<a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/patricia-heaton">Patricia Heaton</a> promoted a symbolic way that Americans can show their support for their Jewish neighbors and friends ahead of the one year anniversary of the October 7 terrorist attack that killed 1,200 people.
In a post on Monday on <a href="https://x.com/PatriciaHeaton/status/1838185281834373435" target="_blank" rel="noopener">X</a>, the 66-year-old actress and outspoken Israel supporter wrote about her campaign to stop anti-Semitism, called <a href="https://x.com/PatriciaHeaton/status/1838189730992644127">07C</a>.org [October7coalition.com]. It is described as a “network of Christians standing visibly and vocally against the rise of antisemitism in our country,” founded by Heaton.
“As we head toward the one year anniversary of October 7th, I ask that you please join me in the<a href="https://x.com/hashtag/MyzuzahYourzuzah?src=hashtag_click"> #MyzuzahYourzuzah</a> campaign to show solidarity with your Jewish friends and neighbors, fight antisemitism and bless your household,” Heaton’s <a href="https://x.com/PatriciaHeaton/status/1838185281834373435">post read</a>, and she shared a video clip of herself as she affixed a Mezuzah on her front door, and encouraged others to do the same.
She then listed four ways people can help.

The “Everybody Loves Raymond” star then reacted to one person who asked, “Is it wrong to do this if I&#8217;m not Jewish? I stand with Israel?”
“I’m not Jewish either David — it’s a<a href="https://x.com/hashtag/SpartacusMoment?src=hashtag_click"> #SpartacusMoment</a> to stand in solidarity with our [Jewish] friends!” Heaton <a href="https://x.com/PatriciaHeaton/status/1838253282025762919">replied</a>.
Another person then asked, “Mine was already there, put up after a trip to Israel in June. Is this OK? #Myzuzah, Yourzuzah!&#8221; And the Hollywood star <a href="https://x.com/PatriciaHeaton/status/1838209242928451880">responded</a>, “Thank you Jo! Solidarity on defense of freedom!”
Heaton has been outspoken in her support for Israel following the Hamas terrorist attack on October 7, taking to social media numerous times blasting anti-Semitism and more.
She recently called on others to join her — after an anti-Israel representative labeled anyone supporting Israel and Jewish people “the enemy.”

Actress <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/patricia-heaton">Patricia Heaton</a> torched Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) after the congresswoman blasted Israel for the explosion of pagers in Lebanon that belonged to Iran-backed Hezbollah terrorists.
In a post on Wednesday on X, the 66-year-old actress and outspoken Israel supporter called out AOC, whom she noted was silent about the murder of children by Hezbollah, but upset about the wave of explosions of electronic communications equipment of terrorists.

On July 27, a dozen kids were playing soccer on a field in the Druze town in Golan Heights when rockets hit sent by Hezbollah, killing at least 12 kids and wounding a dozen more, as previously <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/hezbollah-terrorists-murder-numerous-children-in-israel-in-deadliest-attacks-since-october-7">reported</a>.
AOC’s original post claimed that the detonation of the handheld devices seriously injured and killed “innocent civilians,&#8221; labeling the attack a clear violation of “international humanitarian law&#8221; and claimed that it &#8220;undermines US efforts to prevent a wider conflict.”

“Congress needs a full accounting of the attack, including an answer from the State Department as to whether any US assistance went into the development or deployment of this technology,” she added.
As previously <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/israel-did-not-intercept-hezbollah-pagers-that-exploded-it-made-them">reported</a>, the blasts — which may have <a href="https://www.jpost.com/breaking-news/article-820674">killed</a> 19 and wounded 150 of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) members — started on Tuesday afternoon around 3:30 p.m. local time when pagers used by Hezbollah started beeping with a message from their leadership.
After a few beeps, the pagers simultaneously exploded across the country, blinding hundreds, tearing off limbs, and leaving gaping holes in bodies.

