Former Rep. Mike Gallagher (R-WI) said this week that a new study that was released by Rutgers University is important for understanding how communist China brainwashes Americans into not believing that it is a threat.
Gallagher, who is the former chairman of the House Select Committee on Strategic Competition between the United States and the Chinese Communist Party, made the remarks during a Tuesday interview on Fox News with Martha MacCallum.
&#8220;It&#8217;s incredibly valuable,&#8221; Gallagher said in relation to the study being used to understand why TikTok should be banned. &#8220;I think what was so unique about the initial NCRI analysis that came out in August is they use the metrics that TikTok themselves had encouraged people to explore, to defend themselves. It said, compare our content to content that appears on Instagram, for example.&#8221;
&#8220;So NCRI took that and did to send to the extent possible, an apples to apples comparison and surface extreme anomalies,&#8221; he said. &#8220;There were no differences when it came to pop culture content, for example, but when it came to anything critical of the Chinese Communist Party, extreme disparities started to emerge. So then TikTok predictably trashed that initial analysis and said, &#8216;Well, that&#8217;s not peer reviewed.'&#8221;

&#8220;So NCRI went back and gathered more data, subjected it to peer review,&#8221; he continued. &#8220;So now we have a more fulsome, more rigorous study that is even more damning for TikTok and it proves what ultimately became the primary concern of Democrats and Republicans in Congress. It&#8217;s not just that the app could be used to conduct espionage against Americans, but it could be used as a massive propaganda platform that can brainwash America&#8217;s youths and propagandize them against America itself.&#8221;

Universities that selected presidents with academic track records that consist largely of political screeds about oppression are now melting down because of students who say they’re oppressed, a review of academic papers shows.
At UCLA, Provost Darnell Hunt donned a mask and sat on the ground with protesters, who told him that police are on the side of “Zionists,” and that police are going to commit “brutality” against them. After he said he had “to go,” they screamed “shame” at him.

Hunt made his career opining on police brutality and racism in the aftermath of riots triggered by purported brutality against Rodney King, writing a book called “Screening the Los Angeles ‘Riots’: Race, Seeing, and Resistance.” The titles of his academic papers, below, give an idea of his area of expertise:

The review suggests that the unrest on college campuses is not the result of a small subversive faction, but rather one in line with the ideology of those at the highest ranks of the institutions. The papers, focused heavily on social sciences, also raise questions about the real-world utility of the work of those at even the highest levels of academia.
At Rutgers University, an anti-Semitic protester told a Jewish student that “Hitler would have loved you.” Rutgers leadership went on to give in to many of the protesters’ demands, such as <a href="https://twitter.com/sfmcguire79/status/1786417078058004840/photo/3" target="_blank" rel="noopener">agreeing</a> “to develop a plan for the creation of an Arab Cultural Center with designated physical space and a hiring plan for administrators and staff,” and to “develop training sessions on anti-Palestinian, anti-Arab, and anti-Muslim racism for all RU administrators and staff.”
Rutgers president Jonathan Holloway — a former professor of African American Studies at Yale — has contributed to the academic world through papers such as:

The university’s president, Ann Cudd, made her career off of lamenting oppression, publishing papers such as one simply titled “Oppression,” which cites Karl Marx, and another titled “Sporting Metaphors: Competition and the Ethos of Capitalism,” which explains that “whole subcultures live among us that avoid sports or capitalism, such as academics.” Her other papers include:

At Northwestern University, the President’s Advisory Committee on Preventing Antisemitism and Hate disbanded after members quit over President Michael Schill giving in to anti-Israel protesters’ demands without consulting them.
The concessions included full-ride scholarships to “<a href="https://twitter.com/America1stLegal/status/1786114841599410431" target="_blank" rel="noopener">five Palestinian undergraduates</a> to attend Northwestern” and that the school would “provide and renovate a house for MENA/Muslim students.”

