“Am I Racist?” has a 96% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes with more than 2,500 verified reviews. Despite the overwhelming popularity of the movie, mainstream critics have largely ignored it.
Podcast host Joe Rogan said “Am I Racist?” was hilarious. 
“Your movie is really funny. It’s really funny,” Rogan told Walsh during an interview last month. “By myself, laughing out loud hysterically today,” he went on. “I watched it in the sauna, I watched it in the gym. … It’s one of the best comedies I’ve seen in a long time because there’s so many moments in it that are so uncomfortable.”
On Monday, Walsh also announced that he had submitted the film to the Oscars.

‘Am I Racist?’ Becomes The Most Successful Launch In DailyWire+ History

Daily Wire sports pundits Jake and Blain Crain and David Cone revealed their worst injuries sustained while on the set of “<a href="https://www.dailywire.com/videos/lady-ballers" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Lady Ballers</a>” Wednesday evening.
The Crain And Co. trio traveled to Gainesville, Florida, to attend a screening of their sports comedy “Lady Ballers” at the University of Florida. The screening was hosted by the university chapter of Young America&#8217;s Foundation. In the days leading up to the event, leftist student activists at the university <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/leftist-student-tries-to-erase-advertisement-for-yaf-screening-of-lady-ballers-claims-its-against-women" target="_blank" rel="noopener">tried</a> to erase advertising for the screening, claiming that the event was “against women.”
In a question-and-answer session after the screening, the hosts were asked about injuries they received on set. Blain went first.
“Probably the funniest one was with you,” he said, pointing at Jake. “I separated my shoulder on it. We got thrown through probably seven tables.”
“We got thrown through more tables than the stunt guys in both Road House movies,” Jake said as Blain compared the experience to WWE. Cone revealed that of all the tables broken throughout the movie, only one table-breaking scene was written into the original script.
“Only one table-throw scene was scripted, and Jeremy Boreing saw that thing and he said, ‘more, more physical comedy,’” Cone said.
Jake then revealed his most painful injury on set: an unscripted basketball to the groin.

“If you remember the scene in the movie where we are getting hit with the basketballs and I get hit in an area that’s awful to get hit at, that was totally on accident,” Jake said.
“What was supposed to happen was Eric, who I love, our stunt coordinator … he was supposed to hit me in the face with the ball. And I’d already been hit in the face three times,” he continued. “He was throwing it full speed and hitting me in the face to the point where I looked at Jeremy one time and I was like, ‘Dude, I got like maybe one more of those.’”
“Eric’s like, ‘I got it. I got it.’ So I’m standing there like, alright, about to get hit in the face, and – he’s so close to me,” Jake said. “He throws and hits me there, and that is a natural reaction. That reaction was 100 percent real. Everybody gasped.”
Blain chipped in: “It was so fun to watch.”
Jake said he was in so much pain, he had to “army crawl” away from set to recover.
“That saddest part of the whole deal was when I was crawling away and I looked to my brother to help and he is laughing almost to tears,” Jake said, “and he looks at Eric and goes, ‘Man, you’re a great shot.'&#8221;
Cone’s was not a blooper, but more of a testament to the grit and dedication the podcasters showed to completing the sports comedy.
“Mine’s not that cool. I just fractured my finger before filming, and then we shot for 30 days. It didn’t get a chance to heal. So, they were just like, ‘Hey, your finger is just like this now,'&#8221; Cone said.
“Crybaby,” Blain quipped.

The hosts also discussed the negative impact of transgender ideology and the inclusion of biological males in women’s sports. Cone said that the ultimate end of men competing in women’s sports is the end of women’s sports.
“The elimination of women in sports would be a net negative for us as a society. And that’s the ultimate culmination of allowing men to compete in these spaces. The bifurcation based off sex is one of the most basic ways to categorize in sports,” Cone said.

