Imagine it&#8217;s 75 degrees and sunny, you&#8217;re outside with friends, <a href="https://nypost.com/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2026/06/l-r-martin-rowe-jr-130317651.jpg?resize=1200,800&amp;quality=75&amp;strip=all">gumbo</a> sizzlin’ on the cooker, cold Modelo in hand. Not a care, not a job, not a clue. You just registered to vote by scratching a few signatures on a pamphlet, cast a ballot for God-knows-who, and, for your devout civic duty, you are rewarded with a cigarette.
Inhale, exhale. The smoke blows across the pavement and eventually dissolves into the view of ethereal skies and the rolling, smoggy silhouette of the Hollywood Hills.
That, folks, is a typical Monday for a homeless crack junkie in Los Angeles.
Last week, the L.A. mayoral race was officially called, and to voters&#8217; consternation, Mayor Karen Bass and City Councilwoman Nithya Raman will advance to the November 3 runoff, as neither candidate cleared 50% of the vote. Spencer Pratt, the Angeleno whose house burned down during the Palisades Fire, who was running as an independent to prevent further destruction from devastating the city he cares so deeply for, was edged out of the race a week after Election Day.
<a href="https://nypost.com/2026/06/08/us-news/nithya-raman-widens-lead-over-spencer-pratt-in-la-mayor-race/">Monday&#8217;s count </a>added another 33,378 votes to Raman&#8217;s total overnight, while Pratt gained only 14,672 and Bass added a further 25,121. Raman now sits at 28.5%, Pratt at 26.7%, and Bass at 34.7%, with 93% of votes counted. Pratt lost by a whisker. And he lost it to a ballot-harvesting machine that has been humming along, legally, for years.
This is enraging for a plethora of reasons. The two victorious candidates are radicals who would each continue grinding the once-angelic city to a sadistic pulp.<a href="https://www.cbsnews.com/losangeles/news/los-angeles-county-measure-er-election-day/"> A tax-increase measure</a> on the ballot also passed. And the entire election process looked about as legitimate as a three-dollar bill, corroding what little public trust remained in California&#8217;s voting systems.
But the cherry on top of this feces-pie? The homeless. The thousands of homeless people plaguing the streets of L.A. voted in bulk for the communists and to raise your taxes.
Yes. The drug addicts who cannot make salient life decisions, and as a result are unhoused, as the idiots say, are playing a consequential role in how California is governed.
It’s a simple and ingenious scheme, if you&#8217;re into large-scale <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/DZYOe76v7PI/">legalized fraud</a>.
Candidates like Nithya Raman funnel money, reportedly in the form of <a href="https://nypost.com/2026/06/08/us-news/nithya-raman-widens-lead-over-spencer-pratt-in-la-mayor-race/">$60,000 checks</a>, into homeless shelters where hundreds of people are registered to vote. Democratic NGOs host voter registration drives at those same centers, coerce the residents into signing up, help them fill out the paperwork, and cast ballots on the Democrats&#8217; behalf. Then a useful idiot collects the stack and drops them off at a ballot drop box on behalf of the coke zombies.
This isn&#8217;t speculation. The California Post reported that 1,160 voters were registered to vote at the Midnight Mission in Skid Row, a shelter whose website lists a capacity for just 84 men and 36 women. One homeless man living on that skidmark street told reporters that voter registration efforts have been active in the area for years, and that in the past, he helped out in exchange for cigarettes.
Inhale. Exhale. Democracy.
These people have no idea who is even on the ballot. They are doing, ingesting, saying anything for drugs and a little cash. They have no idea they just propelled a Cuban Marxist-trained communist and her even further Left friend into the next round of the mayoral race.
They also have no idea their ballots helped push through the Essential Services Restoration Act, a countywide general sales tax measure that is now passing with 50.35% of the vote. It raises the sales tax rate from 9.75% to 10.25%, stacked on top of whatever cities are already picking from your pocket. The billion dollars expected to be grabbed go into the general fund.
Great. So they can spend more of your money &#8220;generally&#8221; transing the kids and &#8220;generally&#8221; handing out heroin needles to crack addicts.
The measure was losing. Then, a week after election day, just enough tax-enthused mail-in ballots materialized to flip it. Funny how that keeps happening.
For those more confused than Gavin Newsom trying to read a book, here is the legal fraud playbook, written a long time ago in California, and only now getting the outrage it deserves.
In 2016, ballot harvesting was expanded and made fully legal. So John Democrat Doe from down the street can walk into a homeless shelter, scoop up a couple of hundred ballots from willing methheads, and dump them at the polls on their behalf.
In 2021, universal vote-by-mail was permanently enshrined, mandating that every active registered voter receive a ballot by mail automatically. You fill it out, sit on it, and drop it off whenever you feel like it. And as Steve Hilton pointed out, you fill in the date yourself. So if you&#8217;re a day or two past election day and need to backdate things a little, well, who&#8217;s really gonna know?
In 2024, Newsom signed Senate Bill 1174, banning local municipalities from enacting their own voter ID requirements.
Hilarious. They literally banned voter ID. They don&#8217;t want to know who you are or what you are. Only that you are welcome here, rainbow sunshine, as you are.
Maybe they&#8217;d warm up to the idea if we just mandated everyone to put their pronouns next to their name.
And to top it all off, California refuses to clean its voter rolls. People are casting ballots on behalf of folks like <a href="https://x.com/nickshirleyy/status/2063731800334021085/video/1">Dorris</a>, who is registered as a 126-year-old and has apparently voted in 51 elections without her knowledge. There’s a good chance that a portion of Raman’s voters weren’t alive to see her win. Bummer.
By 2024, upwards of 87% of voters were casting their ballots by mail.
This is the environment. And into that environment, unions and nonprofits like the Democratic Socialists of America have sent their organizers armed with <a href="https://x.com/mottsmith/status/2064032442043043862/photo/1">explicit instructions</a> on how to harvest as many Democratic votes as possible. The operation generates thousands upon thousands of ballots for their preferred candidates, systematically, election cycle after election cycle.
But showing up to a voting booth in a MAGA hat? That would be insane.
This is legalized corruption, unfolding in plain sight. It is resulting in homeless zombies unknowingly making decisions that affect your tax dollars, your family, your safety, and your governance. It is resulting in increasingly radical, far-left candidates seizing the levers of power in one of America&#8217;s largest cities.
Democrats love to hurl the &#8220;undemocratic!&#8221; stone from their glass Marxist mansions.
The ballots are being harvested. The rolls are rotting. The shelters are stuffed with registered voters who couldn&#8217;t pick Nithya Raman out of a lineup. And every cycle, the machine gets a little more efficient, a little more brazen, and a little harder to stop.
It&#8217;s time we did something about it. Starting by demanding the basic election-integrity safeguards that every other functioning democracy on earth takes for granted. Voter ID. Clean rolls. An end to ballot harvesting. California doesn&#8217;t want those things, and now you know exactly why.

