The Daily Wire’s first daily sports podcast, “Crain & Company,” launched this week, and has already reached number three in the nation in its category.

The show, hosted by brothers Jake and Blain Crain along with former University of Michigan quarterback David Cone, tackles the biggest stories in football, baseball, basketball, hockey, and more every weekday at 3:00 p.m. ET on YouTube, DailyWire.com, and wherever podcasts are available — without the woke nonsense spoiling other sports shows.

Thursday’s Apple Podcast rankings showed “Crain & Company” ranked only behind “The Dan Le Batard Show with Stugotz” at the number one spot followed by Barstool Sports’ “Pardon My Take” in second.

Host Jake Crain, former collegiate football coach, said in a statement: “We are thrilled to become a part of The Daily Wire family as they dive deeper into the world of sports. Joining such an innovative, growing media company with one of the largest platforms validates everything we have built.”

“We look forward to having sports fans across the country turn to ‘Crain & Company’ and Daily Wire for the most informative sports opinions, analysis, and prognostications,” Crain added.

The podcast features “a blend of opinion, analysis, and schematic breakdowns with a touch of humor,” according to a press release announcing the podcast.

The three hosts share in-depth insights on teams, players, and leagues; interview the biggest names in sports; and wager predictions, big and small. Plus, the trio’s fans, known as “The Booster Club,” are also able to interact with the hosts throughout the program.

The podcast is just the latest foray for The Daily Wire into shaping and making the culture. In addition to sports content, in recent weeks, The Daily Wire has announced major projects being added to its rapidly growing film slate. Earlier this month, the company hosted the premiere of its first original production, the thriller “Shut In,” which has earned a 97% Audience Score on Rotten Tomatoes from more than 1,000 reviewers.

On March 10, The Daily Wire will debut indie comedy “The Hyperions,” starring Cary Elwes (“The Princess Bride”). This summer, Daily Wire members will be able to watch Gina Carano in the highly-anticipated action western, “Terror on the Prairie,” the former “Mandalorian” star’s first movie since parting ways with Disney last year.

The new daily sports podcast has also quickly followed the success of The Daily Wire’s other high-profile programs, including “The Ben Shapiro Show,” “Candace” with Candace Owens, “The Matt Walsh Show,” “The Michael Knowles Show,” and “The Andrew Klavan Show,” among others.

“From movies to sports and our chart-topping podcasts, The Daily Wire is Americans’ go-to platform for premium content and quality entertainment,” The Daily Wire’s co-founder and co-CEO Jeremy Boreing said in a statement.

While this is the first sports podcast produced by The Daily Wire, it is not the first time the conservative media company has covered sports. Last year, The Daily Wire hired sports reporter Joe Morgan, who can be read every day on DailyWire.com.

Last October, the company announced it was hiring longtime ESPN anchor Allison Williams. Williams, who quit ESPN due to their mandated COVID-19 vaccine policy, will lead a sports series that is set to be released this year.

“Crain & Company” was previously titled “The JBoy Show,” and the podcast officially announced its new title, start date, and air time via YouTube on Sunday:
