<p>Girls and women have lost out on nearly 900 medals at the expense of male athletes who identify as transgender, a United Nations <a href="https://documents.un.org/doc/undoc/gen/n24/249/94/pdf/n2424994.pdf" target="_blank" rel="noopener">report</a> has found.</p>
<p>With the backing of leftists, elected Democrats, and, most notably, the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/riley-gaines-says-biden-has-abolished-title-ix-breaks-down-what-this-means-for-women" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Biden-Harris administration</a>, males who identify as female have been permitted to compete in female sports and use women&#8217;s and girls&#8217; bathrooms and locker rooms, supposedly in the name of equality.</p>
<p>Trans-identifying males have taken 890 medals from female competitors, according to the study, which is subtitled “Violence against women and girls in sports.&#8221; Additionally, across 29 different sports, 600+ female athletes have lost to male competitors.</p>
<p>“The replacement of the female sports category with a mixed-sex category has resulted in an increasing number of female athletes losing opportunities, including medals, when competing against males,” the report said.</p>
<p>Aside from missed opportunities, girls and women have had to share private spaces, like locker rooms, with males. One glaring example occurred in NCAA women&#8217;s swimming; a male swimmer named Lia Thomas routinely used the women&#8217;s locker room, making some teammates uncomfortable. Thomas, of course, also won medals while competing against females in the NCAA.</p>
<p>Female athletes have also been injured by males who identify as transgender. <span style="font-weight: 400;">In one case, a high school volleyball player in North Carolina named Payton McNabb suffered a concussion and extensive trauma to her head and neck after a trans-identifying player from an opposing team spiked a ball at her.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">McNabb has since become an advocate for protecting girls and women’s sports.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">“On September 1, 2022, I was severely injured in a high school volleyball game by a transgender athlete on the opposing team,&#8221; McNabb <a href="https://x.com/IWF/status/1648848575571562497?s=20" target="_blank" rel="noopener">said</a> last year. &#8220;I suffered from a concussion and neck injury, that, to this day, I&#8217;m still recovering from. Other injuries I still suffer from today include impaired vision, partial paralysis &#8230; constant headaches, as well as anxiety and depression.&#8221;</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">&#8220;I was unable to play the rest of my last volleyball season,&#8221; she added. &#8220;</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">My ability to learn, retain, comprehend, has also been impaired, and I require accommodations at school for testing because of this.&#8221;</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In another instance, a </span><a href="https://www.newsweek.com/shocking-field-hockey-injury-sparks-fight-over-transgender-athletes-1840845"><span style="font-weight: 400;">male field hockey player</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> on a girls&#8217; high school team took a shot at the goal and hit a female player in the face, appearing to knock out some of her teeth. Video of the brutal injury has gone viral online. </span></p>