Actress Patricia Heaton, the former star of “Everybody Loves Raymond,” issued a message on the 23rd anniversary of the 9/11 Islamic terrorist attacks on America in which she stated that the same kinds of terrorists who wanted to butcher Americans on 9/11 now target Israel, and, by extension, Americans and all of Western democracy.
“I happened to be in New York City on September 11, 2001 with the cast of Everybody Loves Raymond,” Heaton, a devout Catholic, wrote on X. “It was a terrifying experience. It’s hard to believe now that Israel is experiencing the same horrors. It needs to end.”

“Everybody Loves Raymond” actress <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/patricia-heaton">Patricia Heaton</a> defended the commencement speech given by Kansas City Chiefs kicker <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/harrison-butker">Harrison Butker</a>, which has been getting so much attention.
Critics have been coming after the NFL player for voicing his opinions on abortion, COVID, and President Joe Biden. He’s especially being mocked for statements he made about women finding fulfillment in homemaking and motherhood.
Butker gave the address at <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/colleges">Benedictine College</a>, a <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/catholic">Catholic</a> university in Kansas. His supporters, including Heaton, say it makes sense he was voicing Catholic views. 
&#8220;I don’t understand why everybody&#8217;s knickers are in a twist. He gave a commencement speech,&#8221; the actress said in an Instagram video posted on Sunday. &#8220;The audience applauded twice during the speech and gave him a standing ovation at the end, so clearly they enjoyed what he was saying.”

“I am a Catholic woman who worked through my kids&#8217; childhood, and I believe that God opened those doors for me,&#8221; Heaton told her social media followers. &#8220;And thankfully, it was a schedule that allowed me to also be a full-time mom basically.”
&#8220;I find nothing offensive about what he said, even though my life is very different, and he might even look at my life and say that’s not the way it should be. That’s OK. That’s his opinion. God has used my life, so, I’m just curious as to why people get offended. If you have made choices in your life, and you feel those are the right choices, and you’re comfortable, and they’re working out for you and your family – great.&#8221;

The lead singer of Five for Fighting John Ondrasik <a href="https://x.com/johnondrasik/status/1788573820514877844">replied</a>, “I’m in.&#8221; Ondrasik previously called out artists who have been silent amid the anti-Semitism raging on college campuses — like the insane protests seen at places like <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/columbia-university">Columbia University</a>, where pro-Palestinian protesters have made Jewish students feel unsafe, as previously <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/the-world-has-gone-mad-five-for-fighting-lead-singer-john-ondrasik-on-why-he-wrote-ok-we-are-not-ok">reported</a>.
The hundreds of comments under Heaton’s post echoed similar statements, with messages like “count me in,” “I absolutely will,” and “add me to the list.”
In a series of several other <a href="https://x.com/PatriciaHeaton/status/1788547966053044411">posts</a>, Heaton slammed President Joe Biden for abandoning American hostages after he threatened to cut off weapons to Israel.
“Biden has abandoned our citizens.,” the actress wrote, along with a repost of images of five American citizens who are still being held hostage in Gaza.
In a second <a href="https://x.com/PatriciaHeaton/status/1788548761221767568">post</a>, Heaton included a screenshot of a New York Post headline that read, “Betrayed. Biden vows to cut off weapons if Israel tries to finish off Hamas.”
“This is shameful and dangerous,” Heaton wrote. “WTAF [What in the actual f**k].”
She also included a <a href="https://x.com/PatriciaHeaton/status/1788551530112487846">clip</a> of Sheik Ra&#8217;ad Salah talking about how they will “conquer the White House&#8221; and promising to destroy America, &#8220;installing a caliphate in every country and forcing Islam in every home.”
“Islam will enter every home in every continent including every home in America,” Salah said.
Heaton replied, “Believe them when they tell you who they are and what they’re going to do.”
The “Everybody Loves Raymond” star then reposted several more posts, one from The Daily Wire’s editor emeritus <a href="https://x.com/benshapiro/status/1788530932787417125">Ben Shapiro</a> who called out the president for his &#8220;disgusting weapons cut-off threat.”
She also shared another post from Ondrasik who <a href="https://x.com/johnondrasik/status/1788574645731353002">wrote</a>, “President Biden abandoned American Citizens and our Afghan Allies to the Taliban. It is shameful, but not surprising, that he now abandons American Hostages and Israel to Hamas.”