Many people believe the Los Angeles mayoral election is being stolen.
They&#8217;re wrong.
It was stolen months ago; perhaps years ago.
There was a mayoral election in L.A. on June 2. The initial results showed that the top two finishers were going to be Karen Bass, the current mayor of L.A., who literally trained in Cuba as a revolutionary — and she was the moderate Democrat in that particular race — and Spencer Pratt, a former reality TV star who ran as an independent Republican and had been running an extremely viral online campaign. The third person was Nithya Raman, who&#8217;s on the L.A. City Council and is a complete psychotic leftist.
When the initial results came in on June 2, it looked as though Spencer Pratt and Karen Bass were going to be the people to win; the very early results on election night showed that Pratt was up some 25,000 votes on Raman, and Bass was up another 30,000 votes on Pratt.
And then, as the election results came in by June 4-5, Spencer Pratt&#8217;s votes had flatlined, and there was a fairly significant increase in votes for Nithya Raman. By June 6, the mayoral counts started to shift radically in favor of Nithya Rama.

One of the things that&#8217;s fascinating here is that you can see that the lines for Karen Bass and Nithya Raman started elevating at the same rate between June 4-6 and they flatlined completely for Spencer Pratt, which means virtually all of the early votes that were cast on the Raman v. Pratt side were cast in favor of Pratt — or at least heavily biased for Pratt — and all the late-breaking votes, meaning the mail-in ballots, were heavily biased toward Nithya Raman.
This was not a glitch. It is the blueprint.
I know a lot of people right now are very upset that the initial results looked more Republican and conservative, and then, as more results came in, the graphs shifted toward Democrats. We saw this in 2020, most obviously, when the early results seemed to show President Donald Trump in the lead, and everybody had been talking about the fact that mail-in ballots, which in many cases were counted after the actual day of the election, would shift toward blue because Democrats were voting significantly by mail.
When I say the election was stolen months ago, I mean that state regulations benefit ballot harvesting. I think the way people generally think of stolen elections is wrong. I don&#8217;t think you have a bunch of people sitting there falsifying ballots, or a ballot tabulator picking up an empty ballot, filling in a fake name or ID number, and then writing in the ballot.
I don&#8217;t think that&#8217;s what&#8217;s actually happening here.
What&#8217;s actually happening is widespread voter registration and then ballot harvesting. According to California state regulations, first-time voters can vote using — I&#8217;m not making this up — a commercial credit card or a health club ID. So that LA Fitness ID that somebody got five years ago, never used, can be used to register to vote. The law in California explicitly says that any doubt must be liberally construed to allow a person to cast a regular ballot, with zero real verification.
When you combine legal ballot harvesting with the total collapse of voter ID, you end up with some pretty shady election practices. And this is why I think people were shocked.
Nithya Raman gave a speech on the night of the election, crying. It looked as though she had basically conceded the race. And now it turns out she will probably be in the runoff against Karen Bass.
Spencer Pratt reacted to this by writing, “A net swing of more than 43,000 votes since Tuesday &#8230;  43,000. Where have I seen that number before? Probably nothing.”
That 43,000 is a reference to the fact that the city of L.A. currently has approximately 43,695 homeless people, including people in temporary shelters.
That means ballot harvesters will go to homeless shelters and ask people if they wish to vote, and then, in some cases, they&#8217;ll help them mark the ballot, or they&#8217;ll stand over them while they mark it. And then they will take those ballots to a drop box and drop them off.
According to California&#8217;s Vote 411, you can cast a valid vote by mail as long as your ballot is postmarked or dropped off in a drop box on Election Day. In 2021, California law mandated that every active voter in the state receive a mail-in ballot.
What you&#8217;ve seen since 2016 is not only a radical increase in voter turnout in California, but also a radical increase in mail-in balloting. In the 2024 election cycle, 80% of all Californians voted by mail. Seventy-two percent of L.A. County voted by mail. Voter turnout in 2024 was 62.1%. That is the second-highest turnout in California state history. That is more raw votes cast than in 2008, when Barack Obama was on the ballot, and you got this sort of historic voter turnout.
In 2020, which, of course, is a wild outlier election because of Covid, 87% of all Californians voted by mail. Seventy-eight percent of L.A. County voted by mail. Voter turnout was almost 70%, the highest in California&#8217;s modern history.
If you wonder, one reason President Trump has talked so much about the stolen 2020 election — although I think the evidence is scanty that there was voter fraud sufficient to overcome the burden of proof — is that 24 states and Washington, D.C., allowed a voter to designate any person to drop off their completed ballot.
Ballot harvesters go to the houses of the people whom they know are registered Democrats. They knock on the door and say, “Give me your ballot. I want to make sure that it gets in on time.”
Some states, such as California, allow designated persons to return an unlimited number of ballots. Other states cap the quantity to prevent large-scale operations.
Colorado, for example, caps at 10 ballots per person. But in California, you can go pick up 100 ballots. You&#8217;re a Democratic state representative, a party worker. You go out, and you pick up 500 ballots from addresses that you know are registered Democrats, boosting your voter turnout.
That&#8217;s why President Trump is skeptical about the 2020 election: the combination of mail-in voting and ballot harvesting meant that two-thirds of Americans turned out to vote.

As California continues counting votes from this week&#8217;s primary elections, the Department of Justice has launched multiple investigations into potential election fraud and plans to audit the state&#8217;s voter rolls.  
Bill Essayli, first assistant U.S. attorney for the Central District of California, announced the investigations Friday, saying his office is working with the FBI. 
“We will follow the evidence wherever it leads and prosecute any violations of federal election law to the fullest extent,” Essayli posted on X.
Essayli also said the Justice Department intends to audit California&#8217;s voter rolls. 
“The state has stonewalled every effort to verify that only eligible U.S. citizens are registered to vote,” he wrote. “This case is now before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal.”

A federal prosecutor also visited the Los Angeles County ballot processing center on Friday, <a href="https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/elections/doj-office-investigations-california-elections-trump-claims-cheating-rcna348746">according</a> to NBC News. A county spokesperson told the outlet the prosecutor participated in a walkthrough of ballot-processing operations, which are open to public observation.
The developments come as California election officials continue tabulating millions of outstanding ballots.
President Donald Trump accused California Democrats of attempting to “steal” elections multiple times this week, citing the state&#8217;s lengthy vote-counting process. Two big races remain unresolved: the gubernatorial and Los Angeles mayoral elections. 
“Look what’s happening in California, the Dumocrats, right before our very eyes, are stealing the Vote,” Trump <a href="https://truthsocial.com/@realDonaldTrump/posts/116693025089379568">wrote</a> on Truth Social Thursday.
With 68% of the gubernatorial vote <a href="https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/2026-primary-elections/california-governor-results">reported</a> as of Saturday morning, Democrat Xavier Becerra has advanced to the November runoff in the general election with 26.78% of the vote. His opponent is still unknown, but Republican Steve Hilton narrowly trails Becerra with 26.35% support. Both were ahead of Democrat billionaire Tom Steyer, who is at 21.05%. Under California&#8217;s top-two primary system, candidates from the same party can advance to the runoff if they finish in first and second in the primary.
In the Los Angeles mayoral election, incumbent Democrat Mayor Karen Bass has been projected to advance to a runoff in the general election. As of Saturday morning, Bass has received 35.0% of the vote, with 71% of the vote <a href="https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/2026-primary-elections/los-angeles-mayor-results">counted</a>.
Republican challenger Spencer Pratt is still in second with 28.2%, ahead of far-left Democrat Nithya Raman, who has been <a href="https://www.nbclosangeles.com/news/local/la-mayor-election-spencer-pratt-nithya-raman/3900642/">closing in</a> on Pratt in recent days. She currently has 24.9% support.
In the L.A. mayoral race, two members of the same party can advance to the general election if neither receives more than 50% of the vote. Around three million votes have yet to be counted, and the state has 35 days for counties to process ballots, verify signatures, and let voters cure defective ballots.

The SAVE America Act may be stalled in the Senate, but Congress is still debating it, and every American, regardless of political affiliation, should demand its passage. Requiring voter ID and proof of citizenship to vote in federal elections is overwhelmingly popular and long overdue. Yet even if the bill becomes law — and especially if it dies under Democrat obstruction — states should not be sitting idle. State legislatures should be passing strong measures to ensure that only citizens can vote in all American elections.
Evidence of the problem is not hard to find. Over four years, a single county in the suburbs of Washington, D.C. <a href="https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://thefederalist.com/2026/03/19/thousands-of-noncitizens-on-voter-rolls-in-one-county-underscore-need-for-save-act/__;!!PxibshUo2Yr_Ta5B!1PCGuGnYoDUudOaHW0MTSfGTTW0b63zuI_dBW9lmBwFQUGqgsRX278ZgAwnwEO-MFm9-71XxmdmPnkvY$">removed</a> nearly 2,000 noncitizens from its voter rolls. States like <a href="https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://spectrumnews1.com/oh/columbus/news/2025/10/29/ohio-noncitizens-voting__;!!PxibshUo2Yr_Ta5B!1PCGuGnYoDUudOaHW0MTSfGTTW0b63zuI_dBW9lmBwFQUGqgsRX278ZgAwnwEO-MFm9-71XxmRpCs_8Q$">Ohio</a>, Texas, and Virginia have identified thousands more, many of whom had cast illegal ballots that canceled out the legal votes of Americans. The system is fundamentally broken, and far-left Democrats only seem interested in adamantly opposing commonsense reforms.
The lion’s share of the problem stems from the National Voter Registration Act and the <a href="https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://www.eac.gov/voters/national-mail-voter-registration-form__;!!PxibshUo2Yr_Ta5B!1PCGuGnYoDUudOaHW0MTSfGTTW0b63zuI_dBW9lmBwFQUGqgsRX278ZgAwnwEO-MFm9-71XxmSOkY8Mo$">National Mail Voter Registration Form</a> it created. A 2013 Supreme Court ruling misinterpreted the law, forcing states to “accept and use” this federal form as-is. So long as someone checks a box claiming citizenship, officials must register him to vote and can’t require actual proof of citizenship. Only later can those officials attempt to verify that claim through less reliable means. Thanks to the federal form, a noncitizen is one lie away from voting.
States have repeatedly petitioned the U.S. Election Assistance Commission to modify the form to honor their own proof-of-citizenship laws, but the Democrat commissioners have frustrated those efforts, including ignoring an executive order from President Trump. The SAVE America Act would solve this by requiring up-front proof of citizenship, but Senate Democrats are stonewalling. That fight must continue, and it is time for states to step up.
First, every state should require proof of citizenship to register: a birth certificate, passport, naturalization certificate, or other documents already required to get REAL IDs. If the voter has already given this to the DMV, a simple driver’s license number will do. Officials verify citizenship and add the voter to the rolls. No proof, no registration.
The federal form will remain a problem unless it is fixed or the Supreme Court reverses its erroneous ruling. Until then, the focus should be on damage control, that is, limiting the risk of noncitizens using the federal form to register. The Constitution offers a solution. Congress may “make or alter” the rules of congressional elections, but states retain control over state and presidential elections.
Using this framework, states should create a category of “federal-only” voters. If states cannot verify the citizenship of a federal-form applicant, he only gets to vote in congressional elections. Arizona pioneered this system in 2021, and the radical Left sued, but the U.S. Supreme Court allowed the federal-only system to remain in effect. Utah adopted a similar model this year. More states should follow — and go further.
States should use every available state and federal database to vet new and existing registrations. The Trump administration transformed the Department of Homeland Security’s SAVE (Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements) database into a free and easy tool to scan voter rolls for potential noncitizens. Legislatures should make its use mandatory.
DMVs should be collecting citizenship data and automatically sharing it with election officials. States should tap state and federal jury records, too; anyone unable to serve on a jury due to non-citizenship should be flagged for election officials and referred for investigation if they registered or voted. Photo IDs issued to noncitizens should be made visually distinct, and state agencies should be barred from offering to register anyone who is not a citizen.
Critics howl that citizenship laws will disenfranchise millions. But that is the charge they level against every election safeguard, and it never comes true. Americans easily comply with proof-of-citizenship requirements in other contexts. The same Senate that is now deadlocked on the SAVE America Act voted unanimously in 2005 to require Americans to prove citizenship to get a REAL ID.
Federal law requires individuals to prove identity and citizenship to get a job or apply for most welfare benefits. These laws haven’t barred millions from roads, airports, or welfare offices. The same will be true for voting. Americans understand this, which is why more than <a href="https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://news.gallup.com/poll/652523/americans-endorse-early-voting-voter-verification.aspx__;!!PxibshUo2Yr_Ta5B!1PCGuGnYoDUudOaHW0MTSfGTTW0b63zuI_dBW9lmBwFQUGqgsRX278ZgAwnwEO-MFm9-71XxmXjPzwZJ$">80% of the public</a> wants everyone to prove citizenship to vote.
The SAVE America Act may yet pass, but the next election won’t wait. Republican-controlled state legislatures should be moving now — even convening in special sessions — to strengthen their laws before the midterms. Many states have made progress, but few have gone as far as they should to ensure that elections are reserved for American citizens. It’s time to change that.

