House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy’s office responded to a segment that Fox News host Tucker Carlson ran on Monday night about an apartment that McCarthy rents from pollster Frank Luntz.
Carlson noted that a spokesperson for McCarthy said that he pays “a fair market price” for the space that he rents. Carlson suggested that a fair market price for an apartment like Luntz’s would be approximately $5,000 given its size and neighborhood that it is located in.
