“X-Men ’97” creator and head writer Beau DeMayo claims he was fired from the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/marvel">Marvel</a> series earlier this year for posting about <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/lgbtq">gay pride</a>, but the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/entertainment">company</a> recently issued a statement refuting that charge following some posts DeMayo made on social media.
“Mr. DeMayo was terminated in March 2024 following an internal investigation,” the studio said in a statement, per <a href="https://variety.com/2024/tv/news/marvel-x-men-97-beau-demayo-misconduct-gay-pride-post-1236108632/">Variety</a>. “Given the egregious nature of the findings, we severed ties with him immediately and he has no further affiliation with Marvel.”
A source told the outlet that DeMayo was accused of sexual misconduct and also violated his termination agreement. Those charges were not officially confirmed.
DeMayo shared his thoughts in a social post on Thursday night.

“Above is #XMen fan-art I posted on Instagram for Gay Pride in June,” DeMayo added. “On June 13, #Marvel sent a letter notifying me that they’d stripped my Season 2 credits due to the post. Sadly, this is the latest in a troubling pattern I suffered through while on working on #XMen97 and #Blade.”

The former Marvel employee also reacted to the company statement, writing in a reaction posted later the same evening.
“The truth will be revealed. After their Disney Plus disaster, Marvel wants to mislead with alleged contract breaches over tweets. It’s tragic it’s come to this but unsurprising. Stay tuned,” he wrote.
Like so many other businesses, Marvel leaned into Pride month this year just like in years prior. The entertainment company released a series of Pride-focused comic book covers throughout the month of June featuring LGBTQ characters.
The company also posted on social media throughout June to celebrate Pride month.
DeMayo frequently tweeted about &#8220;X-Men &#8217;97&#8221; on his personal social media account, revealing details and storylines there. He also advertised a non-explicit OnlyFans account and posted topless photos of himself.

An overwhelming majority of voters disagree with new Biden administration regulations that require parents to pass an LGBTQ litmus test to adopt foster children, according to an exclusive <a href="https://dw-wp-production.imgix.net/2024/06/DW-RMG-Poll-4.pdf">Daily Wire poll</a>.
Nearly twice as many voters reject banning religious families who oppose transgender ideology from taking in foster children, according to the survey of 1000 registered voters, conducted this week by RMG Research. Only 29 percent say faith-based families who refuse to affirm a child’s gender dysphoria should be banned from adopting, while the rest of the respondents weren’t sure.
On April 30, Biden’s Department of Health and Human Services <a href="https://www.federalregister.gov/documents/2024/04/30/2024-08982/designated-placement-requirements-under-titles-iv-e-and-iv-b-for-lgbtqi-children">enacted</a> the “Safe and Appropriate Foster Care Placement Requirements,” which require child welfare agencies to place foster children only with families who have committed to “establishing an environment that supports the child’s LGBTQI+ status or identity.” Under the new rules, foster care providers must use a child’s “identified pronouns” and “chosen name,” and allow the child to dress in a way that “reflects [their] self-identified gender identity and expression.” 
The rules also require foster parents to establish “an environment that supports the child’s LGBTQI+ status or identity,” something legal experts <a href="https://fedsoc.org/commentary/fedsoc-blog/non-affirmation-of-child-s-lgbtqi-identity-is-abuse-under-proposed-foster-care-rule">warn</a> could be interpreted to mean providing puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, or surgical interventions designed to change the child’s sex.

The poll found that an overwhelming majority, 69 percent, said it would be “good” for religious families to adopt a foster child. Only 13 percent said it would be a “bad” thing. When it comes to religious families who oppose transgender ideology, 54 percent of voters do not support banning them from adopting foster children. Only 29 percent agree that faith-based families who refuse to affirm a child’s gender dysphoria should be banned from adopting, while the rest of the respondents weren’t sure.
According to RMG, over two-thirds of voters believe it is good for foster children to be placed in religious families. And nearly 60 percent feel that parents who will not agree to provide puberty blockers and gender transition surgeries, or otherwise support transgender identities, are better for kids than those who will.

Among those who prefer families with traditional gender beliefs are 58 percent of independents. The only political group in which a majority did not agree that foster children are better off with families who adhere to traditional gender norms were Democrats, 63 percent of whom say gender dysphoric children will fare better with families that will support their perceived rather than biological identities.

The Biden Administration’s new rules stand to put further strain on a foster care system that is already struggling to serve more than <a href="https://usafacts.org/articles/how-many-kids-are-in-foster-care/">600,000 children</a> annually as it would disqualify the families most likely to care for vulnerable kids. The new HHS rule is not scheduled to take effect until 2026, but it follows similar regulations in Oregon, Massachusetts, and Vermont.
Practicing Christians are more than <a href="https://bipartisanpolicy.org/blog/new-bpc-harris-polling-data-on-religion-and-child-welfare/#:~:text=Barna%20Research%20found%20that%20practicing,and%20children%20with%20special%20needs.">twice as likely</a> to foster or adopt than the general population, with Catholics being <a href="https://cafo.org/new-barna-research-highlights-christian-adoption-foster-care-among-3-most-notable-vocational-trends/#:~:text=Catholics%20are%20three%20times%20as,many%20churches%20are%20doing%20so.">three times</a> more likely and evangelicals five times more likely. Further, 65 percent of non-kin foster parents attend religious services weekly.  
Yet a recent Pew poll found these are also the kinds of families <a href="https://www.pewresearch.org/short-reads/2022/07/07/attitudes-about-transgender-issues-vary-widely-among-christians-religious-nones-in-u-s/">least likely</a> to meet the Biden administration’s new demands. Among white evangelicals, only 15 percent agree that a person’s sex can differ from their biology. For black Protestants like those depicted in Sound of Hope, only 36 percent believe gender can change. (Pew did not offer results for non-whites who identify as evangelical.)

