A third Democratic-aligned law firm has reached an agreement with the Trump administration to escape sanctions that would have crushed its government business.
The law firm of Willkie Farr &amp; Gallagher agreed to eliminate “illegal DEI discrimination and preferences” and to spend “at least $100 Million” in pro bono legal work for causes that the law firm and White House agree on, according to a <a href="https://truthsocial.com/@realDonaldTrump/posts/114264667777137553" target="_blank" rel="noopener">statement</a> posted to President Donald Trump’s Truth Social account on Tuesday.

“Willkie Farr &amp; Gallagher LLP proactively reached out to President Trump and his Administration, offering their decisive commitment to ending the Weaponization of the Justice System and the Legal Profession. The President is delivering on his promises of eradicating Partisan Lawfare in America, and restoring Liberty and Justice FOR ALL,” the White House said in a statement, according to the president&#8217;s Truth Social post.
The law firm also committed to not denying representation to clients over the “personal political views of individual lawyers.”
“We reached an agreement with President Trump and his Administration on matters of great importance to our Firm. The substance of that agreement is consistent with our Firm’s views on access to Legal representation by clients, including pro bono clients, our commitment to complying with the Law as it relates to our employment practices, and our history of working with clients across a wide spectrum of political viewpoints,” the firm’s chairman, Thomas Cerabino, said in a statement. 
Through executive action, Trump has punished law firms with deep ties to the Democratic Party and officials who have hounded him through legal and other means in recent years. Earlier this month, the president <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/trump-signs-executive-order-revoking-security-clearances-for-employees-of-top-dem-law-firm" target="_blank" rel="noopener">signed</a> an executive order stripping attorneys at Perkins Coie LLP of security clearances. Perkins Coie was the Clinton-aligned law firm at the center of the Russia collusion conspiracy that undermined Trump’s first term in office.
The president has also banned certain law firms from accessing federal buildings and barred federal agencies from contracting with them. For some high-powered firms, the severe reduction in access and work from the federal government represents an existential threat.
Federal judges have stepped in to blunt some of Trump’s actions. U.S. District Judge Beryl Howell, an Obama appointee, has frozen Trump’s action against Perkins Coie after the firm sued.
Other law firms have agreed to similar deals with the White House. Paul Weiss also made commitments to the Trump administration in exchange for avoiding sanctions, including $40 million in pro bono work for causes agreed on with the White House.

A woman who says she dated second gentleman Doug Emhoff in 2012 has come forward anonymously to allege that he once slapped her hard enough to make her “spin.”
The woman spoke to the <a href="https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13981101/doug-emhoff-ex-girlfriend-slap-flirt-allegations-kamala-harris.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Daily Mail</a> and provided pictures and documentation showing that she and Emhoff traveled to France to attend the amfAR gala dinner at the Cannes Film Festival. She said he slapped her as they were trying to get a taxi back to their lodging late one night during the trip.
She had approached the valet, offering a $100 tip if they could skip the line and get a car soon. As she was talking to the valet, Emhoff allegedly walked up and slapped her across the face.
“As I’m talking to [the valet], Doug got out of the line, comes up, turns me around by my right shoulder. I&#8217;m completely caught off guard, I&#8217;m not bracing, I&#8217;m in four inch heels, wearing a full-length gown and it&#8217;s between 2-3 am,” she said. “He slaps me so hard I spin around, and I&#8217;m in utter shock.”

“There had been no fight, no argument. It had been a completely fantastic event. I am so furious. The only thing I could think to do was slap him back. I slapped him on one side, and on the other cheek with the other hand,” she continued. “In that moment, his mask had dropped and I saw his dark side.”
As they were in the cab, she said she asked Emhoff why he slapped her and did not get a firm answer.
“I can’t believe he just slapped me. I think I said to him in the car, ‘What the hell is wrong with you? Why did you do that?’ And the only thing I could get out of him was he thought I was hitting on the valet,” she said.
She decided to tell her story of Emhoff after seeing him lauded in the media as a feminist.
“What&#8217;s frightening for a woman that’s been on the other end of it, is watching this completely fabricated persona being portrayed,” the woman told the Daily Mail. “He’s being held out to be the antithesis of who he actually is. And that is utterly shocking.”
Emhoff was first accused of slapping the woman by the woman’s friends, who spoke to the Daily Mail for a story published earlier this month.
She “went up to one of the valet guys, offered him 100 Euros or whatever, to get to the head of the line. She told me she put her hand on his shoulder. Doug apparently thought that she was flirting, and came over and slapped her in the face,” one friend <a href="https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13898791/Kamala-Harris-husband-Doug-Emhoff-accused-ex-girlfriend-slap.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">told</a> the Daily Mail.
Emhoff has denied hitting the woman in a statement through a spokesman.
“This report is untrue,” the spokesman told <a href="https://www.semafor.com/newsletter/10/03/2024/family-feud" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Semafor</a> in a statement after the allegation first surfaced in public. “Any suggestion that he would or has ever hit a woman is false.”
Emhoff has previously admitted to having an affair while married to his first wife with their former nanny.

