Yesterday, a few hundred morons and vile America haters all got together, supposedly to protest the presence of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the United Nations in New York.
This was not about human rights. These people do not care one iota about human rights. The U.N. is filled with evil states pursuing the actual slaughter of civilians deliberately. These people were not there protesting any of that.
They were there to protest because that&#8217;s part of a gestalt. It&#8217;s part of a broader worldview. That worldview is simple: The West is evil. Anyone who is successful in the West or internationally, any country that is successful, is a victimizer. Any country that is unsuccessful — which can be defined by how much you love terrorism and how miserable you make your own citizens — all of those places are victims. All those people who actively do bad things in the world, they&#8217;ve been victimized by the system. And that&#8217;s why they are failures.
A lot of people are going to tell you about what happened inside the U.N. I don&#8217;t care what happened inside the U.N.; I&#8217;m much more interested in these dull-witted, malicious pieces of trash outside the U.N. than the dull-witted, malicious, and evil pieces of trash inside the U.N.
What happens inside the U.N. is inconsequential. The U.N. General Assembly is this gigantic event that is basically the Golden Globes for dictators. It&#8217;s a legitimacy-generating institution for people who deserve no legitimacy.
American taxpayer dollars should not be spent on this garbage heap of an institution. We should be pulling our money as fast as humanly possible.

I noticed, by the way, all of the isolationists who are very keen on pulling military aid from Israel won&#8217;t say a word about pulling the multiples of money that we spend at the U.N.
The U.N. is a trash, garbage, horrific organization that requires between $66 billion and $69 billion each year. And we, the American taxpayers, pay for about a quarter of that — somewhere between $15 and $18 billion annually. We spend this on the U.N., which is the high school of international politics; it’s a wretched hive of scum and villainy.
Just take the U.N. Security Council, where Russia and China dictate international policy. We American taxpayers spend more on the U.N. each year than we do on the Coast Guard, the IRS, or the FBI and ATF. We spend about five times as much on the U.N. as we spend on, for example, military aid to Israel, which of course is the big bugaboo.
So I don&#8217;t care what happens inside the U.N., because in essence, it is irrelevant. Every so often they send a bunch of blue helmets to a place to not stop a mass killing or engage in the rape of civilians. The U.N. is a monument to human stupidity. I don&#8217;t care about an institution that stands by when there is actual genocide in Rwanda and mass slaughter in Somalia and Nigeria and Sudan and Ethiopia and Iran, and that acts as a cat&#8217;s paw for the world&#8217;s worst dictatorships.
The U.N. is inherently ridiculous. It always was ridiculous. It remains ridiculous today.
I am, however, worried about the people protesting outside. Why? In The Daily Wire&#8217;s new movie, “Run, Hide, Fight: Infidels,” there&#8217;s a message, which is that there is an insanity to the Red-Green Alliance — a suicidal insanity — between radical leftists and radical Muslims.
We are seeing that materialize not just on our streets, but in our government, in Congress; that&#8217;s what&#8217;s at stake.
Not Susan Sarandon getting arrested or Elliot Page trying to make a headline for something other than cutting off her body parts, or Hannah Einbinder desperately attempting to seek more attention. I&#8217;m worried about people who agree with Ayatollah Khomeini and Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar and Hassan Piker in Congress.
A bunch of people there weren&#8217;t just B-level starlets from Hollywood. There were people there who will be in Congress in about four months.
There is footage of the NYPD beginning to arrest people because they were obstructing traffic. The whole point was to get arrested. This includes Darializa Avila Chevalier, who is going to go to Congress in January because she&#8217;s in a blue district, and she won a primary over another fairly left-wing Democrat, Adriano Espaillat.
She is a nut job, and she was there. She got herself arrested.
These are people who are going to end up in Congress.
Adam Hamawy, who literally was a translator for the Blind Sheikh, the Egyptian imam who was convicted in 1995 for conspiring in connection with the World Trade Center bombing of 1993 and a broader terrorist plot to attack New York City landmarks. A man who once traveled to Bosnia to volunteer for an aid group that was a front for al-Qaeda. That guy is going to be sitting in Congress. He was also present at this protest.
Instead of supporting international law, we are supporting genocide. We are doing the opposite of what we should be doing. The whole point of the United Nations is to stop exactly what&#8217;s happening.
The United Nations has failed. We are enabling this to happen. And this can&#8217;t continue.

Well, I&#8217;ll be darned. What did Israel do n—. Oh wait. The violence against women in Gaza is being committed by Gazan men? Is &#8220;Free Palestine&#8221; really just code for &#8220;free these women from their Palestinian oppressors&#8221;?