<a href="http://angel.com/dailywire" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Sound of Hope: The Story of Possum Trot</a>, a new film that tells the true story of 22 Christian families in a single church that adopted 77 at-risk children out of foster care, is providing a fresh picture of this statistical reality.
Adoptive father Josh Weigel, who directed and co-wrote Sound of Hope, fears policies like the new HHS rules will leave vulnerable children at risk of being further neglected, abused, or trafficked.
“That kind of legislation would prevent the story [of Sound of Hope] from happening again,” he told The Daily Wire.  “Over two thirds of the people helping [foster kids] are those who may not agree with that kind of legislation…You would have a monumental ocean of traumatized children mounting every year if you were to cut off that kind of care.”

The Department of the Interior published a guide to “inclusive language,” exclusively obtained by The Daily Wire, that tells bureaucrats to avoid gendered terms like “husband,” “son,” and “daughter,” and even instructs them to use the “they/them” pronouns for individuals rather than assume someone’s gender.
The 24-page document, called the <a href="https://www.scribd.com/document/745339214/EXCLUSIVE-Biden-Agency-Publishes-Inclusive-Language-Guide">U.S. Department of the Interior Inclusive Language Guide</a> and published this month &#8220;for official use only,&#8221; details what terms bureaucrats should use or avoid when discussing gender and sexuality.
The guide includes a list of 104 different terms that the Interior recommends bureaucrats replace with alternate, approved words. “Husband” and “wife,” for example, should be replaced with “spouse, partner, significant other,” the federal agency says. “Daughter” and “son” should also be replaced with “child” or “kid” according to the guide, which even asks bureaucrats to replace “cockpit” with “flight deck.”
The revelation comes as the executive agencies of federal government have been transformed under the Biden administration, with agencies from Interior to the National Security Agency embracing and institutionalizing the diversity, equity, and inclusion agenda.
Another section of the guide asks bureaucrats to use “identity-first” language, substituting “blind person” and “amputee,” with “a person who is blind,”  and “a child with an amputation.” The Interior guide even tells bureaucrats to refrain from assuming anyone’s gender and to instead refer to everyone with the pronouns “they/them” to “avoid making assumptions.”

“When referring to individuals whose identified pronouns are not known or when the gender of a generic or hypothetical person is irrelevant within the context, use their name or a singular ‘they’ to avoid making assumptions about an individual’s gender,” the document reads. “It is recommended to use ‘they,’ ‘them,’ ‘their,’ for example. In informal writing, such as emails, plural pronouns may be used as a shortcut to ensure gender inclusiveness.”
The plural pronoun is said to be a superior alternative to the phrase “he or she,” because it implies “an exclusively binary nature of gender and exclude individuals who do not use these pronouns like gender non-conforming people.” Phrases such as “ladies and gents” are seen as problematic, with the document asking speakers to instead address crowds with “hey team.”
Interior asks bureaucrats to go to even greater lengths to avoid “terms that imply binaries” like “opposite sex” and “opposite gender,” because “some individuals do not identify with either gender or these phrases would then ignore the existence of those individuals.”
It even states that bureaucrats should avoid using the term “preferred pronouns” since it implies that gender identity is a choice. “Pronoun use requires specificity and care on the user’s part, and staff should always use the person’s identified pronouns,” the document states. “Staff should refrain from the term ‘preferred pronouns’ because it implies a choice about one’s gender. Use ‘pronouns’ or ‘identified pronouns’ instead.” It also advises eliminating the use of gendered honorifics entirely, saying titles like &#8220;Mr.&#8221; and &#8220;Ms.&#8221; should always be forgone.

The guide also suggests elimination the following words and phrases:

<li>Replace &#8220;gay&#8221; with &#8220;LGBTQIA+ person&#8221;</li>
<li>Replace &#8220;transgender&#8221; with &#8220;transgender person&#8221;</li>
<li>Replace &#8220;opposite sex&#8221; with &#8220;different sex&#8221;</li>
<li>Replace &#8220;woman/women&#8221; with &#8220;person, people, individual, individuals&#8221;</li>
<li>Replace &#8220;sex change&#8221; with &#8220;transition&#8221;</li>
<li>Replace &#8220;father/mother&#8221; with &#8220;parent, caregiver, care provider&#8221;</li>

Interior did not respond to a request for comment.
Interior’s guide to inclusive language is just one way in which the agency has embraced and far-left dogma and embedded it in its policies and practices. The federal agency is also celebrating pride month with a lesson on “LGBTQ American Sign Language” where <a href="https://www.campuspride.org/speakers/hayden-kristal/">bureaucrats will be taught</a> sign language for “ally,” “drag queen,” and other LGBT vocabulary terms.
Daily Wire host Matt Walsh previously revealed that bureaucrats at the DOI <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/im-not-crying-you-are-video-captures-federal-bureaucrats-reciting-diversity-poem">performed a poem</a> called “I am Diversity” in which the government employees recited lines like “I’m diversity, embrace me and we’ll journey far. I’m diversity, include me and we’ll reach the shining star.”

The same department also celebrated “transgender day of visibility” by showing a documentary pushing for increased LGBT inclusion in the field of marine biology, the Daily Wire previously <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/biden-admin-celebrates-trans-day-of-visibility-by-screening-movie-pushing-for-more-queer-marine-biologists">revealed</a>.
“Transgender Day of Visibility is an internationally recognized event that is celebrated annually on March 31st to help raise awareness and increase understanding of the challenges, importance and struggles of our transgender, non-binary and gender non-conforming communities,” an email obtained by The Daily Wire states. “The Department will mark this important occasion by showing a short documentary called ‘Diving for Rays: A Queer Conservationist’s Story.”
One far-left bureaucrat, an associate communications director at the White House, was recently promoted from his former post as the communications director for the DOI. Named Tyler Cherry, the Biden administration official has a <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/the-white-houses-new-cross-dressing-spokesman-came-straight-from-bidens-wokest-agency">troubling social media history</a>. “Time to recall that the modern day police system is a direct evolution of slave patrols and lynch mobs,” Cherry posted to X, formerly Twitter, in 2015. “Praying for #Baltimore, but praying even harder for an end to a capitalistic police state motivated by explicit and implicit racial biases,” he also said. 
Cherry, who crossdresses and identifies as non-binary, also tweeted &#8220;Abolish ICE,&#8221; making a call to disband a law enforcement component within the Department of Homeland Security that plays a critical role in enforcing immigration law. The communications official also made posts complaining about white people and &#8220;the occupation of Palestine.&#8221;
The DOI is just one of several federal agencies that has swung to the left and institutionalized ideological dogma under the Biden administration.

