The decade's most triggering comedy
Just in time for the Jimmy “Level of Intelligence” Kimmel-hosted Oscars on Sunday, gun control activists’ public enemy #1, the NRA, released a blistering promo for spokeswoman Dana Loesch’s new show declaring “time is running out” on all the “Hollywood phonies” and self-important late-night hosts.
“We’ve had enough of the lies, the sanctimony, the arrogance, the hatred, the pettiness, the fake news,” Loesch begins in the brief promo. “We are done with your agenda to undermine voters’ will and individual liberty in America.”
The NRA spokeswoman, who was one of the pro-Second Amendment advocates shouted down at CNN’s infamous pro-gun control town hall a few weeks ago, then launches into a list of the sources of all that “sanctimony,” “arrogance,” “hatred,” “pettiness” and “fake news.”
“So, to every lying member of the media, to every Hollywood phony, to the role model athletes who use their free speech to alter and undermine what our flag represents, to the politicians who would rather watch America burn than lose one ounce of their personal power, to the late-night hosts who think their opinions are the only opinions that matter, to the Joy Ann Reids, the Morning Joes, the Micahs, to those who stain honest reporting with partisanship, to those who bring bias and propaganda to CNN, The Washington Post, and The New York Times — your time is running out,” says Loesch.
Turning over an hour glass, Loesch states, “The clock starts now.”
Loesch has become the face of the NRA and after the horrific mass shooting in Parkland, Florida, has been increasingly the target of activists, who have ratcheted up the campaign to limit Second Amendment rights and take down the NRA. At CNN’s Parkland shooting town hall, activists repeatedly heckled Loesch, decrying her as a “murderer” and screaming, “Burn her!” Since, Loesch has become even more prominent in her advocacy for the NRA and gun rights.
