<p><em>Editor&#8217;s Note: This article was updated after a spokesman for Giuffre later <a href="https://www.dailywire.com/news/epstein-accuser-made-a-mistake-with-post-claiming-she-had-four-days-to-live">admitted</a> the Instagram post was &#8220;a mistake.&#8221;</em></p>
<p>Virginia Giuffre, the most outspoken victim of deceased pedophile billionaire Jeffrey Epstein, claimed on Monday that she has “four days to live” after being struck by a school bus.</p>
<p>The crash took place in Western Australia, where Giuffre has been living with her husband. Police described the accident as a minor bus crash. “It was reported by the bus driver. We have no report of any serious injuries,” Acting Western Australian Police Commissioner Kylie Whiteley stated.</p>
<p>&#8220;Virginia has been in a serious accident and is receiving medical care in the hospital. She greatly appreciates the support and well wishes people are sending,&#8221; a spokesperson for Giuffre <a href="https://nypost.com/2025/03/31/us-news/jeffrey-epstein-accuser-virginia-guiffre-says-she-has-just-days-left-to-live-after-getting-hit-by-school-bus/">confirmed</a> to the New York Post.</p>
<p>Giuffre, 41, has accused some of the most powerful men in the world of sexual abuse of minors, including Prince Andrew and Victoria’s Secret founder Les Wexner.</p>
<p>She also <a href="https://www.telegraph.co.uk/us/news/2024/01/10/jeffrey-epstein-files-bill-clinton-ghislaine-maxwell/">recalled</a> that former president Bill Clinton allegedly made two trips to Little St. James, also known as “pedophile island,” to dine with the “beautiful” girls. Giuffre does not believe Clinton “participated” in any abuse.</p>
<p>Giuffre, a mother of three, shared a photo of herself in a hospital bed, covered in bruises.</p>
<p>&#8220;This year has been the worst start to a new year&#8230; when a school bus driver comes at you driving [60 mph] as we were slowing for a turn that no matter what your car is made of it might as well be a tin can,&#8221; she <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/DH0vvDKzDvu/">wrote</a>.</p>

&#8220;I&#8217;ve gone into kidney renal failure, they&#8217;ve given me four days to live, transferring me to a specialist hospital in urology,&#8221; Giuffre continued in her post. &#8220;I&#8217;m ready to go, just not until I see my babies one last time.&#8221;</p>
<p>Giuffre’s father, Sky Roberts, commented on his daughter’s post: &#8220;If there is anything in the world, I can do to help you, please let me know. My spirit is with you now and holding your hand.&#8221;</p>
<p>Giuffre became Epstein&#8217;s most prominent accuser after filing a lawsuit in 2015, alleging sex trafficking at age 16.</p>
<p>She <a href="https://nypost.com/2025/03/31/us-news/jeffrey-epstein-accuser-virginia-guiffre-says-she-has-just-days-left-to-live-after-getting-hit-by-school-bus/">accused</a> several powerful figures of abuse, including Prince Andrew, Victoria&#8217;s Secret founder Les Wexner, and former New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson. All of the former have denied any wrongdoing.</p>
<p>Giuffre said she was “forced to have sex with Prince Andrew on three occasions when she was 17 — including on Epstein’s Little St. James island, in New Mexico, and in Ghislaine Maxwell’s London home,” per the New York Post.</p>
<p>A photograph of Giuffre with Prince Andrew around the time of the alleged offense became central evidence in favor of Giuffre, creating a scandal that rocked the British Royal Family.</p>
<p>To avoid a humiliating court battle with Giuffre, in 2022, Prince Andrew paid Giuffre a settlement reported to be approximately $12 million while admitting no liability.</p>
<p>The royal family cut off all ties with Andrew, who lost all royal and military titles, but continues to deny Giuffre’s accusations despite the settlement.</p>
<p>Epstein died in jail in 2019 while awaiting trial, with authorities deeming the death a suicide. Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein&#8217;s close associate and ex-girlfriend, received a 20-year prison sentence in 2022 for her role in the sex trafficking operation.</p>
<p>Before Epstein&#8217;s death in jail, Giuffre had released a manuscript containing more than 2,000 documents related to her lawsuit against Epstein and his associates, further exposing the extensive network of powerful figures allegedly connected to the trafficking operation.</p>
<p>Giuffre&#8217;s willingness to speak out transformed her into the most visible face of Epstein&#8217;s victims, bringing unprecedented attention to the case.</p>