Everyone knows that the most commonly practiced religion in Hollywood is the worship of self, even if most celebrities won’t admit it. 
There are also plenty of stars who dabble in New Age practices, who call themselves “spiritual but not religious,” and a solid number of famous people who follow Eastern religions such as Hinduism and Buddhism. 
And while lukewarm “Christians” are prevalent enough in Tinseltown, when it comes to being a Hollywood A-lister, it’s very unlikely that any will admit to being a full-fledged, church-going, sacrament practicing Catholic. It could be that the celebrity lifestyle doesn’t align with Catholicism. Or, perhaps there’s an invisible barrier preventing Catholics from reaching A-list status. More likely it’s a combination of both.

“I attribute everything good and everything positive in life to my faith,” Wahlberg said during a 2023 <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/mark-wahlberg-says-once-he-started-putting-my-faith-and-focus-on-god-good-things-happened-to-him" target="_blank" rel="noopener">interview</a>. “As soon as I started putting my faith and focus on God, good things started happening for me.”

The meditation app Hallow, the most downloaded and used Catholic app in the world, launched a partnership with the actor in 2022 as he was promoting the movie. At the time, Wahlberg urged his 18 million social media followers to pray the rosary with him.

Yes, Lieutenant Dan from “Forrest Gump” is also a practicing Catholic in addition to promoting causes that help veterans.
He said he’s found success despite being openly conservative in Hollywood. 
“I’ve had a blessed career in the movie and television and theater business,” Sinise <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/gary-sinise-talks-about-being-a-conservative-in-hollywood-and-how-it-affected-his-career" target="_blank" rel="noopener">said</a> in January 2023. “I’ve done amazing things, I’ve worked with amazing people, and it really played a major role, if not the key element, in what I’m doing today on the service side.”
Sinise discussed his journey to becoming Catholic in 2019. He said he was led to the church by his wife, Moira Harris, who converted herself after being cast in a play. The actor said he surprised his family by choosing to join the church about a decade after his wife. 
“I surprised my family. I’d gone through the confirmation classes and whatnot myself behind everybody’s back and I didn’t tell anybody that I was doing it,” he <a href="https://cruxnow.com/church-in-the-usa/2019/02/actor-gary-sinise-describes-his-road-to-the-catholic-church" target="_blank" rel="noopener">told</a> Catholic News Service.
“On Christmas Eve 2010 I told the family I was taking them to dinner at Morton’s Steakhouse and have Christmas Eve dinner,” Sinise continued. “And on the way there, I pulled into the church, and everybody asked, ‘What are we doing here?’ I said come on in. We walked into the church. The priest was there, and he confirmed me. It was beautiful.”