Former President Donald Trump has pledged to purge far-left bureaucrats who may otherwise undermine his agenda from his executive agencies if he is reelected in November. “We will pass critical reforms making every executive branch employee fireable by the President of the United States,” Trump said at a rally, <a href="https://www.govexec.com/workforce/2022/03/trump-threatening-return-and-expansion-schedule-f/363145/">touting</a> his plan. “The deep state must be brought to heel.”
Trump’s allies are preparing to fill the void left by outgoing bureaucrats, with the Heritage Foundation’s <a href="https://www.project2025.org/">Project 2025</a> assembling a personnel database that could step into the administration in the event of a Trump victory.

The top intelligence agency in the United States is celebrating Pride Month by inviting agents to have the transgender flag painted on their nails, participate in a “Pride Ally Challenge,” and learn from a “non-binary,” “Filipinx” activist who has taught children about her non-binary identity, a document exclusively obtained by The Daily Wire reveals.
The intelligence document outlines nine different Pride Month activities held by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), a <a href="https://www.dni.gov/index.php/who-we-are/leadership/director-of-national-intelligence">cabinet-level agency</a> overseeing the rest of the IC, including the CIA, FBI, NSA, and intelligence components in each branch of the military. Over the course of the month, intelligence officers will have their nails painted with trans flags, or even learn to crochet their very own Pride flags.
“For nail painting, we’ll have our pro team of FVEY artistes ready to decorate you ready for Pride Month, with the option of celebrating pride or trans flag colors,” the document reads before further encouraging intelligence agents to have their nails painted. “If you don’t normally paint your nails, or have never done so, all the better! We’ll do everything for you, and you might just love it. What better way to show your allyship to the community?”

The elaborate array of Pride celebrations, all of which will occur during the work hours of America’s top intelligence apparatus, demonstrates one of the most blatant ways in which the most powerful instruments of the federal government have been captured and leveraged by leftwing ideologues.
Rep. Mike Waltz (R-FL), a member of the House Select Committee on Intelligence and combat-decorated U.S. Army veteran who fought in the elite Green Berets, confirmed the authenticity of the document with the intelligence community. He said it&#8217;s another example of the Biden administration wasting valuable time and resources away from serious intelligence-gathering activities that are vital to our national security.
“It just shows where this administration&#8217;s priorities continue to be, which is a virtue signal to the progressive Left, rather than staying focused on lethality, effective intelligence collection, and keeping America safe,” Waltz told The Daily Wire. “It&#8217;s just a total misplacement of priorities, and it comes from the top, and it comes from highly politicized political appointees, by political appointees that are pushing an agenda.”
The “Nails &amp; Crafts” event was held with the Pride <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/how-race-and-sex-based-affinity-groups-drive-dei-initiatives-throughout-the-federal-government">Employee Resource Group</a> as well as the “FVEY Liaison Offices,” a reference to the Five Eyes Intelligence Alliance that includes the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. The document’s reference to Five Eyes indicates that foreign intelligence agents may have been invited or present at the nail painting event.
The same event also featured crochet lessons from “FVEY crocheters,” who taught “how to make Pride flags.”
That nail painting event, which took place on June 4, came just ahead of a talk from guest speaker AC Dumlao, who is described as a “transgender non-binary first-generation Filipinx-American activist and educator” and has a website called &#8220;Call Me They.&#8221;
“AC will lead a discussion focused on transgender, non-binary, and gender diverse identities,” as well as “where we are today with trans rights and ending discrimination,” the event description reads.

Dumlao “specializes in advising on inclusive policies for transgender and non-binary individuals in the workplace” according to <a href="https://callmethey.com/">her website</a>. It goes on to explain that “AC is dedicated to providing representation to queer and trans young people of the global majority.” Dumlao even <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_1WtUVv45hc">appeared on</a> a YouTube channel aimed at <a href="https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/dearqueerkid/queer-kid-stuff-teaching-preschoolers-their-lgbtqs/posts">preschoolers</a>, called “Queer Kids Stuff,” to teach children about non-binary gender identity and that gender exists on a spectrum.
Dumlao’s website lists a number of <a href="https://callmethey.com/resources/">different organizations</a> that she recommends supporting, each of which further highlights the extent of Dumlao’s radicalism. One such organization, called the Manna-hatta Fund, describes itself as “an invitation to all settlers and non-Native people who wish to acknowledge the legacy of theft and genocide that comprise the history of New York City and the United States.” The radical activist also points those who visit her site to <a href="https://www.redcanarysong.net/">Red Canary Song</a>, an organization of “Asian and Migrant sex workers and massage workers, organizing transnationally.” The group states its work “is in the tradition of sex worker mutual aid.”
The ODNI provided several more outlets for intelligence agents to celebrate Pride Month.
The document encourages agents to write blog posts for the “Why I’m an Ally” series, which is run by the Pride Employee Resource Group and provides an “informal way for allies of the Pride Community to explain just why they actively choose to be an ally.” The Pride Employee Resource Group also sought to recruit new leadership, explaining that the organizations “provide employees of underrepresented groups and their allies the tools and ability to identify and address barriers that may hinder the achievement of that population.”

There was also a “Pride Month Kick-off Event” earlier in the month that featured members of the Pride Employee Resource Group who shared “personal observations about how inclusivity has grown in the workplace.” A panel discussion on the “transgender community across generations,” scheduled for June 17th, will bring together “members of the transgender, non-binary, and gender expansive community across generations” to discuss “their unique lived experiences.”