The U.N., which is notorious for being as glaringly antisemitic, absolutely incompetent, and wholly unnecessary, just published findings that show women in Gaza are being traded for food and forced into marriages with their rapists.
With their rapists.
Over here, in the West, pro-choice advocates often ground their abortion arguments on the 0.4% of rape cases that result in pregnancies, saying women shouldn&#8217;t have to carry their rapists&#8217; babies. So I&#8217;m sure they&#8217;ll be appalled, enraged, and vocal about the abhorrent reality women in Gaza are facing: having to marry and then procreate with their abusers! Right?
Wrong. They&#8217;re largely laissez-faire about the 123% increase in the number of early and forced marriage incidents across the region in the first quarter of 2026 alone. And eerily quiet upon hearing that the victims span ages 12 to 59. And suspiciously silent about the whistleblowers admitting that rape victims are often forced into these marriages to avoid shame and scandals.
&#8220;When rape cases are discovered in schools, you find weddings and celebrations at the school the next day,&#8221; one refugee said.
Horrific. Absolutely horrific.
In our Western World, which people take for granted and make a living off complaining about, you can&#8217;t scroll on Instagram for one minute without seeing a celebrity, influencer, or friend from high school getting married to the love of their lives on a beautiful beach, wistful wooded enclave, or luxurious lake. Wearing the dress of their dreams, smiling ear to ear, as they Instagram carousel off into the sunset.
In the Gaza Strip and many other parts of the Middle East, where sharia law dictates the courts, women are paired up with predators and walk down the aisle dressed in more garb than an Egyptian mummy in linen.
In our Western World, women are praised for murdering their children on account of mental health and acquitting men who boil up 26-year-olds to serve the &#8220;unhoused.&#8221;
In several Middle Eastern sharia courts, a woman&#8217;s testimony is worth half a man&#8217;s or is simply excluded entirely.
These are realities our media ecosystem should report on, acknowledge, and raise awareness of. But instead, they hide the truth, warp the emerging reports, and ignore the inconveniences, screaming &#8220;Israel&#8217;s fault&#8221; all the while.
But this is a situation even the BBC can&#8217;t gloss over, though they tried.
It&#8217;s both tragic and a much-needed reminder for us ladies in the land of the free that we can refuse marriage, leave the house, testify in court as a full person, and post the bikini pics without the burqa, with the caption &#8220;Free Palestine.&#8221;
If these people are serious about &#8220;freeing Palestine,&#8221; they should advocate for the abdication of these rules that force women into hiding, obscurity, and shame. They should argue for the importation of the beautifully boring Western miracles we are blessed to live by: equality, the right to say no, the expectation that rape is a crime against the victim, not an impetus for matrimony. Then they should protect them as though they could be lost, because they can easily be lost if we forget where they came from.

In a fiery speech before the United Nations, President Trump declared that he is facing a stark choice: should he annihilate Iran and send it to hell, or should he do that to the news media?
Trump said that annihilating Iran would free its citizens from nearly half a century of oppression and put an end to that country’s funding of terrorism around the world, but that annihilating the news media would also be cool, especially seeing the look on Chuck Scarborough’s face when he walks out of the burning MS NOW building with his clothes in tatters and his face all black like Elmer Fudd when he’s trying to shoot Bugs Bunny, but Bugs bends his rifle barrel backwards just before Elmer pulls the trigger.
Pounding the podium during his speech, Trump said:

Though Trump has so far refrained from military action against the news media, he did recently ban CNN, MS NOW, and Politico from attending press conferences on the White House grounds because they keep printing false stories like the Russian collusion hoax and the fine-people-on-both-sides hoax.

Spokesmen for the three news outlets responded with a defiant statement saying they don’t care if they can’t attend White House press conferences, since they’re making up most of this hoax crap anyway, and can do that just as well sitting at home in their Hello Kitty pajamas, which make them feel like they’re in a warm, cuddly, loving environment instead of in America, where everyone hates them.
News Media spokeswoman Karen Bias told a CNN reporter also named Karen Bias that the president’s criticism of the network was unfair. Bias told Bias:

So while Trump spoke at the U.N., declaring he was tired of the war in Ukraine because it had used up so many drones there were none left at Best Buy, CNN ran counter programming, including an old episode of Teletubbies in which Tinky-Winky and Dipsy cheer up the Sun Baby by tickling him under the chin, after which Tinky-Winky reveals that he’s homosexual, screaming, “Look at me, for the love of God! I’m a lavender fairy with a triangle on my head! What the hell did you think I was? Just listen to the way I talk, for crying out loud. I can’t live this lie anymore!” after which he broke down sobbing and the episode had to be brought to an abrupt conclusion.
Likewise, while Trump was reaching out to Cuba with a generous offer to grind them under his heel, devour their soul, and spit out the crushed ashes of their communist oppression, CNN, MS NOW, and Politico were airing full live coverage of “RuPaul’s Drag Race All-Stars,” starring Tinky-Winky, who’s trying to make a comeback after the whole Teletubbies disaster, which ended with the Sun Baby dying tragically by his own hand.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu held up a Hezbollah pager during his United Nations speech Thursday, as dozens of diplomats walked out before he took the stage.
“Remember these things?” Netanyahu asked the audience, holding up the device. “Well, I can tell you this: Hezbollah certainly remembers them.”
Netanyahu was referring to the September 2024 operation in which thousands of pagers used by Hezbollah members exploded across Lebanon.
The Israeli prime minister touted Israel’s military campaign against Hezbollah, saying the terror group’s arsenal of approximately 150,000 ballistic missiles and rockets had been significantly degraded and that many of its leaders had been killed.
“Hezbollah’s leaders? Dead. Their spirit? Broken,” Netanyahu said.
Before beginning his remarks, Netanyahu addressed the diplomats who had walked out.
“Before I begin, just a quick announcement: If there are any other moral cowards that haven’t yet left this hall, please do so now,” Netanyahu said. “Thank you very much.”

