Jason Sudeikis and his ex-fiance Olivia Wilde have finally settled their custody battle — after nearly two years in and out of court — with Sudeikis agreeing to pay Wilde nearly $30,000 a month in child support.
The 48-year-old actor allegedly has agreed to pay the 39-year-old actress a total of $27,500 per month for their two kids, 9-year-old son Otis and 7-year-old daughter Daisy, according to documents obtained by the Daily Mail.
The court documents allegedly noted that, on top of the monthly child support, the “Ted Lasso” star must also cover 25% of the “Don’t Worry Darling” director’s childcare costs, the outlet noted. Sudeikis’s annual income, as of 2023, is estimated to be $10.5 million while Wilde’s is $500,000.

“The income of each party is in dispute and fluctuates,” the documents allegedly read, and it said the couple agrees “such disputes and fluctuations are not material to their agreement that Jason has an extraordinarily high income…” and the amount under child support guidelines would exceed the children’s needs, according to the Daily Mail.
“The parties agree that child support for the minor children in the amount of $27,500 per month is sufficient to maintain the needs of the minor children considering Jason’s station in life, … is consistent with each child’s best interest, and application of the guideline would be unjust or inappropriate in this case,” the document continued.

News of the settlement comes more than a year after “The Change-Up” star was served custody papers during her presentation on stage at the CinemaCon in Las Vegas in April 2022.
In August that year, a source told People magazine that Wilde “wants to focus on what’s best for the kids. She and Jason don’t speak to each other, so they have help communicating about the custody schedule.”
The former Hollywood couple first started dating back in 2011 after meeting at a Saturday Night Live party, the outlet noted. In 2012, the two stars got engaged and two years later the pair welcomed son Otis in August.
In 2016, the “Horrible Bosses” star and Wilde welcomed daughter Daisy into the world, before news of their split broke in 2020.