Then there’s ODNI’s “Pride Ally Challenge,” which began on June 3 and takes intelligence agents on a “guided journey to learn more about the LGBTQ+ community and empower you to become a better, more well-informed ally” across 20 different daily activities.
ODNI is also hosting a “Walk with Pride” event halfway through the month, inviting intelligence agents to “[c]elebrate Pride and show your support for the LGBTQIA+ community” in the march. “Be sure to sport your pride swag!” the document reads.
In case agents want yet another chance to celebrate Pride Month, there will also be an &#8220;IC Pride Summit&#8221; for the intelligence community at the end of the month.
Waltz said this is not the time for the country to lose focus, and that adversaries are becoming more powerful while components within our intelligence community are distracted by political agendas.
“I think it is a total misplacement of priorities from senior leaders all the way down the chain, and you overlay this with the amount of threats that we&#8217;re facing as a country from peer adversaries that are eclipsing us in hypersonics, in nuclear weapons, in space, in the size of their navy, in espionage,” Waltz continued. “You&#8217;ve got the FBI director saying that we&#8217;re opening, they&#8217;re opening a new counter-espionage case against China every 12 hours, and they don&#8217;t have anywhere near the resources to deal with it.”
“How about we get some meat eaters that are worried about putting bullets or bombs on foreheads of bad guys? Collecting intelligence, filling gaps, spying, conducting covert activities to keep America safe,” Waltz added.
The revelations about ODNI’s extensive Pride Month celebrations come after The Daily Wire previously exposed another facet of the ODNI’s DEI agenda. One DEI newsletter published and distributed by ODNI included an article from an intelligence agent who claimed that <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/bidens-top-intelligence-agency-says-crossdressing-makes-man-better-intelligence-officer-internal-docs-show">crossdressing</a> made him a better agent. “I think my experiences as someone who crossdresses have sharpened the skills I use as an intelligence officer,” the official ODNI document reads.

That same document also warned intelligence agents against using “problematic language” when discussing Islamic terrorism. The document contended that “some of the problematic phrases include, but are not limited to: ‘Salafi-Jihadist,’ ‘Jihadist,’ ‘Islamic-Extremist,’ ‘Sunni/Shia-Extremism,’ and ‘Radical Islamists.’”
The editor-in-chief of the ODNI newsletter also celebrated that employee resource groups within the intelligence community “have been particularly successful in creating a new framework and language guidelines for how we talk about the People’s Republic of China.” Like many other federal agencies, ODNI has a <a href="https://www.dni.gov/index.php/who-we-are/organizations/339-about/organization/diversity-equity-and-inclusion">DEI apparatus and personnel</a> specifically committed to further embedding the leftwing doctrine throughout the government.
The ODNI Pride celebrations and DEI newsletter are only a couple examples of the United States Intelligence Community advancing far-left ideologies, however. The National Security Agency (NSA) published an internal DEI glossary, <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/exclusive-leaked-nsa-doc-reveals-massive-woke-glossary-pushing-critical-race-theory-gender-ideology-on-govt-employees">exclusively obtained</a> by The Daily Wire, that included terms like “white fragility,” “transmisogyny,” “settler colonialism,” and even the gender-neutral pronouns of “ze” and “zir.”
The Biden administration has sought to embed far-left ideology throughout the practices of America’s intelligence community, military, and entire federal bureaucracy, institutionalizing the leftwing dogmas by way of DEI trainings, equity officials, and celebrations like those revealed here. Biden <a href="https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/presidential-actions/2023/02/16/executive-order-on-further-advancing-racial-equity-and-support-for-underserved-communities-through-the-federal-government/">signed</a> multiple <a href="https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefing-room/presidential-actions/2021/06/25/executive-order-on-diversity-equity-inclusion-and-accessibility-in-the-federal-workforce/">executive orders</a> institutionalizing DEI, and his federal agencies have even worked to <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/how-the-biden-admin-enables-government-employees-to-change-genders">enable gender transition</a> attempts among government employees, barring the use of biologically accurate pronouns in the process.
Former President Donald Trump has pledged to combat the ideological takeover of the federal bureaucracy if he is reelected in November and purge those who might otherwise work to undermine his policy agenda.
“We will pass critical reforms making every executive branch employee fireable by the President of the United States,” Trump declared at a rally, <a href="https://www.govexec.com/workforce/2022/03/trump-threatening-return-and-expansion-schedule-f/363145/">touting</a> his plan. “The deep state must be brought to heel.” Trump’s allies are now preparing to fill the void left by outgoing bureaucrats, with the Heritage Foundation’s <a href="https://www.project2025.org/">Project 2025</a> assembling a personnel database that could staff a new Trump administration.

There’s religious adherence to the Pride flag during Pride Month, that most holy month.
In Spokane, Washington, they decided to paint a crosswalk with the Pride Progress flag.
You might think there would be a problem painting a crosswalk with Pride Progress flags because people walk and drive over it. It is a crosswalk.
It turns out there was a group of three teenagers who were on Lime electric scooters doing wheelies on the Pride Progress flag and then got caught on tape doing that.

They were arrested and charged with first-degree malicious mischief. They could go to jail because they did wheelies on the Pride Progress flag.
It was later reported they were also doing wheelies in other areas of town as well. 
But — Thou Must Not Have Any Other Gods Besides The Pride Progress Flag. This religion must never, ever be faced with dissent.

Two of the three teens were underage, and they&#8217;ve not been named. So apparently, Lime is now announcing it will be implementing a no-go zone around that crosswalk, which means a scooter driven over the mural will be shut down remotely.
Everyone has to tiptoe right around the Pride Progress flag that&#8217;s on the ground.