A group of students at the University of Florida were outraged that the college’s chapter of the Young America’s Foundation (YAF) was advertising on campus for its upcoming screening of The Daily Wire’s hit movie “<a href="https://www.dailywire.com/videos/lady-ballers" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Lady Ballers</a>.”
“Lady Ballers,” directed by company co-founder Jeremy Boreing, tells the story of one down-on-his-luck former high school basketball coach, Rob (played by Boreing), who will do anything to win — which in this case means teaching his team of men radical modern gender theory and leading them to identify as women in order to brutally dominate multiple women’s sports.
The YAF advertisement for “Lady Ballers” was written in chalk on a university sidewalk and informed students of an April 4 screening of the movie and a Q&amp;A with “Lady Ballers” stars and “Crain &amp; Co.” hosts Jake Crain, Blain Crain, and David Cone at Florida’s Emerson Alumni Hall. Video taken by YAF staffer Aléjandro Flores captured a woman pouring water on the chalk, attempting to erase the conservative student group’s ad, claiming it’s “transphobic” and “against women.”
Caitlyn McCoy, the University of Florida YAF chair, told The Daily Wire, &#8220;Chalking is one of the best ways we advertise our events to students, faculty, and staff on campus.”
“UF YAF’s chalk is always met with buckets of water and angry students who try to silence speech,” McCoy added. “It’s clear that there’s some students on campus who think basic biology is wrong and are fuming over a comedy film.”

In the video, the female student tells Flores “Trans women are women,” but when Flores asked if she could define what a woman is, the student replied, “Anybody who self-identifies as a woman.”
The woman was then joined by multiple other students, including a man who told Flores, “I’m sorry you guys have nothing better to do than to write transphobic comments on there.”
“It’s not transphobia; it’s just the truth and we’re announcing an event that’s coming up,&#8221; Flores responded. &#8220;The Daily Wire is bringing out ‘Lady Ballers.’”
“It’s a transphobic film against trans women, and I think that trans women should have rights,” the female student said while pouring water on YAF’s chalk message. Another key issue among the radical transgender ideologues is sports, particularly at the collegiate level. This push primarily involves trans-identifying males, such as former University of Pennsylvania Lia Thomas, attempting to compete against females in official and often prestigious events. For some reason, very few trans-identifying females have made similar efforts to compete against males in sports.
Those efforts have, in some very high-profile cases, been successful — Lia Thomas did win the NCAA championship in the 500 freestyle and tied for 5th place in the 200 freestyle. But several of Thomas&#8217; opponents and teammates have taken the fight to college campuses and even congressional hearings.

Other loud voices objecting to males competing in female spaces include Sirius XM podcast host — and DailyWire+ voice talent — Megyn Kelly, along with trans-identifying former Olympian Caitlyn (formerly Bruce) Jenner.
Gaines followed her public objections (to Thomas being allowed to compete with women) with several appearances on Capitol Hill. During one such hearing, she fired back when Rep. Summer Lee (D-PA) predicted that her comments would amount to little more than &#8220;transphobic bigotry.&#8221;
&#8220;If my testimony makes me transphobic, then I believe your opening monologue makes you a misogynist,&#8221; Gaines shot back, noting that the issue with males competing against females was that they had a clear biological advantage that pushed women aside on their own turf.

Despite such cases, many on the left continue to claim that trans-identifying men have no real advantage and are not attempting to <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/all-the-best-women-are-men-6-times-a-guy-competed-against-girls-in-womens-sports" target="_blank" rel="noopener">compete against women</a>. But especially in the worlds of cycling and track and field, biological males continue to compete in female spaces, often pushing women down a step on the winners&#8217; podium — or off it entirely.
But the cultural reaction to those continued claims — in the face of more and more evidence to the contrary — is best exemplified in the immediate success of the Daily Wire&#8217;s surprise-release comedy feature, &#8220;Lady Ballers.&#8221;

