The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame announced its official Class of 2022 inductees, and it includes artists like Eminem, Duran Duran, and more.

On Wednesday, the legendary Rock Hall revealed this year’s incoming members in a video posted on Twitter. And yes, Dolly Parton made the cut, despite the country music legend making a public plea to have her name taken off the ballot for fear that she didn’t meet the qualifications of a rock star. The singer said she was “flattered and grateful to be nominated” but did not feel she “earned that right,” as previously reported by The Daily Wire.

Parton’s fellow inductees include rocker Pat Benetar, Carly Simon, Eminem, Duran Duran, Lionel Richie, and the Eurythmics.

The video announcement also shared that songwriters Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis and heavy metal group Judas Priest would join the Rock Hall with the “award for musical excellence.”

“Wow, this is so exciting — at last. At last, you know?” Judas Priest’s Rob Halford told Billboard after receiving the news. “And, glory hallelujah, there’s another metal band in the hall of fame! That’s the blessing we’ve all been waiting for.”

Richie called being selected “an incredible honor.”

“I would like to say THANK YOU to all of the voters, to all of my wonderful fans and to everyone at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame,” the R&B hitmaker said in a statement provided to the outlet. “Congratulations to all of my fellow 2022 inductees!”

Parton has yet to comment on being elected, but just days before the big announcement, she did come out and said she’d “gracefully” accept it after previously turning down the nomination.

“I would just say thanks and I’ll accept it because the fans vote,” the “9 to 5” star shared. “But when I said that, it was always my belief that the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame was for the people in rock music, and I have found out lately that it’s not necessarily that.”

“But if they can’t go there to be recognized, where do they go?” she added. “So I just felt like I would be taking away from someone that maybe deserved it, certainly more than me, because I never considered myself a rock artist. But obviously, there’s more to it than that.”

The ceremony is scheduled to take place in Los Angeles, California, on November 5.