The situation in Spokane is like the child’s game “The Floor Is Lava,” except the floor is the Pride Progress flag. Don&#8217;t walk on it. Don&#8217;t do it. If you do, you will be punished.
A press release from the city of Spokane <a href="https://my.spokanecity.org/police/news/2024/06/06/multiple-arrests-make-after-downtown-pride-mural-is-vandalized/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">stated</a>, “Officers observed widespread damage as black scuff marks consistent with scooter wheels were observed across the entirety of the mural. The area is clearly marked to keep traffic away as it was just re-painted to repair previous damage.”
“Attached to the [press] release were two photos demonstrating the extent of the damage, both of which showed faint black marks on the street painting consistent with thin tire marks,” The Publica <a href="https://www.thepublica.com/lime-scooters-will-now-shut-down-if-driven-over-pride-flag-crosswalk-in-spokane-wa/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reported</a>. “The alleged vandalism, which was claimed by many to be motivated by homophobia, resulted in an outpouring of condemnation from Spokane’s LGBT community and those purporting to be LGBT allies.”
A local journalist complained he had seen other teenagers running over the pride mural crosswalk while he was reporting. He state, “A group of five to six kids just started doing donuts and creating skid marks on the Pride Mural.” He said they were also doing wheelies.
As we all know, there are no skid marks anywhere in America on roads. None.
If you don&#8217;t want people to drive on some image, don’t put it on the road. It feels like you&#8217;re daring people.
This is not the first time this has happened. In February, a 19-year-old was arrested after performing burnouts with his truck on a Pride crosswalk in Delray Beach, Florida. He was charged with felony criminal mischief.
This is so tiresome. Not to mention the fact that the media ignore cases where pro-life centers get burned down.
But step on a Pride Progress flag on the sidewalk and they’ll arrest you.

The Department of the Air Force hosted a two-day pride month celebration that featured the CEO of an organization that advocates for children to undergo irreversible medical sex change procedures and pushes sexually explicit LGBT books onto children, The Daily Wire has learned.
A promotional Air Force poster advertising the “DAF Pride Celebration,” exclusively obtained by The Daily Wire, reveals how the military branch celebrated pride month, showing that the CEO of the pro-transgender organization PFLAG, <a href="https://pflag.org/person/brian-k-bond/">Brian Bond</a>, was a keynote speaker at the event.
PFLAG is one of the nation’s most prominent pro-transgender organizations. Under Bond&#8217;s leadership, it has fervently opposed legislation that seeks to protect children from cross-sex hormone treatments and sex change procedures.
The event is being promoted on posters inside the Pentagon office space, according to images obtained by The Daily Wire. It was scheduled to take place in the Pentagon courtyard.

Bond&#8217;s radical organization has a “<a href="https://pflag.org/resource/transgender-reading-list-for-children/">transgender reading list for children</a>” which includes “I Am Jazz,” which it described as a story about “a transgender child based on the real-life experience of Jazz Jennings.” There’s also the “Gender Now Coloring Book,” which is “meant to provide reflection and support unity by showing multiple genders standing together.”
Another book on the list, called “What Makes a Baby,” is said to be a “children’s book that takes gender out of making a baby.” The book’s author, Cory Silverberg, is one of the <a href="https://thefederalist.com/2022/02/16/meet-the-sex-shop-founder-who-is-grooming-children-through-books-in-school-libraries/">founders</a> of what has been referred to as a “beginner&#8217;s sex store” in Toronto. He has also authored “Sex is a Funny Word,” a children’s book that discusses “transgender identity, intersex conditions, and masturbation.”
A Pentagon source told The Daily Wire that the event is indicative of &#8220;misplaced&#8221; focus in the military, which is losing sight of its main purpose: fighting wars.
&#8220;We are bombarded with emails, memos, official messages, meetings, and gatherings for special interest groups and social issues, but nary a word is issued about our warfighting heritage,&#8221; the source said. &#8220;This is indicative of a much larger problem in the Pentagon: more time and effort is spent on social programs and issues than preparing for war. The focus is misplaced, and taxpayers should know what they are paying for.&#8221;
PFLAG has taken legal action against <a href="https://pflag.org/press/pflag-families-and-medical-providers-sue-texas-to-block-dangerous-transgender-youth-medical-care-ban/">Texas</a>, <a href="https://pflag.org/press/families-and-medical-providers-sue-missouri-to-block-transgender-youth-medical-care-ban/">Missouri</a>, and <a href="https://pflag.org/press/pflag-sues-north-carolina/">North Carolina</a> after the states sought to protect children from medical interventions like cross-sex hormone therapy injections and sex-change surgeries.
“Families need to be free to access care that is in their child’s best interest,” the organization argued in a <a href="https://pflag.org/resource/medical-bans/">statement</a> that also said, “‘medical bans’ criminalize treating a transgender child under the age of 18, imposing penalties on parents and health care providers.”
The military branch hosted a range of different activities and speakers for Pride Month beyond just the PFLAG CEO. The event schedule included “queer trivia,” as well as speaker sessions on “LGBTQ+ &amp; Organizational Culture” and the “LGBTQ+ Civilian and Service Experience.”
Opening comments on the second day of the event were offered by Lieutenant Colonel Bree Fram, an engineer with the United States Space Force and activist for pro-transgender policies in the military. The Daily Wire previously discovered that the Air Force Academy hosted Fram for a symposium where he <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/air-force-academy-highlights-transgender-officer-at-leadership-summit">spoke to cadets</a> about transgender inclusion.
Fram, a man who identifies as a woman, also addressed a Pride celebration where he called for those in the military to “initiate difficult conversations about racial and gender barriers.”

