<p><a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/paris-hilton-hid-secret-baby-from-her-own-mother-then-tried-to-soften-the-blow-with-pricey-gift" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Paris Hilton</a> revealed she and husband Carter Reum kept new daughter London a secret from her family until they physically got to meet her right before Thanksgiving dinner.</p>
<p>During the 42-year-old socialite&#8217;s appearance on Monday on &#8220;<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eBS6ZZ9BPnQ" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Live With Kelly And Mark,</a>&#8221; she said her &#8220;Thanksgiving was amazing. Of course, that&#8217;s when I surprised the whole family with London.&#8221;</p>
<p>Hilton said she told the family she had &#8220;a surprise&#8221; and &#8220;ushered their families into the living room around 5:00.&#8221;</p>

<p>&#8220;Everyone thought a magician was coming,&#8221; she added. &#8220;Like, we have a performer coming in. So everyone&#8217;s all excited. Then, I [walked] in just holding like a pink blanket with a baby, and everybody was sitting there like, &#8216;What?!'&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Everyone was just — they couldn&#8217;t believe it,&#8221; Hilton continued. &#8220;It was the best Thanksgiving I&#8217;ve ever had in my life. I just feel like my life is so complete. I just feel so at peace and excited and grateful for everything in my life — my husband and my two little babies.&#8221;</p>
<p>The media personality also said during her appearance on the &#8220;<a href="https://www.today.com/video/paris-hilton-talks-feeling-complete-with-two-children-198806085925" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Today</a>&#8221; show that no one outside her immediate family knew they were expecting their second child together until that Thanksgiving gathering.</p>

<p>&#8220;The only people who knew were, obviously, Carter, and my mom [Kathy Hilton] and my sister [Nicki Hilton],&#8221; Hilton said. &#8220;My parents did not know when it was happening but knew it was going to happen.&#8221;</p>
<p><a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/so-much-to-be-grateful-for-paris-hilton-announces-birth-of-second-child" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Hilton</a> broke the news to the rest of the world on social media later Thanksgiving night that they are going to be parents again after first welcoming a son to the world 11 months ago.</p>
<p>In a post on Instagram, she included a photo of a little pink outfit with heart-shaped sunglasses and a bunny. The name embroidered on the outfit read, &#8220;London.&#8221;</p>
<p>Hilton captioned the <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/C0BFLysukuk/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">post</a>, &#8220;Thankful for my baby girl,&#8221; along with a pink heart and baby emoji.</p>
<p>In a second post later, the heiress wrote, &#8220;So much to be grateful for this Thanksgiving. #SlivingMom.&#8221; It included two baby emojis and hearts.</p>
<p>The second post showed a handful of pictures taken at her and Carter&#8217;s Thanksgiving celebration with their son Phoenix Barron. In January 2023, Paris shocked everyone when she posted a photo on her <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/Cn0oCHOOI4T/?hl=en" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Instagram</a> announcing that she and her husband had welcomed their first child via a surrogate after tying the knot in 2021. The socialite captioned her post, &#8220;You are already loved beyond words.&#8221;</p>
