Hunter Biden took a victory lap Thursday night at the White House State Dinner, flaunting his “uncanny” ability to escape severe criminal charges for a litany of alleged crimes.
Photos show that Biden’s phony smile was on full display at the diplomatic banquet between the United States and India even as the rest of the nation was digging through pages and pages of testimony alleging that President Joe Biden’s DOJ ran an interference campaign that can be summed up as a “delay, divulge, and deny” playbook used to thwart serious charges against Hunter.
Among those transcripts were claims that the president’s son threatened Chinese Communist Party officials over business while his father was in the room (despite the president denying any connection to Hunter’s dealings), attempted to expense prostitutes, and a range of other financial crimes.

From the outside of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, his public appearance was an obvious open mockery of the rule of law.
To sum up the testimony, IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley alleged that “The Delaware U.S. Attorney’s Office, Department of Justice Tax, and Department of Justice provided preferential treatment and unchecked conflicts of interest in an important and high-profile investigation of the President’s son, Hunter Biden.”

The purpose of this column is not to examine the IRS’ full investigation into Hunter — which reportedly began out of an investigation into a pornography ring, of all things. But it should be noted that all of this allegedly happened before the 2020 election, which — as The Federalist sharply summarizes — would make it another form of election interference.
Further investigation of the IRS’ findings into how Hunter made his money could reveal what has been suspected all along: the Biden family has been profiting off the president’s name and office by selling access to government and business leaders from around the world.
Based on the evidence, the only thing more obvious than the Biden family making money through such illicit means is that The Swamp at large is in the tank for Biden and that the American people are being had.

Well, perhaps they engage in such malversation because they know that is how the Establishment works — it protects its own. It always has and always will. If you go against the Establishment — whether as a political candidate, an actual journalist, or a businessman — then you become an enemy and have a target on your back.
So instead, it is easier and more advantageous to partake in the Government-Media Complex that seeks not to help the U.S. citizens, but to shield those in power.
Biden the younger knows that is how D.C. works. He grew up in it and thrives in it. He’s become very rich within that system. He must feel virtually untouchable as Biden’s son, which is why he felt it was okay to go to the White House dinner despite the controversy. Hunter knows he will never be in prison — the plea deal reached earlier this week helped secure that for him — and that he will never get any real scrutiny from the press.
Instead, he feels confident rubbing elbows with the world’s elites out in the open. In doing so, what Hunter is really saying to the American people is, “Let them eat Jalebi.”
