Not even 24 hours since DailyWire+ comedy &#8220;Lady Ballers&#8221; premiered online, the film has racked up more than 1,000 audience scores on popular review site Rotten Tomatoes, landing a staggeringly high 97% average rating.
The movie tells the story of a down-on-his-luck former high school basketball coach named Rob, played by Daily Wire co-founder Jeremy Boreing, who will do anything to win — in this case, teaching his team of men radical modern gender theory and leading them to identify as women in order to brutally dominate multiple women’s sports.
&#8220;Not every day you see something original and fresh. Haven&#8217;t laughed this much in a long time. Highly recommended,&#8221; one of the reviews reads, with another reading, &#8220;Loved it! Funny and original; this movie does what others don&#8217;t have the balls to do!&#8221;
Notably, there are only six total of the 1,000+ audience reviews currently available to be viewed on the site. Three of the six visible reviews complain to some extent that the movie is &#8220;transphobic&#8221; and filled with &#8220;hatred.&#8221;
The Daily Wire has reached out to Rotten Tomatoes about the issue but has yet to receive a response.

Additionally, following the premiere, some social media users noted that they were unable to leave a review on the site.

A screenshot of the issue shows the following note from Rotten Tomatoes: &#8220;We had trouble submitting your review. It&#8217;s not you, it&#8217;s us. You might have better luck if you try again in a minute.&#8221;

Film critic and founder of HollywoodInToto.com, Christian Toto, posted online Friday night that Rotten Tomatoes was actually working to wipe reviews that were posted before the movie was even premiered. &#8220;Users tried to review bomb <a class="css-1qaijid r-bcqeeo r-qvutc0 r-poiln3 r-1loqt21" dir="ltr" role="link" href="https://twitter.com/hashtag/LadyBallers?src=hashtag_click">#LadyBallers</a> &#8230; Rotten Tomatoes, to its credit, just wiped out those reviews knowing the film isn&#8217;t available yet for streaming,&#8221; he wrote. 
One of the early one-star posts highlighted by Toto bluntly states that the &#8220;reviewer&#8221; did not see the film and doesn&#8217;t plan to. &#8220;I did not see it and I do not plan to. This movie is by its very nature transphobic,&#8221; the user complains.