Another session appears to advertise a <a href="https://spartapride.org/">pro-transgender activist group</a> within the military called “SPARTA,” which calls itself “a beacon for transgender individuals who currently serve or have served in the U.S. military.”
Another one of the <a href="https://spartapride.org/board/evelyn-aurora-lee/">speakers</a> was Technical Sergeant <a href="https://www.instagram.com/insta.evelyn.fitness/p/CXsWzqROdlO/?img_index=1">Evelyn Lee</a>, a member of SPARTA, who the organization described as “the first United States Air Force airman to begin a successful gender transition while stationed on the Korean Peninsula.” Lee is also credited with “shaping Department of the Air Force policies to better accommodate transgender service members.”
Lt. Gen. Leah Lauderback, the Deputy Chief of Staff for Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance and Cyber Effects Operations in the Air Force, is listed as another speaker. Lauderback was one of the <a href="https://modernmilitary.org/2021/06/pride-profile-major-general-leah-h-lauderback/">cofounders</a> of the LGBTQ Initiative Team, a “barriers analysis working group” that “focuses on the LGBTQ community and identifies and works to resolve the issues that disproportionately impede the success of LGBTQ Airmen and Guardians.”
An Air Force Spokeswoman told The Daily Wire that the June 6 event was hosted by volunteers associated with the LGBTQ Initiative Team and that &#8220;appropriated funds were not expended for the speaker and attendance was strictly voluntary.&#8221;
&#8220;The Department of Defense encourages special observances to recognize the continuous achievements of all Americans and to increase awareness, mutual respect, and understanding,&#8221; the spokeswoman went on to add. &#8220;They are designed to enhance cross-cultural competencies and promote harmony among all military members, their families, and the DoD civilian workforce.&#8221;
This DAF celebration is far from the first time that the military and other agencies tasked with preserving our national security have pushed the LGBT Pride agenda. Even the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center is hosting its own Pride Month<a href="https://www.afnwc.af.mil/News/Article-Display/Article/3794777/afmc-to-host-pride-month-mentoring-panel/"> event</a>, called the “LGBTQ+ Cross-Cultural Mentoring Panel.”
The Pentagon has worked to institutionalize leftwing gender ideology and the broader diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) agenda, even <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/bidens-pentagon-slated-to-spend-nearly-270-million-on-diversity-agenda">requesting $114 million in taxpayer funding</a> to support “unconscious bias diversity training” and “training programs and diversity and inclusion initiatives.”
The leftwing ideology appears to have trickled down throughout the entire federal bureaucracy and military, with a recent Daily Wire investigation revealing that a summer camp exclusively for children of military families asked about the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/summer-camp-for-military-families-asked-if-six-year-olds-are-transgender-non-binary">gender identities of six-year-olds</a>, including the options transgender and non-binary on its sign-up form.
Former President Donald Trump has pledged to use executive orders to fire leftwing bureaucrats who might otherwise obstruct his policy agenda. “We will pass critical reforms making every executive branch employee fireable by the President of the United States,” Trump said at a rally, <a href="https://www.govexec.com/workforce/2022/03/trump-threatening-return-and-expansion-schedule-f/363145/">touting</a> his plan, adding that the deep state “must be brought to heel.”
The Biden administration recently moved to <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/biden-moves-to-strengthen-bureaucrat-protections-as-trump-pledges-to-gut-administrative-state">strengthen job protections</a> for bureaucrats in what appears to be a preemptive response to Trump’s plan.
In the event that Trump is able to fire leftwing bureaucrats, however, his supporters may have an opportunity to join executive agencies en masse. Allies of the former president are preparing to fill the void left by outgoing bureaucrats, with the Heritage Foundation’s <a href="https://www.project2025.org/">Project 2025</a> assembling a personnel database that could step into the administration in the event that Trump beats Biden in November.

As Pride Month continues, several people have been charged with allegedly defacing Pride flags painted on streets with tire marks, and some critics have even accused them of a hate crime.
In early February, a Florida man was <a href="https://nypost.com/2024/02/14/news/florida-man-dylan-brewer-arrested-for-vandalising-lgbtq-pride-mural/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">accused</a> of deliberately doing multiple burnouts with his pickup truck in a Delray Beach intersection that was painted in rainbow colors.
The incident was caught on surveillance video, which police released. It shows a pickup truck with LED underbody lights and an American flag attached to the back, leaving tire marks on the intersection&#8217;s Pride paint while making a hard left after dark.

Dylan Brewer, 19, surrendered to authorities after they searched for him for a week. He was charged with felony criminal mischief, damage to property over $1,000, and misdemeanor reckless driving. He was released on a $5,250 bond.
“Witnesses reported that Brewer was observed intentionally performing multiple burnouts with his vehicle over the LGBTQ pride crosswalk,” the Delray Beach Police Department said. “The reckless action caused significant damage to the streetscape painting, which serves as a symbol of unity and inclusivity for the LGBTQ community.”
The Palm Beach County Human Rights Council declared Brewer&#8217;s actions should be considered a hate crime.
Then earlier this month, three teenagers were arrested and charged with a felony for leaving scooter marks on the Pride flag painted on a street in Spokane. Prosecutors demanded a $15,000 bond for the teens.

Police used surveillance footage from the intersection to find the suspects.
The 19-year-old suspect was charged with malicious mischief with a hate crime bias. He was accused of shouting &#8220;f&#8211;k you f&#8212;-t&#8221; at a passerby.
&#8220;We see that you have done this thing,&#8221; one witness <a href="https://www.krem.com/article/news/local/arrests-wednesday-at-newly-painted-pride-crosswalk-mural/293-57722e04-0df0-4484-856e-fed3d7a37c23" target="_blank" rel="noopener">said</a>. &#8220;People don&#8217;t just go and do that without intention. You don&#8217;t destroy symbols without intention behind it.&#8221;

The company also said it was &#8220;immediately instituting a no-ride zone around the mural to protect it from any future vandalism attempts,&#8221; which <a href="https://cbsaustin.com/news/nation-world/lime-enacts-no-go-zone-around-pride-crosswalk-in-washington-after-vandalism-electric-scooters-bikes-pride-month-mural-spokane-police" target="_blank" rel="noopener">means</a> the scooters will shut down if driven over the street&#8217;s Pride paint.

