<p>CNBC&#8217;s <a href="https://www.cnbc.com/2020/12/28/investors-believe-the-stock-market-could-see-headwinds-under-a-biden-presidency-.html">survey</a>, conducted earlier this month, polled more than &#8220;100 chief investment officers, portfolio managers and CNBC contributors who manage money about where they stood on the upcoming year for stocks under a new administration.&#8221;</p>