During a podcast appearance on Tuesday, Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff said that his wife, Vice President Kamala Harris, berated him and cursed at him for being at a spin class when President Joe Biden dropped out of the election.
Emhoff, who reportedly hit an ex-girlfriend in the face, had an affair with a nanny and made her get an abortion, and allegedly favored young, attractive women at work, made the comments against his wife on the Dan Le Batard Show.
Le Batard told Emhoff that the Second Gentlemen had previously said “communication is key,” but pointed out that Harris couldn’t communicate with her husband on the day Biden announced he would no longer seek re-election.
“You were busy in spin class, right?” Le Batard asked as Emhoff nodded and laughed.
“That was right,” Emhoff said, smiling. “So, it was… I was in L.A… It was during that weekend when all the planes were down because of the software glitch, so I had to spend an extra day in L.A.”
“I decided to go to a cycling class with some friends,” he continued. “And it was an hour class and we were just chit chatting. And I had my phone in the secret service car so I didn’t have my phone. And then my friend’s partner just showed me his phone with the letter from President Biden and I’m like ‘gotta go.’”
“And I just ran into the car, and there was my phone literally like you could feel the steam,” he continued. “Seven or eight messages, all with, you know, ‘Where are you?’ Call Kamala, call Kamala. And it was a one minute or less conversation, which started with, &#8216;Where the f*** were you? I need you right now&#8217; and basically, &#8216;Get to work.&#8217; And I did.&#8221;

In August, <a href="https://www.theunion.com/opinion/columns/terry-mcateer-another-side-to-kamala-harris/article_f79b5fff-5a50-5eed-a63b-d67d8419c3d3.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">a 2019 op-ed</a> from Terry McAteer, a former Nevada County Superintendent of Schools in California, described his son’s experience in Harris’ Attorney General office. Just one month in Harris’ office traumatized the young man, who decided to leave and intern in then-Sen. Diane Feinstein’s office instead.
McAteer asserted that Harris regularly dropped “‘F-bombs’ and other profanity constantly in her berating of staff and others.” He said Harris’ staff was “in complete fear of her” and were instructed to stand every morning when she entered the office and tell her: “Good Morning General.”
McAteer said Harris never introduced herself to his son and other staff were too afraid of her to introduce him. His son’s only acknowledgement from Harris came in a form letter signed by Harris given to him on his last day in the office. The son was also instructed never to speak to Harris or look in her eyes – “as that privilege was only allowed to senior staff members.”
Around the same time the op-ed resurfaced, Emhoff <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/kamala-harris-husband-admits-to-impregnating-babysitter-while-cheating-on-first-wife" target="_blank" rel="noopener">admitted to cheating</a> on his first wife with the babysitter and impregnating her.
“During my first marriage, Kerstin and I went through some tough times on account of my actions,” Emhoff said in a statement following the original <a href="https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13703933/Kamala-Harris-Doug-Emhoff-cheated-nanny-Najen-Nayler.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">report</a> from The Daily Mail. “I took responsibility, and in the years since, we worked through things as a family and have come out stronger on the other side.”
In early October, Emhoff was accused of hitting his ex-girlfriend in the face at a high-profile event because he thought she was flirting with another man, The Daily Wire previously <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/doug-emhoff-accused-of-hitting-ex-girlfriend-in-the-face-at-high-profile-event-report" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reported</a>.
Three friends of the woman described the incident, which allegedly occurred in 2012. Emhoff <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/doug-emhoff-appears-to-respond-to-accusations-he-hit-a-woman-its-all-a-distraction" target="_blank" rel="noopener">has not denied</a> the incident, but called it “a distraction” during a recent interview.
Former colleagues have also accused Emhoff of favoring attractive women in the workplace and punishing those who wouldn’t flirt with him, The Daily Wire <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/misogynistic-ahole-ex-colleagues-accuse-doug-emhoff-of-favoring-attractive-women" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reported</a>.

