The hashtag “#DoNotComply” trended on Twitter Thursday afternoon as The Daily Wire announced a legal challenge to President Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate on some private businesses.
“It’s done,” said Daily Wire co-founder and Co-CEO Jeremy Boreing. “The Daily Wire has officially filled our lawsuit against the Biden Administration to challenge this tyrannical vaccine mandate.”

Daily Wire Emeritus and co-founder Ben Shapiro said Thursday, “We will fight this authoritarian bulls***. We have already filed a federal lawsuit this morning.”

Daily Wire host Candace Owens posted, “I am unvaccinated. Ben Shapiro is vaccinated. We disagree on our medical choices but we very much agree on our right TO choose. I am proud that The Daily Wire has filed a lawsuit against the tyrannical Biden administration to protect my individual right to remain unvaxxed.”

“Biden’s tyrannical vaccine mandate goes into effect on January 4th. We’re fighting back at the Daily Wire,” said Matt Walsh, author and Daily Wire podcast host. “We made a difference in Virginia and we can win here too. Lawsuit was filed this morning. Notably, on the day Biden formally announced his intention to mandate the vaccine for some private businesses, Boreing took to Twitter to say The Daily Wire would not comply with such an order.
“The Daily Wire has well over 100 employees. We will not enforce Joe Biden’s unconstitutional and tyrannical vaccine mandate. We will use every tool at our disposal, including legal action, to resist this overreach. More to come.”

“The Daily Wire will not comply with President Biden’s tyrannical vaccine mandate, and we are suing the Biden Administration to put a stop to their gross overreach,” Boreing elaborated Thursday. “President Biden, the federal government, social media, and the establishment media have conspired to rob Americans of their freedoms in the name of public health. They have broken faith with the American people through conflicting messaging, false information, and by suppressing data and perspectives with which they disagree.”
Biden is mandating employees at private businesses with more than 100 workers to be vaccinated against COVID-19 (without exemptions for those who’ve already fought the virus) or be forced into regular testing, lest they be fired. Workers have until January 4 to comply with the edict.
“Today, the Labor Department issued its rule requiring COVID-19 vaccinations for companies with 100 or more employees. If you work for one of these companies you will either need to get vaccinated or test at least weekly,” Biden said in a statement released Thursday. “Also today, the Department of Health and Human Services released its rule to ensure that our nation’s healthcare workers are vaccinated. No one should be at risk when they seek medical care.”
“Together, these rules will cover about 100 million Americans – two-thirds of all workers in America,” POTUS boasted of the sweeping mandate.