He also pointed to Israel’s strikes against Iran’s nuclear facilities, saying destroying the sites was “one of the easiest decisions” he had made as prime minister because failing to do so would have left Israel facing an existential threat.
“Devastating Iran’s nuclear facilities was hard. It was very hard to do,” Netanyahu said. “But for me, it was one of the easiest decisions I’ve ever had to make as prime minister. Because if we hadn’t done it, we’d all be dead.”
Netanyahu argued that Israel’s actions against Iran were also protecting other countries, including some whose representatives had walked out of the chamber.
“In defending itself, Israel is also defending many of the countries whose delegates just left this hall,” he said, adding that some foreign leaders privately thank Israel for destroying Iran’s nuclear capabilities.
The Iranian delegation also left a photograph of slain Iranian Quds Force commander Qassem Soleimani at its seat during the speech. Soleimani was killed in a 2020 U.S. drone strike in Baghdad.

Netanyahu also praised President Trump for his role in confronting Iran, calling him Israel’s “great American” partner.
“Decades ago, he understood that if left unchallenged, the fanatical ayatollahs who chant ‘Death to America, Death to Israel’ would eventually carry out their mad fantasies,” Netanyahu said. “So Israel and America acted together, not only to protect ourselves, but to save civilization.”
Netanyahu also went after New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani.
“Mr. Mamdani, since you were elected mayor of this city, many Jews no longer feel safe in New York,” Netanyahu said, claiming that Jews had told him, “This isn’t the city we remember; it changed so quickly.”
Netanyahu accused Mamdani of having &#8220;praised criminals convicted of supporting Hamas.&#8221; He pointed to Mamdani’s associations with individuals he said had supported Hamas, including leftist livestreamer Hasan Piker, whom Netanyahu noted had said: “America deserved 9/11.”
He also accused Mamdani of inviting into his home a Palestinian journalist who had filmed Hamas terrorists beating and torturing Israeli hostages and later acknowledged refusing to publish the footage to protect the terrorists. Netanyahu further pointed to posts he said Mamdani’s wife had “liked,” including one praising the October 7 massacre and another saying Tel Aviv should not exist.
“You refuse to condemn any of that,” Netanyahu said. “You falsely and repeatedly accuse Israel of genocide.”
Netanyahu’s comments came after Mamdani had called him a “war criminal” and said he would seek to have him arrested if he came to New York. Mamdani’s administration later determined that the city lacked independent legal authority to enforce the International Criminal Court’s arrest warrant.
“Mr. Mamdani, you tried to stop me from coming here, you tried — you tried to silence me,” Netanyahu said. “Well, you can’t silence me, you can’t silence the truth.”
The Israeli leader then turned to what he called the “eighth front” of the war: the battle over Israel’s image in the international media and on social media.
“It’s the war for truth,” Netanyahu said. “It is waged in the world’s media and, most perniciously, on social media.”

Netanyahu accused Qatar and Turkey of spending billions of dollars to spread what he described as “antisemitic lies” about Israel. He specifically targeted Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, accusing him of hosting Hamas leaders, calling for Israel’s destruction, and seeking greater control over Jerusalem.
“He says he’s going to be the ruler of Jerusalem,” Netanyahu said of Erdogan. “No, sir. You won’t. This is our country, our city, our eternal capital.”
Netanyahu also accused Erdogan of “murdering thousands of Kurdish civilians,” denying the Armenian genocide, jailing journalists and opposition leaders, illegally occupying northern Cyprus, and regularly transgressing against Greece.
Toward the end of his speech, Netanyahu held up another device — a Starlink communications terminal — as he addressed Iran’s restrictions on internet access.
“This is a communications device, Starlink, that allows people to access truth, to exercise choice, to exercise freedom of thought and freedom of speech,” he said.
Netanyahu said he would leave the device with the U.N. General Assembly President to pass on to the Iranian delegation, which was absent from the hall.
“So when they inevitably defect, they too will be able to freely tell their story on social media,” he said.
Netanyahu also addressed the persecution of Christians across the Middle East, contrasting their declining numbers in the region with Israel, where he said the Christian community is “growing, thriving, and succeeding.”

He pointed to Bethlehem as an example, arguing that Christians were pushed out after the city was transferred to Palestinian Authority control.
Netanyahu also highlighted the ongoing threat to Israelis in Judea and Samaria, also known as the West Bank, arguing that international attention has focused disproportionately on a small number of problematic settlers while overlooking Arab terrorist attacks against Israeli civilians.
He cited the recent attack on Neria Leiter, a reserve soldier who was mowed down by a Palestinian terrorist and is fighting for his life in a Jerusalem hospital. Leiter is the son of Yechiel Leiter, Israel’s ambassador to the United States.
Netanyahu said he had visited the Leiter family before traveling to New York and noted that Yechiel Leiter’s oldest son, Moshe, was killed three years ago while clearing a booby-trapped building in Gaza.
“Despite the pain, despite the agony, we do not give in,” Netanyahu said.

