Apparently all the marijuana Libertarian presidential candidate Gary Johnson has smoked has truly affected his brain; for the third time in the last month, he revealed that he is either ignorant of foreign affairs or simply amnemonic when it comes to the issue.
On Wednesday, interviewed by The New York Times, Johnson was asked if he knew the name of the leader of North Korea. Johnson answered, “I do … you want me to name the person …” then added sarcastically, “Really.”
But no name emerged from the marijuana champion. Kim Jong-un’s name was nowhere to be found.
Johnson had already demonstrated his memory glitches twice in September, when asked what he would do about the war-torn Syrian city of Aleppo, on September 8, Johnson, befuddled, replied, “What is Aleppo?” On September 28, asked to name a foreign leader he admired, Johnson failed, finally confessing, “I guess I’m having an Aleppo moment.”
Johnson protested to the Times, “Because Hillary Clinton can dot the i’s and cross the t’s on geographic leaders, of the names of foreign leaders, the underlying fact that hundreds of thousands of people have died in Syria goes by the wayside.” He added that Clinton “bears responsibility for what’s happened, shared responsibility for what’s happened in Syria. I would not have put us in that situation from the get-go.”

Johnson complained that he did not have the advantage Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton enjoyed because he lacked the classified briefings they were given.
Johnson also admitted that he could not win the election, confessing, “Right now it’s a Hail Mary, not being in the presidential debates.”
