Kim Kardashian found out that the corseted lace-up gown she wore to an after-party in Italy proved to be way too difficult for doing simple things like walking or going up stairs.
In a clip shared by the 41-year-old reality star’s friend, “The Kardashians” star steps out during Milan Fashion Week in a sleeveless sparkling floor-length gown to go to a party, Page Six reported in a piece published Monday.
But the reality TV star can barely walk in the form-fitting number that laced up on the sides and in the front — and she is able to take only tiny, wobbly steps on her way to the stairs while wearing silver stiletto heels in the video originally posted on TikTok. The whole thing is set to silly music and is truly comical.

But then things really go south, because the “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star literally can’t walk straight up the stairs in the silver number. Instead, she has to hop up the stairs while holding the railing.
She’s then faced with another set of stairs, but this time has two people on either side of her helping her up the stairs as she still struggles to get to the party. And yet again once inside, it appears she must conquer another set of stairs, as one person comes up from behind her to hold up part of the dress in an effort to help.
At one point, we can hear the Kardashian say “Is there any elevator?” as she looks at the camera, appearing quite shocked she must scale yet another set of stairs.
In the final part of the video, Kim basically jumps up into her seat in the car to leave and can’t sit up right, but instead must lay down while wearing the dress.
It was quite the struggle for fashion. Reading through the comments on the social media site, most found the video quite hilarious, noting things like that the reality star “will do anything for fashion.”
“I love her commitment to get up all those steps haha,” one wrote.
Another shared, “So now I know when it looks like they wouldn’t be able to walk in those incredible gowns; they really CANT.”
While another wrote shared, “The comments. You guys get so excited when you realize Kim is just as human as everyone else.”
