Miley Cyrus had a huge night at the 2024 Grammy Awards on Sunday, winning not just her first ever Grammy — for her song “Flowers” — but a second one as well.

During the 66th annual award ceremony, the 31-year-old singer/actress took the stage after winning the award for Best Pop Solo Performance for her hit “Flowers.”

Near the end of the show, Cyrus accepted her second Grammy when she won Record of the Year for “Flowers,” beating out the likes of Billie Eilish, Olivia Rodrigo, Taylor Swift, and SZA, the Hollywood Reporter noted.

“This award is amazing,” Cyrus said to the audience. “But I really hope that it doesn’t change anything because my life was beautiful yesterday.”

“Not everyone in the world will get a Grammy, but everyone in this world is spectacular,” she added. “So please don’t think that this is important, even though it’s very important, right guys?”

“We’re very excited to put this on the piano,” Cyrus continued, before thanking people like those on her team, her mom Tish Cyrus, and her sister. She then turned around and asked the team if she had forgotten anyone else.

The “Used to Be Young” hitmaker did not mention her dad singer Billy Ray in her acceptance speeches and it has led many to believe that the two are feuding, People magazine noted.

Hours later, Cyrus took to social media and listed all the people she wanted to thank, including her team and her mom, again. Her father was not named among them all.

To my mommy [Tish Cyrus] I love you more than anything in the entire universe, my family, [Brandi Cyrus] thank you for being there like always, my godmother [Dolly Parton]- I felt your fairy dust everywhere (I put a little extra in my hair, could you tell?!),” Cyrus wrote on X.

“I celebrate my fans above all else,” she added. “No award means as much to me as the years we’ve spent together. You SAW me before this recognition. I never needed it because I HAVE YOU. A day doesn’t pass that I don’t spend at least a moment thanking heaven for sending me such supportive earth angels. I love you with my entire heart. To many more years together.”

After accepting her first Grammy, the former “Disney” star took the stage to sing her song “Flowers” as she danced around in an energetic performance.
