Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Lawrence sparked a firestorm after a photo shoot with The Cut, with fans claiming she’s “unrecognizable” now.
While the actress admitted to having a few small procedures, including a breast lift and “baby Botox,” her followers say Lawrence looks like a totally different person in the photos.
Meanwhile, she said she’s open to undergoing a facelift in the future.
“I want to be a sexy mom,” the 36-year-old mother of two said in a cover story for The Cut published on Tuesday. “At drop-off, I want to look like a woman that has her sh*t together even when I’ve just woken up and don’t have my sh*t together.”

Lawrence also reflected on motherhood during her interview.
“Having children changes everything. It changes your whole life. It’s brutal and incredible,” she said. “Not only do they go into every decision of if I’m working, where I’m working, when I’m working — they’ve taught me … and they’ve opened up the world to me.”

Fans believe the actress has already undergone plastic surgery.
“She ruined her beautiful face! All she had to do was take care of it,” one person said.
“Doesn’t look remotely like the same person and I have no idea why she would want to mess with her looks,” another agreed.
“Now she looks like every other plastic mom,” echoed a third.
“Joke’s on her – her kid no longer recognizes her,” another person joked.
Some social media users came to Lawrence’s defense and said she only looked different because of makeup and lighting.
This isn’t the first time the “No Hard Feelings” star talked about cosmetic surgery.
“Everything bounced back, pretty much, after the first one,” Lawrence told The New Yorker of how pregnancy changed her figure in an October 2025 profile. “Second one, nothing bounced back.”
Lawrence referenced nude scenes as being a catalyst for wanting her body to look a certain way post-childbirth.
During the same interview, the A-lister talked about other cosmetic treatments including Botox and dermal fillers. Lawrence claimed to avoid fillers because they can be noticeable on camera and can affect her ability to express emotion on camera.