One of the most profound and honest <a href="https://rlo.acton.org/archives/124960-the-strange-death-of-dei.html">conversations</a> I’ve ever had on the subject of DEI came courtesy of a DEI advocate I spoke with last year. I asked her a simple question: if she believed in DEI as a useful element of corporate policy in theory, why is it that so many DEI programs fail in practice? Her honest answer: “We have to be very robust in our methodology, and we haven’t been. Being able to articulate the meaning of the D, E, and I is critical. If you can’t present it to highlight the fundamental good in the training, it doesn’t work.” An obvious answer, perhaps — but a telling one. The reason for the diversity downshift in American culture, in many cases, is a practitioner issue: DEI proponents have, in many instances, failed to make the argument of why such training is a fundamental good. To the contrary, we’re seeing a growing body of evidence that DEI’s fundamental good, just maybe, was profoundly oversold.
On Monday, we got our first look at a critical scientific finding that’s lending new support to the arguments of DEI’s strongest critics — and taking flack from progressive media outlets set on not giving it the coverage it clearly deserves. A <a href="https://networkcontagion.us/wp-content/uploads/Instructing-Animosity_11.13.24.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">study</a> from the Network Contagion Research Institute, released in collaboration with the Rutgers University Social Perception Lab, examined the effects of exposure to training that emphasizes awareness of/opposition to “systemic oppression.” Its goal was answering the question at the core of the DEI debate: do diversity programs that highlight systemic oppression actually reduce bias and improve group dynamics by “increas[ing] empathy,” or do they “increase hostility” towards those that antiracist philosophy paints as oppressive?
The study had subjects read either (1) an essay containing typical antiracist arguments about white supremacy and race discrimination, or (2) a control essay about corn production. After reading, subjects analyzed a race-neutral hypothetical interaction: a student applying to an elite university and having their application rejected by an admissions officer. Subjects who read the antiracist essay, which contained excerpts from antiracist figures such as Ibram X. Kendi and Robin DiAngelo, viewed the student’s rejection through what the study deemed hostile attribution bias, perceiving the admissions officer as discriminatory, unfair, and guilty of ‘microaggressions.’
The subjects who were primed with antiracist literature:
<ul>
<li>Demonstrated an increased willingness to punish the admissions officer in the hypothetical scenario, despite the scenario not mentioning the race of the student.</li>
<li>Viewed real-life court cases as discriminatory that the control subjects perceived as fair</li>
<li>Viewed entire people groups (Hindus) as more racially discriminatory after reading material on caste discrimination</li>
</ul>
The study explained the risk of DEI programs focused on oppressed/oppressor class groupings in the following way: “[DEI] interventions may foster authoritarian mindsets, particularly when anti-oppressive narratives exist within an ideological and vindictive monoculture.” In other words, the oppressor/oppressed distinctions reflected in many modern DEI narratives can actually increase bias, hostility, and attribution of discriminatory beliefs among groups, as opposed to decreasing them. This finding suggests that exposure to ‘antiracist’ narratives decreases people’s ability to view situations rationally; if biased by a preconceived narrative of discrimination, people are more inclined to see discrimination at play in interactions that an unbiased observer might perceive as perfectly fair and reasonable.

Is this survey the nail in the coffin for dwindling DEI programs? Of course not — at the end of the day, it’s just one study within a larger body of literature. But the response of media outlets like the New York Times and Bloomberg, who <a href="https://www.nysun.com/article/press-times-suppress-findings-study-dei-training-amplifies-hostility-instead-reducing" target="_blank" rel="noopener">suppressed</a> coverage of the study, should be an indicator to us as to just how important these findings are. This survey is not business as usual. On the contrary, its findings should be a wake-up call to those who still hold out optimism for DEI efforts as a whole. For years, DEI critics have argued that the narratives of modern ‘antiracism,’ which too often prioritizes identity politics and indefensibly broad generalizations over the necessary nuance of looking at the real world, are unfit for purpose. These findings are incredibly sharp arrows in our quiver.
It’s time for Americans at large, and the institutions and governments that serve them, to put DEI programs under the fine-toothed comb of scrutiny they have always deserved and examine if their fundamental good is really as good as it’s advertised to be. Programs that create and foster hostility on the basis of race fail basic function tests for building society, engendering trust in institutions, and making Americans less divided. And if DEI programs can’t do any of those three, whether in the boardroom, the classroom, or in the government briefing room, it’s time to ask why they exist at all.

Jewish students were reportedly left begging for police protection when Rutgers University President Jonathan Holloway fled a town hall event, flanked by security.
Bethany Mandel shared video of the event, in which students wearing and waving keffiyehs chanted anti-Israel slogans. Jewish students, who had come to the town hall to ask officials about their own safety on campus, were left standing in the room with students who were calling for the destruction of Israel.

