<p>On Sunday, appearing on <em>Fox &amp; Friends</em>, Luntz doubled down on his story, asserting, &#8220;A woman walked up to me in the Marriott Marquis and she shouted, &#8216;you fascist,&#8217; and then two other words that would get me fired from your network. And she threw this red confetti glitter right in my eyes and she picked up another handful and she no further than 6 inches away and I was covered with this stuff.&#8221;</p>
<p>He added, &#8220;Since when do you have the right or ability to attack someone in a private setting? I never thought this would be America. I never thought this would happen in this country.&#8221;</p>
<p>Of course, as usual, anti-Trump protesters display their ignorance; Luntz may not be the biggest fan of Trump, especially since in August 2015 Trump <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4856Odve8X4">called him</a>, &#8220;a dunce, as far as I&#8217;m concerned. I mean, you know, this guy is a major loser.&#8221;</p>

<p>The Kennedy Center board voted unanimously Thursday to rename the Washington, D.C., performing arts venue The Donald J. Trump and The John F. Kennedy Memorial Center For The Performing Arts, The Daily Wire has learned.</p>
<p>Trump had teased the possibility of renaming the center, which he has made a focal point of his second administration. It is unclear how or when the renaming will become official. Earlier attempts have been made to rename the center. In July 2025, Missouri GOP Rep. Bob Onder introduced the &#8220;Make Entertainment Great Again&#8221; Act, which proposed renaming the entire complex the Donald J. Trump Center for the Performing Arts. Later that month, the House Appropriations Committee approved an amendment to rename the center’s main Opera House after First Lady Melania Trump.</p>

<p>President Kennedy&#8217;s grandson, Jack Schlossberg, <a href="https://people.com/jack-schlossberg-slams-effort-rename-kennedy-center-theater-after-melania-trump-11778364">objected</a> to the name change, citing a 1983 <a href="https://uscode.house.gov/view.xhtml?path=/prelim@title20/chapter3/subchapter5&amp;edition=prelim">federal statute</a> that prohibits additional memorials or plaques in the public areas of the Kennedy Center. The statue stated, &#8220;There is established in the Smithsonian Institution a bureau, which shall be directed by a board to be known as the Trustees of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts (hereafter in this subchapter referred to as the &#8216;Board&#8217;), whose duty it shall be to maintain and administer the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and site thereof as the National Center for the Performing Arts, a living memorial to John Fitzgerald Kennedy &#8230; the Board shall assure that after December 2, 1983, no additional memorials or plaques in the nature of memorials shall be designated or installed in the public areas of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Plain reading of the statute makes clear — YOU CAN&#8217;T DO THAT,&#8221; Schlossberg, 32, wrote on Instagram. &#8220;Law prohibits renaming Kennedy Center.&#8221;</p>
<p>In early 2025, President Trump ousted the Board of Trustees and named himself Chairman of the Board and appointed Richard Grenell as interim executive director. Trump wrote, &#8220;NO MORE DRAG SHOWS, OR OTHER ANTI-AMERICAN PROPAGANDA.”</p>
<p>Grenell stated, &#8220;Corporations don&#8217;t want to fund an all-lesbian cast of <i>Othello</i>.&#8221;</p>

Kennedy Center To Be Renamed After President Donald Trump

<p style="font-weight: 400;">The U.S. and Israeli strikes on Iran’s nuclear program in June inflicted significant damage, creating critical bottlenecks across the country’s weapons-building supply chain that pushed Tehran’s nuclear ambitions into a period of uncertainty and disruption, according to post-strike assessments.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;" data-start="418" data-end="944">Before the attacks, Iran was widely viewed as a nuclear threshold state, only months away from being able to assemble a nuclear weapon if its leadership chose to do so. It reportedly possessed sufficient enriched uranium — once further refined to weapons grade — to fuel as many as 22 nuclear weapons within five months, with enough material for roughly half that number available within weeks. Iranian scientists were reportedly accelerating work on weaponization, laying the groundwork for a final political decision by the supreme leader.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;" data-start="946" data-end="1457">The June strikes, <a href="https://www.csis.org/analysis/csis-satellite-imagery-analysis-reveals-possible-signs-renewed-nuclear-activity-iran">carried out</a> by the United States and Israel, targeted multiple layers of Iran’s nuclear enterprise. Analysts describe the damage in system-level terms: not only to individual facilities, but to the interconnected steps required to enrich fuel, fabricate weapon cores, and assemble a bomb. The attacks destroyed or severely damaged machinery, processing facilities, and stockpiles essential for producing highly enriched uranium. Iran’s route to weapons-grade plutonium was eliminated entirely.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;" data-start="1459" data-end="1867">Equally consequential was the blow to Iran’s weaponization effort. Israeli strikes crippled facilities linked to bomb design and fuel-core production, struck administrative centers overseeing the program, and killed more than a dozen nuclear scientists. Even damage to a single element of this complex system, experts say, can dramatically slow progress; taken together, the losses represent a major setback.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;" data-start="1869" data-end="2156">Yet the long-term impact remains uncertain. Iran has refused inspections by the International Atomic Energy Agency, the only body capable of verifying what assets survived or could be recovered from underground sites. Tehran may attempt to rebuild, reconstituting capabilities over time.</p>