The actor who portrayed Jesus in Mel Gibson’s massively popular drama, “The Passion of the Christ” (2004) is himself a Catholic. The 55-year-old actor credits his entire career to saying a daily rosary. He also credits his devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary with helping him be cast in “The Thin Red Line” (1998), which was the starting point of his career.
While filming “The Passion,” Caviezel is said to have experienced a dislocated shoulder, pneumonia, and hypothermia, among other ailments. 
“When I was up there on the Cross, I learned that in His suffering was our redemption. Remember the servant is no greater than the master,” he <a href="https://aleteia.org/2019/03/20/jim-caviezel-gave-what-may-be-the-greatest-catholic-address-of-the-21st-century/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">said</a> while addressing a roomful of college students. “Each of us must carry our own cross. There is a price for our faith, for our freedoms. I have been literally scourged, hit by the whips, crucified, struck by lightning, yes, open heart surgery — that’s what happens after five and a half months of hypothermia.”
He spoke about his faith similarly in 2018. “I never thought that being a Christian would be an easy road, but that my heart, even on a cross in the freezing cold, nothing could stop my burning heart from loving Jesus. It’s important. Actress Patricia Heaton is another mainstream actress who was cast on a hit sitcom despite being conservative, and Catholic to boot. She discussed growing up in a devout family during an interview in 2022 after meeting Pope Francis at the VITAE Summit in the Vatican.
“My sister is a Dominican nun,” she <a href="https://www.vaticannews.va/en/pope/news/2022-09/actors-reflect-on-pope-francis-call-to-promote-common-good-vitae1.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">said</a> at the time. “My grandparents met Pope John Paul I. My mom was one of 15 children. I have some 100 first cousins on my mom&#8217;s side. So, we&#8217;re a very Catholic family. Meeting the Pope is such an incredible honor that I never thought I would have.”
Unlike some of her peers, Heaton said she hasn’t been ostracized for her faith.
“As much as people want to paint Hollywood as a sort of anti-religious place, I have found that going into work, we&#8217;re all there to do a job,” Heaton said during the same conversation. “We&#8217;re all there to be professional. We all respect each other. We share opinions, different opinions. And because we love each other and we have a common goal of creating something wonderful for people to enjoy, the differences in our religion or politics or whatever, in my experience on a set, have not been a problem.”
Besides sharing bible quotes with her followers, Heaton also openly discusses how she’s pro-life.

One of the newest Catholic converts in the Hollywood community is actor Shia LaBeouf, best known for getting his start on the Disney series “Even Stevens” and later moving into film roles, including the “Transformers” franchise.
Now the celeb is a practicing Catholic as well after receiving the Sacrament of Confirmation on New Year’s Eve 2023. And he may go even further than that.
His sponsor told Catholic News Agency that the 37-year-old star is also considering becoming a deacon in the future. LaBoeuf credited being cast in the film “Padre Pio” (2022) with influencing his decision to convert after going through turmoil and scandals, as The Daily Wire previously <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/shia-labeoufs-conversion-to-catholicism-becomes-official-confirmation-sponsor-says-he-may-take-it-further" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reported</a>.
LaBeouf said he was “never an atheist,” but was previously agnostic. The actor further explained how the role in “Pio” saved his life.

In an <a href="https://x.com/PatriciaHeaton/status/1755803244494770589?s=20">X</a> post on Thursday, the 65-year-old actress said the &#8220;Irish women&#8217;s basketball team got a good whoopin&#8217; after displaying overt anti-Semitism toward the Israeli team.&#8221;

It came after the Irish women&#8217;s basketball team refused to shake hands before and after the game with the Israeli players on Thursday at the 2025 Women&#8217;s European Championship qualifier in Riga, Latvia, where Israel trounced Ireland 87 to 57, the <a href="https://www.telegraph.co.uk/basketball/2024/02/08/ireland-refuse-shake-hands-israel-anti-semitism-row/">Telegraph</a> noted.
Ireland Basketball previously issued a <a href="https://ireland.basketball/-basketball-ireland-statement-regarding-upcoming-fiba-women-s-eurobasket-qualifier-with-israel">statement</a> in January about how it might not play against the Israeli team when it said it had &#8220;raised strong concerns about these fixtures with Israel, including the option not to play the games&#8221; following the response to the October 7 Hamas terrorist attacks against Israel that left at least 1,200 Israelis dead.
The game was initially to be played in Israel in November, but was moved to February amid the war in Gaza. 
Two days before the match, Ireland&#8217;s team issued a statement blasting Israeli basketball player <a href="https://www.reuters.com/sports/basketball/ireland-refuse-handshake-with-israel-after-anti-semitism-allegation-2024-02-08/">Dor Sa&#8217;ar </a>who called the team &#8220;quite anti-Semitic.&#8221;

