Former Trump national security adviser John Bolton has been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges related to his handling of classified information.
The <a href="https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.mdd.592875/gov.uscourts.mdd.592875.1.0_3.pdf">indictment</a> covers 18 counts of retention and transmission of national defense information. According to the indictment, Bolton shared classified information over his personal email that later hacked by Iran, and he sent classified information to unauthorized recipients with messages such as &#8220;More stuff coming!!!&#8221; and &#8220;None of which we talk about!!!&#8221;
Bolton has been charged related to the documents probe. He allegedly shared highly classified information with his wife and daughter, according to CNN. The former Trump adviser has previously denied mishandling classified information. He is expected to surrender himself to federal court in Greenbelt, Maryland, as soon as Friday.
Bolton was under investigation for his handling of classified materials and subjected to FBI raids on his home in Maryland and office in Washington, D.C. Bureau agents seized multiple documents bearing some level of classified marking.
Bolton is the third high-profile Trump critic to face charges in recent weeks. New York Attorney General Letitia James was <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/letitia-james-indicted-following-doj-probe-into-2023-sweetheart-home-loan">indicted</a> last week on fraud charges over a house in Virginia she allegedly claimed as her primary residence on mortgage documents in 2023. At the time, she was serving as New York’s attorney general, a position which requires the official to live in New York.
Since being indicted, James has been outspoken in public that she believes she is a victim of a political prosecution. Critics have pointed to the civil case she brought against President Donald Trump and the nearly half-billion-dollar penalty against him that resulted as a political prosecution that undermines her claims of victimhood.
Former FBI Director James Comey was <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/comey-indicted-for-lying-to-congress-no-one-is-above-the-law">indicted</a> in late September on charges of giving false statements and obstruction of a congressional proceeding. Comey has pleaded not guilty.
“No one is above the law,” Attorney General Pam Bondi said in a statement at the time. “Today’s indictment reflects this Department of Justice’s commitment to holding those who abuse positions of power accountable for misleading the American people.”

Department of Homeland Security Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin revealed the updated recruitment number on &#8220;The Alex Marlow Show&#8221; on Wednesday. The recruitment blitz comes as the Trump administration is offering up to $50,000 in sign-on <a href="https://www.ice.gov/join" target="_blank" rel="noopener">bonuses</a> to new recruits.
The agency has also solicited former agents to return to the force, and many have joined, retired agents who have jumped at the opportunity have told The Daily Wire.
&#8220;It really is encouraging to see that patriots see through the charade of the media, they want to enforce the rule of law, and they want to protect our homeland,&#8221; said McLaughlin.
&#8220;They saw how the last four years, this nation was brought to its knees with this scourge of illegal immigration and they want to protect their communities and where they come from. So, we&#8217;re encouraging more patriots, it&#8217;s a very rewarding job,&#8221; she added.

“This $165 billion in funding will help the Department of Homeland Security and our brave law enforcement further deliver on President Trump’s mandate to arrest and deport criminal illegal aliens and MAKE AMERICA SAFE AGAIN!&#8221; DHS Secretary Kristi Noem said after Trump signed the bill.
DHS has spent $6.5 million on recruitment ads that have aired on popular TV and podcast networks, <a href="https://www.ap.org/news-highlights/spotlights/2025/ice-airs-ads-stirring-up-local-frustration-to-recruit-police-for-mass-deportation-efforts/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">according</a> to the Associated Press. The ads have also aired during NFL and college football games.
It is not clear how many new agents have been hired since the Trump administration&#8217;s campaign commenced.

The comedian said she believed Trump’s win wasn’t legit because Elon Musk was “handing out million-dollar checks to people to vote for Trump,” calling the supposed act “unconstitutional and illegal.”
“He’s, like, a fake genius&#8230; he’s a professional Nazi, in my humble opinion,” Griffin said about Musk.
The D-lister also said it was “suspicious” that Trump won all seven swing states, a feat which ”has never happened in the history of the U.S.,” she claimed.

Geraldo Rivera raved about President Donald Trump during a recent appearance on NewsNation, saying that his ability to broker the still-unfolding ceasefire agreement between Israel and the terror group Hamas had earned him credibility on the global stage.

Argentine President Javier Milei gifted President Donald Trump a gold-framed Nobel nomination letter on Tuesday during a meeting between the two leaders at the White House.
Milei presented Trump with the gift ahead of a dinner attended by top officials from each government. Venezuelan opposition leader María Corina Machado was awarded the 2025 Nobel Peace Prize on Friday despite a chorus of world leaders who pushed for Trump to win this year’s honor.
Milei, through a translator, said that he is “very honored, especially in this moment when we are giving thanks for Trump’s great leadership,” according to the <a href="https://apnews.com/article/argentina-donald-trump-javier-milei-imf-c6f37a00c96f8aa321324ff443147b4e">Associated Press</a>.
“We can follow a peaceful route and make Argentina a strong example for freedom and prosperity,” the visiting president said.

Milei visited Washington, D.C., after Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent announced a financial lifeline to Argentina last week. Bessent <a href="https://x.com/SecScottBessent/status/1976358303098662932">said</a> the Treasury struck an agreement with Milei’s administration for a $20 billion currency swap and an additional U.S. purchase of Argentine pesos.

“Argentina faces a moment of acute illiquidity. The international community – including [the International Monetary Fund] – is unified behind Argentina and its prudent fiscal strategy, but only the United States can act swiftly. Milei is an economist by training and a forceful advocate for free markets and capitalism. His aggressive reforms to Argentina’s economy, the third-largest in South America, showed early success in <a href="https://www.techrepublic.com/article/news-openai-data-center-argentina/">attracting</a> investment, <a href="https://tradingeconomics.com/argentina/inflation-cpi">reducing</a> inflation to around 30%, and <a href="https://batimes.com.ar/news/economy/imf-downgrades-argentina-2025-growth-forecast-to-45.phtml">restoring</a> economic growth of roughly 5%.
But Milei’s popularity has <a href="https://directoriolegislativo.org/en/milei-faces-midterm-elections-at-the-lowest-point-of-his-approval/">sagged</a> recently, with midterm elections quickly approaching later this month. Local elections held last month featured a closely-watched bellwether race that went against Milei’s party, spooking investors. Concerns surged that Milei’s efforts may be futile to break Argentina’s economy away from the Peronist-socialist philosophy that has shackled it for decades.
The Trump administration’s lifeline has provided Argentina with quick access to stable currency, reassuring creditors, at least for a short while, that the government can pay its debts. The U.S. assistance is also aimed at stabilizing Argentina’s highly volatile peso, preventing a run that would cause the price of the currency to plummet and knock the economy into a tailspin right ahead of elections.
“It’s just helping a great philosophy take over a great country,” said Trump on Tuesday, according to the AP. “Argentina is one of the most beautiful countries that I’ve ever seen, and we want to see it succeed. It’s very simple.”

The Trump administration revoked the visas of visa-holders who celebrated the assassination of Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk, The Daily Wire has learned.
Last month, Secretary of State Marco Rubio pledged to revoke and deny visas to foreigners who celebrate Kirk&#8217;s killing. Delivering on the promise, the State Department shared the alarming statements of some of those immigrants who were stripped of legal status.
&#8220;The United States has no obligation to host foreigners who wish death on Americans. The State Department continues to identify visa holders who celebrated the heinous assassination of Charlie Kirk,&#8221; a State Department official told The Daily Wire.
&#8220;President Trump and Secretary Rubio will defend our borders, our culture, and our citizens by enforcing our immigration laws. Aliens who take advantage of America’s hospitality while celebrating the assassination of our citizens will be removed,&#8221; the official added.

That individual, along with the following immigrants, lost their visas over their statements, the State Department told The Daily Wire.
A South African national said that Kirk&#8217;s mourners are “hurt that the racist rally ended in attempted martyrdom” and alleged that “he was used to astroturf a movement of white nationalist trailer trash.”
A Mexican national said that Kirk “died being a racist, he died being a misogynist,&#8221; adding that “there are people who deserve to die. There are people who would make the world better off dead.”
A Brazilian national charged that “Charlie Kirk was the reason for a Nazi rally where they marched in homage to him” and that Kirk “DIED TOO LATE.”
A German national wrote of Kirk&#8217;s death that “when fascists die, democrats don’t complain.”
A Paraguayan national said that “Charlie Kirk was a son of a b**** and he died by his own rules.”

Kirk, 31, was fatally shot at a Turning Point USA event last month while hosting one of his open <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/rubio-promises-to-block-visas-of-foreigners-who-cheer-charlie-kirks-death">debates</a> on the campus of Utah Valley University.
President Donald Trump honored Kirk by posthumously awarding him the Presidential Medal of Freedom on Tuesday, which would have been his 32nd birthday.
Rubio’s State Department has sought to review and revoke visas for foreigners engaged in anti-American activity, including foreigners who have expressed support for terror groups or who have close <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/rubio-promises-to-aggesively-target-students-tied-to-chinese-communist-party" target="_blank" rel="noopener">ties</a> to the Chinese Communist Party.

President Donald Trump said Monday that the release of the last Israeli hostages held by Hamas would open the door to a new “golden age” of peace and stability for Israel and the Middle East.
Speaking to Israel’s Knesset, Trump urged the nations in the Middle East to pursue peace and economic prosperity following the Israel-Hamas ceasefire brokered by his administration.
&#8220;Generations from now, this will be remembered as the moment that everything began to change and change very much for the better. Like the USA right now, it will be the golden age of Israel and the golden age of the Middle East,” Trump said. 
&#8220;This is not only the end of a war—it is the end of an age of terror and death, and the beginning of the age of faith, and hope, and of God,” he added. “This is the historic dawn of a new Middle East.&#8221;

During his speech, Trump expressed gratitude to the Arab nations that he said played a role in pressuring Hamas to agree to the deal.
“This long and difficult war has now ended,” Trump said. “And in an unprecedented achievement, virtually the entire region has endorsed the plan that Gaza will be immediately demilitarized, that Hamas will be disarmed and Israel&#8217;s security will no longer be threatened in any way, shape or form.”
He also called for more nations to join the Abraham Accords, an agreement to normalize relations with Israel signed by countries like the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain during Trump’s first term.

Just hours before Trump’s speech, the final 20 living hostages held by Hamas were released after more than two years in captivity. The hostages were escorted out of Gaza by the Red Cross, transferred to the Israel Defense Forces, and reunited with their families.

After a scheduled follow-up evaluation on Friday, President Donald Trump&#8217;s physician said Trump &#8220;remains in exceptional health&#8221; and is showing &#8220;strong cardiovascular, pulmonary, neurological and physical performance.&#8221;
Trump, 79, was at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center for about three hours and underwent lab tests and preventive health assessments. Trump&#8217;s doctor, Navy Capt. Sean Barbabella, said in a one-page memo that the president received a yearly flu shot and a COVID booster vaccine.
Barbabella noted that Trump&#8217;s cardiac age is 14 years younger than his actual age, adding that the president &#8220;continues to demonstrate excellent overall health.&#8221;

A memo from Barbabella said there was &#8220;mild swelling&#8221; in Trump&#8217;s lower legs and that the president&#8217;s concern was “thoroughly evaluated by the White House medical unit,” out of an “abundance of caution.”
Ultrasounds to assess blood flow in both of his legs found “chronic venous insufficiency,” Leavitt relayed. Barbabella called this a “benign, common condition, particularly in individuals over the age of 70.”

“As part of a treatment plan for prostate cancer, President Biden is currently undergoing radiation therapy and hormone treatment,” the spokesperson said.

President Donald Trump announced on Saturday that he had found a way to make sure that American service members would be paid on October 15th, in spite of the Democrat-driven government shutdown.
Trump made the announcement via his Truth Social platform, saying that he had directed War Secretary Pete Hegseth to take steps to ensure that payment immediately.
“Chuck Schumer recently said, ‘Every day gets better’ during their Radical Left Shutdown. I DISAGREE!” Trump began.
“If nothing is done, because of ‘Leader’ Chuck Schumer and the Democrats, our Brave Troops will miss the paychecks they are rightfully due on October 15th,” he continued. “That is why I am using my authority, as Commander in Chief, to direct our Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, to use all available funds to get our Troops PAID on October 15th.”
Trump went on to say that he had already found a workaround and was pushing forward with it.

The president concluded with a call for Democrats to vote to reopen the government, saying, “The Radical Left Democrats should OPEN THE GOVERNMENT, and then we can work together to address Healthcare, and many other things that they want to destroy. Thank you for your attention to this matter!”
“President Trump delivers for the troops,” War Secretary Pete Hegseth added.
Hegseth also praised House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-LA) for making appearances across media outlets to talk about what was really going on.

Daily Wire Editor Emeritus Ben Shapiro analyzed President Donald Trump’s Israel-Hamas peace deal, saying on Friday morning that the first phase agreement is “one of the great diplomatic achievements of [his] lifetime.”
Shapiro appeared on “<a href="https://www.foxnews.com/video/6382557865112">Fox &amp; Friends</a>” to discuss the ceasefire and hostage deal, providing insight into how the president successfully pushed Israel and Hamas to move forward with his plan.
“I think the president ignored pretty much all the conventional wisdom, all the State Department conventional wisdom that has failed for 80 years,” Shapiro told “Fox &amp; Friends” co-host Brian Kilmeade.
“He understands that in the Middle East you have to force people to keep their promises,” Shapiro added. “He understands that supporting our allies in the Middle East is much smarter than pretending a neutrality between our allies and their enemies and our enemies as well. The president refused to accept the idea of an Iranian-dominated Middle East, and instead, he gave the Israelis what they needed to succeed militarily.”

Shapiro also credited Trump for working with other Middle Eastern countries, such as Qatar and Turkey, to make them “promise that they were going to push Hamas into the corner.”
“That’s the thing that changed between two years ago, or a year ago, and now. President Trump is the added ingredient — and Israeli military victory across the Middle East,” Shapiro continued.
Shapiro added that accomplishing phase one of Trump’s peace plan “is an extraordinary achievement.”
“Like a Nobel Prize-worthy achievement by the president of the United States,” he added. “One of the great diplomatic achievements of my lifetime.”

Shapiro warned that the most challenging test for Trump’s plan may still lie ahead.
“What happens next in phase two [is] whether there will be a provisional government [in Gaza], whether Hamas will actually give up its guns and disarm, whether there will be any sort of solid interim government that is created capable of actually investing in the people of Gaza and building something working there,” he said. “That is a very difficult task, and it remains to be seen how that plays out.”

Conservatives ripped former President Barack Obama after he issued a statement Thursday on the Israel-Hamas ceasefire agreement that made no mention of President Donald Trump.
Obama said that everyone should “be encouraged and relieved that an end to the conflict is within sight,” but the Democrat did not mention Trump or his administration in relation to pushing the first phase of the deal over the finish line.
“After two years of unimaginable loss and suffering for Israeli families and the people of Gaza, we should all be encouraged and relieved that an end to the conflict is within sight; that those hostages still being held will be reunited with their families; and that vital aid can start reaching those inside Gaza whose lives have been shattered,” Obama wrote in a post on X. “More than that, though, it now falls on Israelis and Palestinians, with the support of the U.S. and the entire world community, to begin the hard task of rebuilding Gaza — and to commit to a process that, by recognizing the common humanity and basic rights of both peoples, can achieve a lasting peace.”
Obama faced criticism on social media for omitting Trump’s name from his post.

The war started during the Biden administration when Hamas invaded Israel on October 7, 2023, and brutally killed 1,200 people and took hundreds more hostage. After being sworn in for his second term in January, Trump began applying pressure on Israel and Hamas to end the conflict. He announced his 20-point peace plan alongside Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu last week and then demanded that Hamas agree to the deal and end the fighting or face “all HELL.” The terror group said it would release the remaining hostages just days later.
The ceasefire between Israel and Hamas officially began on Thursday after final approval from the Israeli government. The first phase of the deal pushes Israel and Hamas closer to an end to the war and requires Hamas to hand over the remaining hostages. In return, Israel is expected to release hundreds of Palestinian prisoners, including terrorists. Israeli forces are also expected to withdraw from central Gaza during the ceasefire.

Machado won her party&#8217;s primary, setting her up to challenge Venezuelan dictator Nicolas Maduro in the 2024 election, but the opposition leader was disqualified from holding office by the Venezuelan government. Machado then got behind opposition candidate Edmundo González, who appeared to defeat Maduro at the polls, but the country’s National Electoral Council declared Maduro the winner.
In the lead-up to the election and in its aftermath, Maduro&#8217;s regime repressed dissent and jailed opposition leaders. Machado was forced to go into hiding and has not been seen publicly since January, the Associated Press <a href="https://apnews.com/article/nobel-peace-prize-oslo-41b6bff88e2d57af0917bcf778e132ad">reported</a>. Machado&#8217;s ally, González, who is living in exile in Spain, praised the Nobel Committee&#8217;s decision, saying it was a “very well-deserved recognition for the long struggle of a woman and of an entire people for our freedom and democracy.&#8221; He also posted a video of himself talking to Machado over the phone about the prize. The deadline for this year&#8217;s nominations was January 31, just days after Trump had taken office for his second term. After more than eight months of stringing together peace plans in numerous conflicts around the world and successfully getting Israel and Hamas to agree to a ceasefire and the first phase of his peace deal, many people believed that Trump deserved this year&#8217;s prize.
World leaders who have said that Trump deserves the Nobel Peace Prize include Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Argentinian President Javier Milei, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet, Rwandan President Paul Kagame, and Félix Tshisekedi, president of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
In the past, the committee had no issue awarding the Nobel Prize to a president shortly after he came into office. In 2009, former President Barack Obama was awarded the prize just months into his first term for ambiguous reasons. The committee <a href="https://www.nobelprize.org/prizes/peace/2009/press-release/">awarded</a> Obama the Nobel Prize for &#8220;his extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples&#8221; and for creating &#8220;a new climate in international politics.&#8221;