When Kamala Harris took Joe Biden’s spot at the top of the Democratic presidential ticket, she also replaced him as the focus of Democrats’ favorite X account. 
In July, the popular “Biden’s Wins” account rebranded itself to “<a href="https://x.com/harris_wins">Kamala’s Wins</a>,” and now boasts that it’s the “largest online community supporting soon to be President Kamala Harris.” With over 765,000 followers, the account sits at the center of a Democratic influence operation, pushing false narratives to millions of potential voters. And its founder, a Biden-Harris administration staffer, may be violating federal law by running it.
The Biden’s Wins account was launched in January 2022 by Ethan Wolf, a recent college graduate who was working as deputy political director for Illinois Democrat Brad Schneider’s reelection campaign. Wolf’s account quickly became “a favorite of White House staffers” such as Ron Klain, Biden’s former chief of staff, and in July 2022, his account was <a href="https://www.politico.com/newsletters/west-wing-playbook/2022/07/18/always-tweet-00046393">profiled by POLITICO</a>.
By September 2022, Wolf was <a href="https://www.facebook.com/ethan.wolf.167/posts/pfbid02kKvrEF2uQYdp2fnVCLqPBuraESLJ8SNLWHmk6ACdKBwHvoPTQa4dUrBGzuJKSFo2l">invited</a> to the White House “for a private briefing with the President, Vice-President, Ron Klain,” Wolf said on Facebook. A month later, Wolf was <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/posts/activity-6989521571837083649-xL7I/">back at the White House</a> for another content creator briefing, posing for photos with top White House officials and <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/posts/activity-6989521571837083649-xL7I/">Doug Emhoff</a>.

Just over a year after launching the account praising Biden, Wolf had earned himself a job in the administration. In June 2023, Wolf was hired as a “communications specialist” in the U.S. Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration, where he makes $94,000 a year, according to <a href="https://s.bookplum.org/live/hb2T9anuppRlDZ/1QDPUTHbp5uf4t/Ethan-Wolf-oge-278e.pdf">disclosure forms</a>. 
The timing of these events raises questions about the Biden-Harris administration&#8217;s relationship with Wolf. The Harris campaign, responding to one of the many viral lies that originated with his account, <a href="https://www.politifact.com/factchecks/2024/aug/15/tweets/viral-photo-misleads-on-crowd-size-at-vances-michi/">told PolitiFact</a> it is not affiliated with Kamala’s Wins, though it seems that Harris and the administration have worked closely with Wolf from the beginning of his career, when he was fresh out of Ohio State University.
An administration official posting from the Kamala’s Wins account while working at the Commerce Department would be an apparent violation of the <a href="https://osc.gov/Services/Pages/HatchAct-Federal.aspx">Hatch Act</a>, which bars federal employees from engaging in political activity while on duty or in a federal building.
Asked about Wolf’s employment and political activity, a Commerce Department spokesman told The Daily Wire: “All Department of Commerce employees are subject to the Hatch Act, which is the law that governs political activities for federal employees.”
Wolf, who could not be reached for comment, would not be the first member of the Biden-Harris administration to violate the Hatch Act. In October 2022, Klain was found to have <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/biden-chief-of-staff-informed-he-violated-hatch-act">violated</a> the Hatch Act with a post from that previous May. Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra was <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/u-s-government-watchdog-says-biden-hhs-chief-becerra-violated-hatch-act">charged</a> with a violation in April 2023, and White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre just <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/gov-watchdog-group-finds-press-sec-karine-jean-pierre-violated-hatch-act">two months later.</a> Jean-Pierre’s predecessor, Jen Psaki, received a <a href="https://www.citizensforethics.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/12/HA-22-000004.pdf">warning</a> about violating the Hatch Act in 2021.
Nor would Kamala’s Wins be the only thing that potentially put Wolf on the wrong side of the Hatch Act. He has <a href="https://x.com/ethanmwolf/status/1829551588782096473">repeatedly</a> <a href="https://x.com/ethanmwolf/status/1833961958451937759">shared</a> political content from his personal X account during work hours, as recently as <a href="https://x.com/ethanmwolf/status/1839032198436987296">September 25</a>.