What started — according to director, star, and Daily Wire co-creator Jeremy Boreing — as an offhand suggestion from popular podcast host <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/how-joe-rogan-inspired-lady-ballers" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Joe Rogan</a> racked up views and subscriptions at record pace.
After complaining that no one really made good comedy anymore, Rogan mused, &#8220;You would have to have the right people with the right amount of balls. And I bet it would be hugely successful. Do you know what would have to happen? You would have to do one on like a right-wing streaming platform like The Daily Wire.&#8221;
&#8220;If it is true that only The Daily Wire could do this, then it stands to reason that The Daily Wire must do this,&#8221; was Boreing&#8217;s response.
Within days, the film had <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/lady-ballers-scores-top-spot-on-rotten-tomatoes-popular-streamers" target="_blank" rel="noopener">rocketed to the top</a> of Rotten Tomatoes&#8217; popular streamers list — and received over <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/lady-ballers-earns-stunning-97-review-score-on-rotten-tomatoes-racking-up-over-1000-reviews-in-less-than-24-hours" target="_blank" rel="noopener">1000 reviews</a> in the first 24 hours. <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/lady-ballers-becomes-biggest-launch-in-daily-wire-history-jeremy-boreing-says" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Subscriptions</a> to The Daily Wire&#8217;s exclusive content got a major boost as well.
In addition to &#8220;Lady Ballers,&#8221; DailyWire+ launched <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/jeremy-boreing-on-why-bentkey-is-the-most-important-work-we-have-ever-undertaken" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Bentkey Kids</a> — a direct response to both Disney&#8217;s &#8220;<a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/not-at-all-secret-gay-agenda-disney-employees-break-down-adding-queerness-to-shows-and-degenderizing-theme-parks" target="_blank" rel="noopener">not-at-all secret gay agenda</a>&#8221; and parents who just wanted something their kids could watch without worrying that it was infused with radical gender ideology.
&#8220;This is the most important work we have ever undertaken,&#8221; Boreing explained during an interview. &#8220;The politics of the day are urgent, but the culture is important. And most of our Daily Wire efforts heretofore have been focused on the urgent problem. This is a turn to the important problem, the generational problem.&#8221;

But perhaps the most <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/lgb-without-the-t-why-some-are-saying-trans-rights-activists-have-crossed-the-line" target="_blank" rel="noopener">damning objections</a> to radical transgender ideology have come from within the community that trans activists claim as their own — the &#8220;LGB&#8221; half of LGBTQ. Gay men, lesbian women, and bisexuals have complained — some of them vocally — that the trans- and queer-identifying activists are actively erasing them.
One complaint comes from lesbians who argue that, in much the same way that they have pushed their way into women&#8217;s sports, trans-identifying males are pushing themselves into other women&#8217;s-only spaces as well — from locker rooms to prisons and even shelters for victims of sexual violence and abuse.
In women’s prisons, for example, inmates are literally kept under lock and key. Allowing biological males into that environment puts those women at risk. While advocates again state that the goal is equality and acceptance, the number of <a href="https://twitter.com/ReduxxMag/status/1641831473111089152" target="_blank" rel="noopener">male sexual predators</a> who suddenly begin to <a href="https://www.outkick.com/prison-confirms-male-child-rapist-who-sometimes-identifies-as-female-transferred-to-womens-prison/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">identify as female</a> when <a href="https://reduxx.info/transgender-killer-and-rapist-who-blamed-his-crimes-on-his-female-side-is-quietly-moved-to-a-womens-prison/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">prison time</a> is in the cards suggests that to them, it is more about <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/us/nj-transgender-woman-transferred-womens-only-prison-impregnating-two-inmates-report-says" target="_blank" rel="noopener">easy access</a> to helpless victims.
<a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/bbc-forced-to-apologize-to-j-k-rowling-after-guest-delivers-on-air-rant-over-trans-rights" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Women’s shelters</a> – particularly shelters for women who are escaping the threat of domestic abuse – fall into the same category, as women seeking assistance in such shelters may not feel safe if the doors are also opened to intact biological males.
But while those issues primarily impact women who have to share those spaces with trans-identifying men, some of the attacks have been more personal. The trans activist community has become increasingly hostile to gay men who choose not to date women who identify as men and to lesbian women who say they are not attracted to men who identify as women, arguing that their personal preferences are rooted in transphobia.
For those reasons, among others, some in the LGB community have suggested that the &#8220;TQ+&#8221; should be dropped — adding that LGB is based on sexual preference and TQ is about a &#8220;gender identity&#8221; that may not align with biological sex.

