The Daily Wire’s Matt Walsh blasted Megan Fox after she dressed up her three sons in “girls clothes” for what he called “clout,” “social currency,” and “an opportunity to bring attention” to herself because he said that was all she cared about.
“The Matt Walsh Show” podcast host talked about the 37-year-old actress’ recent Instagram post — showing her posing for a picture with her three sons with ex-husband Brian Austin Green, all dressed like girls. It was a screenshot of a tweet from Tennessee Republican Robby Starbuck, who formerly ran for U.S. Congress. Walsh noted how Starbuck claimed he “witnessed two of the former couple’s children say they were forced by their mom to wear girls clothes as their nanny tried to console them.”
In the post, the “Jennifer’s Body” hitmaker hit back at Starbuck, claiming he was “using children as leverage or social currency” and “exploiting my children’s, my child’s gender identity to gain attention in your political campaign.”
The Daily Wire host said if anyone was using children for “social currency” it was Fox herself, who he said was “using her children to clout chase.”

“She has perfectly and quite eloquently described her own approach to parenting,” Walsh told his audience. “That is the only reason that you dress your boys up in girls clothes and parade them around town is because you are, quote, clout chasing. You’re trying to get attention. You’re using your sons as leverage to get attention, and you’re using them as social currency.”
“Megan, like your sons aren’t even people to you,” he added. “There they are. They’re fashion accessories. They’re fashion statements. They’re little tokens that you cash in at the prize counter to get more attention, more clout, virtue signal. That’s all it is.”
“You’re dehumanizing him and you’re trying to take away his his boyhood, but you’re also taking away his humanity,” Walsh continued. “You’re using your child in a dehumanizing way to get attention to yourself. That is the only reason that you would do that. And of course, Megan Fox will claim, well, ‘I didn’t dress my son up that way. I didn’t.'”
The host said as he covered last week on his show, a “child does not go to the store by himself with his own credit card to buy his own clothing.” He said it is Fox who made the “decision to buy girl clothes for your son and to dress him in them.”
“You decided that this is what your son’s going to be because you didn’t want him to have a normal childhood,” Walsh added. “You didn’t care about him having a normal childhood. You didn’t, especially having a normal boyhood. You didn’t care about any of that. You don’t care if your son is happy, if your son is well-adjusted — you don’t care about your son at all.”
Fox’s ex-husband actor Brian Austin Green also responded to Starbuck’s claims and wrote that “it’s a totally bogus story. There are only a few people in their world that can actually verify whether or not a story like this is true and I can tell you with absolute certainty it is not.”
“This person trying to claim this is true is a perfect example of someone with selfish motives that does not care about negatively affecting a parent child relationship,” he added.