Mandel, who is an alumna of Rutgers herself, referenced the &#8220;RU Screw&#8221; — an unapologetic move by the school&#8217;s administration that left students holding the bag. &#8220;In 2024, the RU Screw has worsened, and now means leaving Jewish kids alone in a room full of people screaming for their genocide,&#8221; she added.

Harvard University, which has come under fire for its tolerance of anti-Semitism on campus, is welcoming a professor from Rutgers University who has <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/CzPWW8_RWnk/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">said</a> Israel is on a “depraved pursuit of wealth and privilege” and also appeared on a panel with a Hamas leader who called Israel an “animal state.”
On March 4, Noura Erakat, an associate professor of Africana Studies at Rutgers University, is <a href="https://cmes.fas.harvard.edu/event/we-charge-genocide-potential-and-limits-international-law">scheduled</a> to give a speech at the Harvard Center for Middle Eastern Studies titled “We Charge Genocide: The Potential and Limits of International Law,” Campus Reform <a href="https://www.campusreform.org/article/rutgers-professor-appeared-panel-hamas-commander-set-speak-harvard/24910" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reports</a>.
In 2020, Erakat joined a panel on an online workshop that also featured Ghazi Hamad, a senior Hamas leader who <a href="https://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-3325327,00.html">stated</a> in 2006, &#8220;Israel should be wiped from the face of the Earth. It is an animal state that recognizes no human worth. On February 21, Erakat gave a lecture at Rutgers sponsored by the university’s Center For Security, Race and Rights.
Rep. Josh Gottheimer (D-NJ) ripped Rutgers, <a href="https://nypost.com/2024/02/24/us-news/rutgers-slammed-for-allowing-antisemitic-talks-to-continue-including-one-from-a-prof-who-appeared-on-panel-with-a-hamas-official/">telling</a> the New York Post that, “Rutgers’ continued promotion of notorious antisemites increases the spread of hate speech and the possibility of violence and harassment on campus. While differing views are a crucial part of building cultural understanding, universities cannot provide a bully pulpit for those who seek to divide and spew hate.”
A spokesperson for Canary Mission told Campus Reform:

A man who briefly played on Rutgers University’s basketball team has been sentenced to 22 years in prison after he pleaded guilty to killing a 19-year-old brothel worker he mistook for a different woman.
Logan Kelley, 28, pleaded guilty to killing Isis Atalia Montoya Romero in a Tijuana nightclub back in February 2021, the San Diego Union-Tribune <a href="https://www.sandiegouniontribune.com/news/border-baja-california/story/2022-08-08/rutgers-basketball-player-sentenced-tijuana-nightclub-killing">reported</a>. Surveillance footage reportedly shows Kelley walking up behind Montoya and slit her throat, running away as she fell to the ground.
Kelley reportedly believed Montoya was a different woman he had met at the club, and used a 4-inch clip-point blade with a military seal on the handle to kill her, leading police to initially believe he was a member of the U.S. military, which he was not. Montoya had been speaking with a man in the hallway of a motel next to the Adelita nightclub, which describes itself as the “most traditional and famous men’s club in Tijuana in operation since 1962.”
Kelley was initially charged with femicide, a hate crime in Mexico that would have carried a minimum sentence of 40 years in prison had the case gone to trial. Since Kelley pleaded guilty, he received a deal to spend 22 years in prison and pay $40,000 in restitution to Montoya’s family, which includes her 4-year-old son.
Montoya’s father was outraged at the sentence, NJ.com <a href="https://www.nj.com/rutgersbasketball/2022/08/ex-rutgers-walk-on-logan-kelly-gets-22-years-for-tijuana-murder-as-victims-father-decries-injustice.html">reported</a>.
“I wanted justice, but justice was not served in this whole process,” José Montoya told the outlet. “The judge, the prosecutor, even my daughter’s attorney all acted in favor of [Kelley] and not for her. I am very frustrated by all the corruption and the deception,”
“There is video of what this assassin did to my daughter. He practically decapitated her! It seems like the judge didn’t even see the video,” he added.
Kelley grew up in Mountainside, New Jersey and was a star basketball player in high school, leading the state in scoring in 2012 as a senior at Governor Livingston High School in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey. He became a walk-on member of the Rutgers teams and was provided a scholarship for the 2013-2014 season, NJ.com reported. He never used the scholarship.
Kelley only played in three games as a freshman at Rutgers and was removed from the team at the end of that season for some unknown reason, Border Report <a href="https://www.borderreport.com/immigration/border-crime/ex-rutgers-basketball-player-admits-to-brutal-killing-of-tijuana-prostitute/">revealed</a>.

