Tiger Woods has entered a not guilty plea in his latest DUI case, according to court records.

Woods has again retained prominent Florida defense attorney Douglas Duncan, who represented him in his 2017 DUI arrest, and has waived his presence at upcoming pretrial hearings, per TMZ.

Police say Woods blew a 0.00 on a breathalyzer but showed signs of impairment and struggled with field sobriety tests. Officers reported he refused to provide a urine sample and had two loose hydrocodone pills on his person at the time of the accident. He now faces charges including DUI with property damage and refusal to submit to testing. A court hearing in the case is scheduled for next month.
