<p>Former &#8220;Glee&#8221; star Lea Michele shared an update about how her 2-year-old son with husband businessman Zandy Reich is doing after he suffered a &#8220;scary health issue.&#8221;</p>
<p>The 36-year-old actress spoke to <a href="https://people.com/parents/lea-michele-son-ever-health-long-road-ahead/?utm_campaign=people&amp;utm_medium=social&amp;utm_source=instagram&amp;utm_content=likeshop" target="_blank" rel="noopener">PEOPLE</a> magazine at the Time 100 Gala in New York City on Wednesday and said her son Ever has a &#8220;long road ahead&#8221; after having to be hospitalized multiple times since March.</p>
<p>&#8220;Ever&#8217;s doing good,&#8221; Michele said. &#8220;He&#8217;s doing well. We still have a little bit of a long road ahead of us here, but he&#8217;s doing well, thank God, and healthy.&#8221;</p>

<p>&#8220;The most amazing support from my [Broadway] cast and my family,&#8221; she added. &#8220;My husband is wonderful, he&#8217;s here tonight &#8230; I&#8217;m so happy to be here and honored more than anything.&#8221;</p>
<p>Earlier this month, the Hollywood star shared news on her Instagram Story when Ever had to be hospitalized again after being home for a while, the outlet noted.</p>
<p>&#8220;Today was a hard day,&#8221; Michele wrote. &#8220;As parents, we have to be strong for our kids. But sometimes you just want to break down and cry.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Hidden in the bathroom or closet is usually best [for crying],&#8221; she added. “Today I chose hospital bathroom.”</p>

<p>&#8220;These hard times show you truly what matters and is important in life and how much we have to be grateful for,&#8221; Michele continued. &#8220;It&#8217;s been hard, to say the least, but our boy is such a champ and is going to be ok. But it still hurts.&#8221;</p>
<p>In her <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/CqqWqUiudax/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Instagram</a> post from the same day, she shared a photo of her and Ever at the beach. She captioned the post, &#8220;My everything [heart emoji].&#8221;</p>
<p>The actress shared the news on her Instagram Stories on March 22 that her son had been hospitalized, the <a href="https://people.com/parents/lea-michele-explains-absence-funny-girl-son-hospitalized-scary-health-issue/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">outlet</a> noted. The star of Broadway&#8217;s &#8220;Funny Girl&#8221; announced she was taking time away from the show to be by her son&#8217;s side.</p>
<p>&#8220;I&#8217;m so sorry, but unfortunately, I will be out of [funnygirlbway] today,&#8221; Michele wrote at the time. &#8220;We are at the hospital with our son dealing with a scary health issue that I need to be here for. I&#8217;m so sorry. Please send us some love and strength.&#8221;</p>