Wolf appears to have launched the Biden’s Wins account as part of a business strategy. 
The same year he launched the account, Wolf also <a href="https://apps.ilsos.gov/businessentitysearch/businessentitysearch">formed</a> a company called “Democratic Wins Media LLC.” The Biden’s Wins X account seems to have been part of that operation: in June 2023, the account and several other “wins” accounts — “Democratic Wins,” “Pete’s [Buttigieg] Wins,” and “[Hillary] Clinton’s Wins” — reposted a <a href="https://x.com/ShadiaMartini/status/1667679310109609984">campaign video</a> for Shadia Martini, a Democratic candidate for Michigan state representative. Two days later, Martini’s campaign <a href="https://miboecfr.nictusa.com/cgi-bin/cfr/exp_anls_res.cgi">paid</a> Wolf’s company $2,000.
Since transforming into Kamala’s Wins, the account has been a major source of false information. The account was <a href="https://www.cnn.com/2024/07/30/politics/fact-check-nfl-quarterbacks-kamala-harris-fundraising-call/index.html">widely fact checked</a> after it erroneously claimed that a number of NFL quarterbacks, including Joe Burrow, were part of a “White Dudes for Harris” fundraising call. 
The account has promoted the false claim that former President Donald Trump is <a href="http://admitting">attached</a> to Project 2025, and repeated frequently debunked<a href="https://x.com/harris_wins/status/1834652339472417177"> claims</a> about Trump’s 2017 remarks in Charlottesville, Virginia.
The account has frequently misconstrued facts to present Harris’ record in a positive light, falsely claiming that Biden-Harris administration policies have caused inflation and grocery prices to <a href="https://x.com/harris_wins/status/1833523201923813719">plummet</a>, and led to a reduction in <a href="https://x.com/harris_wins/status/1840936148270563413">violent crime.</a>
Wolf’s political work for Biden and Harris began as a 20-year-old Ohio State University student in 2020, when he <a href="https://jewishjournal.com/news/united-states/315710/meet-jews-4-joe-the-jewish-student-movement-fighting-to-get-biden-elected/">launched “Jews 4 Joe” to help elect Biden</a>. He told <a href="https://www.politico.com/newsletters/west-wing-playbook/2022/07/18/always-tweet-00046393">POLITICO</a> that his work was what initially put him on the White House’s radar.

Wolf also appears to have launched an X account that same year called <a href="https://x.com/jews4kanye/">Jews 4 Kanye</a>, a reference to the openly anti-Semitic rapper Kanye West. The account’s bio reads: “Jews love Kanye &amp; Kanye loves the Jews.” One of the account’s only six followers is an Ohio State classmate of Wolf’s.
Posts from Kamala’s Wins account continue to reach millions of people a day in the final stretch of the campaign. Over the past weekend, the account posted repeatedly that Trump is “senile.”
In his personal capacity, Wolf <a href="https://x.com/ethanmwolf/status/1755760573625581946">insisted</a> in February 2024 that Biden was mentally competent, just five months before a series of embarrassing mental gaffes forced Biden to suspend his presidential campaign.

Doug Emhoff, the husband of Vice President Kamala Harris, claimed in an MSNBC interview that aired in part on Friday that recent allegations that have been made against him were nothing more than a &#8220;distraction.&#8221;
Emhoff made the remarks in an interview with Joe Scarborough on &#8220;Morning Joe&#8221; while discussing what he claimed was &#8220;misinformation and disinformation&#8221; being spread by former President Donald Trump against his wife.
&#8220;He&#8217;s spreading it about you, saying that tabloid stories about your personal life, saying it should be front and center,&#8221; Scarborough said.
Scarborough&#8217;s remarks appear to be a reference to a series of Daily Mail reports about Emhoff, including a report where he was <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/doug-emhoff-accused-of-hitting-ex-girlfriend-in-the-face-at-high-profile-event-report">accused</a> of hitting his ex-girlfriend in the face.
&#8220;He&#8217;s saying it about your wife and making incredibly crude and lewd suggestions about her past life,&#8221; Scarborough continued. &#8220;I&#8217;m just wondering, how do you all stay centered? How do you stay disciplined and not really go off and not really push back hard at these things?&#8221;
Emhoff responded: &#8220;We don&#8217;t have time to be pissed off. We don&#8217;t have time to focus on it. It&#8217;s all a distraction. It&#8217;s designed to try to get us off our game.&#8221;
When asked if the allegations threw him off, he said they did not and that he and Harris are hyper-focused on the election right now.
&#8220;All that other stuff you&#8217;re talking about bounces off. It&#8217;s just a distraction,&#8221; he later claimed. &#8220;We&#8217;re not going to let it distract us.&#8221;

The reporter who launched several news cycles on Doug Emhoff questioned Thursday why legacy media would refrain from covering explosive allegations against Kamala Harris&#8217; husband.
Josh Boswell, senior reporter for DailyMail.com, appeared on Thursday&#8217;s episode of The Morning Wire to discuss his reporting on Emhoff. Boswell&#8217;s sources have told him not only that Emhoff <a href="https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13703933/Kamala-Harris-Doug-Emhoff-cheated-nanny-Najen-Nayler.html">cheated on his ex-wife</a> with his children&#8217;s nanny, but also that Emhoff <a href="https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13898791/Kamala-Harris-husband-Doug-Emhoff-accused-ex-girlfriend-slap.html">allegedly slapped his former girlfriend</a> while they were partying in France, and that <a href="https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13925099/kamala-harris-husband-doug-emhoff-office-misogynist-flirt.html">Emhoff behaved</a> in an &#8220;inappropriate&#8221; and &#8220;misogynistic&#8221;  manner at the law firm Venable, where he formerly worked.

