Jennifer Lopez revealed the one movie role she wished she hadn’t turned down — in the 2002 romance, thriller “Unfaithful” — with the leading roles going to Richard Gere and Diane Lane.

The 53-year-old actress opened up about a wide variety of topics for Vogue’s 73 Questions with Jennifer Lopez in a clip posted on YouTube on Wednesday. One of the questions from the magazine was “is there a movie you really regret turning down.”

“Unfaithful,” Lopez answered as she shook her head yes. She did not however explain what role it was she turned down.

When asked which of her movies she would most like to make a sequel to, her answer was the movie she and husband Ben Affleck met and starred in together, and that was “Gigli” that came out in 2003.

Among the other revelations the “Marry Me” star shared was what she would do if she could go “unrecognized for 24 hours.”

Her answer was simple: “walk through a crowd.”

Other questions arose such as what her favorite holiday is — to which Lopez replied, “Christmas” as she shared it’s the one time of year she eats those special foods like “pasteles” and “pernil.” She also said it’s her favorite because it’s “the most sparkly holiday of all.”

When asked by the magazine what she wanted for Christmas, the “Jenny From The Block” hitmaker replied, “I have everything I want.”

In a recent interview, the “Hustlers” star spoke about how she and Affleck found each other again for what she called their fairy-tale ending after she went through three marriages and two broken engagements, according to Vogue.

According to Lopez, after she and former New York Yankees star Alex Rodriguez called off their engagement, she got an email from Affleck, for whom she said she always felt “real love.” The two continued talking, then started seeing each other privately.

“Obviously we weren’t trying to go out in public,” the singer explained. “But I never shied away from the fact that for me, I always felt like there was a real love there, a true love there. People in my life know that he was a very, very special person in my life. When we reconnected, those feelings for me were still very real.”

Lopez and the “Good Will Hunting””star were first engaged in 2003 before breaking things off in 2004, as previously reported. In 2021, the two started dating again, and eighteen years after their initial break, they finally walked down the aisle in July.
