On Sunday, Hollywood actress and inveterate Donald Trump-hater Ellen Barkin, eager to see President Trump go down in fIames, gleefully retweeted an attorney-activist’s desire to revisit allegations that Trump had raped a 13-year old girl at Jeffrey Epstein’s home in 1994. Barkin chortled, “It’s time to take another look…”
But less than 40 minutes later, Barkin added this tidbit: “Epstein’s pimp girlfriend, Ghislaine Maxwell, a very well-connected Brit socialite cannot just walk free. This woman is his pimp. She pilots planes to and from the island. I know because she told me. She is a sex trafficker.”
Oh. She knew what?
It’s not just Trump whom Barkin despises; she ain’t too fond of Trump voters either. She tweeted on June 2 that Trump’s base was comprised of “the most extreme right wingers since the Nazis.”
In November 2018, after a mass shooting at the Borderline Bar & Grill in Thousand Oaks, California, Barkin tweeted at Trump, “you did this trump. you blood-soaked monster 11 young ppl 1 chp officer dead, so far. and yes the gunman was white. how do u feel dana loesch murderer? how do u feel wayne la pierre murderer? tell us how we must be armed 24/7 wherever we go. u will reap what u sow #DeadAmerika.”
Barkin added, “ … the chances that this is personal aren’t high. likely pure hate unleashed & inspired by an illegally elected criminal. you have murdered our country. you’re clearly not a man of faith but trust, the dead will be waiting. every single one. u don’t deserve to touch ur own children.”
Prior to that, in October 2018, Barkin was even nastier, asserting that Trump “should be removed…and not just from office.”
Barkin waxed eloquent about men in a 2018 interview with InStyle, asserting, “Do I think that the ill treatment of women in the entertainment industry will disappear? No, I don’t. Not in my lifetime anyway. We’re talking about centuries of ingrained behavior, and considering we are an industry that trades on sex, I don’t ever expect to see any other real dynamic. The truth is, big-studio executives are old. They’re my age and even older, and this is something I’ve been talking about a lot lately: Men just will not move over. Your time is up, dude. Now say thank you for everything you got and move the f*** over. Next!”
As The Daily Wire reported over the weekend, “Billionaire investor Jeffrey Epstein was arrested on Saturday by the FBI-NYPD Crimes Against Children Task Force for allegedly sex trafficking dozens of minors between 2002 and 2005. Epstein’s arrest comes after he has repeatedly been accused of committing sexual crimes against minors and was given the deal of a lifetime in 2008 when he pled guilty to state charges of ‘one count of solicitation of prostitution and one count of solicitation of prostitution with a minor under the age of 18,’ according to the Miami Herald.”