Controversial Rutgers associate professor and author <a href="https://africanastudies.rutgers.edu/faculty-mainmenu-134/core-faculty/140-brittney-cooper">Dr. Brittney Cooper</a> said last month that she wanted to &#8220;take these mothers***ers out,&#8221; referring to white people.
The educator&#8217;s general tirade against white people included a claim from Cooper that whites are &#8220;committed to being villains&#8221; and asserting that the world was going swimmingly until &#8220;white people showed up being raggedy and violent and terrible and trying to take everything from everybody.”
“White people thought, ‘there is a world here, and we own it,’” Cooper said during a conversation with The Root, The College fix <a href="https://www.thecollegefix.com/rutgers-professor-on-white-people-we-gotta-take-these-motherf-ers-out/">reported</a>.
“So they think black people gonna get them back,” she continued. “And I wouldn’t be mad at the black people who want to get them back,” she added, “but what I believe about black people is that we have seen what a shit show this iteration of treatment of other human beings means and that my hope is that we would do it differently in the moments when we have some power.”
Whites believe, Cooper said, &#8220;either you dominate or you are dominated.”
When Cooper was asked what black people should &#8220;expect&#8221; from whites, the author exclaimed, &#8220;What kind of question is that?”
“The thing I want to say to you is that we gotta take these motherf***ers out,&#8221; she disclosed, &#8220;but like, we can’t say that, right?&#8221;
“I don’t believe in a project of violence. I truly don’t,” Cooper continued. “Because in the end, I think our souls suffer from that. And I do think some of this is spiritual condition.”
“The world didn’t start when white people arrived in America and tried to tell all the rest of us how things are going to go,” Cooper told the Root. “There were people out here making worlds – Africans and indigenous people being brilliant, and libraries, and inventions, and vibrant notions of humanity, and cross-cultural exchange long before white people showed up being raggedy and violent and terrible and trying to take everything from everybody.”
Last May, Cooper <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/rutgers-associate-professor-blames-trump-supporters-for-disproportionate-number-of-blacks-dying-from-virus-f-each-and-every-trump-supporter">made headlines</a> when she published a Twitter thread blaming Trump supporters for black Americans apparently disproportionately dying from COVID.
“Not only do white conservatives not care about Black life, but my most cynical negative read of the white supremacists among them is that they welcome this massive winnowing of Black folks in order to slow demographic shifts and shore up political power,&#8221; she wrote.
“F*** each and every Trump supporter. You all absolutely did this. You are to blame,&#8221; Cooper added.
The professor also notably disparaged conservative Christian men and women in 2015, writing at <a href="https://www.salon.com/control/2015/04/01/the_rights_made_up_god_how_bigots_invented_a_white_supremacist_jesus/">Salon</a> that the “white, blond-haired, blue-eyed, gun-toting, Bible-quoting Jesus of the religious right&#8221; &#8220;might be &#8216;biblical&#8217; but he’s also an a**hole,&#8221; <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/rutgers-associate-professor-blames-trump-supporters-for-disproportionate-number-of-blacks-dying-from-virus-f-each-and-every-trump-supporter">The Daily Wire</a> highlighted.

‘We Gotta Take These Motherf***ers Out’: Rutgers Assoc. Professor Rages Against White People

