<p dir="ltr">Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said he will not allow Iran to commit a second Holocaust in an <a href="https://www.foxnews.com/video/6374323669112">interview with Fox News</a>.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Netanyahu said he decided to attack Iran because the regime posed an “existential threat” to the Jewish state because of its enrichment of uranium and rush to increase its ballistic missile arsenal.</p>
<p dir="ltr">“We had to act,” Netanyahu said. “We did act, to save ourselves, but also to not only to protect ourselves but to protect the world from this incendiary regime. We can’t have the world’s most dangerous regime have the world’s most dangerous weapons.”</p>

<p dir="ltr">Since the launch of Israel’s “<a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/live-updates-israel-strikes-iran?topStoryPosition=undefined&amp;author=Daily+Wire&amp;category=News&amp;elementPosition=0&amp;row=1&amp;rowHeadline=Top+Stories&amp;rowType=Top+Stories&amp;title=LIVE+UPDATES%3A+Netanyahu+Says+Tehran+Will+%E2%80%98Pay+A+Very+Heavy+Price%E2%80%99+As+More+Missiles+Strike+Israel">Operation Rising Lion</a>,” aimed at destroying Iranian weapons and nuclear capabilities, Iran has fired 270 missiles at Israel—22 of which have struck targets—according to the Israeli government. Thirteen people have been killed, including three children. Another 380 have been injured: 9 are in serious condition, 30 are in moderate condition, and 351 sustained minor injuries.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Netanyahu said that the intelligence obtained by Israel made it “absolutely clear” that Iran was planning to weaponize its uranium in order to obtain a nuclear weapon in less than a year. He added that according to intelligence, the regime had enough enriched uranium for nine bombs and was planning on sharing weapons with its proxies such as the Houthis in Yemen.</p>

<p dir="ltr">“Once they go that route, it’s too late,” Netanyahu said. “We will have a second Holocaust—a nuclear Holocaust. We already had one in the previous century. The Jewish state is not going to have the Holocaust on the Jewish people. Never again is now, and we have to act now.”</p>

<p dir="ltr">Netanyahu said that his attacks on Iran have been “fully coordinated” with President Donald Trump.</p>
<p dir="ltr">“I think that for the security of Israel, America, and the world, we must make sure that they don’t have these weapons and the means to deliver them, and they are working on both,” Netanayhu said.</p>

<p dir="ltr">“Special Report” anchor Bret Baier pointed out that several of Iranian nuclear sites are deep underground and difficult to destroy without U.S. 30,000lbs bunker buster bombs. Netanyahu responded by pointing out some of the other facilities it has destroyed, and said that he runs the “innovation nation” that still has a few tricks up its sleeve — and declined to answer whether he’s asked the U.S. for the weapons.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Netanyahu said he gave the Iranians a chance to make a nuclear deal with Trump, but it became clear to both him and the United States that Iran was not serious.</p>
<p dir="ltr">“They basically strung everyone along and it was clear to us that the talks were going nowhere,” Netnayahu said.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Netanyahu said that the Israeli Defense Forces has decimated Iranian air defenses which has opened up “free highway to Tehran.” He added that no Israeli fighter jet has been shot down.</p>