&#8220;It&#8217;s known that they are quite anti-Semitic and it&#8217;s no secret, and maybe that&#8217;s why a strong game is expected,&#8221; Sa&#8217;ar said. &#8220;We have to show that we&#8217;re better than them and win. We talk about it among ourselves. We know they don&#8217;t like us and we will leave everything on the field always and in this game.&#8221;
Before tip-off on Thursday, Basketball Ireland issued a statement that read, &#8220;Basketball Ireland informed Fiba Europe yesterday that as a direct result of recent comments made by Israeli players and coaching staff – including inflammatory and wholly inaccurate accusations of anti-Semitism, published on official Israeli federation channels – that our players will not be partaking in traditional pre-match arrangements with our upcoming opponents,&#8221; the outlet noted.
&#8220;This includes exchanging of gifts, formal handshakes before or after the game, while our players will line up for the Irish national anthem by our bench, rather than [center] court,&#8221; the statement added. &#8220;Basketball Ireland fully supports our players in their decision.&#8221;
Following Ireland&#8217;s team&#8217;s actions at the game, the team&#8217;s head coach James Weldon <a href="https://ireland.basketball/20240208185355-weldon-hails-incredible-maturity-of-players-as-ireland-lose-87-57-to-israel">said</a>, &#8220;I would prefer to be talking about basketball and not this, we didn&#8217;t engage in the pre-match activities as a direct result of those unwarranted and unacceptable comments from the Israeli camp about our players.&#8221;
&#8220;It was hugely disappointing, we came here for a game of basketball, we wanted to win, but didn&#8217;t come out on the right side of the result on this occasion,&#8221; Weldon added. &#8220;We had three international debutants in this game, we&#8217;re building a squad, so there&#8217;s positives to take from this game.&#8221;
After the Israel team&#8217;s victory, Israeli head coach <a href="https://www.cnn.com/2024/02/09/sport/irish-womens-basketball-israeli-handshake-spt-intl/index.html">Sharon Drucker</a> said, &#8220;I&#8217;ve been in sports for many years, I&#8217;ve never seen such things in my life.&#8221;

The 65-year-old actress, who has been outspoken in her support for Israel following the terrorist attack on October 7 that left at least 1,200 Israelis dead, wrote on <a href="https://x.com/PatriciaHeaton/status/1755377574371328079?s=20">X,</a> &#8220;I wish our government would do this for the American hostages…&#8221;
Her post included a video from a portion of the ceremony that took place at the Les Invalides memorial complex in Paris on Wednesday &#8220;in memory of the 42 French nationals&#8221; who were murdered.

In the clip, a violin and piano played in the background as the camera panned to photographs of the citizens who were killed in the attack. Loved ones of the victims were also in attendance.
During the ceremony, French President Emmanuel Macron spoke about the attack, calling it the &#8220;biggest antisemitic massacre of our century,&#8221; <a href="https://www.timesofisrael.com/macron-hosts-memorial-for-oct-7-the-biggest-antisemitic-massacre-of-our-century/">Times of Israel</a> noted.
He labeled the attack, &#8220;barbarism… which is fed by antisemitism and propagates it.&#8221;
The French president also vowed that France would work &#8220;every day&#8221; for the release of the remaining French hostages and said, &#8220;Their empty chairs are there.&#8221;
&#8220;Nothing can justify or excuse terrorism,&#8221; he added. &#8220;All lives are equal, are invaluable in the eyes of France.&#8221;

Superstar Patricia Heaton revealed that she set a person goal to read the entire Bible in just one year and shared that while it wasn&#8217;t always easy, she did in fact finish on Sunday.
The <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/patricia-heaton">64-year-old</a> actress shared a video on <a href="https://twitter.com/PatriciaHeaton/status/1604512980774707201?s=20&amp;t=m09K-TPgXwyAEmkEvzoxSg">Twitter</a> with her hundreds of thousands of followers that detailed what she called &#8220;a year in the making&#8221; as she reflected on the plan that worked best for her to &#8220;read the Bible all the way through.&#8221;
&#8220;A year ago today [Dec. 19] I decided I would finally, for the first time in my life, read the Bible all the way through,&#8221; Heaton shared as she explained she got the plan from the gospel coalition. &#8220;And I finished it today. I can&#8217;t believe it.&#8221;

&#8220;You know somedays were just revelatory,&#8221; she added. &#8220;I saw things I&#8217;d never seen before. And somedays were kind of a slog. You know, just going through it and pushing through and just feeling like &#8216;I don&#8217;t even know what any of this is about.&#8217; Mostly, Old Testament stuff.&#8221;
The &#8220;Everybody Loves Raymond&#8221; <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/actress-slams-disney-for-replacing-tim-allen-with-chris-evans-in-lightyear-asks-why-they-would-completely-castrate-this-iconic-character">star</a> said that even though she didn&#8217;t understand some of it, she didn&#8217;t let that stop her from accomplishing this year goal.
At one point, &#8220;The Middle&#8221; star talked about how she went through and noted all the &#8220;names for God in the Bible&#8221; as she shared things she wrote down like that he&#8217;s a &#8220;provider,&#8221; &#8220;healer, &#8220;a shepherd,&#8221; &#8220;righteousness,&#8221; &#8220;the beginning,&#8221; &#8220;the end&#8221; and so much more.
&#8220;It&#8217;s a great way to start your day,&#8221; Heaton explained. &#8220;There were times that I didn&#8217;t do it for a few days and then I had to do a big catch up. But it was always the best to just plow through everyday. Set that time aside and set some time aside to meditate on it and pray.&#8221;
And now that she&#8217;s done, the actress revealed that she was going to wait until January 1st and do it all over again. But she said this time maybe with a new plan. She closed out her video by stating &#8220;I highly recommend it.&#8221;

One follower told the actress she wondered if &#8220;the press had purposely mislead&#8221; Republicans with talks before Tuesday of a Red Tsunami. The person also wrote that Heaton was &#8220;right, we can never put our faith in politicians. I am more and more disappointed with each election, each one is worse than the previous. God help our country.&#8221;

Actress Patricia Heaton Has Incredible Message For Christians After Tuesday's 'Despairing' 'Election Results'

Patricia Heaton is an outspoken conservative Christian and a successful Hollywood actress, proving those two identities are not mutually exclusive. Heaton stands out from the crowd precisely because her position is so unique in the entertainment industry.
Anyone who watches movies and television knows that Hollywood is overwhelmingly liberal. Conservatives may exist in the ranks, but they either keep silent about their views or they’re relegated to small parts in indie projects. Heaton is an exception to this rule as she built a decades-long career, most notably starring as Debra Barone on the hit CBS comedy “Everybody Loves Raymond” opposite Ray Romano from 1996 &#8211; 2005.
It was a career-making gig that led to other opportunities and arguably made Heaton a household name.
The 64-year-old actress did not become a television star by hiding her political views. Though Heaton does reject some core beliefs of diehard conservatives — like her stance on LGBT issues — the mom of four boys is explicitly pro-life and anti-death penalty. She grew up Catholic and frequently tweets out bible quotes to her close to half a million followers. Fans love her because she’s down to earth and relatable, and isn’t afraid to express her controversial views among her A-list peers. 
Most recently, the former star of “The Middle” made headlines for lambasting the new Disney movie, “Lightyear.” Heaton spoke out about how fellow conservative Tim Allen, who voiced Buzz in the franchise originally, was replaced by Chris Evans.

It seems that Heaton isn’t the only one less than thrilled with the replacement. “Lightyear” was a veritable <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/gay-kiss-included-woke-toy-story-spinoff-lightyear-struggles-at-box-office">box office disappointment</a> despite the hype, which could also have had something to do with Disney adding in a same-sex kiss that was originally cut. The company did it as a form of protest against Florida’s Parental Rights in Education Bill, but doing so politicized the movie which could have turned parents off.
As so many actresses are openly advocating for abortion following the reversal of Roe v. Wade, Heaton stands out as a vocal pro-life advocate.