Argentine President Javier Milei ripped into the United Nations in a scorched-earth address on Wednesday, branding the global body a playground for &#8220;fatally arrogant parasites&#8221; and torching its pandemic-era lockdowns as a lethal experiment in &#8220;social control.&#8221;

Milei clearly delineated his country’s intent to stand with the West: &#8220;We&#8217;ve also made a geopolitical choice. We have unequivocally aligned ourselves with the West, with the United States and with Israel, countries with which we share a deep affinity of values and strategic complementarity. That is why we condemn the attacks by the Iranian regime against the State of Israel. We have designated the Iranian Revolutionary Guard as a terrorist organization and continue to seek justice for the two terrorist attacks perpetrated on Argentine soil in 1992 and 1994. We have decided to cooperate with the world, but to do so standing tall in the understanding that only a nation that is politically relevant, economically influential and militarily respected can truly be a master of its own destiny.&#8221;
The chainsaw-wielding reformer took dead aim at the U.N.’s health apparatus, accusing international bodies of using the COVID-19 pandemic to execute a sinister &#8220;global experiment in social control disguised as science.&#8221;
Milei didn’t hold back on the disastrous fallout of forced isolation, slamming policies that destroyed livelihoods, crippled childhood education, and left millions to die alone without care.
&#8220;When a state deprives its population of the right to work, to receive an education, and to bid farewell to their dead &#8230; there is a word for it: genocide,&#8221; Milei declared.
He warned that globalist elites used &#8220;psychological terror&#8221; to turn citizens against each other, instilling a climate of fear that outlived the virus itself just to expand state power.
Turning to the next big global debate, Milei warned the United Nations against using that same fear to shackle artificial intelligence. Mocking modern-day Luddites, he argued that every great technological leap, from the steam engine to the internet, was met with doom-mongering about job losses.
He issued a stark warning to those wanting to regulate it: putting the state in charge of AI just hands power-hungry bureaucrats the keys to strangle human creativity. Here’s a quick history lesson for Macron:
Hamas operatives from Judea and Samaria were behind the horrific 2001 Sbarro pizzeria bombing in Jerusalem, which led to the murders of 15 people. A 16th victim died in 2023 after more than two decades in a coma. A Hamas suicide bomber from Tulkarm carried out the 2002 Park Hotel Passover massacre in Netanya, killing 30 people at a holiday seder. Hebron-based Hamas cells were behind the 2003 Jerusalem bus bombing (23 dead), which Islamic Jihad also claimed, and the twin bus bombings in Beersheba in 2004 (16 dead).
The carnage didn&#8217;t end in the 2000s. In 2014, a Hebron-based Hamas cell kidnapped and murdered three Israeli teenagers in Gush Etzion. Senior Hamas leader Saleh al-Arouri later acknowledged Hamas&#8217;s role, and the killings helped ignite that year&#8217;s Gaza conflict. More recently, Hamas claimed responsibility for the June 2023 shooting in Eli that killed four. It also claimed a January 2025 attack in al-Funduq that left three dead, though Israeli security officials said the gunmen belonged to the allied Palestinian Islamic Jihad. Last year, a Hamas member opened fire on a vehicle near Bruchin, killing Tzeela Gez, a pregnant woman on her way to give birth. Her baby, delivered by emergency C-section, died two weeks later.

Throughout his address, the French president pushed a tired, inaccurate narrative regarding Palestinian rights and Israeli actions. He lamented, “Sovereignty for the Palestinians, whose most basic rights are still being violated today.”

He glossed over basic facts regarding the Middle East. Arab citizens of Israel make up roughly 21% of the country’s population, and they hold full citizenship, vote in free elections, serve as high-court judges, and even form political parties that have joined governing coalitions. The civil liberties, legal protections, and political freedoms enjoyed by Arabs inside democratic Israel stand in stark contrast to the repressive policies, lack of free elections, and severe restrictions on women&#8217;s rights found across much of the Arab world.

Macron further attacked Israel’s campaign against terrorism, leaning into cynical talking points meant to delegitimize its defense, saying, “A year ago, right here, around a dozen of us recognized Palestine. I hear the cynicism of some: ‘A paper recognition, look at reality.’ But what credibility do we have if we remain inactive in the face of Gaza?”

Israel is not working to exterminate an unarmed civilian population in Gaza or Lebanon. No evidence shows they have targeted civilians.”

