President Donald Trump slammed socialist Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) on Thursday after a woman had a meltdown over climate change and suggested that people “start eating babies!”.
Trump responded to a tweet from his son, Donald Trump Jr., that showcased the video in which Trump Jr. wrote: “Seems like a normal AOC supporter to me.”

“We are not going to be here for much longer because of the climate crisis, We only have a few months left!” the woman told Ocasio-Cortez. “I love that you support the Green Deal, but it’s not getting rid of fossil fuel, it’s not going to solve the problem fast enough. A Swedish professor [said] we can eat dead people but that’s not fast enough. So I think your next campaign slogan has to be this: ‘We got to start eating babies!’ We don’t have enough time! There is too much CO2.”
“All of you … you are a pollutant, too much CO2, we have to start now, please, you are so great, I’m so happy that you really are supporting New Green Deal, but it’s not enough, you know, even if we would bomb Russia, we still have too many people,” the woman continued. “Too much pollution, so we have to get rid of the babies! That’s a big problem. We need to eat the babies!”
Ocasio-Cortez, who has hyped climate extremism for over a year, responded to the outburst by telling people to “knock it off” and not talk about it.
Ocasio-Cortez tweeted: “Hey everyone! We had a fabulous town hall tonight & I’ll be highlighting some moments from it. At one point I was concerned there was a woman in crisis & want to ensure we treat the situation compassionately. Let’s not mock or make a spectacle. &let’s work on Medicare for All!”
“This person may have been suffering from a mental condition and it’s not okay that the right-wing is mocking her and potentially make her condition or crisis worse,” Ocasio-Cortez continued. “Be a decent human being and knock it off.”

The meltdown comes a week after climate extremist Greta Thunberg had a meltdown at the United States, declaring: “This is all wrong, I shouldn’t be up here, I should be back in school on the other side of the ocean. Yet, you all come to us young people for hope, how dare you. You have stolen my dreams and my childhood with your empty words and yet I’m one of the lucky ones. People are suffering, people are dying. Entire ecosystems are collapsing. We are in the beginning of a mass extinction and all you can talk about is money and fairytales of eternal economic growth. How dare you!”
In early September, Democrat presidential candidate Bernie Sanders suggested that the United States should be funding abortions in poor countries to fight climate change.
“Human population growth has more than doubled in the last 50 years, the planet cannot sustain this growth,” said Martha Readyoff, identified by CNN as a teacher. “Empowering women, and educating everyone on the need to curb population growth seems a reasonable campaign to enact,” Readyoff continued. “Would you be courageous enough to discuss this issue and make it a key feature of a plan to address climate catastrophe.”
“The answer’s ‘yes,’” Bernie responded. “Women in the United States of Americas, by the way, have a right to control their own bodies and make reproductive decisions.”
“And the Mexico City agreement — which denies American aid to those organizations around the world that allow women to have abortions or even get involved in birth control — to me is totally absurd,” Sanders continued. “So I think, especially in poor countries around the world where women do not necessarily want to have large numbers of babies and where they can have the opportunity through birth control to control the number of kids they have, it’s something I very strongly support.”