<p style="font-weight: 400;" data-start="2158" data-end="2479">Complicating matters further, Iran formally declared in October that all obligations under the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action had expired, ending international oversight of its nuclear activities. Since the strikes, Iran’s program appears to have entered a new phase marked by secrecy, disarray, and internal anxiety.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;" data-start="2481" data-end="2895" data-is-last-node="" data-is-only-node="">Satellite imagery shows little activity at the bombed sites — Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan — where power systems were destroyed, and debris still blocks access. Still, concerns persist. Intelligence officials say Iran may retain a stockpile of 60% enriched uranium and could be seeking new underground enrichment sites, signaling that while the program has been battered, it has not necessarily been extinguished.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">According to <a href="https://www.fdd.org/iran-strike-assessment/">FDD</a>, regarding Iran’s centrifuge manufacturing, TABA/TESA Karaj and Esfahan tunnel sites have been destroyed, but the Natanz Pickaxe Mountain site is under construction. As for the testing and development of centrifuges, the Tehran Nuclear Research Center and the Kalaye Electric site have been destroyed. Vis-à-vis uranium production and mining, the Saghan 11 &amp; 2 sites are still operational, but for uranium conversion, production of UF6, the Esfahan Uranium conversion facility was destroyed. As for uranium enrichment, the Natanz Pilot Fuel Enrichment plant was destroyed, and the Fordow Fuel Enrichment plant was deeply buried, so any intact highly enriched uranium would need to be excavated. Russia is still supplying enriched uranium fuel. Iran’s capacity for weaponizing uranium and plutonium has been severely degraded.</p>

<p style="font-weight: 400;">Metropolitan Police Department Chief Pamela Smith, the top cop in the nation’s capital, said on Monday that she will step down at the end of the month, as her department faces continued pressure to address violent crime.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">Smith has <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/capitals-top-cop-quits-following-months-of-controversy-over-d-c-law-enforcement?utm_source=chatgpt.com">acknowledged</a> her final day will be on December 31. The Justice Department is also investigating the police department over allegations that it has been manipulating crime data to hide how dangerous the city has become under Democratic leadership.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">“I think there was certainly an effort to misclassify, mischaracterize certain categories of crime,” Pirro <a href="https://x.com/EricLDaugh/status/2001299446303199714">told</a> Dana Perino on FOX News Channels’ America’s Newsroom. “It was an attempt to make crime look lower than it was. The investigation that we conducted over a period of several months based upon the report of the deflation of numbers was very thorough &#8230; over 6,000 reports were looked at; over 50 witnesses.”</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">“And those witnesses were ranked and filed from the top down,” she stated. “The bottom line here is this: Now we’re in a situation with President Trump and the Attorney General, Pam Bondi, where every case is being looked at. Every case is being reviewed by my office. So if it appears that the arrest is lower than what the facts show, we’re going to upgrade that crime.”</p>

And this really is a testament to the determination and the focus of the president in making sure that crime is down in our nation’s capital, because when crime is underreported, then police resources are not put in certain areas, and then as a result of that, people don’t think that they are being protected; they then don’t report crime.”</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">“Now, everything has changed,” she declared. “In the period since we had the surge, homicides are down 65% compared to the year before, carjackings are down 68%, and robberies are down 49%. We&#8217;re making a difference, but it is a focus on law and order, and it&#8217;s the federal partners coming in, and the people of the district deserve it.”</p>

‘Make Crime Look Lower Than It Was’: Jeanine Pirro Accuses D.C. Police Of Manipulating Crime Data

