Adele did nothing to quell the rumors claiming she has already married sports agent Rich Paul.
The 35-year-old singer, born Adele Laurie Blue Adkins, started trending again on Tuesday following rumors that the singer confirmed she and Paul tied the knot, Page Six reported.
It all started after the “Love In The Dark” hitmaker reportedly attended longtime friend Alan Carr’s comedy show in Los Angeles on Saturday.
“I was at Alan Carr’s comedy show in LA tonight and Adele was in the audience,” one member purportedly told an Instagram account. “Alan [Carr] asked the crowd if anyone got married recently and Adele shouted ‘I did.'”

Another fan claiming to have been at the show reportedly told the account, “When he [Carr] asked if anyone got married recently she yelled, ‘I did.’ Super cute all around and was super sweet but dipped right before it ended.”
“Adele was sitting right behind me with a friend having the best time,” they added. “Her security only came in to bring her snacks.”
“She didn’t care if people knew she was there,” they continued. “She was heckling him [Carr]— they’re best friends.”
For months, the “Hello” hitmaker has been sparking marriage rumors after referring to herself numerous times as Paul’s “wife,” the outlet noted.

During a recent September show at her Las Vegas residency at the Colosseum at Caesar’s Palace, Adele told a female audience member, “You can’t marry me. I’m straight, my love, and my husband’s here tonight.”
The fan replied, “Can you try?” And the superstar singer responded, “No, I don’t want to try. I’m with Rich. You’re crazy, leave me alone.”
In August 2022, Adele responded to rumors about whether she was engaged or married to Paul after she was photographed wearing a diamond ring to the BRIT Awards.
Speaking to Elle magazine, she opened up about her relationship with Paul, with whom she’s been friends for a while but became romantically involved in May 2021.
“I’ve never been in love like this,” the English singer explained. “I’m obsessed with him. Lucky for him, I love basketball.”
Adele admitted at the time she could see herself married again. She separated from her ex-husband, Simon Konecki, in 2019. The two share a son together.