President Donald Trump stormed back to his old Manhattan stomping grounds Tuesday morning to deliver a forceful message to the United Nations General Assembly.
The 47th president took the global stage in the premier morning slot traditionally reserved for American commanders-in-chief, following U.N. Chief António Guterres and Brazilian President Lula da Silva.
Trump began his speech by arguing that America is &#8220;back&#8221; economically and militarily.
&#8220;I can report to you with pride that America is back and our country is stronger today than ever before,&#8221; he said.
He also touted the American military&#8217;s victories over Iran and his administration&#8217;s negotiations with numerous countries around the world the he said either prevented or ended wars.
Trump’s return came with a side of long-brewing bad blood between the United Nations and the administration. The president has made no secret of his disgust for the U.N. apparatus, famously blasting the institution as a talk shop of &#8220;empty words&#8221; that does nothing to solve real wars.
Trump’s U.N. feud goes back to his days as a New York real estate mogul, when he offered to rebuild the entire dilapidated U.N. complex for $500 million using lavish marble. The U.N. rejected his offer, opted for a far cheaper design, and proceeded to blow up to $2 billion in taxpayers&#8217; cash on a budget-busting project that Trump argued produced a &#8220;far inferior product.&#8221;
More recently, Trump has been angry over the United Nations&#8217; institutional sabotage and <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/trump-calls-for-investigation-into-triple-sabotage-of-his-united-nations-speech-a-real-disgrace">mechanical mishaps</a>, targeting the building&#8217;s infrastructure after getting trapped on a stalled escalator and dealing with a glitched teleprompter during his appearance last year. That prompted U.N. officials to build a dedicated setup just for the American delegation this week.
The hostility isn&#8217;t just about bad machinery, either. The address comes as the United Nations continues to actively oppose Trump’s &#8220;America First&#8221; priorities. U.N. High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Türk issued a <a href="https://news.un.org/en/story/2026/01/1166816#:~:text=In%20a%20news%20release%20on%20Friday%2C%20High,abuse%20and%20denigration%20of%20migrants%20and%20refugees.%E2%80%9D'">release</a> in January blasting Trump’s border crackdown, whining over ICE deportations, and accusing federal agents of &#8220;routine abuse.&#8221; Meanwhile, U.N. sub-agencies continue to draw Trump&#8217;s irritation for actively bankrolling migrant caravans with cash and supplies on their way to the U.S. southern border.

President Donald Trump’s upcoming state dinner for Chinese President Xi Jinping will bring together some of America’s most prominent business leaders, including top executives from Amazon, OpenAI, Google, Nvidia, Apple, Tesla, Dell and Citigroup.
Senior U.S. officials announced the guest list during a press call Friday, naming Jeff Bezos, Sam Altman, Sundar Pichai, Jensen Huang, Elon Musk, Tim Cook, Michael Dell and Jane Fraser as business leaders who will attend the dinner.
The gathering, which one U.S. official described as a “popular and hot ticketed event,” comes as Trump prepares to host Xi at the White House next week for talks expected to focus heavily on U.S.-China economic and technological relations.
On Wednesday, Trump will greet Xi at Joint Base Andrews, followed by an arrival ceremony at the White House. On Thursday evening, the president and First Lady Melania Trump will host the Chinese delegation for a state dinner in the East Room. Both Trump and Xi will deliver remarks at the beginning of the dinner.
The executives expected at the table represent some of the biggest companies in industries at the heart of the increasingly competitive U.S.-China relationship, from artificial intelligence to technology, finance, and manufacturing.
Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang and OpenAI CEO Sam Altman are among the biggest names in AI. The A-list guest list comes as AI is expected to be a key topic when Trump and Xi meet. White House officials said during Friday’s briefing that artificial intelligence and the current U.S.-China trade truce are both on the agenda.

During the press call, U.N. Ambassador Mike Waltz previewed some of the issues Trump may discuss.
“We expect the president will highlight how he and his administration have confronted complex problems head-on around the world,” Waltz said. “Many of the peace deals that he has driven to conclusion, or is in the process of driving to conclusion, he&#8217;ll include many of the issues, frankly neglected by past administrations, that he&#8217;s not going to kick the can on.”
&#8220;He&#8217;s not going to leave them for another day or another administration. He will touch on the importance of ensuring that Iran never has a nuclear weapon,&#8221; Waltz added.
Late Friday, Trump <a href="https://truthsocial.com/@realDonaldTrump/posts/117294126158197822">announced</a> that the United States had reached an agreement with Denmark and Greenland that he says gives the U.S. &#8220;permanent control over security&#8221; on the Arctic island. Danish and Greenlandic leaders said the deal is expected to be signed at next week&#8217;s UN General Assembly, pending parliamentary approval in both capitals.