If you have ever lived in a country that is not governed by a functional democratic system, you would probably notice that, by and large, its citizens hold a different standard for fairness and justice. For them, getting unmerited benefits through one’s connection to the powerful is entirely acceptable. In fact, forfeiting such a backdoor opportunity and going through proper channels is considered utterly foolish. However, it would be a mistake to assume that people in such a society are inherently dishonest. Since their culture does not stress the notion of fairness and justice as exercised in the United States, they find other ways to achieve the same end.
Many practices in China can be considered fraudulent when judged by American standards. But there is one institution that remains untouched by corruption – the annual National College Entrance Exam, also known as the Gaokao Exam. As long as I can remember, the process upholds the highest degree of integrity, standing as a startling aberration in Chinese culture. This is the area where one’s reward correlates with one’s performance irrespective of one’s connections and social status.

Accordingly, a government official who is intelligent and learned would govern more judiciously, for such an erudite person certainly holds a higher moral standard. In the 7th century, the Chinese government formally began to select its administrators using a vigorous and elaborate system called the Imperial Examination. Through this process, the brightest and the most knowledgeable men were chosen to serve in government posts. In reality, however, a person’s high intelligence and profound knowledge did not necessarily reflect his moral conviction, nor his ability to govern. There have been plenty of immoral and incompetent government officials in Chinese history.
Nonetheless, success on the Imperial Examination can change one’s destiny, especially for those from a lower social stratum. In a culture where bribery receives tacit consent, holding a government post opens up endless opportunities for personal gain. This was the primary reason for the creation of a national obsession with education. Eventually, education became the national identity. After the Imperial Examination was abolished in 1905, the annual National College Entrance Exam – though with a much broader purpose – took its place in cultural significance. It was only briefly interrupted during the Cultural Revolution (1966-76).
The survival of this national identity is entirely contingent upon the integrity of the examination process. Should corruption occur, such as changing one’s score or using an imposter as a substitute, education would lose its objective measure and become culturally meaningless. Indeed, any dishonesty would pose a direct threat to the existence of the national identity. Consequently, any misstep in the process must be categorically eliminated. Considering that Chinese culture is based on intricate and complex relationships and is highly prone to corruption, the successful guarding of the examination process is by no means a small feat.

<h3>What Sets America Apart?</h3>
What sets America apart from other nations? What is America’s national identity?
As an immigrant from an authoritarian regime, I can unequivocally state that America stands for freedom, human rights, and equality under the law. This identity is protected and secured by our political system of a constitutional republic, within which the right of the citizen to participate in different electoral processes serves as the linchpin.
However, America is not the only place that holds elections. I participated in an election in China during my senior year in high school in the 1980s. The whole process felt contrived and incongruent with the cultural environment I was in. Knowing very little about democracy and the value of voting, I simply followed the direction of the lady at the voting station who guided me to select the predetermined names. Authoritarian regimes can also call an election – and they often do – masquerading as lovers of democracy. But their process is only a sham, an exercise in fraud.
What sets America apart is its electoral integrity, the cornerstone and prerequisite of our political system that safeguards our national identity – freedom, rights, and equality under the law. For over 200 years, our electoral system has seldom faced challenges. For most Americans, electoral fraud is not just downright wrong but unthinkable. Indeed, our relatively lenient election law, compared with many other nations, suggests that electoral integrity is so engraved in the hearts and minds of the American people that it is taken for granted. Consequently, any claim of large-scale electoral fraud comes across as incredibly conspiratorial, provoking cognitive dissonance and will be met with denials.
Yet, electoral fraud does occur in America. Even before Covid, there were <a href="https://www.congress.gov/116/meeting/house/108824/documents/HHRG-116-JU00-20190129-SD020.pdf">proven cases</a>. A look at the 2018 congressional race in North Carolina shows the result was <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/2019/02/21/us/mark-harris-nc-voter-fraud.html">overturned</a> by the state election board because of mail-in ballot fraud. In 2019, Elbert Melton, the mayor of Gordon, Alabama, was <a href="https://electionfraud.heritage.org/case/200627">convicted</a> of voter fraud and removed from office. And, of course, the electoral integrity of the 2020 election, in the midst of the Covid outbreak, still remains in question for many.
<h3>The New Threat To Electoral Integrity</h3>
Today we are facing yet another tangible threat. How can we prevent the illegal immigrants Biden’s open-border policy produced from participating in the voting process only granted to American citizens? The law that prohibits illegal immigrants from voting has not been strictly enforced. For instance, according to court documents, in Pennsylvania, an illegal immigrant who had been ordered to leave the United States was able to <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/politics/illegal-immigrant-charged-voting-pennsylvania-5-presidential-elections">cast ballots</a> in every presidential election since 2008. This is far from being an isolated case. The two million illegal immigrants the Trump administration has deported is still a small minority compared with the army of foreign voters the Biden administration intentionally let in. Today, they pose a substantial threat to electoral integrity.

