneth-paltrow-to-be-temporary-spokesperson-after-kiss-cam-drama"><span style="font-weight: 400;">damage control</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> by hiring Coldplay frontman’s ex-wife, actress Gwyneth Paltrow, as their “very temporary spokesperson.”</span></p>