East Coast law schools such as Rutgers University Law School and Yeshiva University’s Cardozo School of Law are making social justice classes a graduation requirement. 
In an email obtained by The Daily Wire, Rutgers Law School announced that students will be required to take a “Race Equity Graduation Requirement.” The course must focus on “content relating to structural inequality, discrimination, cultural context, or cultural competency.” 
“We’ve made changes to the Law School curriculum that were proposed by our Antiracist Audit Curriculum Committee that will go into effect in the coming year,” the email from interim Dean Rose Cuison-Villazor and Dean Kimberly Mutcherson read. Cuison Villazor is also the chancellor’s “social justice scholar” and Mutcherson focuses on reproductive justice law and other activist causes. 
The email said that many classes on structural inequality already exist and more teachers are committed to adding discussion about race into their classroom. Current class sections for the fall will focus on “reproductive justice, family law, criminal justice, international law, and more.” 
The graduation requirements will change for incoming 1L students only. Current students are not required to take the “Race Equity Graduation Requirement,” though it is highly encouraged. 
New York City’s Yeshiva University law school, which ranks as the nation’s 53rd best law school, made a similar announcement about graduation requirements. According to an email obtained by the <a href="https://freebeacon.com/campus/nyc-law-school-makes-systemic-racism-courses-a-graduation-requirement/">Washington Free Beacon</a>, the curriculum shift was “designed to help our students examine and understand racism in the law and throughout the legal system.” 
The law school will offer four new classes on “race and law” including topics such as “Race and the Law,” “Critical Race Theory,” “Indigenous Rights in the Americas,” and “Cross-Cultural Negotiation.”
The Free Beacon reported: 
<blockquote>The changes were spurred by the law school’s dean, Melanie Leslie, who last year was one of the several law school deans who wrote to the American Bar Association Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar, which accredits law schools, “urging it to require that schools address bias, cultural awareness, and anti-racism,” the email states. </blockquote>
The American Bar Association has considered changing its rules to require anti-bias training. According to <a href="https://www.campusreform.org/article?id=17485">Campus Reform</a>, the American Bar Association considered updating its standards to include “a new section requiring law schools to provide training and education on bias, cross-cultural competency, and racism.” The change would require 1L students to undergo bias training “at the start of the program of legal education” and “at least once again before graduation.” 
Other schools, such as Stanford University, have taken antiracism past the point of the classroom and developed research labs to study the effects of racism. 
According to <a href="https://news.stanford.edu/today/2021/02/16/democracy-work-racial-inequalities-must-addressed/">Stanford Today</a>, the university created a Stanford Center for Racial Justice focused on developing “specific policy and research interventions that can counter the racial disparities perpetuated by school programs” and “dismantle the systemic racism and interlocking oppressions built into those educational policies and practices.”

