Federal prosecutors will file charges against Enrique Marquez, friend and neighbor of the Islamic terrorists who murdered 14 and injured 21 in San Bernardino. A convert to Islam, Marquez is suspected of having assisted Syed Farok and Tashfeen Malik in their mass murder operation for earlier this month.
Marquez purchased the two firearms used by the couple in their attack, as Farook feared he could not pass a background check.
