Scotland’s recently enacted “<a href="https://www.legislation.gov.uk/asp/2021/14/section/4" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Hate Crime and Public Order</a>” law makes Jeremy’s Chocolate a dangerous commodity to have on your person. Before you laugh that off as an insane notion, take a look at how the country’s new law defines a hate crime:
<blockquote>A person commits an offence if—(a)the person—(i)behaves in a manner that a reasonable person would consider to be threatening or abusive, or (ii)communicates to another person material that a reasonable person would consider to be threatening or abusive, and (b)in doing so, the person intends to stir up hatred against a group of persons … (emphasis added).</blockquote>
It should also be noted that the punishment for the ghastly crime of offending “a reasonable person” who considers your offense “threatening or abusive” is up to seven years in prison.
The law was created to protect multiple categories and demographics of people, including based on their age, disability, and religion. But the law gets potentially troubling for our Scotch friends who consume Jeremy’s Chocolate when it also considers you to be “stirring up hatred” if a person views your actions or words as “threatening or abusive” toward people based on their sexual orientation or transgender identity.

Professor David Richardson was suspended from his position last year after some students and a trans-identifying colleague cried about his table of snacks that included Jeremy’s Chocolate. Thankfully, Richardson won’t face any criminal charges, and he was vindicated when he was allowed to return to class earlier this year.

And maybe that would have worked for a little while, but everyone knows that chocolate is delicious and absolutely essential for s’mores making. What was a well-informed conservative who enjoys sweets to do? 
The answer came with an announcement: the same creative minds who disrupted the shaving industry with <a href="https://www.jeremysrazors.com/?utm_campaign=ihateharrys&amp;utm_medium=paid&amp;utm_source=googlesearch&amp;utm_content=na_product&amp;gad_source=1&amp;gclid=CjwKCAiAi6uvBhADEiwAWiyRdjulfpIlTX4_ivkecDH_vmxi3WGTkYQ1xsjBD9M5ULh0Gl8wuhoCpRoCtD8QAvD_BwE" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Jeremy’s Razors</a> were getting into the chocolate game. The people spoke loudly with their wallets and made it clear that they were fed up with forking over hard-earned money only to have their values mocked and fundamental reality ignored. Hershey’s could keep their trans activists and their bizarre marketing campaigns because with Jeremy’s, chocolate came with nuts and without. Period, end of story.

Professor David Richardson, a man of substance and excellent taste, was suspended from Madera Community College in May 2023 after he laid out a table of snacks for students which included a selection of <a href="https://www.jeremysrazors.com/collections/jeremys-chocolate?utm_campaign=chocolate&amp;utm_medium=editorial&amp;utm_source=dw-site&amp;utm_content=na_sweetvictory" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Jeremy’s Chocolate</a>. Though many of his students didn’t recognize this act of heroism for what it was, one disgruntled colleague – who identifies as transgender – was predictably offended and reported Richardson’s actions to the administration. 
Considering this happened in California, and considering the political leanings of almost every institution of higher learning in the country, it would be logical to assume that Richardson, who taught at the college for 30 years, would lose his job over this. But just when all hope was lost, a light shined through.

“I am happy and grateful to be back for all the faculty, staff and students who supported me while I was in exile. I wouldn’t have made it without them. But there is a new normal. I know there were a lot of people on the other side who wanted nothing more than to see me never come back,” Richardson said of his return, per <a href="https://www.thecollegefix.com/suspended-jeremys-chocolates-professor-cleared-returns-to-classroom/">The College Fix</a>.

Ultimately, Richardson was “fully exonerated” after an investigation following the Title IX complaint filed against him. Madera Community College spokesman Cory Burkarth declined to comment on the matter, saying the institution didn’t comment on personnel decisions.
This incident proves that not everyone who stands up to leftists gets defeated, even in a completely indoctrinated field such as academia.

It would have been so easy to roll over and let it go. But instead, Daily Wire co-founder Jeremy Boreing decided to take a different approach and stand up for what’s right. That meant creating a non-woke alternative to Harry’s Razors that wasn’t afraid to say it all plainly: Men are men. Women are women. Only men need to shave their faces.
With that, a revolution was born.
The response to the new product – <a href="https://www.jeremysrazors.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Jeremy’s Razors</a> – and the hilarious promotional ad was swift and fierce. Within hours, the commercial featuring Boreing setting a box of Harry’s razors on fire with a blowtorch went viral on YouTube, racking up nearly half a million views. It now has over 23 million views.

Radio host and columnist Jesse Kelly called the ad “<a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/this-is-how-you-fight-back-daily-wires-anti-woke-jeremys-razor-ad-receives-applause-new-customers" target="_blank" rel="noopener">brilliant</a>,” reiterating the need for conservatives to “build [their] own separate economy as we move forward.” 
“This is how you fight back,” Jeremy Carl, senior fellow at the Claremont Institute and former Trump official, agreed.
“Harry’s and their ilk don’t want you in their world—but I want you in mine. So stop giving your money to corporations that hate you. Give it to me instead,” Boreing said.
Jeremy’s Razors would have made a good impression even if they were nothing more than a one-off publicity stunt. But instead, customers bought them. Then more customers bought them. And now a year and a half post-launch, one poor decision by Harry’s has spurred a successful product selection including a complete line of skin care and grooming products.
Really makes you wonder how much more conservatives can do when they finally say, “Enough,” doesn’t it?
It started with razors, which are still selling like hotcakes just by virtue of being excellent products. One year later saw the birth of Jeremy’s Chocolate, a brand founded in response to Hershey’s rolling out an International Women’s Day marketing campaign featuring a man who identifies as a woman as one of its spokespersons.

The unprecedented success of the cigars was “astonishing,” according to Oliva Cigar Co. CEO Cory Bappert, whose company is a Mayflower Cigar manufacturing partner. 
“Mayflower, in its first 24 hours of launch, sold what we expected to be sold in the first 4 months. This level of sales on the first day is astonishing,” Bappert said. 
Mayflower Cigars, which come in two blends and six vitolas, were created in a factory known for producing some of the highest quality cigars in the world. 
The Mayflower Dawn blend is a mild-to-medium-bodied smoke in an Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper, Cameroon binder, and Nicaraguan fillers. It comes in Robusto, Toro, and Churchill sizes. The Mayflower Dusk blend is a medium-to-full-bodied cigar, with an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper, Sumatra binder, and Nicaraguan fillers. The Dusk comes in Robusto, Toro, and Toro Gordo.

The branding for the cigars comes from a mix of Knowles’ family heritage and American history. Knowles had relatives cross the ocean on the Mayflower when the Pilgrims landed in New England on November 11, 1620.
