In the age of exploited, cherry-picked altercations where exonerated officers are still being labeled “racist murderers” (because justice), and the current administration’s divide-and-conquer tactic has only enhanced the racial tensions in our country, it’s unsurprising that people have found a way to insert racial controversy into the greatest sci-fi series of all time.
On Monday, some morons took to Twitter to launch the #BoycottStarWaysVII to call out the film for its supposed anti-white undertones.
Unsurprisingly, the attempt to get #BoycottStarWaysVII trending was a miserable fail until the hashtag was high-jacked with outrage.
