Liberal host Kyle Kulinski mocked Erika Kirk, the widow of assassinated conservative Charlie Kirk, in a widely ridiculed X post on Friday night.
The post framed Erika, the mother of two young children, as a money-hungry widow who is only pretending to miss her murdered husband for profit.
Kulinski, who is married to liberal host Krystal Ball, posted a fake image of a Halloween costume, which features a crying Erika with running mascara holding a plate of money. The &#8220;costume&#8221; is called &#8220;Fake Grieving Widow Grifter&#8221; and includes accessories such as &#8220;Fake tear drops&#8221; and &#8220;Skin-tight black leather mourning pants.&#8221;

Tyler Robinson has been charged in the assassination of Kirk. The 22-year-old&#8217;s parents say Robinson confessed the crime to them and said he murdered Kirk because &#8220;there is too much evil and the guy [Charlie Kirk] spreads too much hate,&#8221; <a href="https://abcnews.go.com/US/tyler-robinson-set-face-formal-charges-shooting-death/story?id=125614396">according</a> to court documents. Robinson was also <a href="https://nypost.com/2025/10/28/us-news/location-of-tyler-robinsons-lover-still-undisclosed-as-family-lay-low-months-after-charlie-kirk-slaying/">reportedly</a> in a romantic relationship with a male who identifies as a transgender furry.

Erika has been praised for vowing to continue her late husband&#8217;s fight. With the backing of Turning Point USA staff, she was elevated to lead the organization, which was co-founded by her late husband.
She also forgave Robinson for killing Kirk, making the <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/erika-kirk-forgives-her-husbands-suspected-assassin-says-charlie-would-have-done-so-too">powerful statement</a> during his memorial. &#8220;My husband Charlie, he wanted to save young men just like the one who took his life. &#8230; That young man, I forgive him,&#8221; she said at a packed memorial for Kirk. &#8220;I forgive him because it was what Christ did and is what Charlie would do.&#8221;