But outlets like The New York Times and the Washington Post <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/major-media-outlets-silent-on-doug-emhoff-assault-allegations">have yet to cover Boswell&#8217;s second story</a>, on Emhoff allegedly slapping his ex-girlfriend, nor have they covered Boswell&#8217;s third story, describing Emhoff&#8217;s behavior towards female colleagues at work.

Neither the White House nor the Harris campaign have responded to requests for comment from The Daily Wire regarding the allegations against Emhoff. An unnamed Emhoff spokesman <a href="https://www.semafor.com/newsletter/10/03/2024/family-feud?utm_source=nowshare&amp;utm_medium=principals&amp;utm_campaign=flagshipnumbered4">told Semafor</a> that The Daily Mail&#8217;s report that Emhoff drunkenly slapped his ex-girlfriend is “untrue” and that “any suggestion that he would or has ever hit a woman is false.”
Harris herself has not addressed the allegations, and in the few interviews that Harris has done, she has not been asked to discuss the topic.
During a Tuesday interview with Daily Wire Editor Emeritus Ben Shapiro, former President Donald Trump <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/trump-to-ben-shapiro-absolutely-corrupt-media-ignoring-allegations-against-kamalas-husband">accused</a> “corrupt” media outlets of hiding negative stories about Harris and her husband.
Trump specifically pointed to an interview Harris did on MSNBC, or “MSDNC” as Trump said.
“It was like a love fest,” Trump told Shapiro. “Never asked him about that. Never asked him about the other one.”
“And we’re saying he’s like a symbol for all men all over the world? It’s the craziest interview I’ve ever seen,” Trump added, seemingly in reference to former White House Press Secretary and current MSNBC host Jen Psaki’s praise of Emhoff. “If that were me, it would be the greatest story in the last five years.”

Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff behaved in an &#8220;inappropriate&#8221; and &#8220;misogynistic&#8221; manner at work, former colleagues allege in a new report.
The Daily Mail — which first exposed Emhoff&#8217;s affair with his nanny and allegations that he drunkenly assaulted an ex-girlfriend — <a href="https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13925099/kamala-harris-husband-doug-emhoff-office-misogynist-flirt.html">reported Tuesday</a> that Emhoff singled out attractive female employees for special treatment and penalized those who would not flirt back, in addition to shouting expletives at a coworker.
The report also highlighted a 2019 lawsuit which states that Emhoff&#8217;s former partners at the law firm Venable engaged in sex discrimination, and that Emhoff hired a legal secretary who was allegedly unqualified but &#8220;young, attractive and friendly with the powerful men in the office.&#8221;
Emhoff joined Venable in 2006 when he merged his company with another legal firm. He <a href="https://www.venable.com/about/news/2015/08/venable-names-douglas-c-emhoff-managing-director-w">became</a> Venable&#8217;s &#8220;Managing Director, West Coast&#8221; in August 2015, overseeing the firm&#8217;s offices in Los Angeles and San Francisco. He left Venable for DLA Piper in 2017, according to the Daily Mail, and took a <a href="https://www.law.com/americanlawyer/2020/11/10/doug-emhoff-leaves-dla-piper-partnership-as-biden-harris-transition-continues/?slreturn=20241008133907">leave of absence</a> in 2020 due to his wife&#8217;s political career.
The lawsuit, which did not name Emhoff as a defendant, describes how other members at Venable viewed Emhoff&#8217;s secretary as a &#8220;trophy secretary.&#8221;
Her name was Katya Calderone, according to The Daily Mail, and she worked as a part-time model, joining Venable in 2014. The publication reported that Calderone has been pictured &#8220;partying at the Playboy Mansion, in GQ Magazine at Coachella Festival, socializing with Hollywood actors, and trying out for Bravo reality TV show Millionaire Matchmaker.&#8221;
The lawsuit describes how defendant Alex Weingarten, a partner at Venable, verbally berated his own secretary and finally &#8220;drove her from his desk after deciding that he deserved a young, attractive secretary like his partner Douglas Emhoff had.&#8221;
One woman who worked under Emhoff at Venable told the Daily Mail that he showed favoritism to &#8220;young, pretty girls&#8221; at their firm.
&#8220;If there was an event, like the Justice Ball, he would favor certain people. Usually it was young, pretty girls. And he would prefer for them to ride with him. He would get a limo.&#8221;
&#8220;I just don&#8217;t think his behavior was appropriate for the position he was in,&#8221; she told the Daily Mail.

