<p>Spectrum News 1 journalist Natalie Brunell <a href="https://spectrumnews1.com/ca/la-west/news/2020/06/08/lapd-members-slam-city-council-over-private-security-details-amid-budget-cut">reported</a> that the unit, which guards Martinez&#8217;s home, usually includes two police officers and has been in place for the last two months.</p>
