So, people are very mad that Elon Musk is restoring free speech on Twitter — he thinks it is necessary.
The people who are most upset about it are individuals who never had free speech in the first place — such as the leaders of the European Union.
Of course, the EU doesn’t believe in freedom…It’s the EU!
That is why the EU “has now threatened Elon Musk’s Twitter with a ban, unless the billionaire abides by its strict rules on content moderation, setting up a regulatory battle over the future of the social media platform,” according to The Financial Times.
“The EU industry chief, Thierry Breton, made the threat during a video meeting with Musk on Wednesday, citing people with knowledge of the conversation,” Reuters noted.
So Breton basically told Musk, ‘This is the checklist of rules. You have to abide by it. You need to ditch this arbitrary approach of reinstating banned users.’
As I have said before, it seems obvious the EU wants control over social media sites because the EU — just like all governments in the West — has been a part of this lock-step approach in controlling the flow of information.
We saw this when virtually every government in the western world wanted everybody to get the COVID vaccine and silence those who criticized the mandates. You were looked down upon, censored — or worse if you caused dissent or discussed any potential side effects. The government and social media controlled the narrative.
So Twitter under Musk represents a threat to all of that. Right?
Big Tech has controlled the “truth” by censoring and blocking free speech on our primary means of communication — social media. For instance, on things such as the Hunter Biden laptop scandal in 2020, social media giants censored certain conversations in order to craft a particular narrative.
In essence, Big Tech has the power to control minds by blocking or promoting certain topics.
That is what your government is after. The people in charge want to control your thoughts. They want to control your minds.
And it’s interesting that governing bodies such as the EU are now suddenly so concerned about content moderation on Twitter — but not so much on TikTok.
On TikTok, people are allowed to brag with abandon about how they’ve taken out their fallopian tubes and turned them into a necklace. Users tell men that they can be women if they just take these horrible irreversible drugs that ruin their bodies.
If you want to be a little fairy princess and you are a man and you want to dress up and say, “I’m a woman!” and basically mock women – go right ahead. Actually, the government and Big Tech want to give people like you a bigger platform.
So what they really want is to be able to not only control your thoughts but to inspire mental illness.
Why is that? That’s the question of the day.
Why is it that our government is so angry that we might be able to think independently?
Why don’t elected leaders want free speech or for you to be able to learn things that might bring you to a different conclusion as it pertains to Ukraine and Russia or the COVID vaccine?
Why? The answer is that an intelligent population cannot be enslaved.
I have this over and over again. I will never stop reminding you of how slavery existed in this country for so long. It relied upon the ignorance of the slaves. They were not allowed to learn how to read.
So what Elon Musk is offering is an opportunity for you to be able to ‘read.’ Free speech on social media gives every person an opportunity to consume knowledge outside of the control of the ‘plantation owners’ — which is basically what the government and Big Tech allies are, metaphorically.
This is a new-age plantation and the EU is upset about Musk breaking it down. American politicians are upset about it. The Biden administration came out and said they need to watch Musk’s Twitter and monitor the situation.
No, they don’t. They don’t, OK?
Our government does not need to enslave the minds of the population.
But we all should keep our eye on that space because from the EU to our own government, they are coming for Musk. There is no question about that.
