REPORT: Top DOJ Official Demoted After HIDING Connections To Fusion GPS

Ryan Saavedra

A top official at the Department of Justice (DOJ) was demoted this week after it was discovered that he withheld information from his superiors about his prior contacts to Fusion GPS — the “opposition research” firm that created the salacious and unverified Trump-Russia dossier.

Fox News’ Chief Washington Correspondent James Rosen reported in an exclusive on Thursday that Bruce G. Ohr — who held two titles at the DOJ — was demoted after an ongoing investigation into his contacts revealed that he was connected to Fusion GPS co-founder Glenn Simpson and to the author of the Trump-dossier, Christopher Steele.