“I don’t understand why pro-life people want to know if they are ‘welcome’ to join the democrat party,” the actress <a href="https://twitter.com/PatriciaHeaton/status/1227643710646566914">shared</a> on Twitter in February 2020. “Why would any civilized person want to support a barbaric platform that champions abortion for any reason through all nine months funded by taxpayers?”
“P.S. I didn’t vote in the last presidential cycle and will not be voting in this one. I am not a Trump supporter,” she continued. “Love them both.”
Heaton has tweeted detailing her pro-life stance. Critics came after her for it, but the sitcom star stayed strong.
Twitter is Heaton’s preferred method of voicing her opinions with followers. In September of 2020, the actress had a message of caution for her followers ahead of Amy Coney Barrett being appointed to the Supreme Court.

Critics feared that having Coney Barrett on the court with a conservative majority would lead to the overturning of Roe v. Wade, a prediction which eventually came true in June 2022. 
Heaton’s pro-life views extend beyond abortion. In 2006, she publicly opposed a constitutional amendment in Missouri that permitted the harvesting of stem cells from donated eggs and aborted babies.
The actress agreed to participate in a fundraising video which opposed the amendment.
&#8220;Amendment 2 actually makes it a constitutional right for fertility clinics to pay women for eggs. Low-income women will be seduced by big checks, and extracting donor eggs is an extremely complicated, dangerous and painful procedure,&#8221; she said during the 12-second spot. It was yet another example of personal convictions getting publicized.
But the video was received badly, and played back-to-back with an ad featuring Michael J. Fox supporting the same amendment. Both commercials were broadcast during Game 4 of the World Series in 2006.
&#8220;Oh my God, it was a disaster,&#8221; Heaton admitted during a New York Times <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/2006/12/31/theater/not-everybody-loves-patricia.html">interview</a> following the incident. &#8220;Not only was the ad so bad, but why was it put on? It took the focus off of what we&#8217;re talking about, which is very serious, and made it look like a feud or something, a Hollywood tabloid subject, a media thing of pitting people against each other.&#8221;
It may seem like the three-time Emmy Award winner goes looking for trouble. However, Heaton historically only voices her opinion on some topics. She had a rational message for her fans following the events on January 6, 2021.

“Respectfully, this world is only temporary. I love many things here too, and yes, we are called to love our neighbor and be good stewards. But this ain’t it,&#8221; the actress continued in a follow up. &#8220;We are meant to serve Christ while we are here.&#8221;It’s a refreshing take in an industry that is rife with rampant narcissism and materialistic goals.
Another reason fans love Heaton is her candid take on plastic surgery, which she freely admits to having done.
“I think there’s good plastic surgery and bad plastic surgery,” the “Everybody Loves Raymond” star told <a href="https://people.com/tv/cosmetic-surgery-made-patricia-heaton-feel-more-confident/">People</a> in 2018. “I had four C-sections. I gained 50 lbs. with every kid and I’m 5’2″. Wasn’t pretty. It just does something to your body.”
“I was really in the prime of my career when that was all going on, so it just felt better and made me more confident to reconstruct my stomach, take care of all that stuff,” she continued.
“I also love beauty products and I love fillers and Botox, if you do it so that you still look like yourself, you just look like your best self,” Heaton said.
But she grants there should be limits when it comes to how much you get done. “We’ve all seen people who have gone way over the top with that stuff. Obviously, that’s not what you want to look like. I think in our industry in particular, any actress who has had too much work done stops working because you start looking kind of strange, and the camera really picks up stuff,” she explained.
As a Christ-loving, pro-life, self-deprecating Hollywood actress, Heaton stands out among the entertainment crowd in the best possible way. She’s managed to build a respectable career without compromising her values, which is something any up-and-coming conservative actor should aspire to.