The Trump administration has again denied Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas a visa to enter the United States for the United Nations General Assembly, keeping the Palestinian leader out of New York for the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/rubio-bars-mahmoud-abbas-from-entering-u-s-ahead-of-palestinian-statehood-push-at-un?topStoryPosition=undefined&amp;author=Kassy+Akiva&amp;category=News&amp;elementPosition=1&amp;row=1&amp;rowHeadline=Top+Stories&amp;rowType=Top+Stories&amp;title=Rubio+Bars+Mahmoud+Abbas+From+Entering+U.S.+Ahead+Of+Palestinian+Statehood+Push+At+UN">second consecutive</a> year.
Abbas’s visa was rejected Wednesday as the State Department announced it would extend sanctions denying visas to Palestinian Authority (PA) officials and members of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) ahead of the annual gathering of world leaders next week. Other Palestinian officials seeking to travel to the United States were also denied visas.
The State Department said the PA and PLO had “once again” failed to meet commitments made to the United States under the Palestinian Liberation Organization Commitments Compliance Act of 1989 and the Middle East Peace Commitments Act of 2002.
The department cited the Palestinian leadership’s efforts to pursue the Israeli-Palestinian conflict through international organizations, including the International Criminal Court and International Court of Justice, attempts to obtain unilateral recognition of a Palestinian state, continued payments to terrorists, and the glorification of terrorism in public statements and school textbooks.
“As a consequence of their failure to reform, contrary to their commitments to the United States, and their ongoing activities that undermine the prospects for peace, the United States will extend sanctions that deny visas to PLO members and PA officials,” the State Department said.
“It is in our national interest to impose consequences and hold the PLO and PA accountable for glorifying terrorism.”
The Palestinian Authority’s “pay to slay” program drew outrage in 2016 after a Palestinian terrorist killed Taylor Force, a U.S. Army veteran, during a stabbing spree in Tel Aviv. Though the terrorist was killed during the attack, his family still received monthly payments from the PA’s Martyrs’ Fund. While the PA claimed in early 2025 that it was ending the program, the Foundation for Defense of Democracies <a href="https://www.fdd.org/analysis/2025/02/10/pa-to-modify-pay-to-slay-policy-in-apparent-overture-to-trump/">reported</a> that it only slightly restructured it. 
The State Department did not specifically name Abbas in its statement, but Palestinian officials confirmed that the Palestinian leader was covered by the renewed restrictions. In response to the ban, the Palestinian Mission to the United Nations has submitted a resolution that would allow Abbas to address the General Assembly virtually, as he did last year, reported the <a href="https://www.timesofisrael.com/us-rejects-abbass-entry-visa-forcing-him-to-again-address-un-virtually/">Times of Israel</a>. 
The resolution is expected to come before the General Assembly on Thursday. Abbas is scheduled to speak on September 24, the same day as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
The department said it would maintain a standing waiver for personnel assigned to the PLO Observer Mission to the United Nations, allowing the mission to continue operating in New York.
The Palestinian Authority criticized the latest decision, calling it “an unjustified measure that runs counter to efforts to rebuild trust, develop Palestinian-US relations, and create the necessary political climate for implementing the two-state solution and achieving peace and stability.”
Abbas is now in the 22nd year of what was originally a four-year presidential term after being elected on January 9, 2005. No presidential election has been held since. Abbas issued a decree in July setting November 28, 2026, as the date for legislative elections in the West Bank, East Jerusalem, and Gaza, with a presidential election scheduled for the first quarter of 2027.

There was just one massive problem: El Samhouri wasn&#8217;t only an educator; he was a terrorist.

The video showed the &#8220;educator&#8221; emerging from underground terror tunnels, brandishing machine guns and grenades, and openly declaring that jihad and death were his ultimate aspirations.

Even worse, he routinely invited terror officials into his UNRWA classrooms, using school grounds to host terrorists and recruit young Palestinian students into Hamas-affiliated networks.

&#8220;[H]ow many UNRWA teachers must emerge from Hamas tunnels before you admit that the terrorists are not merely beneath UNRWA’s schools, but actually inside them?&#8221; Neuer wrote in his blistering letter.

Furthermore, Israeli intelligence documents previously revealed that dozens of UNRWA school administrators doubled as active Hamas fighters.