The Safeguard America Vote Eligibility Act (SAVE America Act) is specifically designed to deal with this threat, prohibiting states from registering voters who are not American citizens, requiring voter ID at the point of voting, and eliminating mail-in ballots with a few exceptions. The bill has already passed the House vote and is currently in the Senate. Yet, Senate democrats rallying around Chuck Schumer vowed to kill it.
If we fail to prevent electoral fraud from taking place, America would soon evolve into a nation no different from many other places where corruption, rather than law and order, marks the characteristics of the society. Citizens, ruled by a corrupt and unaccountable government, would live without freedom, rights, and the protection of law. America would lose her identity and cease to be America.
The Chinese, who are culturally lenient towards bribery and cheating, have meticulously protected the integrity of their examination process in order to safeguard their national identity. Should we, who hold a higher standard of honesty, do less?
<h3>American Identity</h3>
Further, if the Chinese lost their national identity, the obsession with education, China would still survive. At most, they would have a reduced number of highly educated people. However, if America forsook our national identity, America would not survive. America would become just like any other nation where tyranny replaces freedom, scarcity substitutes for prosperity, and obedience is swapped for liberty. America as the “city on a hill” would vanish in history. Consequently, the threat of electoral fraud we are facing is not just an inconsequential blunder, but an existential threat to our nation, the equivalent of a foreign invasion.
When the Japanese invaded China during WWII, the Chinese Communist Party of Mao and the Chinese Nationalist Party of Chiang Kai-shek temporarily joined forces in order to deal with their common threat. They recognized that if they allowed this threat to destroy their country, neither party would survive even though in peacetime they themselves had been rivals.
American citizens have recognized the common threat we are facing. Gallup polls show that 83% of Americans <a href="https://news.gallup.com/poll/652523/americans-endorse-early-voting-voter-verification.aspx#:~:text=Stacked%20bar%20chart%20showing%20Americans,applications%20to%20all%20eligible%20voters.">support</a> requiring proof of citizenship for first-time voter registration. Pew research also suggests that 83% of Americans are <a href="https://www.pewresearch.org/politics/2025/08/22/majority-of-americans-continue-to-back-expanded-early-voting-voting-by-mail-voter-id/#:~:text=Requiring%20all%20voters%20to%20show%20government%2Dissued%20photo%20identification%20(83%25)">in favor</a> of voter ID laws. These statistics reveal that SAVE America Act has received a wide range of support transcending political and ethnic barriers. Yet, in spite of the unity behind this bill, Senate Democrats – and a few Republicans – have been going all out to stop it, laying out various pretexts, such as discrimination against the poor who do not possess the required documents for proof of citizenship.

The truth is that Democrats care little about the poor who are merely a useful tool in their power struggle. Neither do they care about Biden’s illegal population. Hiding behind egalitarianism is the real intention – using an illegal voting bloc to seize political power. Their willingness to sacrifice America in order to gain power is treasonous. Even ruthless Mao, a man responsible for the deaths of millions of Chinese, didn’t have the nerve to surrender his own country. Those who oppose this bill have managed to sink below the monstrous Mao.
Today, whether you are left or right, blue or red, we are facing a common threat, and have a mutual self-interest in electoral integrity, without which our freedom and rights will vanish. And we, too, will vanish with it. At this crucial moment before the midterms, we must get behind President Trump and demand that the Senate pass the SAVE America Act to save America.

In the last couple of days, the media has been forced to acknowledge reality on multiple fronts, beginning with one of the most controversial bills going through Congress right now. Senator Mike Lee, a great Republican senator, is the champion behind the bill and it’s called the SAVE Act.
What is the SAVE Act? It&#8217;s the Safeguard American Voting Eligibility Act, which says you need to prove that you&#8217;re eligible to vote if you want to vote. 
Simple, right? This should easily pass.
Not only can they not get the Democrats to vote for it — because Democrats want the illegals to vote so that they can rig elections and steal votes from the American people — apparently, the Republicans can&#8217;t even get the Republicans to vote for this. Senate Majority Leader John Thune says there aren&#8217;t anywhere close to the votes to nuking the filibuster, which would be required to get the SAVE Act through. So, although that idea continues to be put out there, it doesn&#8217;t have a future.
Making Americans submit ID in order to vote — safeguarding American elections in the most basic way — doesn&#8217;t have a future, not just because of Democrats who obviously don&#8217;t want to secure our elections, but because of Republicans.
So, you might say, well, some of these senators, you know, they&#8217;re representing whole states and some of those states are kind of purple. You know, maybe this is really a controversial issue. You know, the Democrats hate voter ID and maybe it&#8217;s controversial among Republicans.

I was surprised by these racial polls — and actually by the partisan poll too. Basically every Republican supports voter ID, but even 71% of Democrats favor voter ID. Yet zero percent of Democrats who are in elected office support voter ID.
You have 76% of Black people — this is the most reliably Democrat racial group, the group that we are told is specifically being disenfranchised by voter ID — more than three quarters of them support voter ID.
When you look at Latinos, it&#8217;s even higher: 82%. We&#8217;re told Latinos are being discriminated against, it&#8217;s hard for them to get ID.
And white people are close to the Latinos at 85%.
Everybody supports voter ID except for elected Democrats, none of whom support voter ID. Why? Because they are trying to steal elections. This isn&#8217;t tinfoil hat stuff. This is the only way to explain the discrepancy between elected Democrats — politicians, operatives, activists — and ordinary voters. Basically everyone in the country supports voter ID. The only people who don&#8217;t are the ones who particularly work to run and win elections.

What you&#8217;re going to hear from the establishment media is, well, actually, you know, it&#8217;s very rare for illegal aliens to vote in elections. It&#8217;s very rare for people who are ineligible to vote in elections.
Right. Sure. Okay. 
The libs have told you a lot of lies over the years, and I&#8217;m not going to go through the litany of them now but I just want to take you back a few months.
Do you remember when the Democrats shut the government down? The Democrats shut the government down because they wanted to try to juice their numbers before some special elections. And the Republicans came out and said you&#8217;re shutting the government down in order to give health care to illegal aliens.
And the Democrats uniformly said, no, we are not. We do not give health care to illegal aliens. That is not true. That&#8217;s a lie.
By the end of the shutdown, the Democrats were inveighing against the Republicans because they said this is so awful — illegal aliens can&#8217;t get food, they&#8217;re losing their health care, they&#8217;re losing their SNAP benefits. They completely contradicted themselves over the course of weeks. Not years, not even months but weeks. They told you illegal aliens don&#8217;t get health care and welfare, and then they told you we have to reopen the government so that illegal aliens can get health care and welfare again.
The Democrats tell you that illegal aliens are not voting, but they are fighting tooth and nail against the vast majority of their own voters to prevent voter ID. Why? I think it might have something to do with the fact that illegal aliens are voting. The Democrats are counting on illegal aliens to vote. Even beyond illegal aliens, there are plenty of other ineligible voters who are not illegal aliens — voters who maybe are bussed in from out of district, voters who maybe because of felonies or other issues are not allowed to vote. Regardless, they need to minimize ballot security measures.
The only explanation—the only explanation—for the Democrats to fight against their own voters on this issue is that they want to steal elections. If you don&#8217;t get that at this point, I don&#8217;t know how to help you.

WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump specifically instructed Tulsi Gabbard to be present during the execution of a search warrant at an election office in Fulton County, Georgia, a letter obtained by The Daily Wire shows.
The Director of National Intelligence explained why she was present during the January 28 raid in a Monday evening letter to Sen. Mark Warner (D-VA) and Rep. James Himes (D-CT). Warner is the vice chairman of the Select Committee on Intelligence, while Himes is the ranking member of the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence.
&#8220;For a brief period of time, I accompanied FBI Deputy Director Bailey and Atlanta Acting Special Agent in Charge Pete Ellis in observing FBI personnel executing that search warrant,&#8221; Gabbard explains.
&#8220;My presence,&#8221; she wrote, &#8220;was requested by the President and executed under my broad statutory authority to coordinate, integrate, and analyze intelligence related to election security, including counterintelligence (CI), foreign and other malign influence and cybersecurity.&#8221;
Gabbard notes that the FBI&#8217;s Intelligence and Counterintelligence divisions are among the 18 elements she oversees, and that 12 of the FBI&#8217;s field offices across the United States have senior FBI officials who are also her domestic DNI representatives.
&#8220;I have visited several of my Domestic DNI-Reps at FBI Field Offices across the country,&#8221; Gabbard said. &#8220;While visiting the FBI Field Office in Atlanta, I thanked the FBI agents for their professionalism and great work, and facilitated a brief phone call for the President to thank the agents personally for their work. He did not ask any questions, nor did he or I issue any directives.&#8221;

She adds: &#8220;ODNI&#8217;s Office of General Counsel has found my actions to be consistent and well within my statutory authorities as the Director of National Intelligence.&#8221;
Gabbard responded to several questions posed by Democratic lawmakers. She first addresses ballot integrity, saying: &#8220;Election security is a national security issue,&#8221; and arguing that &#8220;interference in U.S. elections is a threat to our republic and a national security threat.&#8221;
&#8220;The President and his Administration are committed to safeguarding the integrity of U.S. elections to ensure that neither foreign nor domestic powers undermine the American people&#8217;s right to determine who our elected leaders are,&#8221; she wrote. &#8220;Towards that effort, the President tasked ODNI with taking all appropriate actions under my statutory authorities towards ensuring the integrity of our elections and specifically directed my observance of the execution of the Fulton County search warrant.&#8221;
ODNI has been reviewing intelligence on election integrity ever since she took office, Gabbard said. National Counterintelligence and Security Center&#8217;s (NCSC) personnel traveled with her to Fulton County, though they were not present during the warrant&#8217;s execution.
Her letter stresses that she has &#8220;broad authority&#8221; to &#8220;coordinate, integrate, and analyze intelligence&#8221; related to election security.
&#8220;To preserve the integrity of our elections, we must understand whether there has been foreign or other malign interference in our elections, and whether vulnerabilities exist in our election infrastructure that could be exploited in future elections,&#8221; she wrote.
&#8220;To enable this, it is critical that the Intelligence Community (IC) work with interagency partners like the Department of Homeland Security, the FBI, and other IC elements to ensure coordination of efforts and intelligence sharing and integration.&#8221;
Gabbard stresses that both information and intelligence reporting indicate that the United States&#8217; electronic voting systems have &#8220;long been vulnerable to exploitation that could result in enabling determined actors to manipulate&#8221; election results.
&#8220;ODNI and the IC continue to collect and assess all available intelligence concerning this threat to ensure the security and integrity of our elections,&#8221; she writes. &#8220;Searching through intelligence holdings and conducting assessments with analytic rigor and excellence is an arduous and often time-consuming process. However, that process ensures that the IC&#8217;s finished intelligence products are objective, independent of political considerations, and based on all available sources.&#8221;
Gabbard promises to share her intelligence assessments with Congress once they are complete.
But, she adds, the president is not required to obtain approval from the congressional intelligence committees before he initiates a &#8220;significant intelligence activity.&#8221;
&#8220;Moreover, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia issued the search warrant on The Office of the Clerk of The Court of Fulton County under seal,&#8221; Gabbard said. &#8220;As such, I have not seen the warrant or the evidence of probable cause that the DOJ submitted to Court for approval. Therefore, the ODNI had no ability, authority or responsibility to inform the Committees about the search warrant ahead of its execution.&#8221;