East Coast Law Schools Are Mandating Social Justice Classes To Graduate

Rutgers University recently hosted a pro-Palestine professor who once compared supporters of Israel to vermin, another hit for the university as it struggles in a public relations nightmare concerning its statements on the current Israel-Palestine conflict.
On May 20, Rutgers held an event featuring Columbia University professor Rashid Khalidi, who spoke about his book, “The 100 Years’ War on Palestine,” The College Fix <a href="https://www.thecollegefix.com/rutgers-hosts-professor-who-compared-israel-supporters-to-rodents-for-event-on-conflict-in-the-middle-east/">reported</a>. Khalidi “started by talking about the ‘extreme violence’ between Israel and Palestine,” the outlet reported.
As noted by the Fix, Khalidi in 2017 warned that supporters of Israel would gain influence in then-incoming President Donald Trump’s administration.
“These people in fact infest the Trump transition team, these people are going to infest our government as of January 20, and they are hand in glove with a similar group within the Israeli government,” Khalidi said in <a href="https://www.wbez.org/stories/scholars-on-israel-and-the-united-nations/ef82938b-bb37-4ab2-bb47-3ed64792b915?utm_source=twitter&amp;utm_medium=referral&amp;utm_campaign=Web-Share">an interview</a> with WBEZ Chicago.
Eugene Kontorovich, a Northwestern law professor who is now at George Mason, <a href="https://www.thecollegefix.com/youtube-twice-removes-reinstates-video-of-international-law-professor-defending-israel/">responded</a> to Khalidi’s remarks by saying they were “a very manifestly Semitic rhetoric — Jews as vermin — for a supposedly refined albeit pro-Palestinian Columbia prof and Pres. Obama’s former mentor. This kind of statement deserves attention.”
Khalidi reportedly clarified his comments, but still voiced his opposition to Israel during Rutgers’ May 20 event. From the Fix:
Khalidi said the narrative is usually “Israel-favored” and focuses on who attacks first, an approach he opposes. He said Gaza has been “imprisoned” and they’ve been prevented from obtaining products such as building materials and medicine.
“Israel loves to start by talking about” the rockets that come from Gaza, which Khalidi said could be a “war crime” though they need to be understood in “context.”
While the Palestinians may commit war crimes, Khalidi said, Israel’s actions need to be examined.
Khalidi, according to the Fix, mentioned Israel’s “eviction of people from their homes, dispossession of families in Sheikh Jarrah.”
But as The Journal of International Security Affairs <a href="https://security-affairs.com/2021/05/12/the-truth-about-the-sheikh-jarrah-eviction/">noted</a>, the people being “evicted” never had a title to the land.
“For starters, the title to the land never belonged to the Palestinian Arabs currently residing on the property,” the outlet reported. “There is nothing pernicious happening beyond a standard landlord eviction of non-paying tenants.”
Khalidi’s pro-Palestine remarks came just before Rutgers embroiled itself in controversy over multiple statements it released on the current Israel-Palestine conflict. As The Daily Wire previously <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/rutgers-officials-publicly-condemn-anti-semitism-then-they-apologize-to-palestinian-community">reported</a>, Chancellor Christopher J. Molloy and Executive Vice-Chancellor Francine Conway issued a statement titled “Speaking Out Against Anti-Semitism,” in which they asserted:
<blockquote>We are saddened by and greatly concerned about the sharp rise in hostile sentiments and anti-Semitic violence in the United States. Recent incidents of hate directed toward Jewish members of our community again remind us of what history has to teach us. Tragically, in the last century alone, acts of prejudice and hatred left unaddressed have served as the foundation for many atrocities against targeted groups around the world. …
Although it has been nearly two decades since the U.S. Congress approved the Global Anti-Semitism Review Act, the upward trend of anti-Semitism continues. We have also been witnesses to the increasing violence between Israeli forces and Hamas in the Middle East leading to the deaths of children and adults and mass displacement of citizens in the Gaza region and the loss of lives in Israel. 
This recent resurgence of anti-Semitism demands that we again call out and denounce acts of hate and prejudice against members of the Jewish community and any other targeted and oppressed groups on our campus and in our community. …
We call out all forms of bigotry, prejudice, discrimination, xenophobia, and oppression, in whatever ways they may be expressed. We condemn any vile acts of hate against members of our community designed to generate fear, devalue, demonize, or dehumanize. We embrace and affirm the value and dignity of each member of our Rutgers community regardless of religion, race, ethnic background, sexual orientation, gender, and ability.  </blockquote>
The next day, however, the two Rutgers officials apologized for not communicating “support for our Palestinian community members”:
<blockquote>We are writing today as a follow-up to the message sent on Wednesday, May 26th to the university community. We understand that intent and impact are two different things, and while the intent of our message was to affirm that Rutgers–New Brunswick is a place where all identities can feel validated and supported, the impact of the message fell short of that intention. In hindsight, it is clear to us that the message failed to communicate support for our Palestinian community members. We sincerely apologize for the hurt that this message has caused. … Our goal of creating a beloved community will not be easy, and while we may make mistakes along the way; we hope we can all learn from them as we continue this vital work together.</blockquote>
Days later, Rutgers president Jonathan Holloway released a third statement,  insisting the school didn’t apologize for condemning anti-Semitism.
Holloway’s <a href="https://newbrunswick.rutgers.edu/chancellor/on-hatred-and-bigotry">statement</a> was titled “On Hatred and Bigotry,” and said that Rutgers “deplores hatred and bigotry in all forms. We have not, nor would we ever, apologize for standing against anti-Semitism.”
“Neither hatred nor bigotry has a place at Rutgers, nor should they have a place anywhere in the world. At Rutgers we believe that anti-Semitism, anti-Hinduism, Islamophobia and all forms of racism, intolerance and xenophobia are unacceptable wherever and whenever they occur,” the short statement concluded.

Rutgers University has struggled the past few days in responding to the current conflict between Israel and Palestine. Now, the university president, Jonathan Holloway, is insisting the school didn’t apologize for condemning anti-Semitism.
Holloway issued <a href="https://newbrunswick.rutgers.edu/chancellor/on-hatred-and-bigotry">a statement</a> on Saturday titled “On Hatred and Bigotry,” stating that Rutgers “deplores hatred and bigotry in all forms. We have not, nor would we ever, apologize for standing against anti-Semitism.”
“Neither hatred nor bigotry has a place at Rutgers, nor should they have a place anywhere in the world. At Rutgers we believe that anti-Semitism, anti-Hinduism, Islamophobia and all forms of racism, intolerance and xenophobia are unacceptable wherever and whenever they occur,” the short statement concluded.
The Daily Wire’s Hank Berrien previously <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/rutgers-officials-publicly-condemn-anti-semitism-then-they-apologize-to-palestinian-community">reported</a> on what led to Holloway’s statement. Last Wednesday, Chancellor Christopher J. Molloy and Executive Vice-Chancellor Francine Conway issued a statement titled “Speaking Out Against Anti-Semitism,” in which they asserted:
