Paris Hilton revealed she and husband Carter Reum kept new daughter London a secret from her family until they physically got to meet her right before Thanksgiving dinner.
During the 42-year-old socialite’s appearance on Monday on “Live With Kelly And Mark,” she said her “Thanksgiving was amazing. Of course, that’s when I surprised the whole family with London.”
Hilton said she told the family she had “a surprise” and “ushered their families into the living room around 5:00.”
“Everyone thought a magician was coming,” she added. “Like, we have a performer coming in. So everyone’s all excited. Then, I [walked] in just holding like a pink blanket with a baby, and everybody was sitting there like, ‘What?!'”
“Everyone was just — they couldn’t believe it,” Hilton continued. “It was the best Thanksgiving I’ve ever had in my life. I just feel like my life is so complete. I just feel so at peace and excited and grateful for everything in my life — my husband and my two little babies.”
The media personality also said during her appearance on the “Today” show that no one outside her immediate family knew they were expecting their second child together until that Thanksgiving gathering.

“The only people who knew were, obviously, Carter, and my mom [Kathy Hilton] and my sister [Nicki Hilton],” Hilton said. “My parents did not know when it was happening but knew it was going to happen.”
Hilton broke the news to the rest of the world on social media later Thanksgiving night that they are going to be parents again after first welcoming a son to the world 11 months ago.
In a post on Instagram, she included a photo of a little pink outfit with heart-shaped sunglasses and a bunny. The name embroidered on the outfit read, “London.”
Hilton captioned the post, “Thankful for my baby girl,” along with a pink heart and baby emoji.
In a second post later, the heiress wrote, “So much to be grateful for this Thanksgiving. #SlivingMom.” It included two baby emojis and hearts.
The second post showed a handful of pictures taken at her and Carter’s Thanksgiving celebration with their son Phoenix Barron. In January 2023, Paris shocked everyone when she posted a photo on her Instagram announcing that she and her husband had welcomed their first child via a surrogate after tying the knot in 2021. The socialite captioned her post, “You are already loved beyond words.”