House Republicans are urging their Senate colleagues to quickly pass election integrity legislation that has been idling in the Upper Chamber for nearly a year.
In a letter exclusively obtained by The Daily Wire, Texas Congressman Brandon Gill and 34 of his colleagues press Senate Rules and Administration Committee Chairman Mitch McConnell (R-KY) to schedule a markup of the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act and advance it to the Senate floor ahead of the 2026 midterm elections.
&#8220;American elections should be fair and free, not subject to foreign influence. Illegal aliens have no right to be in America, and they certainly shouldn’t be voting,” said Rep. Gill about the letter. “House Republicans are united behind the SAVE act. I urge my Senate colleagues to pass this legislation and get it to President Trump’s desk for his signature.”
The SAVE Act would amend the National Voter Registration Act of 1993 to require documentary proof of American citizenship, such as a birth certificate, passport, or naturalization papers, when registering to vote in federal elections. It also directs states to establish processes to identify and remove noncitizens from voter rolls and authorizes penalties for election officials who fail to comply.
Supporters argue the legislation addresses a documented vulnerability in the current system. Republican officials note that states, including Texas and Ohio, have identified thousands of noncitizens on voter rolls, and contend that existing law makes it difficult to require proof of citizenship at the point of registration. The SAVE Act, they argue, would close those gaps and ensure that only United States citizens participate in federal elections.
The letter highlights growing frustration among House Republicans over the Senate’s inaction on the bill, which passed the House on April 10, 2025, by a 220–208 vote.
&#8220;The House did our job nearly 300 days ago. The Senate needs to do theirs,&#8221; said Republican Study Committee Chairman August Pfluger (R-Texas), who signed the letter along with many of his fellow committee members. &#8220;The Senate needs to stop stalling &#8230; and get it to the floor. Representative Gill&#8217;s letter is exactly the pressure we need to get this to President Trump&#8217;s desk.&#8221;
Lawmakers argue that further delay risks leaving election integrity reforms unresolved as the midterms approach, and McConnell’s position as committee chairman gives him the authority to move the legislation forward.
The push comes as Republicans continue to elevate election security as a central policy priority. In late January 2026, Representative Chip Roy (R-Texas) and Senator Mike Lee (R-Utah) introduced the SAVE America Act, an expanded proposal that builds on the original SAVE Act by adding nationwide photo identification requirements for federal elections.
The Senate version of the SAVE Act has drawn significant Republican support, with 48 GOP senators listed as cosponsors. Still, the legislation would likely require 60 votes to overcome a filibuster in the narrowly divided Senate, making some level of bipartisan backing necessary.
The letter also points to public support for citizenship requirements, including an October 2024 Gallup poll that found 83% of Americans support requiring proof of citizenship when registering to vote, including a majority of registered Democrats.
“If you can’t prove your citizenship, you shouldn’t be able to vote. Anyone opposed to the SAVE Act wants to benefit from fraud, which undermines election security and gives illegal immigrants more power than law-abiding Americans,” said Rep. Buddy Carter (R-GA), one of the letter&#8217;s cosignatories. “I’m calling on the Senate to advance this bill quickly so we can strengthen and secure our elections.”
If enacted before the 2026 midterms, proponents say the SAVE Act would significantly strengthen voter registration standards nationwide while restoring public confidence in the electoral process. Critics and election administrators, however, have raised concerns about implementation timelines and administrative burdens absent additional federal support.
As the midterm elections draw closer, House Republicans are signaling impatience with Senate inaction and pressing leadership to move, as one cosigner said, &#8220;Republicans were sent to Washington to fix a broken system, not to make excuses.” Whether McConnell takes up the bill may determine not only the fate of the SAVE Act, but how central election integrity becomes in the next national campaign cycle.

The Somali-tied welfare fraud scheme in Minnesota is likely far worse than the American people think, involving &#8220;complicit&#8221; state government officials and totaling far more stolen money than original early estimates stated, according to Homeland Security Advisor Stephen Miller.
Billions of taxpayer dollars have been stolen from the state, and much of the welfare fraud has been tied to Somali migrants, as first reported by City Journal. And, alarmingly, some of the stolen money was allegedly funneled to Al-Shabaab terrorists. 
&#8220;We believe that the Somali fraud operation in Minnesota is the single greatest theft of taxpayer dollars, through welfare fraud, in American history,&#8221; Miller said on Fox News. &#8220;We believe we have only scratched the very top of the surface of how deep this goes.&#8221;
Miller noted that some of the reported welfare scams include people &#8220;pretending that children have autism, who are not in fact autistic,&#8221; and &#8220;pretending to enroll people in food programs, when, in fact, nobody was ever enrolled.&#8221;
These fraudsters, Miller said, engaged in &#8220;massive fraud, lying, and theft, and grift on a scale we&#8217;ve never seen before in American history.&#8221;
&#8220;The total bill, the total tab for this, is going to be far beyond the numbers being reported,&#8221; he said, suggesting we are dealing with billions of stolen tax dollars tied directly to welfare schemes.

&#8220;Based on the records we already have &#8212; this is a significant undercount, by the way &#8212; 75% of the Somali population in Minnesota is on welfare, and that&#8217;s likely a significant undercount of just how much of a financial burden the Somali refugee population is imposing on this country,&#8221; Miller added.

The Trump administration advisor also claimed that Democrat leaders in the state were &#8220;fully complicit&#8221; in the fraud.
&#8220;We believe the state government is fully complicit in this scheme and we believe that what we are going to uncover is going to shock the American people,&#8221; he asserted.
Controversial Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) could be tied up in the scandal.
&#8220;Omar’s close ties to the $1 billion welfare scam in her Minnesota congressional district are being uncovered,&#8221; the New York Post <a href="https://nypost.com/2025/12/04/us-news/what-did-ilhan-omar-know-about-the-1b-welfare-fraud-case-in-her-minnesota-district/">reported</a> this past week. &#8220;Omar held parties at one of the key restaurants named in the fraud, knew one of its now-convicted owners, and one of her own staffers has also been convicted — both for stealing millions. Omar even introduced the bill that led to $250 million in fraud. Yet she claims to have been completely unaware of it.&#8221;
There are also serious questions about the oversight, or lack thereof, from Democrat Gov. Tim Walz. 
Currently, the Treasury Department is investigating allegations that “under the feckless mismanagement of the Biden Administration and Governor Tim Walz, hardworking Minnesotans’ tax dollars may have been diverted to the terrorist organization Al-Shabaab,&#8221; Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent announced this week.

The Trump administration on Tuesday took action against six blue states that it says have failed to comply with requests to produce their voter rolls. 
The Justice Department <a href="https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/justice-department-sues-six-additional-states-failure-provide-voter-registration-rolls">announced</a> suits against Delaware, Maryland, New Mexico, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington for not producing statewide registration lists. Without these lists, the Justice Department said that they cannot certify that the states are maintaining an accurate count of eligible voters. 
&#8220;Accurate voter rolls are the cornerstone of fair and free elections, and too many states have fallen into a pattern of noncompliance with basic voter roll maintenance,&#8221; said Attorney General Pam Bondi. &#8220;The Department of Justice will continue filing proactive election integrity litigation until states comply with basic election safeguards.&#8221;
The suits come amid a push from Republicans nationwide to crack down on non-citizen voting and maintain clean voter registration lists.
The lawsuits say that the states are not acting in accordance with the National Voter Registration Act and the Help America Vote Act, which compel states to maintain accurate voter lists. The attorney general is empowered to enforce those laws and has a right to access the lists under the Civil Rights Act of 1960, the suits say.
&#8220;States that continue to defy federal voting laws interfere with our mission of ensuring that Americans have accurate voter lists as they go to the polls, that every vote counts equally, and that all voters have confidence in election results. At this Department of Justice, we will not stand for this open defiance of federal civil rights laws,” said Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon.
The <a href="https://www.justice.gov/crt/media/1419811/dl?utm_medium=email&amp;utm_source=govdelivery">lawsuit</a> against Rhode Island says that on September 16 Rhode Island sent a letter to the Justice Department refusing a September 8 request for voter roll information. The letter said that the states “objects to providing” the requested information, according to the suit. This requested information includes driver license information and the last four digits of Social Security numbers used to register for voting.