<p style="font-weight: 400;">President Trump hosted a Hanukkah party at the White House on Tuesday night and spoke of his unwavering support of the Jewish people while calling out the antisemitism spouted by some lawmakers.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">“As president of the United States, I will always support Jewish Americans and I will always be a friend and a champion to the Jewish people,” he stated bluntly.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">He warned about the antisemitism among some members of Congress, specifically calling out leftist congresswomen Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Ilhan Omar.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">“You have a Congress in particular which is becoming antisemitic. You have AOC plus three; you have those people like Ilhan Omar. She hates Jewish people,” Trump said.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">“They hate Israel,” he continued. “And if you would have told me 15 years ago that that was possible, I would have said there&#8217;s no way. &#8230; You see what goes on in Australia or October 7. And then you have people that deny it ever happened. People deny the Holocaust, but you figure, well, that&#8217;s just many years; October 7 is not many years at all. Together, let us honor the eternal flame and the faith that has always protected the Jewish people. You are protected. You are special, special people,” he concluded.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">Rabbi Levi Shemtov, who serves the Jewish community of Washington, D.C., said before he lit the menorah, “Mr. President, you know that I&#8217;m Jewish. You know that I&#8217;m American, but you may not know that a very large part of my family lives in Australia. That includes some of those who had escaped the attack and some who didn&#8217;t. And all I can say is listening to them on the other side of the world speak about you, you don&#8217;t just express solidarity, you practice solidarity with the Jewish people, perhaps in a way we&#8217;ve never seen before. We&#8217;ve had the strongest, deepest friend that Israel and the Jewish people have ever had here in the White House. &#8230; We&#8217;re going to light the menorah, which gives us a message of the victory of right over might, of justice over tyranny, of light over darkness. <p style="font-weight: 400;">Pennsylvania Democrat Senator John Fetterman ripped the legacy media and strongly defended the Trump administration over its actions vis-à-vis Venezuela, including strikes on suspected narco-terrorist boats and seizing an oil tanker used by Nicolás Maduro&#8217;s regime.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">Last week, the United States seized an oil tanker off the coast of Venezuela, targeting Venezuela’s state-owned oil industry and primary source of funding. Since September, the U.S. military has also knocked out over 20 boats and submarines in the Caribbean Sea and Pacific Ocean in strikes targeting narco-terrorists.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">NewsNation’s Chris Cuomo <a href="http://youtube.com/watch?time_continue=218&amp;v=7jyKTMeZDQg&amp;embeds_referring_euri=https%3A%2F%2Fnews.dailywire.com%2F&amp;source_ve_path=MjM4NTE">asked</a> Fetterman about a briefing he had attended about the situation, saying, “What did you learn, Senator, that gave you any comfort that we’re not heading into some kind of extended military exercise around Venezuela or in Venezuela?&#8221;</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">“I thought it was pretty comprehensive,” Fetterman replied. He then criticized the media for attacking the Trump administration on the issue.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">&#8220;And this idea, some things out in the media, it’s kind of putting out this — that the military’s just picking off any boat that comes across. That’s just not true,&#8221; Fetterman said. &#8220;I mean, there’s extensive intelligence and they know exactly who’s on that boat and they know what’s actually on that boat right now. And it’s quite frequently they decline to take it into (a) move on those things. When they move on those kinetic kinds of strikes, you know, they have absolute confidence who’s on it and what’s on it, and that’s exactly what it’s about. They are not just going around randomly shooting boats and those things. That’s just not the fact.”</p>

<p style="font-weight: 400;">Cuomo brought up President Donald Trump’s statement in which he <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/trump-orders-complete-blockade-of-sanctioned-oil-tankers-moving-in-and-out-of-venezuela?topStoryPosition=undefined&amp;author=Jennie+Taer&amp;category=News&amp;elementPosition=3&amp;row=1&amp;rowHeadline=Top+Stories&amp;rowType=Top+Stories&amp;title=Trump+Orders+%E2%80%98Complete+Blockade%E2%80%99+Of+Sanctioned+Oil+Tankers+Moving+In+And+Out+Of+Venezuela">ordered</a> a &#8220;complete blockade&#8221; of sanctioned oil tankers entering and leaving Venezuela and accused the Maduro regime of stealing oil and land.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">“What did they steal?” Cuomo asked Fetterman.</p>
<p style="font-weight: 400;">“Iran is involved on that and Russia is involved on that and China as well, too,” the senator responded. “That’s sanctioned oil right now &#8230; and those are the kinds of funds that support regimes like Iran’s. It’s not a plan like a land war and invade Venezuela, but seizing those kinds of oil tankers &#8230; it’s undeniable that that’s gonna support Iran &#8230; those are the kinds of fund that are going to be used for illicit things like terrorism. So for me, it makes a lot of sense, at least what I’ve seen.”</p>