A top former Venable staffer told the publication that &#8220;plenty of people&#8221; where aware of Emhoff&#8217;s inappropriate behavior.
A third former Venable employee, who worked as a lawyer for the firm, said it was a well-established fact that Emhoff was &#8220;very flirty&#8221; and that &#8220;if you weren&#8217;t flirty back or didn&#8217;t respond positively then you were on his s**t list.&#8221;
If a woman didn&#8217;t flirt back with Emhoff, &#8220;you wouldn&#8217;t get to work on the cases you wanted to work on,&#8221; that third employee told the publication.
&#8220;There were deadlines that, if you were one of his favorite people, wouldn&#8217;t apply. But if you weren&#8217;t, they would,&#8221; she added.
Another former Venable employee, a senior staffer, told the publication that Emhoff &#8220;bragged&#8221; about yelling at a female partner, &#8220;Get the f*** out of my office,&#8221; and later allegedly told his colleagues that he &#8220;put her in her place.&#8221;
&#8220;What&#8217;s worse was he bragged about it to the management at Venable and they were aghast,&#8221; the former staffer said. &#8220;He&#8217;s an a**hole. He told them how he &#8216;put her in her place.&#8217; A misogynist, that&#8217;s who does that.&#8221;
The White House and the Harris campaign did not immediately respond to requests for comment from The Daily Wire. Last week, an unnamed Emhoff spokesman <a href="https://www.semafor.com/newsletter/10/03/2024/family-feud?utm_source=nowshare&amp;utm_medium=principals&amp;utm_campaign=flagshipnumbered4">told Semafor</a> that the report alleging he hit his ex-girlfriend is “untrue,” and that “any suggestion that he would or has ever hit a woman is false.”

The Daily Mail spoke with three friends of the woman who corroborated this account. The story did not identify Emhoff’s ex-girlfriend, and only revealed that she is a “successful New York attorney.”
The White House has not responded to The Daily Wire&#8217;s requests for comment on the allegations. An unnamed spokesman for Emhoff <a href="https://www.semafor.com/newsletter/10/03/2024/family-feud?utm_source=nowshare&amp;utm_medium=principals&amp;utm_campaign=flagshipnumbered4">told Semafor</a> that the report is “untrue” and that “any suggestion that he would or has ever hit a woman is false.”

American journalists and other human folderol are claiming that Democrat men are “redefining masculinity.” And no, I’m not making that quote up. Jen Psaki psaid pso on her psucky pshow on MPSNBC. And there have been similar headlines in USA Today and other trusted news outlets or at least outlets trusted by the same sort of people who think, “Okay, this time I’m sure I know which card is the queen. I’ll bet another twenty dollars.”
So let’s take a look at the Democrat men these journalists are talking about.
One example is Doug Emhoff, who’ll be first gentleman if Kamala Harris wins the election. Which definitely does redefine masculinity if by that you mean eliminates it completely. I mean, holy crap, it’s bad enough to be married to Kamala Harris but now you have to go to parties and people say &#8220;What do you do?&#8221; and you’re like, &#8220;I’m the first gentleman,&#8221; and they sort of simper and say &#8220;Oh, how wonderful, you’re redefining masculinity,&#8221; but what they’re really thinking is: this poor guy must have a package the size of a mustard seed. So now you’re lying awake at night in the Lincoln bedroom or wherever, staring at the ceiling and wondering how you got to a place where technically you’re still a man I guess, but not only are you the king cuck of the universe, but you also have to listen to that laugh Kamala has until you start thinking, “Hey, she’s guarded by the same Secret Service that guarded Donald Trump, so basically she&#8217;s got no protection. I could still get out of this.”
Okay, I kind of went off on a tangent there and I’m not sure what point I was trying to make. But let’s remember that Mr. Doug Redefining Masculinity actually cheated on his last wife with the nanny until she got pregnant and had an abortion, which sounds to me like the same old Democrat definition of masculinity as always. And now he’s also been accused of slapping his former girlfriend after she flirted with another man at a party.

And you might ask, “But what if she’s, like, really, really annoying — like Kamala Harris level annoying with that laugh and everything?” And I would say: Still, you don’t just slap her. It’s not like she’s your wife where the occasional swat on the backside is probably cheaper than a divorce. She’s your girlfriend, you can dump her if she’s that much trouble. And you might say, “Well, okay, what if she’s a journalist, and not just any journalist, but like one of those two dames who moderated the Vice Presidential debate and sat there all night with those prissy little smiles on their faces while skewing all the questions in a leftist direction and then cutting off JD Vance’s microphone when he tried to correct their so-called fact check which was against the rules in the first place?”
And okay, look, there are always gray areas. But if you’re dating a girl who’s a journalist, you might want to take a good look in the mirror before you just get handsy with her. The problem could be you, my friend.
Anyway, the question is: are Democrat men really redefining masculinity or are they just a bunch of sleaze-balls? Because not only do you have Doug Emhoff banging the nanny then playing ping-pong-face with a flirty girlfriend. But you’ve also got Tim Walz and, oh my God, right? Talk about a guy who’s redefining masculinity to the point where it could become a capital offense. I mean, is there something creepy about that dude or what? I don’t want to go too far here. If it turned out Walz had, like, an oubliette in his basement with his next victim already down there praying to God Clarice Starling can find her before it’s too late, I would be surprised. But only maybe thirty percent surprised. Maybe twenty. If that.
So in conclusion, Democrat men are redefining masculinity. Yeah, either that or Democrat women are cucking them nutless to keep from getting smacked in the kisser.

Women who accused former President Bill Clinton of sexually assaulting them criticized liberal media outlets for their <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/major-media-outlets-silent-on-doug-emhoff-assault-allegations">silence on allegations</a> against second gentleman Doug Emhoff, telling The Daily Wire that there is a double standard when it comes to allegations against powerful Democrats. 
“Doesn’t this absolutely sum up the presence of the double standard?” asked Leslie Millwee, who accused Clinton of sexually assaulting her repeatedly when she worked at an Arkansas TV station in her twenties. “This is a glaring reminder of how your political affiliation determines your guilt or innocence — or silence by the MSM.” 
Juanita Broaddrick, who alleged that Clinton raped her when he was the 31-year-old Arkansas attorney general running for governor and she was 35 and working as a volunteer for his campaign, said that the media silence on the matter reminds her of why she initially held her tongue about her allegations against Clinton. 
“It reminds me of when I didn’t come forward due to being afraid, especially after Hillary threatened me,” she added.
Though Broaddrick’s and Millwee’s allegations of sexual assault are much graver than the new allegation that Emhoff forcefully slapped his ex-girlfriend, the Clinton accusers pointed to similarities in how their allegations were treated by media and politicians. 
In an explosive story published Wednesday, The Daily Mail <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/doug-emhoff-accused-of-hitting-ex-girlfriend-in-the-face-at-high-profile-event-report">reported</a> that Emhoff had drunkenly and “forcefully slapped” his ex-girlfriend in 2012 at the Cannes Film Festival because he thought she was flirting with another man. Three friends confirmed the story to the Daily Mail, which did not identify Emhoff’s ex-girlfriend and only revealed that she is a “successful New York attorney.
The publication included a photo of the couple, with the woman’s face blurred out, as well as a travel itinerary and email showing details about their stay in Nice, France.
The Daily Wire reached out to both the White House and the Harris campaign without response. An unnamed spokesman for Emhoff <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/doug-emhoff-spokesman-denies-second-gentleman-assaulted-his-ex-girlfriend">told Semafor that the report</a> is “untrue” and that “any suggestion that he would or has ever hit a woman is false.”
“Of course he will deny,” said Broaddrick, when she learned of the statement. “Learned that from Bill Clinton.” 
Millwee argued that when it comes to allegations against powerful politicians, “accountability is doled out based on the whims of the 90% liberal media, and your worthiness is then determined — whether it’s never reported, or like Hunter’s laptop or the Russian dossier, you are automatically evil and called a liar if you call them out with a reality check and the facts.” 
She also pointed to The Daily Mail’s past reporting on Emhoff’s affair with his nanny. 
“He, like Clinton, has a history including incredibly poor choices and lack of accountability,” she said. “While we don’t know exactly what he’s willing to fess up to regarding this slapping allegation, we do know about inappropriate behaviors, infidelities and impregnating his children’s nanny. What else don’t we know!? We know with certainty the MSM kills or hides anything they fear will hurt their left wing positions.” 
“Wouldn’t it be terrific if facts mattered?” she asked. “If men in power were held accountable for their actions? If they didn’t sickeningly hide behind a powerful wife?” 
<a href="https://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-srv/politics/special/clinton/stories/janedoe022099.htm">Broaddrick made her allegations against Clinton public </a>in 1999, telling the Washington Post that Clinton raped her while she was volunteering for his campaign. He allegedly asked her to chat but then changed the location of their chat repeatedly until they were alone in her hotel room. 
She alleges that he began forcefully kissing her, pulled her onto the bed and raped her. During the alleged rape, Broaddrick says, Clinton allegedly bruised her lip with his mouth. She alleges that Clinton said as he departed: “You better get some ice for that,” before putting on his sunglasses and walking out the door. 
Clinton’s legal team denied her allegations. Broaddrick has further said that Hillarly Clinton approached her after the alleged incident and told her, “I just want you to know how appreciative that Bill and I are for all that you’re doing for his campaign.”
“She grabbed my arm very strongly and pulled me back to her, pulled me down to her face and said, ‘Do you understand everything you do?’” Broaddrick <a href="https://dailycaller.com/2021/03/24/metoo-clinton-accusers-kamala-harris-bill-clinton/">told the Daily Caller News Foundation</a>. “And at that moment in time, I thought she knew. To me that was a threat.” 
Millwee went public with her allegations against Clinton when she <a href="https://www.breitbart.com/politics/2016/10/19/exclusive-video-interview-new-bill-clinton-sexual-assault-accuser-goes-public-first-time/">spoke to Breitbart News in October 2016</a>. She accused Clinton of sexually assaulting her multiple times in 1980 while she was working at an Arkansas TV station. 
“He followed me into an editing room,” Millwee told Breitbart. “It was very small. There was a chair. I was sitting in a chair. He came up behind me and started rubbing my shoulders and running his hands down toward my breasts. And I was just stunned. I froze. I asked him to stop. He laughed.”
She described Clinton allegedly assaulting her a second time at the TV station, saying, “He came in behind me. Started hunching me to the point that he had an orgasm. He’s trying to touch my breasts. And I’m just sitting there very stiffly, just waiting for him to leave me alone. And I’m asking him the whole time, ‘Please do not do this. Do not touch me. Do not hunch me. I do not want this.’”
There was a third occasion where Clinton allegedly performed the same assault on Millwee, and on a fourth occasion, he allegedly came to her home and repeatedly knocked on the door, telling her, “I know you are home. Please answer the door.” She told Breitbart that she did not answer the door. 
The Clintons did not immediately respond to requests for comment for this story.

In an <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/doug-emhoff-accused-of-hitting-ex-girlfriend-in-the-face-at-high-profile-event-report" target="_blank" rel="noopener">explosive story</a> published Wednesday, the Daily Mail <a href="https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13898791/Kamala-Harris-husband-Doug-Emhoff-accused-ex-girlfriend-slap.html">reported that Emhoff</a> had drunkenly and &#8220;forcefully slapped&#8221; his ex-girlfriend in 2012 at the Cannes Film Festival in France because he thought she was flirting with another man. Three friends confirmed the story to the Daily Mail, which did not identify Emhoff&#8217;s ex-girlfriend and only revealed that she is a &#8220;successful New York attorney.&#8221;
The publication included a photo of the couple, with the woman&#8217;s face blurred out, as well as a travel itinerary and email showing details about their stay in Nice, France.
The Daily Wire reached out to both the White House and the Harris campaign without response. An unnamed spokesman for Emhoff <a href="https://www.semafor.com/newsletter/10/03/2024/family-feud?utm_source=nowshare&amp;utm_medium=principals&amp;utm_campaign=flagshipnumbered4">told Semafor</a> that the report is &#8220;untrue&#8221; and that &#8220;any suggestion that he would or has ever hit a woman is false.&#8221;
The Daily Mail&#8217;s story broke Wednesday morning, yet as of Thursday afternoon, The New York Times, The Washington Post, CNN, and other top media outlets had not covered the matter at all. These outlets did not immediately respond to requests for comment, and their silence has prompted criticism from commentators like Megyn Kelly and Chris Cuomo, who <a href="https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13920615/chris-cuomo-doug-emhoff-assault-claims-donald-trump.html">suggest this shows a double standard</a>.

The New York Times has recently published pieces on Emhoff that include &#8220;The Rise of the Husband,&#8221; &#8220;Doug Emhoff, Poking Fun at Himself, Talks Up Kamala Harris,&#8221; and &#8220;Ella Emhoff Had A Busy new York Fashion Week,&#8221; a piece about his daughter.
And CNN has similarly published flattering pieces on the second gentleman, such as &#8220;how Doug Emhoff is amplifying his wife&#8217;s historic presidential bid&#8221; and &#8220;Emhoff&#8217;s reaction to hostage murders underscores unique way he speaks for Harris.&#8221;
Emhoff and the ex-girlfriend, whom the Daily Mail identified as &#8220;Jane,&#8221; reportedly met on a dating website and had been dating about three months before the alleged assault took place.
Shortly before the trip, the Daily Mail reported, Emhoff allegedly revealed to &#8220;Jane&#8221; that he had an affair with his nanny while still married to his ex-wife (Emhoff <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/kamala-harris-husband-admits-to-impregnating-babysitter-while-cheating-on-first-wife">admitted in August</a> to impregnating his former nanny while cheating on his first wife).
&#8220;Jane&#8221; viewed the tale as a &#8220;red flag,&#8221; a friend told the Daily Mail, but &#8220;the trip was booked.&#8221;
The allegations about Emhoff come amid media suggestions that Emhoff embodies a positive form of masculinity, in contrast to Republican men: MSNBC host Jen Psaki sparked a backlash by telling Emhoff that he is reshaping perceptions of masculinity.