A new Washington state law making it a hate crime to deface public installations with the intent of intimidating a protected group <a href="https://www.khq.com/news/lgbtq-mural-defaced-by-arsonist-repainted-ahead-of-spokane-pride-festival/article_14ff7384-22f9-11ef-b1b4-ffcbead507ed.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">went</a> into effect on June 6.
In Bend, Oregon, several vehicles <a href="https://www.centraloregondaily.com/news/local/bend-pride-crosswalk-defaced-graffiti-burnouts/article_14722cb6-2206-11ef-bc97-4791d5921734.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reportedly</a> burned their tires out on a Pride crosswalk, which police said could be classified as speed racing, which is a traffic violation as well as potentially even reckless driving.
In St. Petersburg, Florida residents complained about tire marks on their Pride-themed intersection as well.
“I’m having a hard time believing that it’s not intentional,” <a href="https://patch.com/florida/stpete/recently-repainted-lgbtq-pride-street-mural-defaced-tire-marks" target="_blank" rel="noopener">said</a> Rachel Covello, who organizes a local LGBT conference and called the police over the tire marks.
In some instances, streets painted in Pride flag colors have been vandalized directly with graffiti, arson, or more paint.
However, critics have argued that simply leaving tire marks or scooter skid marks on the street does not constitute a hate crime.

The 34-year-old star posted the news to social media on Sunday, sharing several photos of herself with her 1.5 million followers on Instagram. “&#8217;Happy to be the B in <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/lgbtq">LGBTQ+</a>, happy pride!” Morris wrote in the caption. The news comes less than a year after the singer filed for divorce from her singer-songwriter husband, Ryan Hurd, following five years of marriage. The Grammy Award winner has a 3-year-old son, Hayes Andrew, with Hurd. 
Fans have been questioning Morris on her sexuality for some time as she was perceived to be acting very affectionate with female friends in photos. An image from April 23 showed her kissing and embracing photographer Sonya Jasinski.
The country star has been an outspoken advocate for LGBT issues. During a highly publicized appearance in April, Morris defended taking her young son to a drag show. 
“We were doing a benefit at Bridgestone last year when they were doing the drag ban in Tennessee,” Morris told Kelly Clarkson during an appearance on her podcast, as The Daily Wire <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/completely-harmless-maren-morris-defends-taking-her-toddler-to-drag-show">reported</a>. “There were drag queens like throughout, entertaining as well, and one actually danced with me when I was singing my song, ‘The Middle.’ And it was just amazing and fun.”
“My son loves watching me, like sit in the makeup chair and just is like fascinated with the colors … it was just like completely harmless,” she went on.

“Yes, I introduced my son to some drag queens today, so Tennessee, f***ing arrest me,” the singer previously said during the Love Rising concert in Nashville in 2023. Morris was referring to <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/so-tennessee-fing-arrest-me-maren-morris-tells-crowd-she-introduced-her-2-year-old-son-to-drag-queens-in-their-dressing-rooms">legislation</a> that would prohibit minors from attending drag shows.
Last fall, the “My Church” singer said that many country music fans are “misogynistic and racist and homophobic and transphobic” and that certain “hyper-masculine” country is, in her opinion, “butt rock.”
“I don’t want to say goodbye, but I really cannot participate in the really toxic arms of this institution anymore,” Morris <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/country-singer-maren-morris-files-for-divorce-from-ryan-hurd">said</a> about her decision to move away from the genre.

<a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/idaho">Idaho</a> bar owner Mark Fitzpatrick said he’s shocked by the response he’s gotten for introducing &#8220;Heterosexual Awesomeness Month&#8221; in June.
The bar announced they were offering free beer for heterosexual men and discounts for straight couples. The promotion took off when it was <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/idaho-bar-designates-june-as-heterosexual-awesomeness-month-offers-discounts-for-straight-men">publicized online</a>, with many social media users weighing in and voicing their support.
&#8220;I was thinking of a way that we could celebrate the other side of sexuality, heterosexuality, the way God designed it. And that&#8217;s kind of like where I&#8217;m at with people that support us and are like-minded. So we decided to do Heterosexual Awesomeness Month and then launched it and boy, oh boy, did it take off,&#8221; Fitzpatrick told <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/media/idaho-bar-owner-behind-heterosexual-awesomeness-month-speaks-out-boy-did-take-off">Fox News Digital</a>.
The bar owner said he has received several &#8220;crass&#8221; and &#8220;rude&#8221; messages online and phone calls. But he said the reaction has been &#8220;overwhelmingly positive.&#8221;
&#8220;We&#8217;ve had a whole bunch of people come in, in person, into our saloon. We&#8217;ve had people driving way out of their way. We had a couple come in, they drove 400 miles out of their way on their trip across the country yesterday &#8230; and other people have said they&#8217;re going to fly in from out of state. Other people said that next time they&#8217;re in the state, they&#8217;re going to stop by and support us,&#8221; Fitzpatrick told the outlet.
The business owner said he started the promotion because he is Christian and doesn’t support Pride Month.
&#8220;I&#8217;m Christian. I follow what the Bible says. I love people. I love all types of people and everything. But when you love people, it doesn&#8217;t mean that you have to necessarily get behind everything they decide to do. And, especially with the way things have been going the last few years, as far as how extreme it gets in June,&#8221; Fitzpatrick said.
He added, &#8220;I&#8217;m not just going to sit there and do nothing anymore. I&#8217;m going to be involved. I&#8217;m going to be out there. I&#8217;m going to be rallying people to help do the right thing, celebrate godly things. And I think the rest of the country should do that.&#8221;

He also told Fox News he’s &#8220;done being quiet about things.&#8221; 
&#8220;I want the truth,&#8221; Fitzpatrick concluded. &#8220;I know there&#8217;s a lot of deception out there in the world. I want the truth to come out on a lot of things, and I just want to glorify God in everything that I do.&#8221;

