A Troy, New Hampshire woman was arrested for selling the classiest, most luxurious narcotic to ever hit the streets of North America. That’s right: Trump heroin.
Last Thursday, Darcie Rae Hall, 36, was charged with the selling of a controlled substance. What made this drug bust more unique was the brand name stamped on each unit: “Donald Trump.”
Hall, who has a record that includes four arrests for possession of a controlled substance, was taken down by a fellow from the drug world who turned snitch in hopes of getting a reduced sentence.
The UnionLeader reports:
“According to court documents, a detective arranged for a confidential informant — who is attempting to “obtain favorable consideration” on a pending charge of possession of a controlled substance — to purchase a bundle of heroin from Hall through someone who has purchased up to ten grams of heroin from Hall more than 30 times.
The first buy took place in the bathroom at McDonald’s on Winchester Street in Keene.
The second buy took place in a vehicle parked at the Troy mini-mart on Route 12.
When the buyer brought this second bundle to the detective, he wrote in the arrest affidavit, “I also observed that each wax bag was stamped with a ‘Donald Trump’ logo.””
Police said that since she was on probation at the time of her arrest, violation charges will also be filed.
“She was held overnight in lieu of $2,000 cash bail.
On Friday, Hall waived arraignment in the Cheshire County Superior Court in Keene. She entered a plea of not guilty. Her $2,000 cash bail was upheld and she remains at the Cheshire County House of Corrections in Keene.”
Hall isn’t the first person to use a political figure to boost drug sales. In a 2013 Massachusetts drug bust, police seized 1,250 individual packets of heroin including hundreds that were labeled “Obamacare.”
Users say the main differences in the two popular brands are that “Trump” heroin comes with its own gold-plated melting spoon and “Obamacare” comes with its own death panel.
