<p>A new ad from the Biden campaign, titled “Ultimate Rap League GOTV Battle Rap,” begins with two black men meeting on a basketball court in the inner city before launching into a political debate in the form of freestyle battle raps. The lyrics aren’t great but that’s no knock on the rappers. It can’t be easy to turn Joe Biden’s policy proposals into compelling rap lyrics. Joe Biden’s policy proposals don’t even make for compelling policy proposals.</p>
