Actress Jamie Lynn Spears definitely got everyone’s attention when she posted a wild clip on Instagram showing her jumping out of a helicopter ahead of her appearance in a new reality show.

The 31-year-old singer and sister to Britney Spears posted a video on social media Thursday from her new Special Forces Training TV series showing her falling out of a helicopter into the ocean.

In the shot, we see a person — wind-blown and not wearing any makeup — before we see a full shot of Spears with her hands crossed over her chest as she falls backwards and flips around before landing in the water. Later, we see the singer looking exhausted and almost ready to break down.

She captioned the post, “This ain’t no beauty contest. JANUARY 4th on @foxtv @realityclubfox [SPECIALFORCESFOX] [CELEBRITYSPECIALFORCES].”

In another shot, we see several of the stars carrying a backpack while running across what appears to be a desert, as the clip describes, on a show that “will put them through a version of the highly classified special forces training program” put together by “an elite team of ex-special forces soldiers.”

As the tweet from the reality series asked, “Will these 16 celebrities have what it takes to prove themselves as limitless? Watch ‘Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test’ January 4th to find out! #SpecialForcesFox.”

In September, the first report surfaced that Spears would be one of the celebrities chosen to appear on the Special Forces training show, TMZ noted.

The “Zoey 101” star will be joined by such stars as Mel B, Hannah Brown, Mike Piazza, Dwight Howard, Dr. Drew Pinsky, Tyler Florence, Kenya Moore, and Kate Gosselin, just to name a few.

News of her appearance in the reality show comes after numerous reports that her relationship with her sister Britney was strained. Earlier this year, Jamie said the feud was one-sided when she appeared on “Good Morning America” in promotion of her tell-all book, titled “Things I Should Have Said” that came out at the end of the “Womanizer” hitmaker’s nearly 14-year conservatorship, as The Daily Wire previously reported.

“When (the conservatorship) was put into place, I was (a) 17-year-old, I was about to have a baby,” Britney Spear’s sister explained. “I didn’t understand what was happening nor was I focused on that. … I understand just as little about it then as I do now.”

“There was no me overseeing funds or something like that, and if there was (that perception), that was a misunderstanding, but either way I took no steps to be a part of it,” she added.