Repeating a claim long and loud enough doesn&#8217;t make it true. But nowadays, many non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and the United Nations apparently prefer advancing fraudulent narratives over pursuing facts. The UN’s latest Commission of Inquiry report targeting Israel offers a revealing example.
It works like this: an obviously partisan NGO propagates a claim that demonizes Israel, citing unfalsifiable generalizations and anonymous sources. Legacy media and the UN parrot the NGO accusation, erasing and sanitizing its original pseudo-sourcing with their own glossy letterhead and implied authority.
This happens often, but rarely so explicitly as with the new June <a href="https://www.ohchr.org/sites/default/files/documents/hrbodies/hrcouncil/sessions-regular/session62/a-hrc-62-crp-2.pdf">UN Human Rights “Commission of Inquiry” paper</a> on Palestinian children’s welfare. In heavily citing allegations of Israel’s use of quadcopters — remotely operated propeller drones — the Commission exemplifies the violation of basic evidentiary standards that has become commonplace in coverage of Israel.
The report recycles the libel that Israel is &#8220;deliberately targeting Palestinian children,&#8221; but with a new twist. It claims the IDF targeted a nursing, 10-day-old baby in Gaza with a remote-controlled “sniper rifle mounted on a quadcopter.” The commissioners said they found “reasonable grounds” for this conclusion after reviewing images of the bullet.
The basis for the supposed “reasonable grounds” is hard to ascertain. The UN provides no publicly available forensic analysis, no technical explanation for how photographs of bullets (which may or may not be connected to the incident in question) can establish the weapon used, no operational evidence that rifle-equipped quadcopters were deployed in the manner alleged, and no independent corroboration of deliberate intent. The report names neither the baby, nor the mother, nor the doctor relating the story, nor the hospital that supposedly treated the baby, nor the source of the photo. Nothing is falsifiable or verifiable.
“Trust us,” the report asks. But it has not earned any such trust. For an allegation this specific (and consequential), such a lack of available evidence — replaced by a sloppy appeal to authority — should have given journalists pause.
Instead, the story illustrates an increasingly familiar pattern vis-à-vis reporting on Israeli and Palestinian affairs: an allegation originates with an activist. An NGO publishes it. Major news organizations cite the NGO. UN investigators build on NGO and media attention. Institutional repetition substitutes for independent verification.
In this case, the apparent origin of the quadcopter narrative is British-Palestinian doctor <a href="https://quillette.com/2025/12/10/the-humanitarian-mask-medecins-sans-frontieres-doctors-without-borders-gaza-israel/">Ghassan Abu-Sittah</a>, whose testimony has repeatedly misdirected coverage of the Gaza war. The good doctor is perhaps best known for <a href="https://www.doctorswithoutborders.ca/msf-condemns-bombing-of-ahli-arab-hospital-in-gaza/">claiming</a> that the October 2023 Al-Ahli hospital explosion was an Israeli strike that killed 500 Palestinians. In reality, the blast was caused by a misfired Palestinian Islamic Jihad rocket, a fact confirmed by governmental and media investigations that caused several major outlets to retract their stories. Not so Abu-Sittah (or his sponsor, <a href="https://ngo-monitor.org/reports/ngo-malpractice-msf-doctors-without-borders-and-the-gaza-genocide-campaign/">Doctors Without Borders</a>), who continued <a href="https://quillette.com/2025/12/10/the-humanitarian-mask-medecins-sans-frontieres-doctors-without-borders-gaza-israel/">repeating the canard</a> in media tours for months following.
Another Abu-Sittah highlight: Long before the Commission&#8217;s report, he publicly <a href="https://x.com/GhassanAbuSitt1/status/1757681720009068613?utm_source=">declared</a> that Israel &#8220;fears Palestinian children” and is a &#8220;child killer regime.&#8221; When a public advocate makes such grave allegations, the bar for journalists trusting them as a source should immediately rise.
That never happened. In November 2023, Abu-Sittah claimed that Israeli forces were operating remote-controlled quadcopters that fired “<a href="https://www.telegraph.co.uk/global-health/terror-and-security/armed-drones-israel-hamas-war-gaza-hospitals-gunshots/">single bullets</a>” at civilians near hospitals. No forensic or technical evidence accompanied the allegation. No photographs of such weapons were produced. No recovered systems were presented.
That absence of corroboration didn’t seem to bother anyone. Before long, the claim spread.
A fringe NGO called Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor incorporated <a href="https://euromedmonitor.org/en/article/6357/Gaza:-Israeli-army-expands-its-use-of-quadcopters-to-kill-more-Palestinian-civilians">similar allegations</a> into submissions to UN officials before publishing reports asserting that Israel was systematically using quadcopters to execute civilians. These reports likewise relied almost entirely on anecdotal testimony rather than independently verifiable evidence.
This is the same <a href="https://ngo-monitor.org/ngos/euro-med-human-rights-monitor/">Euro-Med</a> whose fanciful <a href="https://euromedmonitor.org/uploads/reports/En-Another-Genocide.pdf?ref=quillette.com">blood libel</a> that Israeli soldiers used dogs to rape Palestinians was infamously <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/2026/05/11/opinion/israel-palestinians-sexual-violence.html">echoed</a> earlier this year by Nicholas Kristof in The New York Times. It is the same NGO whose senior leadership has been dogged by <a href="https://ngo-monitor.org/ngos/euro-med-human-rights-monitor/%23tiestoterror">credible questions</a> regarding ties to Hamas. Yet its claims continue to circulate through international institutions with remarkably little scrutiny.
By late 2024, NPR had devoted a <a href="https://www.npr.org/2024/11/26/g-s1-35437/israel-sniper-drones-gaza-eyewitnesses">lengthy feature</a> to alleged Israeli &#8220;sniper drones,&#8221; relying heavily on secondhand or anonymous testimony from medical personnel and repeating many of the same claims that had already circulated through activist and NGO networks. Finally, in summer 2026, those allegations matured into “findings” by a UN Commission.
Notice what did and didn’t change. The number of institutions repeating the allegation increased. The amount of independently verifiable evidence never did.
The problem extends beyond one doctor, one NGO, or one UN report. It is a failure of institutional skepticism. Allegations concerning Israel frequently receive a level of deference that would be unthinkable in almost any other context.
Reporters and political figures should resist this laundering process. A claim&#8217;s source does not become more reliable because it has passed through more institutions. If anything, it becomes more opaque. Before accusations of war crimes shape international opinion, journalists should be expected to ask: Where is the evidence?