Rhode Island Attorney General Peter Neronha claimed the suit was an example of Trump weaponizing the Justice Department. 
“We stand with and will defend the secretary, and win, because lawsuits concerning lawful conduct are largely unsuccessful,” he said. “But I’m not surprised that this administration is confused about what it means to behave lawfully.”
In September, the Justice Department <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/justice-dept-sues-six-states-for-refusing-to-hand-over-key-voter-data">announced</a> suits against Michigan, California, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Minnesota, and New York over the same issue.

The Supreme Court on Monday agreed to hear a case that will decide whether states can count mail-in ballots received after Election Day. 
The case could have widespread implications for the 2026 midterm elections, as 17 states currently allow mail-in ballots postmarked on or before Election Day to be counted several days after the election. Justices will <a href="https://www.supremecourt.gov/qp/24-01260qp.pdf">consider</a> “whether the federal election-day statutes preempt a state law that allows ballots that are cast by federal election day to be received by election officials after that day.”
The case comes after the Mississippi Republican Party and the Republican National Committee (RNC) sued Mississippi over a state law that allowed mail-in ballots to be counted if received up to five days after Election Day. The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled against Mississippi, saying that federal law preempted state law and required all ballots to be received by Election Day. 
After the decision from the 5th Circuit, Mississippi Secretary of State Michael Watson asked the Supreme Court to weigh in on the issue. Watson argued to the court that the 5th Circuit’s decision “defies statutory text, conflicts with this Court’s precedent, and — if left to stand — will have destabilizing nationwide ramifications.”
He said that as long as the ballots had been filled out by Election Day, they should be counted. Nineteen mostly blue states and the District of Columbia are supporting Mississippi in its efforts to reverse the lower court’s decision. 
The RNC had asked the Supreme Court not to take up the case, saying that the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals’ decision to side against Mississippi was correct and did not need review. 
“A post-election receipt deadline for mail ballots thus extends ‘the election’ beyond the ‘day’ set by Congress. Text, history, and precedent all confirm this conclusion,” the RNC wrote in a brief to the court. “In no sense is the ‘election’ over when ballots are still coming in.”
The RNC also noted that the policy of accepting ballots after Election Day could delay election results for weeks. 
“Many States can’t conclude their elections for weeks after election day because they’re still receiving ballots from voters. Weeks after the ‘day for the election’ has come and gone, the elections in those States continue,” they wrote in a brief. 
President Donald Trump has <a href="https://www.whitehouse.gov/presidential-actions/2025/03/preserving-and-protecting-the-integrity-of-american-elections/">called</a> for an end to mail-in voting, saying that it opens the door to election fraud. 
In an executive order earlier this year, Trump directed the Justice Department to take action against states that count “absentee or mail-in ballots received after Election Day in the final tabulation of votes for the appointment of Presidential electors and the election of members of the United States Senate and House of Representatives.”

President Donald Trump said Monday that he was going to lead a charge against the use of mail-in ballots for elections. 
In a Truth Social post, Trump said that he would be signing an executive order to restructure the American election system and called for Republicans to take action to implement new election integrity measures. 
“I am going to lead a movement to get rid of MAIL-IN BALLOTS, and also, while we’re at it, Highly ‘Inaccurate,’ Very Expensive, and Seriously Controversial VOTING MACHINES, which cost Ten Times more than accurate and sophisticated Watermark Paper, which is faster, and leaves NO DOUBT, at the end of the evening, as to who WON, and who LOST, the Election,” Trump <a href="https://truthsocial.com/@realDonaldTrump/posts/115049485680941254">wrote</a>. “We are now the only Country in the World that uses Mail-In Voting. All others gave it up because of the MASSIVE VOTER FRAUD ENCOUNTERED. WE WILL BEGIN THIS EFFORT, WHICH WILL BE STRONGLY OPPOSED BY THE DEMOCRATS BECAUSE THEY CHEAT AT LEVELS NEVER SEEN BEFORE, by signing an EXECUTIVE ORDER to help bring HONESTY to the 2026 Midterm Elections.”
Trump added that states were &#8220;merely&#8221; agents of the federal government for the counting and tabulating of votes. 
“ELECTIONS CAN NEVER BE HONEST WITH MAIL IN BALLOTS/VOTING, and everybody, IN PARTICULAR THE DEMOCRATS, KNOWS THIS. I, AND THE REPUBLICAN PARTY, WILL FIGHT LIKE HELL TO BRING HONESTY AND INTEGRITY BACK TO OUR ELECTIONS. THE MAIL-IN BALLOT HOAX, USING VOTING MACHINES THAT ARE A COMPLETE AND TOTAL DISASTER, MUST END, NOW!!! REMEMBER, WITHOUT FAIR AND HONEST ELECTIONS, AND STRONG AND POWERFUL BORDERS, YOU DON’T HAVE EVEN A SEMBLANCE OF A COUNTRY,” Trump added. 
The post went on to argue that Democrats would be in trouble because of their support for transgender-identifying men playing in women’s sports, transgender policies, and lax border policies. 
Trump has long been a skeptic of mail-in ballots, arguing that they open the door to fraud. A Daily Wire <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/swing-state-voters-receive-mail-ballots-for-relatives-who-died-moved-away">investigation</a> before the November 2024 election found that mail-in ballots across the country were sent to voters who were deceased or had moved states. 
While speaking to reporters on Monday alongside Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, Trump again called for Republicans to take action. 
“We gotta stop mail-in voting. And the Republicans have to lead the charge. The Democrats want it. Because they have horrible policy. If you have mail-in voting, you’re not going to have many Democrats get elected. That’s bigger than anything having to do with redistricting, and the Republicans have to get smart,” Trump said.
Trump added that his lawyers were currently crafting an executive order taking aim at mail-in ballots.