Podcast giant Joe Rogan was the inspiration for Daily Wire co-founder Jeremy Boreing to make &#8220;Lady Ballers,&#8221; which is now the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/rotten-tomatoes-lists-lady-ballers-as-the-top-streaming-movie-in-america">number one streaming movie in America</a>.
Boreing said during a recent interview with Tim Pool that it was a comment made last September by Rogan on his popular podcast, &#8220;The Joe Rogan Experience,&#8221; that encouraged him to make the company&#8217;s first comedy film. Rogan, complaining that few had the courage to make &#8220;hardcore comedy movies anymore,&#8221; he suggested that The Daily Wire might be the only company willing to do it.
Boreing said that he viewed Rogan&#8217;s comment as &#8220;a challenge and a responsibility.&#8221;

Lady Ballers premiered a week ago on December 1, and quickly became one of the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/lady-ballers-scores-top-spot-on-rotten-tomatoes-popular-streamers">most popular streaming movies</a> in the country, according to review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes.

Mainstream reviewers may refuse to acknowledge it, but the DailyWire+ comedy “<a href="https://www.dailywire.com/videos/lady-ballers" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Lady Ballers</a>” did get a mention during a congressional hearing on Biden’s proposed changes to <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/title-ix" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Title IX</a> this week.
After Rep. Eric Burlison (R-MO) mentioned that The Daily Wire just released the comedy, former collegiate swimmer <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/riley-gaines" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Riley Gaines</a>, who is also featured in the film, said she was happy that the sports comedy “mocked the mockery” of biological men who identify as <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/transgender-athletes" target="_blank" rel="noopener">transgender</a> competing against women in sports.
&#8220;If it weren&#8217;t so tragic, it would be comical,” Burlison said during the congressional hearing on Tuesday. “I understand there&#8217;s a movie being made, a comedy about this very issue that&#8217;s on The Daily Wire that I can&#8217;t wait to see.&#8221;

Gaines is one of the only competitive swimmers brave enough to speak out publicly against the idea of men being permitted to compete in the women’s category after she was forced to compete against <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/topic/social-issues" target="_blank" rel="noopener">trans-identifying</a> swimmer Lia Thomas. 
Daily Wire co-founder and “Lady Ballers” director and star Jeremy Boreing announced on X that he sent a free screener of the film to those at the hearing.

“Lady Ballers,” the Daily Wire’s first-ever feature-length comedy, tells the story of one down-on-his-luck former high school basketball coach, Rob, who will do anything to win — which in this case means teaching his team of men radical modern gender theory and leading them to identify as women in order to brutally dominate multiple women’s sports.

Though it’s mostly been ignored by critics, “Lady Ballers” was the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/rotten-tomatoes-lists-lady-ballers-as-the-top-streaming-movie-in-america" target="_blank" rel="noopener">top streaming film</a> on Rotten Tomatoes earlier this week and boasts an audience score of 91%, with more than 5,000 reviews.
The film addresses the reality of men competing against women with a generous dose of humor, though the reality of this issue is anything but funny. The Biden admin’s proposed changes to Title IX would effectively broaden the definition of sex to include “gender identity,” making it impossible for schools, colleges, and universities to prohibit biological men from competing against women. Doing so would mean risking their federal funding.