How The NGO-Media-UN Pipeline Launders Falsehoods When Israel Is Involved

Last week, American diplomats <a href="https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/world/2026/07/28/us-walks-out-un-france-criticizes-human-rights/91076174007/">walked out</a> of a United Nations Security Council meeting after French diplomats publicly lectured the United States on human rights. Their only mistake was ever going back.
In certain corners of prestige globalist coteries and the well-heeled, well-connected New York-Paris-Geneva jet set, it’s a popular sentiment that the UN was a brilliant accomplishment and a bastion of civilization; it’s easy to take that supposition for granted. But I’m a little at a loss as to what exactly makes the UN so great. The concept is actually rather ridiculous.
Nations, by their very nature, are not united — at least not in any broad sense.
A nation is a group of people with a common allegiance based on a shared set of values and identity. Because of this, any given nation has an inherent set of goals that are fundamentally distinct from those of the rest of the world.
This is not to suggest that there is anything wrong with international cooperation. NATO, despite its flaws, is a much better model. A group of nations with a shared set of values and foreign policy objectives has voluntarily agreed to invest in one another’s safety. Their commitment to one another is conditional, narrowly tailored, and serves their individual interests.
This is a far cry from a sprawling bureaucracy that is regularly empowered to impugn our national sovereignty.
Leaving aside the practical inefficiencies of the UN, it is generally understood (save for a few starry-eyed college students) that the body has no real tangible power or enforcement mechanisms. It is symbolic. Still, symbolism is important, if hollow, and must be taken seriously.
So from where does the UN derive its symbolic power? Supposedly, it represents the interests of all the peoples of the world in a parliament.
This logic fails on two fronts. First, there is nothing democratic or representative about the UN. The majority of its member states are dictatorships. Approximately 45% of UN member states are <a href="https://ourworldindata.org/grapher/democracy-index-eiu">democracies</a>. That means the majority of representatives are not selected by the “people” at all, but by authoritarian governments.
Even if the UN were actually a democratic body, that would not make it any more legitimate. Plenty of people, especially outside of the Western world, believe some pretty horrible things. Plenty of people would do some pretty horrible things if given the chance. I, for one, couldn’t give a damn what those people think of American foreign policy. They don’t get a say.
We need not limit our criticisms to the theoretical. Let’s examine a few consequences of the grand UN experiment.
Kurt Waldheim, the UN secretary-general from 1972 to 1981, <a href="https://nsarchive2.gwu.edu/NSAEBB/NSAEBB331/04-09-87waldheim-rpt.pdf">served</a> as a Nazi intelligence officer who was barred from entering the United States for war crimes.
UN Special Rapporteur on human rights Francesca Albanese has <a href="https://x.com/USAmbHRC/status/1603091256082563075">written</a> that the U.S. is subjugated by the “Jewish lobby” <a href="https://www.facebook.com/franci.albanese/posts/pfbid0sFVgrR2ZDod8z5agRfZhXRqbNGUeTkaiT6pXc2MMJt1MjeDN6hkUjnnoY7Jnmprvl">and</a> that Jews feel a “need to be superior.” She also <a href="https://x.com/USAmbHRC/status/1757103240817078396?lang=en">argued</a> that the October 7 massacre was not motivated by antisemitism, but a “reaction” to “Israel’s oppression.”
In 2011, a UNESCO-funded Palestinian magazine <a href="https://unwatch.org/issue-331-unesco-funded-pro-hitler-palestinian-magazine">distributed</a> an essay praising Hitler and the Holocaust. Over 100 current and former United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees employees were <a href="https://oig.usaid.gov/node/8155?">implicated</a> in the October 7 attack.
Behold our moral superiors.
For decades, the UN has provided a legitimized platform for the defense of some of history’s worst atrocities. Syrian representatives deflected responsibility for their chemical-weapons attacks and received backing from Russia. Iranian leaders have consistently used the UN’s global stage to advance Holocaust denial.
Monsters in suits are still monsters. Giving them a global audience and an official outlet for their monstrosity is a moral failure of the highest order.
The Human Rights Council includes China, Iraq, Qatar, and Pakistan. Yes, these are the countries whose governments appoint representatives to lecture you on human rights.
Since 2006, the UN Human Rights Council has <a href="https://unwatch.org/2025-unga-resolutions-on-israel-vs-rest-of-the-world/">adopted</a> 112 resolutions against Israel, 45 against Syria, 16 against Iran, 11 against Russia, and four against Venezuela. In 2025, the UN General Assembly adopted 15 resolutions against Israel and only 11 against the rest of the world. Even if you accept the death tolls purported by Hamas, they pale in comparison to the victims of the Assad regime. So why the disparity in reactions? I’ve been assured it’s not antisemitism.
This is <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/how-the-lefts-rejection-of-reality-backfired-on-a-progressive-champion?author=Zach+Stark&amp;category=News&amp;elementPosition=15&amp;row=0&amp;rowType=Vertical+List&amp;title=How+The+Left%E2%80%99s+Rejection+Of+Reality+Backfired+On+A+Progressive+Champion">top-down epistemology</a> at its finest. The UN supposedly carries moral authority, claiming the height of credibility. The fact that it hates Israel more than North Korea is simply accepted as evidence that Israel is worse than North Korea, rather than evidence that the UN is a fundamentally unserious body.
None of this is to say that we should withdraw from the world stage or abandon the concept of diplomacy. But we must reject the pretense that the greatest country in the world requires the seal of approval of authoritarian thugs and academics masquerading as adjudicators.
The UN is not just a clown show. It’s a moral disgrace.