Veterans get one day. Mothers get one day. Fathers, you guessed it, are celebrated for a single day. But when it comes to celebrating “Pride,” many retailers, corporations, and even government entities, drape themselves in rainbow-colored stripes for the entire month of June.
It’s virtue signaling at its most egregious, and frankly, we find the whole thing despicable. 
Companies jumped into Pride Month again this year even after Target faced major <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/target-releases-latest-pride-collection-complete-with-kids-books-and-rainbow-items-for-babies">backlash and boycotts</a> last summer after debuting a Pride Month collection that included rainbow-adorned baby outfits and, most alarmingly, “tuck-friendly” swimsuits for men who identify as women to hide their genitals. 
The company saw a <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/targets-stock-market-value-takes-6-billion-hit-since-backlash-over-pride-collection">$6 billion decrease</a> in market capitalization amid consumer backlash and eventually moved some of the displays to the back of the store or took them down completely. This drama created a “no win” situation for them this year, according to one retail expert. 
&#8220;Scaling back only makes Target look weak without satisfying the desires of its progressive customers or the all-or-nothing demands of troublemakers,&#8221; Carol Spieckerman, president of retail advisory firm Spieckerman Retail, told <a href="https://www.marketwatch.com/story/targets-plan-to-scale-back-2024-pride-month-merchandise-makes-it-look-weak-retail-expert-says-6c8ccd56">MarketWatch</a>. &#8220;Target isn&#8217;t responding to a lack of demand so much as caving to a vocal and hostile contingent that has identified Target as a high-profile example.&#8221;
This year Target has opted to seriously scale back their Pride displays and offer most of the collection online only. 
But the Pride Month homage didn’t go away this year. If anything, it became more egregious. 
Now, Pride Month is even being celebrated by America’s fiercest warriors.
Last weekend, the official Facebook page for the U.S. Navy SEALs and Naval Special Warfare Command showed their support for the beginning of “Pride Month.” With comments notably turned off, the account posted an image with no caption which included rainbow designs that read, &#8220;NSW. Dignity. Service. Respect. Equality. Pride.&#8221;

Government entities also got in on the rainbow-drenched virtue signaling. The official POTUS account on X sent a message from President Joe Biden which <a href="https://x.com/POTUS/status/1796889437181190403">said</a>, “For generations, LGBTQI+ Americans have summoned the courage to live proudly – even when it meant putting their lives at risk.”
The post continued, “This Pride Month, we recommit to realizing the promise of America for all, to celebrating LGBTQI+ people, and to taking pride in the example they set.”
The Department of Defense also <a href="https://x.com/DeptofDefense/status/1796889685450453001">shared</a> a rainbow message which said they intend “to honor the contributions of LGBTQ+ service members.”

“Baseball is everyone’s game. #PRIDE,” the MLB tweeted from their official account, also changing its X profile picture to a rainbow flag behind the MLB logo.
The traditionally conservative <a href="https://x.com/NASCAR/status/1796874338278281372?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw">NASCAR</a> made a similar move and claimed they were “proud to support the LGBTQ+ community.” The PBS show “<a href="https://x.com/sesamestreet/status/1796942283662823717">Sesame Street</a>,” which is geared toward children between the ages of 3 and 5, also added rainbows to their social media page to “celebrate and uplift” the “LGBTQIA community.”

Not to be outdone by “Sesame Street,” the kids content producer Ms. Rachel also posted Pride messaging for June. The popular YouTuber, who boasts close to 10 million subscribers, used a singsong voice to both promote Pride and insult anyone in advance for criticizing her views. 
“Happy Pride to all of our wonderful families and friends! This month and every month, I celebrate you. I’m so glad you’re here. I’m so glad you’re exactly who you are,” she <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/matt-walsh-fires-back-after-ms-rachel-posts-pride-month-video-she-doesnt-want-your-business">said</a>. “To those who are going to comment they can’t watch this show anymore because of this support, no worries and much love your way. God bless. I am not chasing fame or views, I’m standing strong in love.”
This is such a common tactic on the Left: pretending that the opposition, the ones standing for norms that existed for centuries, are the ones who are weird and hateful. Daily Wire host <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/matt-walsh" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Matt Walsh</a> explained how the Right has made progress in fighting back against the LGBT pride agenda, telling radio host Jesse Kelly that corporations now need to think twice before going all in for pride month.
“I am seeing … more than I remember in recent years, of companies pulling back on the pride month stuff,” Kelly said in his interview with Walsh, also pointing out that 10 different National Football League teams <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/sports/10-nfl-teams-so-far-decline-bow-pride-month-messaging">declined</a> to celebrate pride month. “Are we maybe finally stopping some of this culture war stuff?”
“I think we are gaining some ground. I think there is no question that culturally, when it comes to this sort of thing in particular, we are in a better spot right now than we were two or three years ago,” Walsh answered. “Now, that’s far from saying that we’ve won the culture and that we’re in a great spot, but I do think that, who has gained ground over the last two years and I don’t think it’s that side of it,” he added, referring to the LGBT movement.
“We’ve made it so that a lot of these companies, if they lean too heavily into pride, it’s going to be a problem, we’re making it a problem,” Walsh pointed out. “It’s at least a cost now for these companies. They have something to think about, they have something to weigh. There’s a risk involved if they go too heavy with the pride stuff. That’s probably why some of them are backing away from it.”
The Daily Wire host went on to explain that companies like Target made a serious mistake when they started “very explicitly going after kids,” as well as the broader “child gender transition insanity,” both of which Walsh says pushed normal people away from the movement.
“At the same time, they were also making this explicit play against parental rights, literally treating parents at PTA meetings and school board meetings like terrorists, and that turned out to be a bridge too far.”

The two also discussed Ms. Rachel, a popular YouTuber who makes educational content for babies and toddlers and recently came out in support of pride month.
“There are plenty of parents who will just sit their kids down in front of YouTube and watch videos like this,” Walsh said while discussing her channel, also contending that “making this turn into open LGBT indoctrination &#8230; is where this usually ends with these children’s performers.&#8221;
“My question is, why people on the Right still continue to patronize things like this, are we this desperate for entertainment for our kids,” Kelly asked. “How in the world does anybody with any right-leaning thought put their kids in front of that crap?”
“The good news is that I’ve heard from a lot of conservative parents who say that they are just done with Ms. Rachel after this,” Walsh explained. “I do think that parents, at least conservative parents, seem to be waking up to this kind of thing more and becoming a little bit more discerning about the stuff they put in front of their kids.”

Google&#8217;s &#8220;doodle&#8221; on the D-Day anniversary was author and activist Jeanne Córdova – and a handy tab underneath the search bar on the home page steered visitors toward &#8220;Pride&#8221;-related content.
