<p>Television personality Nick Cannon, the father of nearly a dozen kids, admits he&#8217;s &#8220;failed miserably so many times at monogamy&#8221; — and believes that the idea of marriage could still be in his future following his divorce from pop star Mariah Carey after eight years of marriage in 2016.</p>
<p>During the 41-year-old television host&#8217;s appearance with Shelley Wade on her new <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tGveqXfwPV0">podcast</a> &#8220;All The Way with Shelly Wade,&#8221; Cannon joked about his multiple &#8220;mid-life crises&#8221; of late. It comes following a baby boom from the superstar — who has dated several women and fathered multiple children since his divorce. <p>&#8220;I&#8217;ve failed miserably so many times at monogamy and relationships,&#8221; the &#8220;Masked Singer&#8221; host shared when Wade asked if he would ever get married again.</p>

<p>&#8220;But God ain&#8217;t done with me,&#8221; he added. &#8220;We&#8217;re gonna figure it out.&#8221;</p>
<p>The host pressed Cannon on what it would take for him to walk down the aisle again, noting that the rapper doesn&#8217;t &#8220;have a problem getting women, for sure.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;I’ve probably had a few mid-life crises,&#8221; Cannon laughed. &#8220;As I&#8217;m liking the man that I&#8217;m growing into. And I feel like [I&#8217;d marry] someone who will understand me and can stand by me … where you&#8217;re weak, they&#8217;re strong.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;And if I can ever find somebody that knows how to hold me down through all my madness, through all my chaos and toxicity, that&#8217;s probably somebody I could rock with for life,&#8221; the actor continued.</p>
<p>Nick and Carey welcomed twins to the world in 2011. Since then, he&#8217;s welcomed a son and daughter with model Brittany Bell and has 9-month-old twins with DJ Abby De La Rosa. He also welcomed a son Zen with singer Alyssa Scott, 28, though the little boy died of brain cancer in December of 2021 at 5 months old.</p>
<p>In January, the TV host announced that model Bre Tiesi is expecting his child. Reports have also surfaced that Cannon is the father of another baby with De La Rosa. She <a href="https://people.com/parents/pregnant-abby-de-la-rosa-reveals-her-due-date-gives-hints-on-baby-name/">recently shared she&#8217;s expecting</a> and teased she could be welcoming twins again, but did not share who the father was.</p>
<p>When asked <a href="https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/episode-357-the-king-of-raw-and-b-feat-nick-cannon/id992525558?i=1000565532283">recently</a> by radio host Angela Yee just how many children the rapper was expecting, he gave a vague answer and said the &#8220;stork is on the way.&#8221;</p>
<p>Yee inquired, &#8220;When you say &#8216;on the way &#8230; &#8216; What count are you at?&#8221; Cannon replied, &#8220;Let&#8217;s just put it this way &#8230; the stork is on the way.&#8221;</p>
