VILE: Three Teenage Boys Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Mentally Disabled Schoolmate

In a vile reputed attack on a helpless young girl, three teenagers in Cedar Hill, Texas, stand accused of sexually assaulting a mentally disabled classmate in a restroom at their school.

On October 19, according to court records, Sylvanus Lanier, 19, Marco Garcia, 17, and Elijah Willis, 17, took turns acting as sentry outside a Cedar Hill High School restroom while the others sexually assaulted the 16-year-old girl.

The warrant for the teenagers’ arrests states that they ordered the mentally disabled girl to pull up her bra. The warrant attests that the girl said she did so because “she was alone, scared and felt like she could not leave.” She protested to Garcia, “I am not like this. I don’t do this.”

According to the warrant, Garcia allegedly touched her breast, then ordered her to pull down her pants. He then allegedly digitally penetrated her. She tried to escape but Willis allegedly forced her back into the bathroom stall and forced her to touch his penis.

The girl reported the incident four days later; the teenage boys were arrested on November 2. Surveillance footage revealed Lanier entering the restroom with the girl and then posting himself outside as a lookout.

All three accused assailants face a felony count of aggravated sexual assault. Cedar Hill ISD spokesperson Jamie Brown stated, “The district investigated the matter and handled disciplinary action as per our Code of Conduct and the law.”

The Dallas Morning News reports, “Lanier remains in the Dallas County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bail, and Willis remains jailed in lieu of $25,000 bail. Garcia’s bail was also set at $100,000. He bonded out of jail on Nov. 2.”
