Chicago police are investigating a Facebook Live video which appears to show at least four people kicking and torturing a young, special needs man while shouting “F*** Donald Trump! F*** white people!”
FOX 32 reports that four people are currently in custody and that the victim is being treated for his injuries. In the video, a black man cuts the victim’s clothing and head with a knife.
